omg…… wait do any of the cat boys in the hybrid au do that cute butt lift thing that cats do when you scratch their lower back? like its unconscious but they feel so good they just… present themselves to you

Since I think most-to-least style suits this question best…

Kirsch — It’s half reflex and half a deliberate attempt to look cute, but Kirsch by far shows that response the most. Even a light brush against his lower back has him leaning into the touch and arching enough to nearly topple over backward.

Like Two — He’ll lash out at any wandering hands that venture too low mostly out of fear of being groped… but anyone who does manage to pet near his tail gets the (debatably more humiliating) reaction of Like Two arching into the touch with a yelp. He fails to suppress the reflex every time.

Like2 — He’s pretty good at controlling that response, but persistent touch will eventually result in a twitchy, half-stifled arch. It’s always embarrassing when you force some instinctive behavior out of him; at least this one feels nice.

Love1 — Very deliberate scritches near the base of his tail can bring out that instinct, but it’s not very intense. Arching his back like that makes him hurt, so Love1 assumes his body just plain knows better than to make him lean into just any touch.

Parume — He doesn’t really have that instinct built into him, but he’ll absolutely fake it if he thinks it’ll earn favor from you (or just to fit with his image). Still, he hasn’t had many chances to attempt that thanks to a sheer lack of petting.

S&S D Chapter 21 thoughts:

(Oh boy, the big reveal... here goes nothing...)

1. Oh dear no.... Juliana 😭😭😭😭 (At least Drayton is trying to distract her friends and ease her nerves/headache through his upcoming battle with her)

2. Man, If Kieran found out that Juliana took on the Elite 4 and is facing Drayton... (famous last words... before the big roller coaster drop. My goodness)

3. EVERYBODY SAY 👏 THANK 👏 YOU 👏 AMARYS 👏 for helping Kieran out of his funk here (he really needed that reasoning)

4. CARMINE. GOOD TO SEE YOU RETURN WITH A BREAKTHROUGH.

5. I knew that bit from Chapter 9 means something. It all goes back to that locked room moment. Cannot believe the fact that while things slowly go better for Kieran, Juliana ended up slowly suffering in turn. How the tables have turned 😭😭😭

6. THE PARUM LUCEAT THING. YOU DID NOT-

Man we are so going to cause a riot against Pecharunt. Ogerpon, you better avenge your trainer RIGHT THIS INSTANT.

Half of the reason that chapter was so anxiety-inducing for me to release was because I was sitting here like "this is necessary for the tone shift, no it isn't gonna get weird I proMISE IT HAS PLOT RELEVANCE BUT I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING AJDSOHGSPOG" xDDD You should've seen me behind the scenes. I was so afraid of what the reactions were gonna be and polished it as much as I could to walk that tightrope.

I AM SO GLAD SOMEONE COMMENTED ON THIS YES PARUM LUCEAT REVEALS ITSELF. I made several hints about its translation with imagery as Juliana's curse was taking effect - but wasn't fully realized - in a few moments before this chapter (I remember post-beach episode/Arven nursing Juliana being one of them). I am glad the direct usage of it did not go unnoticed. :') Chapter 22...is gonna be so funny...

Loved the consent form ask with Kirsh, Fal, F and Ghost!!

Can you please do a version of it with Gras, Parume, Like 2, and Murata (also if its not too much to ask can Murata's please include both his own consent form and also his reaction/opinion to a master thats noticed hes arisaka's caretaker and so they ask Murata about a consent form on arisaka's behalf?)

Gras

He finds the idea of a "consent form" stupid and pointless, but with some pestering, fills it out honestly. Unfortunately, Gras's idea of honestly means a mixture of bratty, unreasonable demands and openly encouraging as much violent, sexual contact as possible. It's the kind of response that shows exactly how distorted his standards are, while somehow still coming across as a misguided attempt at getting your attention. So what if you're disturbed? That's what you get for making him fill out the dumb thing!

Parume

Though he doesn't believe the boundaries he gives (whatever they may be) will actually be respected, Parume fills out the form quite carefully, strategically giving answers that make him seem both physically capable and charmingly innocent, while making sure not to give away any real weaknesses. He's not hoping for much, but if you do adhere to the directions he gave in the form, it builds a fair amount of trust. You're the kind of Master who sticks to your word, at least, and Parume can appreciate that much.

Like2

Instead of filling out the consent form with his actual boundaries, Like2 turns it into a list of price tags. He can't imagine his answers being taken seriously, so he says what he thinks is most likely to get something out of this, should anyone actually read over what he put. The closest he comes to honesty are a couple of subtle requests for more regular days off, and those are only included because he's afraid of ending up broken without them. It doesn't matter what his limits are (or so he wants you to think).

Murata

He's highly suspicious of your intentions with such a form (and doubtful that his answers will be followed, to begin with), but is still fairly honest in his responses. Murata treats his own answers like a bargain— they're genuine requests, but based on what he rationally thinks he can earn. For Arisaka, his answers are far more extensive, with a focus on safety and keeping the two of them together as much as possible. He's not expecting much, but getting even a fraction of these things will earn a lot of trust from both of them.

something i will not get over is the fact that rocky has a moon motif/lost amongst the waves/drowning type of thing going and that is so in line with how i characterize and portray myself/my self inserts that. it just works. it clicks.

if i am a little droplet, lost amongst the waves, adrift, and rocky is of the moon and lunacy, a storm in his own right...

...what a lovely hurricane we'd make.
