if it wasn’t for that lingering mist over the western part of the city. if you ask residents, they’d tell you its like something out of a horror movie. that lingering cloud that stays in the exact same spot, day after day. night after night. it always seems to be watching over the small neighborhood of HYADES. despite the chain of raved about coffee shops, and the seemingly never ending block parties that line the streets in the summers, the residents of kelowna tend to stay away from hyades, citing the lingering cloud as an omen. but for the residents of hyades? the mist of doing exactly what it was put there by hecate to do.

hyadesfm is an 20+ appless demigod roleplay set in a canon-divergent riordanverse. we focus on a small community of demigods, legacies & their families in western canada as they repair themselves after the second titan war.

Reorganizing The Blogs Again

A while ago, I decided I would make this blog a hub for all my RP blogs, though I sometimes reblog non-rp stuff here.

Anyway, I've been thinking about reorganizing stuff again.

So: I have two new blogs: @fourbit-pointyeared-program, and @halfbytespaceelf.

The former is fro Tron fandom stuff, reblogging fics, art, headcanons, etc.

The second is for anything else that's not RP or Tron Fandom related. This may include politics, random real world discussion, other fandom stuff unless I decide to make yet another blog for whatever fandom, art, personal ramblings, etcetera.

This blog will now be only for rp related stuff, rp related questions for the mun, or asks from anything tagged ask the mun can be sent here. This blog will be for rp related communications, rules, and reblogging promos and memes.

Just found out that people in the rpc, including finder blogs, think it's not right to roleplay underage characters regardless of NSFW. I mean, you can be uncomfortable with it, I guess, but so many sound so judging about writing an SFW thread with underage characters and it's so odd? Are they also opposed to adults watching The Hunger Games because the main characters kiss and hold hands and they're under 18? Are they strongly opposed to romance in Shounen anime when characters are usually around 16? Do they think it's creepy to read Percy Jackson because there are minors who seek out romance? Did they turn off the TV when Ellie and her girlfriend kissed in TLOU? NSFW with minors is another matter and I'm not talking about it, but being so up in arms against people simply writing canon-aged characters having adventures and occasionally a boyfriend seems...a made up rpc problem because I know you don't have the same issues with the source material having teens being teens.

you're correct though, death to the author seems to only apply to JKR in the rpc. there's people roleplaying game of thrones, percy jackson, grishaverse, etc without complaint even though all three of those source materials having racist content, with game of thrones being the worst one. while i agree with you, it is exhausting to see the same people calling out hp rpers play only white cishets in a game of thrones rp, because it's "realistic to the time period" (just like the dragons are realistic to the 'time period', of course)

Is Game of Thrones and Percy Jackson using its profits to contribute to killing people?

That's really where people are willing to draw the line because humans are capitalist thinkers.
