This move turned out really pretty, I love it!! However, today I'm realizing I have a lot of small things in need to start working on - more than focusing on new moves. Like building my shoulder strength so I can push myself off the pole when I'm inverting, keeping my legs straight and toes pointed when i invert, transitioning between moves without coming off the pole, trusting my thighs to grip the pole, getting into reverse crucifix from a shoulder mount, window wipers...I'm not going to be able to step up my game the way I want to until I get these things down to perfection.
