Paul Lynde as Frankenstein on The Storybook Squares (1976). He may have been a tad inebriated.

Technically, Bewitched never did a gay episode, but you barely have to scratch the surface of the show to find the queerness. For example, “The Joker Is a Card,” the episode that introduces Paul Lynde as “eccentric” Uncle Arthur, has him fairly explicitly seducing Darren into a life of magic. The subtext is barely subtext.
