#cw: eye scarring #cw: christianity #as a theme. and not a particularly positive depiction either.#the calamity has anger issues but is earnestly trying her best #the survivor is patient #and also not scared of her at all #the calamity is talking about the story of samson and delilah in pg 2 btw #i tend to only make oneshot short story these days but im fond of this pair #had the urge to draw something a little mundane with these two and the slowest slow burn of a relationship you could ever imagine #also usually a broken mirror would equal 7 years of bad luck but the calamity so outclasses it as far as bad omens go #im pretty sure the effects are just cancelled out #anyway #next comic will be a different story entirely i promise #thank you for your patience #and as always #thank you for reading #comic art #sapphic art #stillindigo art #hearteaters #stillindigo comics

#blood cw #mine.art #kings smp #lssmp #princezam #minutetech #mapicc #got too lazy to shade anything lol #unsure if its clear but zam stabbing his neck would mean stabbing minutes heart as well #and it unfortunately cant be seen from the angle but k!minute has a black hairtie and k!mapicc's bandana is tied on his crown at the back #minute's chain is on his jacket button but it cant be seen cause hes all black #jepexx also got himself a chain after joining kom so that he could match with the others + look cool #but all it did was make zam think he looked like a dog lol #ls!zams gold thingy on his right eye is just make up not another scar #and yes he does use blood as lipstick #minute is a draconian which is an enddweller #i was originally gonna make him an angel but angels are out of bounders aka eldritch beings in my lore #and i really wanted him to be an enddweller so i scrapped that idea

Biblically accurate skizz

+ the sketch that inspired it

I really love the idea of skizz being an angel and wanted to give him a more clearly-not-human-but-still-humanoid-form.

The sketch being his way of presenting in front of others, with a glamour that makes him look just like a normal avian, the halo being the only give away for his angelic origin.

My plan was for his true form to be inspired by thrones since they are angels of mercy that reflect (God's) unconditional love. But I wanted him to still look like skizz, and thrones are literal wheels with many eyes. So I decided he should get two crossing halo's that would move like wheels to still have that important detail (I like the interpretation that the crossing wheels of thrones symbolise the connection between all of creation).

I still like that idea, so I decided that it could be like a form between his guardian angel glamour and his actual throne form

(this is kind of all over the place but i really wanted to share a bit of my thought process on this)
