We know that in chapter 132 Francis told Vincent OC might need to take over the company in case, if something happens to RC. By telling him OC “his spare”.

Then, in chapter 151 RC tells the Midfords about their 10th birthday and what had happened to them. Learning 10-year-old twins went through such thing after seeing the other twin getting arrested for identity theft is something hard to handle. However, look at her face,

Maybe she is remembering and regretting what she said that day. Because, not only Francis could have understood why OC stole his brother identity, she also realized a 10-year-old boy without any training or extra knowledge managed to run a company for three years. Francis is intelligent.
