About why I think Toraware no Paruma: Haruto and Aoi were the best otome/joshi-muke I've ever played because I could save him again and again until I could make things easier; and the characters don't focus on staying bothered for being on the receiving end of getting help or about roles of a man and a woman since what really matters in love is to be there for each other. Small things in the story such as when Haruto said it's not about calling each other often in a long distance relationship but never letting go of that feeling... that really resonated in me.

So Capcom had a big poll about all their games and they just released the results. Decided to post some of my observations here.

-Dino Crisis swept the poll, including a definitive victory in the 'game series you would like to see get a new game' category. It's most popular with people 30 or older apparently.

-The winner of the poll for a game people would like to see a remake for, by a landslide, was 'not in here.' As in the option people wanted wasn't on the poll. Peak comedy. Onimusha 1-3 won amongst options on the poll.

-Okami and Ace Attorney placed well in general but have notably higher placements on the female side when broken down by gender.

-Despite being Japan only, a game called Toraware no Paruma made several top ten appearances, including in being people's first Capcom game. When votes are split by gender it only appears in the female side of top tens.

-Firebrand/Red Arremer wasn't able to crack top 100 in the favorite character section. And Gargoyle's Quest only got eighth in the listing of games people want to see remakes for. It's okay Firebrand I'm on your side.

-One of the characters who got only a single vote in the favorite character section is literally named Nobody.

-One person responding to the poll said Date Masamune in Sengoku Basara inspired them to get a degree in history.

-People's biggest complaint with Capcom (amongst options on the poll) is that they want them to do more with their older IPs.

Umehara Yuichiro and Ishikawa Kaito on the “Toraware no Palm” stage at TGS2019!

They played the heroine to each others’ respective characters, and it was great! Kaito played through the vampire interview with Haruto and Ume-chan played the pocky eating game with Chiaki!

“So you’re going to gang up on the supposed villain? Do you WANT to die??!”

“I just find it strange that Maite conveniently lost her memories and quirk when the investigation picked up. Come on, how can no one else think it’s a little sus that every bad thing is happening around her?”

“Sara!”

“Well fuck, maybe the villain planned it like that so people like you would say that!”

“Forget all that, why are we still getting attacked? They’re not even protecting us anymore.”

“Because if they do anything else, the whole student body will complain that they’re being too strict.”

“If I wanted to go to a regular school, I would’ve just stayed back home!”

“... now that things are being revealed. They’re all falling into place, like I want them to, and they don’t even know it...
