I adopted a second spider yesterday, gorgeous P. regius with pink mandibles, and to match my other boy Fiddleford, I named her Emma-May but it did not occur to me until I got home that this implies Spider Divorce also happened at some point

it's been half a week since this video— she's set up a hammock inside the little acorn and seems to be preparing to molt !!! :)

I'm thinking about getting a jumping spider and this is one of the enclosures I came across just browsing on etsy, it's so freaking cute but idk how practical or safe it is for them, doesn't seem to be too many hides and the fabric might not be good for their prickly lil legs.
