“I can, actually,” he retorted, turning from the window he’d been staring out of. The fish could wait. “One of the benefits of not being crown prince.”

“Dude. It’s not like you have to slay a mortal king. All you have to do is find a victim and drown! For the Sea Lord’s sake, even commoners can do it!”

“Enough!” He’d had enough of his half-brother’s gloating. Percy wasn’t a pure-blood; his voice wasn’t soothing enough to put a victim into the trance-like state that Triton’s pet humans always came back in. “You know why Father asked this of me. It’s because of her.”

Percico week day 5: Prince Percy

So I play Dislyte pretty regularly and the design for the Poseidon character is just so... IHAD to do it!

The Hades one had to go through a more extreme makeover to make it feel more Nico-esque though (it has a couple subtle design nods to Velinxi's Young Gods AU too!)

This was supposed to be a take on @percico-nicercy-events 's fest btw, Day 5: Undersea Prince Percy and Underworld Prince Nico but yeah, I'm way behind;;

Next up is a 14 panel comic!

Do you know if there's any Percico events going on? Fests, big bangs, secret Santa's, weekly/monthly challenges, anything? Or alternatively if there's a Percy/Nico discord server?

As far as I'm aware, no? Unless you count the all-encompassing events that technically cover all characters/ couples like a few PJO Exchanges/ Secret Santas I've heard of.

In fact, I... have never heard about any Percico event throughout the short time I've been engaging with the fandom actually... There are a few Jasicos, Solangelo has like an annual Solangelo Week I think. But Percico, no. Shame.

As for challenges. There is a Flufftober fanfic collection dedicated to Percico that came out in, well, October, which is my fav btw. that is to say that you can just... pick a prompt list and just go your way with it, really. As for collective challenges, again, i haven't heard of any. There was one in the past for Nicercy, held by Takara Phoenix, but it was so, so long ago.

Despite having a Discord account and being on a few PJO-related servers myself, there's no Percy/Nico server I can recommend for you as of now... There're a few PJO ones that accept all pairings, I think? That's as far as I can go.

tbh Percico has never been widely tolerated, let alone making it to the top of the "your favorite pjo pairing" list to guarantee a considerable number of attendance, so i reckon it makes sense that the gatherings would be far and few in between (Though that clearly didn't stop another pairing to come up with a birthday fanfic bash tho. huge respect btw). Purity culture ruins everything smh.

That is to say, I'd love to have one!! I can't guarantee my attendance but you can be damn sure I'll eat up all that fanfics. 😭😭😭 Percico is my guilty pleasure alrite sue me.

If it's for my people, I have no choice. Some will be repeats of previous recs, but that's unavoidable when you want good smut.

Death's Embrace: Nico is cursed to never come again unless Percy does it. After that's solved, Percy and Nico explore kinks galore, from dirty talk to edging and threesomes, they try it and then decide if it's for them or not. Has no ending, but it's really just a smut-fest, so it doesn't need one.

Young God: A fic about Nico blowing Percy with some praise kink and D/s.

not until I say you can: Speaking of D/s... sub Percy who still tops Nico. A refreshing take on the trope and kink.

fixated: AU in which Percy doesn't fall to Tartarus to take care of Nico, while Nico is processing the choking kink he developed when he freed Percy from the Underworld prison.

The Legend of Long John Jackson: Percy and Nico try their hand at roleplay, with Percy as the pirate "plundering" young merchant prince Nico.

I have completed chapter three and begun chapter four of the sequel to A World Apart. Likely to be titled A World Away. 

Hybrid Theory 

No updates on this one unfortunately. I’ve got some chapters pre-written so it can afford to take a back burner while I prep for Percico Angst & Fluff months. As long as I only post monthly. 

I Knew I Loved You When 

We have about six more drabbles on this. I hit the halfway point for it recently so that’s exciting. Since I plan on a drabble a day for this one posting wise it won’t go live until it’s completed or very near completion.

All weeks are now fully outlined. I have maybe about half of the first weeks prompt response completed. Guys I was aiming for about 2,000 words a response and it looks like I’m going for 5,000. Why is nothing I write short....

hi I just wanted to say that I’m thankful that you stuck to writing percico for years! I had stopped reading (not because I didn’t like your fics, but I had fallen out of the fandom after blood of olympus came out) and it comforted me when I came back to see you still creating fics, especially since everyone abandoned percico for the cringe fest that is solangelo. once again, thank you and I can’t wait for the prince of Pluto! 🖤

It really is sad how many switched ships after BoO. Never understood that mono-shipping mentality myself. xD

But I’m glad there’s still so many others who stayed on board of this ship with me! ^-^

And, ah, I do hope the story won’t disappoint. *grins* As always, there will be a sneak-peek to the new fic in the final update of the last. So stayed tuned in Percy and the Ghost King of Summers High to see something from Prince of Pluto. ;3

This is the only prompt I could think about, but I think it's really cute and interesting. Percy bought Nico's aviator jacket in the Camp Store during TTC since they were in winter and Nico didn't have any winter clothes. Seeing how Nico treasured that jacket drove Percy to have the idea of giving him all his spare clothes from he was Nico's age. Sally is actually who suggested it to Percy after she met Nico in BoTL, and Nico was more than glad to accept his crush's clothes for his wardrobe ;)
