Tell publicly 3 facts about yourself or your three favourite songs or favourite books (it can be anything, really-whatever you want to share/feel like talking about) then send it some people you like!💕
I’m gonna go with facts!
I hate coconuts, the taste especially, but the smell too!
I’ve been to (spent at least one full day) 33 countries so far! The majority of the countries are European, some from Asia and North Africa. However, I’ve never been to the Americas yet! This year i will visit Georgia and Azerbaijan, so soon 2 more will be added to the “collection”!
I wanted to be a pathologist as a kid. I really liked watching how my father dissected chickens, and generally i found it fascinating what’s inside the body. Also there was a tv show about a patologist lady who had to solve the mistery of what was the cause of death, and i thought that it’s the coolest thing ever (even tho i was probably too young to watch that show, hmm). I know, i know, my stereotypical Scorpio is showing…

FATHER BROWN HEADCANON
Isobel's husband was the village's doctor; he knew Sullivan because he was often called to informally determine the cause of death of the various victims before they were sent to the patologist out of Kemblefold.

@gaylittlepieceofsh1t, extremely valid question! Tbh I don't know enough about the thai healthcare system to give you an exact answer.
My headcanon is that Tankhun's trauma made him unable to touch people, and dead people are still people. In my past experience we had minimum 3-5 autopsies per day. My friend who works in a smaller city still has an autopsy a day on average. So I decided against making Tankhun a patologist.
But. I was mostly focused on autopsies and education, not histology/cytology. I know that in other countries, with different autopsy/organ donation laws, pathologists have a lot less autopsies to deal with, and mostly work behind a computer.
So, if pathology in Thailand is more research oriented, I could imagine Tankhun working in flow-cytometry or something similar, that does not require direct contact with people outside of his circle.
Theerapanyakul Foundation Hospital
What would happen if the Theerapanyakuls were a dynasty of doctors instead of criminals? - A silly and self indulgent AU
Korn: cardiac surgeon, transplant specialist. Classic god complex paired with irrealistic expectations for everyone, especially his own children.
Kinn: general surgeon, colorectal surgery specialist. Temperamental, but meticulous. Expects people to read his mind. Fucked (almost) every OR nurse he worked with. He chose a surgical speciality to appease his father, but honestly he would have preferred something less invasive.
Tankhun: Planned to go into cardiac surgery, but avoids contact with patients after a traumatic experience. Works in theoretic medicine. Has unlimited research funds thanks to his family, which he uses to model the pathophysiology of extremely rare diseases in goldfish. There's like a grand total of 5 people around the world who understand his papers. They are actually groundbreaking, just in a very niche area.
Kim: still a singer, gives no fucks.
Vegas: maxillofacial surgeon. Failed to get in medschool on the first try, so he did Dentistry first and then General Medicine. Hardcore. Despite being fucking terrifying, maxillofacial surgery is not as well respected as Kinn's field.
Macau: is not expected to go into medschool. If he had to chose a speciality, he'd like to become an ortho bro.
Porsche: young hotshot paramedic. Thinks he knows better than everyone, and flirts with everything that moves. Very dedicated. Patients love him, doctors hate him. Absolutely no work-life balance.
Chay: is told not to pursue a carreer in healthcare daily by a very tired Porsche Pete: prenatal ICU nurse. Looks and acts adorable. The literal strongest.
Arm: biostatistican of Tankhun. Riddled with the impossible task of turning the weird fish his boss plopped down his desk into coherent data.
Pol: jack of all trades. Has been observed to work in every department, but no one's really sure what his actual role is. (It's committing medical malpractice for Tankhun.)
Big: the only male nurse in the general surgery ward Kinn has not fucked. (Actually, every nurse in the hospital is male, because Kinnporsche) Is vocally planning murder every time he has to register a patient Porsche has brought in, and read the complete bullshit Porsche calls "documentation".
Ken: secretly works shifts at general surgery and maxillofacial surgery as well. Biggest gossip.
Chan: That nurse. Queen of the motherfucking needles. Can create venous access in a geriatric patients with no functioning veins by throwing a canule at him like a darts. His department would probably run smoother if he was in charge and not some stupid doctor.
Tay: anesthesiologist. Highly skilled but prefers to work behind the scenes. Spends most of his day solving crossword puzzles and reading fashion magazines in the OR, while complaining that Kinn takes too long (again), and he'll have to work overtime (again). He is always correct. Saved Kinn's ass multiple times.
Time: OBGYN. Chronically late. Dismissive attitude. Not only did he fuck every nurse, intern and assistant, he fucked some husbands of his patients as well.
Nampheung: dermatologist. Does not age.
Gun: Failed to get into medschool.

Is amazing
Sherlock is sorrounded by amazing people
John Watson: An army doctor

Gerg Lestrade: The person in charge of his division in Scotland Yard
Anderson: The ONLY person who realized that Sherlock was alive.
Mary Morstan: A professional assasin
Mrs Hudson: The widow of a drug trafficker and she was okay with the death of her husband .
They are persons who in your normal life you would thought that they are incredible clever.
But they are stunned before Sherlock.

Tahukah Bunda? Banyak psikolog anak dan speech patologists mengungkapkan bahwa melatih anak untuk berbicara itu lebih mudah daripada yang kita pikirkan, lho! . Larry Gray M.D., asistant professor of developmental and behavioral pediatrics University of Chicago Medical Centre, menyebut bahwa untuk melatih anak berbicara itu cukup dengan ciptakan atmosfir gembira. . . Pada akhirnya, coba deh Bunda lihat, bagaimana si kecil belajar bicara dengan puppet book, pasti menggemaaskan! Gak percaya? Yuk buktikan . #PuppetBook #MandiraDianSemesta https://www.instagram.com/p/BtPvmpOgQTK/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1p77bk5v3bkof

50 looks at Mollcroft
First fanfiction written for the fandom and for the ship. Following a set of prompts found here.
**
1.Air
Air was missing everytime she found herself in the same room with Mycroft Holmes, but the fact that he was powerful and potentially dangerous was starting to become such a weak excuse.
2. Apples “Doctor Hopper must be a… sweet young woman” “What do you deduce it from, brother?” “She smells of apples”
3.Beginning
A fake kidnapping, an attempt of corruption and the guarantee of a constant control after the release: not a good beginning at all.
4.Bugs
In a world of goldfish, she could be a dolphin; in a world of bugs, she could be the queenbee.
5.Coffee
When he was with Molly, he even started to have coffee instead of tea.
6.Dark
She could have even pretended such an absurd and childish fear of the dark, if that would have convinced Mycroft to stay until the morning after.
7.Despair
He just couldn’t understand why the idea of Doctor Hopper being in danger was giving him such a despair.
8.Doors
All the doors opened for Mr British Government and Molly’s one wouldn’t have made any exception, if he just dared to knock.
9.Drink
“So, Molly, what is it that you wanted to tell me?”
“Not so fast. You need something stronger that tea first”
10.Duty
“It’s my duty to ensure English citizens’ safety, including yours, Miss Hooper” – and somehow a pleasure.
11.Earth
Molly knew that the only man on Earth who could have been able to make her forget Sherlock was his brother Mycroft. But who could have been able to make her forget Mycroft then?
12.End
Now that he noticed Miss Hooper at the matineé of Les Miserables, he almost felt sad that after four hours Jean Valjean was finally going to die.
13.Fall
When Sherlock made Molly fall for him, it was Mycroft the one to pick her up.
14.Fire
“And so the Ice Man became the Fire Man” “Ah, shut up Sherlock!”
15.Flexible
“You should stop making so much excersise: it’s useless and also you’re not very flexible” “Do not tempt me, Molly, or else you’ll se exactly how flexible I can be”
16.Flying
“If something happens, call me and I’ll fly to you” And Molly knew that it wasn’t just a way of saying.
17.Food
It wasn’t easy for Mycroft to admit that Molly’s delicious biscuits were not the only thing he was hungry for.
18.Foot
As she was putting foot for the first time in the big and unknown black car, Molly had really no idea of how much her life was going to be twisted.
19.Grave
It all started with fake tears in front of a fake grave.
20.Green
Everytime Molly saw Sherlock and Mycroft together, everything seemed to be green – hope green.
Everytime Mycroft saw Sherlock and Molly togeter, everything seemed to be green – envy green.
21.Head
Mycroft had been a fool to believe that a heart was required to fall in love: it’s the head, instead, it’s the had that always falls first.
22.Hollow
There was hollow inside of him, but Mycroft realized it only when she started to fill it.
23.Honor
Maybe if he told her, Molly would consider it such an honor to have broken a frozen heart.
24.Hope
“You see, Anthea, after all there is a thin line between belive and hope” – for example I believe that Molly Hooper is still in love with my brother, but I hope she is not.
25.Light
John noticed that there was a strange light in Molly’s eyes lately, and most of all that Sherlock was not the reason behind it.
26.Lost
The French Prime Minister could even wait: Molly had just lost her precious cat.
27.Metal
“I’m not the good man you believe I am, Molly. I’m cold as the ice and hard as the hardest metal”
“Oh, please. I can recognize a dead man when I see one”
28.New
“You can’t possibly be Molly’s new fiancè!”
29. Old
“… Honestly, you’re too old for that, dear brother!”
30.Peace
Not even in the silence of the Diogene’s club he had ever found a peace such the one he found in that little patholist’s eyes.
31.Poison
“Go on, drink, Miss Hooper. If I wanted to poison somebody with my tea, surely you would be the last person on the list”
32.Pretty
“Seriously, Sherlock, I know better than you the uselessness of feelings, but you can’t expect that every other people that don’t share our intellectual gifts see it the same way… It’s impossible for you not to notice how your actions affect Miss Hooper and it would be better if you just spoke to her, because franly it’s pathetic both for her and for you the way you insist on ignoring such a pretty woman” “…Wait, Mycroft. Have you just defined Molly Hooper pretty?”
33.Rain
Molly had been waiting for too long for a single sunny day in her life that never came. It kept on raining stronger and stronger instead, but luckily in the end she found someone with an umbrella.
34.Regret
Only after casually knowing that Molly Hooper had left her fiancè in the middle of the ceremony and ended up dancing alone, Mycroft regretted a little not having attended the Watsons’ wedding.
35.Roses
32 red roses at her frontdoor with a card signed Holmes. It was not Sherlock the one to left them.
36.Secret
He pretended that as long as she would have ignored the soft spot he had for the little patologist, his weakness would have remained secret.
37.Snakes
As Mycroft froze seeing Miss Hooper lovingly caressing two snakes, he realized that she was less delicate that he thought, while she realized that he was more.
38.Snow
Mycroft Holmes never liked holidays, especially not Christmas. But this year there was snow, delicious biscuits, presents and then there was Molly.
39.Solid
“You don’t have to lose weight to be charming… I mean you do look ehm solid” And as Molly blushed, his solid frozen heart became to liquefy.
40.Spring (Primavera)
“It’s a nice thought Mr Holes, in spring even dead deserve flowers” “Actually, I brought them for you Miss Hooper, not for your dead”
41.Stable
Molly Hooper was the test to prove that his world of control, logic and order was not so stable as he believed after all.
42. Strange
After a couple of accidental encounters and incidental small talks, Mycroft Holmes was still strange but not a stranger anymore.
43.Summer
“Do you always carry your umbrella, even in summer?” “It may always rain, Miss Hooper, even in summer”
44.Taboo
And he knew that one of the greatest biblic taboos was to desire your brother’s woman.
45. Ugly
The difference between the two brother was this after all: one told her implicitly that she was beautiful, after the other one made her feel ugly.
46.War
Anthea knew that her boss made that paralyzed expession in front of his cellpone just in two cases: either there was a world was to avoid, or a date with Molly Hooper was about to happen.
47.Water
“It’s certainly poison as in the other two cases. Now we just have to understand which poison is and most of all who is the one targeting all these agents…” “I’m sorry to object, Mr Holmes, but I found water in the lungs”
48.Welcome
And in the end she was welcomed at the Holmes just like she had always imagined – in a way or the other.
49.Winter (Inverno)
“We are in winter, it’s cold and cloudy and you are not carrying your umbrella” “Sometimes I don’t mind to take a little rain, Miss Hooper”
50.Wood
“Relax, Mr Holmes, it looks like you are made of wood” Mycroft rolled his eyes but let her lead him in that dance he had swore not to take part in.

Pathologist I
oke, daku bakal cerita tentang sifat manusia. dalam dunia kedokteran, ketika tubuh tidak berjalan sesuai normalnya. itu dikatakan sebagai patologis. begitu pula seseorang, yang tidak bekerja atau berprilaku layaknua manusia normal lainnya bisa dikatakan patologis. hahahahahahahahahahahahaha jadi, hari ini seseorang yang sudah ku duga dia patologist. memunculkan sifat aslinya. pokoknya aku benci banget lah sama doi. yes I know, doi is superior than me. tapi aneh ngak sih udah tua bin senior tapi sifatnya ke kanak kanakan. aku kekanak kanakan tapi tau dimana ngeletakinnya (pendapatku sih) hahahahaha. pokoknya ngak dewasa banget. malu atuh abang... udah tua bukannya jadi panutan malah berlaku gitu. if you baca ini postingan gue. harusnya ente sadar ya sist. hahahahahahahahahah

Book is good but vendor books_media is deceitful Needed to give a one star for product just so that I can mention not to order from books_media ! The book itself is good but get it from some other vendor that is not them. Go to Amazon
Still filled with annoying mistakes... Although things are getting better with this version, there are still mistakes and Go to Amazon
Great source of knowledge with downloadable soft copy! I wanted to get detailed information to better understand a medical problem I have. As an engineer I'm used to reading technical books to build or expand knowledge. After researching different options, this seemed the best bet, and the fact it came with an online version was the final data point I needed. The book and the level of details as well as images and illustrations is outstanding. The text is detailed and easy to understand. The illustrations and images are of high quality and make it easier to get the point. Some of the MRI images are better than the ones I have of myself. The book is logically organized and it's easy to use its taxonomy to find whatever you're seeking. It is an amazing source of knowledge! Go to Amazon
39th Edition of Gray's Anatomy (Susan Standring, Ed.) Totally distinct from earlier editions is the radically different organization of this classical textbook: the human body is no longer described as containing different systems - the skeleton, the vascular system, the nervous system,...- but the body is now divided in regions. The reason for this radical change, chief editor Susan Standring (King's College, London) explains, is that in the real world, practising clinicians in their daily practice use a regional approach, rather than a systemic view. Therefore, it is understood that the new, 39th Edition of Gray's Anatomy is more adapted to the needs of surgeons, radiologists and other clinicians, than to medical students or scientists interested in the area of human anatomy. However, there is some consideration of the editors for a section `systemic overview'. So, the endocrine system, the blood (haematopoietic) and immune system are not entirely overlooked. Go to Amazon
Every person should have this in their library. This weighty volume is very interesting and educational even for a lay person like myself. The color illustrations are so much larger, clearer and easy to understand that the black and white illustrations in the "classic" Gray's Anatomy. It helps us better understand the incredible machines that our bodies are. Plus you can set it up to have the full volume accessible from your smart phone or PC / laptop / iPad. Go to Amazon
Iconic text lives up to its reputation The 39th edition of Gray's Anatomy covers all aspects of human anatomy as well as integrating a comprehensive amount of additional information including histology, embryology, physiology, and pathology. Put together by renowned scientists and clinicians, this iconic book is a must for any medical student. This book is IT! Go to Amazon
Five Stars Fantastic textbook, a dream for an anatomist Go to Amazon
Printed book PLUS complete iPad app! Excellent book. The text is a bit small for my old eyes but overall it is well organized and high quality printing. I also enjoy the Inkling app that gave me no charge access to the entire book on my iPad. Now, I can use the physical book or the iPad to browse making this a great purchase. I am CEO of a software company supporting medical device compliance so my needs are to gain a general knowledge. I am not a medical professional. Go to Amazon
Five Stars Five Stars Five Stars Well...every edition of this book has been the anatomy gold standard for a reason is best book of its type anywhere Five Stars Four Stars Kissoon is now a Speech Patologist Three Stars
