A list of good things that have happened while I wasn't posting art:

I've naturally been growing facial hair

my wrist surgery scar has grown to look like a newt

I went on my first holiday abroad with friends and we had lots of fun and saw lots of beautiful things

My new internship place includes me as an actual part of the team

I saw a lot of cool bugs I hadn't ever seen before

I can sleep soundly with the lights off now, which I couldn't before

I ate new fruits and foods and enjoyed these new sensations heartily

I've been feeding pigeons from my bedroom window

I'm financially independent again

I've learned to cut my own hair and am finally satisfied with a freshly cut hairstyle

Grandma and I went out into the dark to look for toads in the rain

We also enjoyed looking at many van Gogh paintings.

I'm learning to be more vulnerable around friends and have never felt this loved in my entire life

It might be silly to share, but I just want you to know that the artist behind all these art pieces is very happy and doing well! Especially since exactly a year ago I was struggling with the health of my late cat and the possibility of never being able to draw again.

For me, when I look at someone's art, their art starts to glow more brightly when I know the artist is happy irl. So I'm hoping this post will do the same for you!

#guilmin #taemin #guilty #drawings #fanart #sorry its not like happy or inoffensive or stuff. actually in typing that i've heard myself and realised im not sorry #i didnt make it to be perfect i made it to be true to my heart and the character. so...#it was fun to make other characters too based off the video obviously but kinda loosely..#uniform is also different because. it is. in my mind this is the summer one & the one in the video is the autumn one #i decided its just a school like a ''normal'' catholic school thats definitely a cult and probably some military training aspect #i also dont know how old theyre supposed to be. however old they are in the video which is. probably not 30 it seems but idk #i dont know that for sure it just seems like the intended reading..#i was originally just drawing not planning on posting this but then it was tdov by pure coincidence and im like. maybe i should #also yeah i spelled guilmin/gilmin different its the same name just. figure it out

#probably my last sunny walk at home :(#keeeeellll meeeee #i think one of the things i hate about going back to uni is not being able to experience autumn and winter at home like i used to #it’s weird because i’ve always loved them and considered them my favourite seasons.#but last year (and now this year) i’m realizing that oh! i think it’s because i got to come home after a long day and be in a safe familiar #space. and at uni everything is still a bit unfamiliar and not very comforting so the long cold days get so much harder #but i will surviveeeeeee #counting on gilmore girls to get me through it!! and also love is blind s7. i LOVE having things to look forward to every week it makes tim #fly by so fast. last yr every friday night was reserved for me and i ate frozen pizza or takeout and/or my favourite snacks and #watch my comfort films :( i cooked a lot those nights too 2 save money but yeah. it was rlly nice to have that comfy safe time to myself #i think it rlly got me thru uni.#ik it’s gonna be so hard to get back into a routine but im trying to tell myself that i need to like. focus on the basics first. adulting #can be so hard & i wanna do everything at once! i wanna b perfect in all areas. always do my hobbies. etc etc but i #i couldnt even get out of bed to make myself meals sometimes 💔 so i need to like remember if i don’t journal or read a whole book in a day #not the end of the world. and most importantly i need to be EATING and staying active and SLEEPING FIRST and foremost cause then hopefully #i won’t feel like a zombie.#okay anyways.#feeling sad feeling tired feeling unmotivated but also feeling a teensy bit excited for finally BEING ALONE!!!!#i have my cardiologist appt tmrw so maybe that’s why i feel so yuck also. just thinking abt it makes me wanna throw up #i hope everything goes well #anyways bye bye #♡ dear diary…
