The purpose of this survey is to collect data about the experiences of people who feel sensations of nonhuman body parts, for example, wings or a tail. Some call these supernumerary phantom limbs, phantom shifts, otherlimbs, or astral limbs, though you may have other preferences for the words you use for your own experiences. If you haven't had those experiences, you can participate in this survey too. This survey was made for people who call themselves otherkin, therianthrope, furry, or any other potentially alterhuman or nonhuman identity. Who is running this survey and why: The person running this survey is Orion Scribner (they/them), an otherkin/therianthrope who has been making projects about these communities since 2005. I will use the results in my panel at an Internet-based convention later this year (OtherCon 2024), and in other future research projects.

playing hide and seek with little yuuji and his older brother is always dangerous when yuuji is chosen to be “it”. for some reason one way or another sukunas following you to your cramped, dark hiding spot, and somehow his lips always ends up on yours, his hands grabbing whatever part of your body he can for the couple minutes you two have before yuuji stumbles upon the both of you, wide smiles and bubbly laughs asking why your faces are so red, were you guys hot in your hiding spot? and why is his always scowling brother grinning so widely?

Since August, I've been reading the entire Jeeves canon - every single story - in the order Wodehouse wrote them! I had so much fun and there is much to observe when reading like this!

One of my favourite details was seeing Bertie's vocabulary slowly develop and change over time. Jeeves may mention in passing a fellow's brow being "sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought", and boom: it enters Bertie's inner monologue and is there to stay. From rem acu tetigisti to Tout comprendre c'est tout pardonner, naturally this is Jeeves's steady doing over many years of faithful and well-meant instruction of the young Bertram.

Similar to the Sherlock Holmes series and the Raffles series, reading in publication order allows one to observe a subtle shift in the protagonists' familiarity towards the late canon. In the last two novels I observed many lines from Jeeves missing the customary "sir" which I honestly feel speaks volumes. Of course there is also the tremendous kindness he did for Bertie in Much Obliged (I won't spoil).

It's cute how much Bertie repeats himself. Ask him if he's literary and he will never fail to mention how he once contributed an article, or 'piece', to Milady's Boudoir on What The Well-Dressed Man Is Wearing. Bring up Tuppy and he'll tell you how he fell into the Drones Bath in correct evening dress. It's human! Everyone is keen to flout their achievements or share how they've been wronged at any opportunity.

Wodehouse caught on relatively early that Aunt Dahlia is the far more fun one to have around. Aunt Agatha is confined physically to the short stories, but Dahlia plays the Principal Aunt in every story (aside from Ring for Jeeves) henceforth. Imagine having to deal with Aunt Agatha for the duration of a whole novel. Grim. I love Aunt Dahlia so so so so much by the way :3

I've had a great time Jeevesrotting :))) My final remark must be on how successful Wodehouse was at immersing me in his sunny universe :3 I'm a huge Fred Astaire fan, I've bought a pair of spats, I'm more immersed in Tennyson and Shakespeare, my own mother can no longer understand me because of how much his writing has contaminated my speech. The lark is on the wing, the snail's on the thorn. All's right with the world.

what i think some people don't realize about skizz is that. that guy is NOT pg. i mean technically he is? but... honestly. he's like sausage. it's subtler but once you notice. he does Not stop making innuendos and dirty jokes like. ever (over-exaggeration but still)

Resurrection AU: Void

In this AU, Void has been reincarnated as a little white puffball. He has no memory of his life before he was sealed away by the Heroes of Yore.

His main goal is to figure out who he actually was in his previous life. Aiding in this effort is Magolor, who's agreed to help in exchange for some assistance with his theme park work. He happens to be working on an ancient history-themed area, and could use a hand in the research process.

Personality-wise, Void is driven and has a no-nonsense attitude. He's not super thrilled about all this silly wizard theme park nonsense, but will do what it takes to get what he wants. He has a tendency to overwork himself. He doesn't seem to have retained any powers from his time as Void Termina.
