imogen fumbling shit is just eternally good fodder for memes, alright. and its at least partly BECAUSE of how powerful she is. someone tripping while using a nerf gun? funny. someone dramatically hoisting up an outfit matchin heavy death laser gun and then immediately tripping and landing on their face? phenom. sometimes she goes "GROVEL" and the enemies grovel and we all go "oooooh" and "aaaahhh" and sometimes she just gets fully ignored and gets so huffy and petulant and ineffectually burns a cantrip just to be petty about it. sometimes she smites her enemies into dust with one move and renders a tree in half after threatening and other times she fucking. falls down a flight of stairs and accidentally sets everything on fire. fires a gun at her own team. loses all her hair. turns blue. etc.

it's so frustrating they don't take the necropolis as an opportunity to explore spirits with more depth in veilguard. or even Manfred's whole thing. Manfred being able to learn to speak implies that any wisp is capable of it with time. they have preferences and emotions and comprehend speech but you still shouldn't be concerned that they are used for slave labour in the necropolis. you're supposed to be horrified that Hezenkoss is abusing spirits but not at that. engaging with spirits as people introduces too much nuance to the situation and veilguard is absolutely incapable of dealing with it. otherwise they'd have to engage with why Solas wants to tear the veil down

usamericans when they see any random post from a foreigner about something happening in their everyday life: how can i make this about the usa and my own personal pet peeves about usamerican culture wars. how can i call op a reactionary for describing real life events happening to them and other people in their lives and interpret it through the prism of american culture only. this says a lot about the united states of america, the only country that exists

Right now, I am going to call out of work, sit on my couch, noise canceling headphones in, phone off, dead to the world as I read nonfiction and theory that will hopefully bring me comfort.

At this point, if I see ANY opinion related to the topic at hand, whether it agrees with me or not, I'll get thrown into an angry meltdown. So I'm just going to hide away from the world for the next two days or so to help me process and calm down enough that I won't be sent into a flying rage at literally any opinion related to current events.

The most I can say without raging is simple: I think a lot of people are catastrophizing, misdirecting their anger, and forgetting who will be the most effected by these results. I think so many people are worried about being caught in the crossfire they forget who the target is.

I am also considering deleting the Tumblr app from my phone and completely turning social media into a "computer only" activity because I don't think having access to literally everyone's opinion at any given time on a device I already spend too much time on is healthy for me, especially after seeing how that device has effected other people after 10 years.

miguel is going to stanford to major in education, with a plan to specifically focus on their exploratory courses regarding immigrant children whenever they're offered. he's relieved to stay in california even though it's a bit of a drive back to encino. they offer quite a few martial arts club sports which he wants to take full advantage of. he calls demetri as often as he can, both of them are going to some pretty prestigious schools so gotta keep those grades up, and he drives over to visit hawk as often as he can. sometimes he brings his homework with him, especially if it's deeper into the school year, so they can study and hold each other accountable. compare classes and freshman orientation experiences, surprise each other's moms by appearing on a facetime or phone call. he'll also have study sessions with sam, obviously. date night except it's taking advantage of the late hours in the library during finals week

Well, least about the getting approaching him too close. It was hard for Gohan to hold a grudge or truly hate someone — that list was surprisingly small compared to most. Though it still existed, there was no doubt there and to say the bio-mechanical being wasn't on it...well...than you were truly naïve in that sense.
