Last Thursday, during the break between classes, my sister picked me up from college, and we decided to spend some time at IOI City Mall while waiting for my next class. It felt a bit awkward since we hadn’t gone out together just the two of us before, likely due to our six-year age gap. After some window shopping, we decided to catch a movie and watched Kang-mak, a Thai horror comedy that’s a sequel to Peemak. I found it to be a great choice, especially for someone like me who’s a bit of a scaredy-cat. The film balances both genres effectively, making it appealing to a broad audience. The comedy that been delivered to us is continue till the end of the movie, ensuring that the mood never turns too serious, which kept us entertained. The storyline is straightforward and easy to follow, and the actors truly immerse themselves in their roles, which adds the quality to the story. This story is a great story to watch together with your friends. It show the importance of having good friends that always be right there if you need them. There's a scene when all of Kang's friends realize that his wife is a ghost, they never left him alone in that village. Instead, they tried to help Kang to accept the fact that his wife is already dead. I think everyone could learns something from this story. Overall, it was a fun outing that turned out to be a memorable experience for us both.

Tadi sore abis nonton film Kang mak remake Pek mak, dulu tuh awal nonton peemak jaman smp kelas 9 awal kayanya, apa kelas 8 ya. umm lupa dikit. intinya nonton peemak tuh dulu streaming di lk21 bareng anak pbgk.

wahh emang gong sih film peemak, lucu banget dulu sampe ketawa yang nangis banget, bahkan selesai nonton pun 7 hari kedepannya masih dibahas. Jadi kenangan banget nonton film peemak sama anak pbgk.

Terus pas keluar film kang mak langsung berasa tb banget, ge berasa ya udah hampir 10 thn lebih pertama kali nonton peemak di kamar rumah temen ku, alasannya mau kerkom padahal ketawa ketiwi doang

Imperfect

Secara harfiah bisa diartikan tidak sempurna yang merupakan lawan kata dari Perfect yang berarti sempurna. Tapi kali ini bukan hal itu yang saya maksud. Imperfect disini adalah sebuah judul Film karya Ernest Prakasa yang tayang di bioskop pada tahun 2019. Sebuah film yang sarat akan pesan terutama bagaimana kita menerima diri kita serta bagaimana kita menerima orang lain, termasuk pasangan kita dengan semua kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Berkenaan dengan hal ini saya adalah salah satu orang yang beruntung bertemu dengan seorang Wanita yang menerima semua kekurangan saya sebelum dia menikmati semua kelebihan yang saya miliki. Nanti akan ada tulisan khusus tentang hal ini. Ya kapan kapan deh. Kalau ingat ya..

Trus tulisan kali ini apa yang dibahas? Yang dibahas adalah soundtrack yang mengisi filmnya. Jadi begini. Akhir akhir ini saya lagi betah dengan playlist 1 lagu. Ya playlistnya Cuma 1 lagu jadi diulang sampai bosan. Kok bisa? Ya saya memang begitu orangnya. Satu lagu bisa saya ulang berkali kali bahkan bisa sampai 1 jam wkwkwk.  Oh iya judul lagunya itu Pelukku untuk Pelikmu yang dinyanyikan oleh Fiersa Besari. Kalau ditanya kenapa betah dengar lagu ini? Karena easy listening dan juga syarinya penuh dengan pesan yang dalam untuk diresapi.

Contohnya lirik tentang ketidaksempurnaan kita sebagai manusia, tentang masalah yang tidak bisa kita selesaikan atau bahkan tentang turun dan naiknya berat badan pasangan kita. Intinya sih kita sebagai manusia pasti memiliki kekurangan namun penerimaan terhadap ketidaksempurnaan itu yang akan menyempurnakan kita maupun pasangan kita. Satu lagi yang penting adalah soal pelukan.

Setuju sih soal pelukan dalam lirik lagunya. Karena pelukan akan mampu membuat kita merasa rileks dan terasa lebih ringan dan tenang dalam menghadapi masalah yang sedang melanda dan juga meredakan gundah yang bergemuruh di dalam dada

Pokoknya saat ini lagi betah dengan lagu itu dan juga lagunya tulus yang Jatuh Suka. Kalau Jatuh Suka itu sebagai ungkapan cinta terhadap Suasana Purwokerto dan juga orang orang yan ada di dalamnya.

Ya itu sih soal Imperfect, eh By The way karena sedang bahas film, pekan depan ada film Kang Mak yang merupakan adaptasi dari film Thailand Peemak yang dulu kalau ditonton lucu banget. Jadi perlu dijadwalkan untuk nonton di hari pertama film ini. Oh iya pekan lalu juga ada Deadpool and Wolverine, ya sebagai pecinta film Marvel saya cukup senang dan terhibur dengan seri ketiga dari deadpool ini.

Udah dulu yah laporan magang pekan ini belum ada yang jadi dan belum ada di upload nanti kita sambung lagi. Ada beberapa draft tulisan yang masih nunggu, kalau sudah ada waktu lowong kita lanjut lagi ya….

Berakhir dengan bangun siang, makan cuanki, nonton peemak, pergi ke klinik karena suyung bikin surat sakit, ngopi di blue doors bragaa, lanjut makan malam di nasi goreng madona dan berpisah deh huhuhuuu.. aku otw jakarta dan kamu kembali ke cinta asih, lanjut ngobrol sama kakak dan abang kamu, dari jam 9 sampe setengah 12 malam waw wew woowww

Tapi untuk semuanya, maafkan kami Tuhan karena berbohong demi seneng2 bareng hiihihihiiiii…….

Well, one good thing about this movie is that it’s not just a thrill type of horror with just jump scares all throughout. I tell you that this movie is gonna make you cry. And maybe, just maybe, a plus point because your eyes are gonna stick to the screen all the way because of Mario Maurer.

To the people who loves cuddling and playing with adorable pets, this place is purrrr-fect for you!

The Pet Cafe by Velvet Friends is located at 2nd Floor, Bluebay Walk, Macapagal Avenue, cor EDSA Libertad, Pasay City. The place is nearby SM Mall of Asia.

How to get to the Pet Cafe?

Any point from EDSA, ride a bus going to SM Mall of Asia and ask the driver to drop you off at McDonalds Macapagal. From the McDonalds, walk your way to Bluebay / Bluebay Walk at the back of Conti’s. The Cat Cafe is located on the 2nd Floor.

The cafe is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.

My girlfriend, Jane, and I went to Pet Cafe at around 8 in the evening. She loves cats. They have a pet cat named Peemak back at home. Knowing she loves adorable cats, I took her to Pet Cafe by Velvet Friends.

Entrance Fee with a complimentary drink as follows. •Entrance with complimentary Iced Tea = 220 per 1 hour. •Entrance with complimentary Milk Shake = 270 per 1 hour.

They also have an ongoing promo. Group of 5 or more gets to have 10 discount. Birthday celebrant gets to have 20% discount. If you’re going to visit both Cats Haven and Dogs Haven, you get to have 10% discount.

In this cafe, you can only choose to select one pet haven. Since Jane loves cats, we selected the Cat Haven.

You also have the option to choose if you’re going to drink inside or outside of the pet haven. We opted to have our drinks consumed inside with the cats. You may also add up anything from the counter, drinks, pastries, cake. Anything you want.

Before you can enter, you must wear socks (required). If you have one, you can use that. If you don’t, you have to buy one from the counter, it’ll cost you 45 pesos per pair. Jane was only wearing sandals so we had to buy her socks. Once you bought it, it’s yours.

The Cat Haven

Entering the cat haven is like a dream come true. Adorable cats are everywhere. They are either playing with other guests, or sleeping, or eating. After all, that’s all what they usually do, right? At least for me.

You can play with them, pet them, feed them, sleep with them, hug them, kiss them, and take pictures with these adorable cats. I promise you, you’d enjoy it. These are no ordinary cats (in the Philippines). They’re well bred. They are furry and has this big, lovely eyeballs.

Here’s a funny experience, this cute gray cat (not sure about the name) who was sleeping at the hanging bridge for cats was kinda grumpy by its looks. We want to play with him but he refuses. He doesn’t want to be touched and if we insist, he’ll use his claws to let him go. Not sure but maybe he was already stressed. However, this German guy that just walked in tried to get the gray cat’s attention, and he succeeded. Wow! He lets him touch him. I speak to myself, “what a racist cat!” (or maybe I just don’t know how to properly handle grumpy cats, lol).

Anyway, if you’re on the cat haven, you still could see the dog’s area. There was just a little fence for both cuties. But as I have mentioned, you are only allowed for one haven an hour. The dogs are beautiful as well! I’ll play with them soon.

The staffs here are friendly too. They are open to answering all your questions regarding the pets, how they do it, who is the owner, etc.

We have truly enjoyed being with these awesome creatures and we wish to experience it more. We only had 1 hour to play with these adorable beings.

If you wish to extend your happiness, pay another 220 or 270 pesos ($5-6).
