After dipping a little deeper this week into the main Cancer causes, prevention and natural treatments available, it was very hard to deny a vast and consistent scientific data that correlates nutrition habits and metabolic diseases. Excessive eating, sugar, meat of any kind, dairy, processed and fast food consumption are a huge cause of most of the metabolic diseases and early death in the whole world. Amongst the main ones, I’d mention cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, heart attack, strokes and, diabetes type II. So if none of them have affected you personally that’s great however, I’m sure it has affected someone you know and/or love. What if you knew that most of those deceases are not caused by a genetic factor and that you can and have the power to change or sharply lessen your risk of being affected by them? Changing your eating habits is more than changing how you look. It’s about how you feel and live a healthier happier life just by making key lifestyle developments. Vegans are a very investigated group of people in the scientific community and guess what? Their health, appearance, body composition and longevity, only to mention a few, have much better results than any other compared group with different eating habits. I’m a meat and cheese lover and I consume these foods daily but to bring awareness of how much better life can be with some adjustments and also to learn more about health and lifestyle, myself, my wife and Antuani (a brother-friend of mine) have decided to go radical and start a vegan diet experiment for 4 weeks. During this time we will share our experience here and hopefully, help our families, friends and people that we love with valid and relevant information to live a healthier happier life.
