If Mrs. Everdeen makes an appearance in Sunrise on the Reaping I would definitely want to see her Played by Emily Rudd:

I just think she has that appearance of a girl from the less poor Merchant district and she shares a similar appearance to a young Primrose Everdeen played by Willow Shields:

The rare fairer skin, and the combination of blonde hair and blue eyes. And she was described as being pretty, just being beat down by age and loss. She’d be 17 and in my opinion I think she’d be able to pass as 17, I’ve also seen a few of her pieces and she’s not a bad actress either, demonstrating an ability to show a range of emotions.

What do you think her name is? Do you think we’ll get a name for her, or even meet her? Or will it just be a small reference that we are able to work out that it is her?🤔 I would hope we would get at least one or two small scenes with her as she was friends with one of the girls reaped that year, Maysilee Donner. It’d be nice to see their goodbye and then Haymitch talking to her after the games and perhaps apologizing or something. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see🤞
