I wonder if you know a fic where it starts with Molly asking Sherlock for coffee and he says the famous line, black two sugars. Then the other chapter show how he gets jealous with her and other men. The last chapter he asks her out for coffee and she says "milk one sugar" or something like that. Been looking for it everywhere and can't seem to find it.

Hmm, did you check the Sherlollbrary under the coffee category? It's not ringing any bells, sorry - anyone?

Hello, I just wonder if anyone notice the number of sherlolly fics in ao3 is a lot less than before? I swear the last time I opened (just few days ago) it was still around 9,2k-ish... now it's only 8282. Or is it just me...?

Sadly I see that some authors have deleted their pages so that might be why. I am in the process of updating the lists with the latest fics but when I'm done I'll do some spot checking and let folks know of authors whose stories or entire accounts no longer exist.

Just wanted to clarify that I’m not Althea_Snape (though we do share the same interest in developing the potterlock stories😆) And my short story is actually from the universe of my one-shot collection (The Adventure of the Holmes Problem) on AO3.

I haven’t been in this fandom for long, but I really wanted to say thank you for your amazing works and your list! It’s helped me discover so many incredible stories and made me fall even more in love with Sherlolly🥰

Hey, just letting you know that the formatting on the iphone mobile app and on safari is a bit off: all the links which should be visible under the description such as the links to the sherlollbrary or the masterlists are not there (i checked other browsers like chrome and they’re visible there though)… sorry if this has already been mentioned/discussed!!

Thanks for letting me know, but I don't have a fix for that, sorry! I know they work on Chrome and Firefox, the two browsers I use. If anyone knows a fix, please let us know!

Hello! I've been looking for a story I read probably about two years ago for a long time now. It was set presumably after TRF, Sherlock and Molly had gone abroad and from what I recall Sherlock was having depressive episodes and Molly cared for him, she was concerned about him, he wasn't very nice. I still remember Molly going shopping and meeting Moriarty, he told her to do something and gave her a couple of days to do it. Then she came home, sherlock was no good to her and she had a panic attack.

Sorry, just saw this! Can anyone help?

Hi there! I recently rekindled my love for Sherlolly and I am so, so happy to see you still updating this blog!

I wanted to ask if you know of any fics in a similar vein as this one - Secret Child, with a small side of Parent!lock. Fics that are also similar to recent ones I have read, such as the In the Quiet Places and the Life After Death series, would greatly be appreciated. If you could share similar fics for me to read and discover I would be over the moon.

Honestly and for true, that story is an unfinished masterpiece. Have you read "The Ghost and Molly Hooper" (sadly, also unfinished) by Doctor WTF? Oooh, or "Red Door Black" by @hobbitsdoitbetter?

Gad dang it there are so many spam bots in the Sherlolly tag right now! I had to go through and report like seven of them before I came to an actual Sherlolly post (which happened to be yours, my friend!). I feel we need to reclaim the tag… it's just getting silly by this point. Anyway, to make this ask at least a little Sherlolly relevant, do you have any songs that remind you of our fav couple? I'm making a list!

Right now I'm obsessed with making a Truly Retro Sherlolly playlist. It includes "You Made Me Love You (I Didn't Wanna Do It) written in the 1930s and "What You Won't Do For Love" by Bobby Caldwell (1970s). I would add "Next To Me" by Imagine Dragons but it's too modern!!

Anyone else have oldie-but-goodie Sherlolly-vibed favorites I can add?

What’s everyone’s favourite newer fics! I feel like I’ve read the best from the good ole days but haven’t been around in the last few years. Anything compare to some of the top fics lately?

Oh heck yeah! Oodles of great stuff, especially post The Final Problem (I'm using 2017 as the baseline cos I assume by the good ole days you're talking PetraTodd and DietPlainLite and broomclosetkink and Nocturnias, to name but a few).

@sunken-standard has some awesome one-shots in her ficlet cemetary and a fantastic post TFP fic Fumbling Towards Ecstasy

I've never liked ff.net. I was a wattpad baby, then I discovered Ao3. And ff.net was always too old-school for me anyway, especially in filtering. BUT, I may or may not have read some wonderful pieces there recently. Again, I may or may not be looking for some Sherlolly stories that only on ff.net. Any suggestions?

There are tons of authors who only can be found on ff. net, including Emma2021, sillythings and Flaignhan (some of my personal faves)

To make it easier to find such stories, I've created a new "by website" sherlolly list. The stories highlighted in red on the ff. net page are by authors who also have stories on AO3. And just to keep things fun (by fun, of course, I mean "evil"), not all of an author's stories may be on both sites! Have fun! :)

In addition, one of my other favorite writers is thedragonaunt. Most but not all of her series "The Sherlolly Saga" is only on ff. net and even though it's thoroughly AU at this point regarding Mycroft and Sherlock's background (being that it was written before Sherlock's return in S3), the entire thing is an excellent read, every story, from start to finish. From her bio on that site:

Probably Post HLV. They're in Molly-in-danger-so-she-has-to-stay-with-Sherlock situation. She unsurprisingly not happy about this. In the end Sherlock throws her over his shoulder to take her to Baker Street.

Does that make sense? To anyone? Or it's just a figment of my imagination? 😫

Oh gosh, I wish I could say I knew exactly what story that is, but sadly I don't. Anyone??
