reason: Ibuki is very clearly in love with Peko, and wants to be in a relationship with her, as seen in multiple quotes - "I was holding hands with Peko..." Ibuki's words when you run into the two in a special event in Ch.1. "I might just fall in love with those quiet words of yours" - Ibuki later in the same event. She also states near the end of the chapter that she has this "Super cool, melancholy vibe". Also, near the end of chapter two, Ibuki admires Peko when she's in a swimsuit.
