mcc has the website mcc.live which is used to track stats while, you guessed it, theyre live and playing. in the break they have a massive overhaul of that website and how it tracks stats to make it a lot more user-friendly and detailed, wouldnt surprise me at all if they were aiming to shift voting to there to avoid twitter polls

i used to main that subreddit for my actual input on fandom materials when i was lurking lol

back in late 21-mid 22 while i was on it it was fine, nearly all the crazy people that originally set it up were no longer involved, or had turned sane over time of watching dream get shit for nothing, often reasonable discussions on both dream and mcyt stuff

then mid 22 onwards it just became stan wars on there, noticable decline in quality of post and more just like twitter.2 (longer text to arhue with now).

after october its just unusable there was some really vile stuff and questions on there in actual October and now the sub is just unhappy malding every minute because the 'dteam havent done enough content the past X days'

i really love your idea of it as less translation/multilingual focused and its more a thing thats just... there. it exists, its not the main focal point, but its a great feature.

i think it would work in great combo if it was still pushed towards a slightly more competitive server too, somehow, maybe with the leaderboards and small monthly challenges etc. etc <- so that would be the defining 'thing' much more so than languages

exactly! like i think so many people are done with the whole lore thing and they want fun/slightly competitive minecraft again. you know how like you hop on hypixel to fuck around and it's all for fun but still competitive enough that it's engaging and addictive especially against good friends who just want to have banter i think that's what dream wants his server to be just from the sneak peak we saw of the leaderboard i got that vibe so i hope he really focuses on that

obviously keeping the language tools to make the server more accessible and allow more creators to join and mingle.

dream loves bringing people up in the community and he also loves some good hearted competition i think that these things will shine through on usmp

So when the opportunity presents itself for Derek to return to the land of the living, he takes it, heedless of the rules he might be breaking. Even partnering with a hunter seems like a small price to pay.

Dean Winchester can get Derek out of Purgatory and back to Stiles. Derek's willing to take that chance.
