Tuesday is here which means Wednesday is tomorrow and then the week is almost over. See how I am choosing to see the beginning of this week positively? Well that is a choice. Let me say it again, it’s a CHOICE. . We choose daily how we feel, what we think about that thing that happened, how we look, what someone might think of us, etc. These are all CHOICES we make daily and then it begins to becomes a habit and then it becomes “who we are.” I want to talk to you about making today different then yesterday. . There was a situation yesterday that happened that turned my great day into a “I can’t believe that…” because I chose to see the situation as a negative thing which was not even something I knew to be fact. I created a negative thought in my head when there wasn’t anything to back up those thoughts. I made a CHOICE. . I use my example to hopefully encourage to make positive CHOICES today and this week and not creative negative views or thoughts out of something you could see positively. I really try to see things as the glass half full not half empty and this truly does make your day that much better. . Were here again with this fun outfit but let me just be honest real quick. Today well last night I should say I just felt sick of what I saw in the mirror. I am just like everyone else. I go through struggles and days and sometimes weeks where I feel lazy. Don’t feel like eating healthy, or don’t want to hit the gym etc. but then I look at myself and feel gross. I say gross because I know where I’ve been and where I desire to be and what it takes to get there if I can buckle down and stop making excuses. . . I’m just here to let you know you aren’t alone in the struggle days. I’m human just like you and some days are harder than others but then I remember my WHY. Why do I push myself past the tiredness or why do I choose fresh veggies or fried food. Because I want to live a long healthy life for my daughter. Because I want to be an Example for her to make better choices. Because I don’t want illness to be the reason on the the hospital bed. Learn to love every inch of your body. I’ve talked about my arms before in a similar post. I was never a fan of mine, but look at them. They are strong and they do so much for me. They allowed me to carry my child along with 50 other things like laundry and groceries, etc. They allow me to do my daughters hair or carry furniture I might not have been able to before or whatever. They are strong and beautiful. I have learned to love this part of my body that I used to feel was not feminine because they were stronger but they are feminine because they are strong.
