A gluten-free twist on the classic spaghetti carbonara, this recipe features crispy bacon, garlic, eggs, and Parmesan cheese for a creamy and indulgent pasta dish.
Ingredients: 8 ounces gluten-free spaghetti. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving. Salt and black pepper, to taste. Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and bacon fat. Toss to combine. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the spaghetti, tossing quickly to coat the pasta. If the mixture seems too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up. Add the cooked bacon back to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Salt and black pepper to taste. 8 ounces pasta such as linguine or fettuccine. 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted. 1 cup fresh sage leaves. 2 cloves garlic. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup olive oil.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Sprinkle the delicata squash slices with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until soft and caramelized. Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside. Save 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Toast the walnuts and put them in a food processor. Add the garlic, Parmesan cheese, and the rest of the olive oil. Add pasta water as needed to get the right consistency and pulse until smooth. Mix the cooked pasta with the walnut sage pesto until it is well covered. Put roasted delicata squash slices on top of the pasta. Have fun!

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. As directed on the package, cook the spaghetti. Once it's done, drain it and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms get soft. Add the flour and cook for one minute. Whisk in the heavy cream and chicken broth one at a time. Cook until the mixture gets thick. Take the pan off the heat. Add the cooked spaghetti, 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix them in. Move the mixture to a baking dish that has been greased. Add the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top. After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
