A tasty variation on the usual pasta bake, this one has gooey cheese on top and the flavors of buffalo chicken mixed with creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients: 12 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded. 8 oz penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1 cup Alfredo sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked penne pasta, buffalo sauce, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
