I know everyone and their mother has made fun of how out of all the LoA campaigns Uprooted is the one with the increasingly growing crime list. The body horror campaign is about the power of friendship meanwhile the cartoon woodland critters are talking about overthrowing the government and encountering terrible horrors. Its hilarious.

However, I think the funniest part is how much the uprooted crew doesn’t want to deal with NPCs. Every other crew is (for some reason) incredibly trusting of most characters they know until they either get fucked over it or they see said character make a terrible act.

The most vivid example of my mind rn is when the CoS crew gets robbed and they all believe is Esmeralda and start talking about how they should stop being so trusting, then, when it’s revealed it wasn’t actually Esmeralda but rather the dusk elf Sarnax says that there is a lesson to be learned here and Kana goes “We shouldn’t jump to conclusions”

Like, baby, no, what.

But the uprooted crew doesn’t trust anyone as far as they can throw them, the only npc character they have put on for a long time has been Nestor who they only wanted to help for their own personal gain. They couldn’t give less of a shit about the woodland alliance, they only helped Booker’s dad because he’s Booker’s dad and their patience was running thin.

Ever since the bear they have slowly and slowly grown more bitter towards everyone around them and I think it’s actually a very funny detail.

I can see Forrest and Peggy making idle chitchat one night and he’s like

“So what are your plans for the weekend? Got a special guy?” And Peggy chuckles awkwardly like “oh, uh, well, no… not exactly…” and Forrest is like

“Not exactly? What’s that mean?”

And she’s like “well… I sort of… like women.”

And Forrest is just like “fantastic, so do I. Anyway have you seen the stapler? I couldn’t find it for the life of me when I came in today.”

We all know that Tony can't cook, but what if he can only cook Italian food. Like somehow Maria taught him how to cook her food really well. It's to the point that he can't stand any other Italian food that an't his own.

Rhody and Pepper know all about it, but the Avengers only learn when Steve tries to make some and Tony takes over the kitchen since Tony see him do it all wrong. The best team dinners when Tony cooks.

The same thing happens with British deserts thanks to Ana, Jarvis, and Peggy.

what would you say if i said liam bought the house in france (the one with noel's name carved into the walls) in march 2023 and that month noel talked about wanting to spend several months in paris

it is plausible that Susan Pevensie and Ralph (or I guess any other surviving LOTF characters, but Ralph mostly) could have met each other or even been great friends. They’re probably in the same grade too, seeing as Susan was 12 when she had to flee from the bombings, just like Ralph.

and I’m also combining this with the Marvel universe in that they both meet Peggy Carter.

At first, I thought they’d all be around the same age, but I did some research. The Pevensies fled in 1940 when Susan was 12. Assuming Ralph’s group also fled in 1940, when he was 12, both Ralph and Susan would be 17 in 1945 when the war ended. Peggy was around 27 when the war ended. So that’s about a ten year age difference.

Still, I think them meeting would be so cool. Maybe she like takes them under her wing or something :00

When Peggy came to the office with her hair undone and no makeup on to tell Ted that Abe broke up with her and he cheerfully tells her "you'll find someone else!" that was the moment I realized that it really doesn't matter that her storyline ended with a kind of cheesy love confession from someone who is just going to make her life easier for once. Someone getting to relieve themselves of the burden of independence to be with someone who accepts them for who they are is not a bad or disappointing ending for their character
