To make your online and offline courses viral and achieve an earning of Rs. 100,000 per month, you need to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages both online and offline channels. Here’s a detailed plan to achieve this goal:
1. Creating High-Quality Content
Engaging Course Content: Ensure that your courses are engaging, interactive, and offer high value. Use multimedia elements like videos, quizzes, and interactive assignments to keep students engaged.
Free Value-Added Content: Provide free content such as blog posts, YouTube videos, webinars, and podcasts to showcase your expertise and attract potential students.
2. Leveraging Social Media
Platform Selection: Focus on platforms where your target audience spends their time, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Content Strategy: Post regularly with a mix of promotional content, educational posts, success stories, and user-generated content. Use hashtags, collaborate with influencers, and participate in relevant groups and forums.
Interactive Posts: Create polls, contests, and challenges to engage your audience and encourage them to share your content.
3. Email Marketing
Email List Building: Use lead magnets like free eBooks, webinars, or mini-courses to build your email list.
Nurture Campaigns: Send a series of automated emails to nurture leads, providing value and building trust before pitching your courses.
Segmentation: Segment your email list based on interests, engagement levels, and purchase history to send personalized content and offers.
4. Referral Programs
Incentivize Referrals: Offer incentives such as discounts, free courses, or cash rewards for existing students who refer new students.
Multi-Level Referral System: Create a multi-level referral program where students earn rewards not only for direct referrals but also for referrals made by their referrals.
5. Influencer and Affiliate Marketing
Partner with Influencers: Collaborate with influencers in your niche to promote your courses. Provide them with free access to your courses in exchange for reviews and promotions.
Affiliate Program: Set up an affiliate program where affiliates earn a commission for each student they refer. Provide them with promotional materials and track their performance.
6. Online Advertising
PPC Campaigns: Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads targeting specific demographics and interests.
Retargeting Ads: Use retargeting ads to reach people who have visited your website or engaged with your content but haven’t yet enrolled.
7. Content Marketing
SEO Optimization: Optimize your website and blog content for search engines to attract organic traffic. Use relevant keywords, create high-quality content, and build backlinks.
Guest Blogging: Write guest posts for popular blogs in your niche to reach a wider audience and drive traffic to your website.
8. Community Building
Online Communities: Create and nurture online communities on platforms like Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, or Discord. Engage regularly by sharing valuable content and facilitating discussions.
Offline Meetups: Organize offline meetups, workshops, or networking events to build a sense of community and loyalty among your students.
9. Viral Marketing Techniques
Contests and Challenges: Organize contests and challenges that require participants to share your content or tag friends to participate, increasing your reach.
Shareable Content: Create highly shareable content such as infographics, memes, and short videos that resonate with your target audience and encourage them to share.
10. User-Generated Content
Student Testimonials: Encourage students to share their success stories and testimonials. Share these testimonials on your website, social media, and marketing materials.
Case Studies: Create case studies showcasing the results achieved by your students. Use these as powerful social proof to attract new students.
11. Partnerships and Collaborations
Educational Institutions: Partner with schools, colleges, and universities to offer your courses as part of their curriculum or as additional learning resources.
Corporate Training: Collaborate with businesses to offer your courses as part of their employee training programs.
12. Pricing Strategies
Tiered Pricing: Offer tiered pricing with different levels of access and benefits. For example, basic access at a lower price and premium access with additional resources and one-on-one coaching at a higher price.
Limited-Time Discounts: Run limited-time discounts and flash sales to create urgency and encourage quick enrollments.
Earning Projection
To achieve an earning of Rs. 100,000 per month, let’s break down the numbers with different pricing models:
Scenario 1: Standard Pricing
Average Course Price: Rs. 1,000
Monthly Enrollment Goal: 100 students
Monthly Revenue: 100 students x Rs. 1,000 = Rs. 100,000
Scenario 2: Tiered Pricing
Basic Tier: Rs. 500 (50 students)
Premium Tier: Rs. 1,500 (30 students)
VIP Tier: Rs. 3,000 (10 students)
Monthly Revenue:
Basic: 50 x Rs. 500 = Rs. 25,000
Premium: 30 x Rs. 1,500 = Rs. 45,000
VIP: 10 x Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 30,000
Total Revenue: Rs. 100,000
Example Campaign Timeline
Month 1: Preparation
Content Creation: Develop high-quality course content and free value-added content.
Email List Building: Launch lead magnets and start building your email list.
Referral Program Setup: Set up and test the referral program.
Month 2: Launch and Initial Promotion
Soft Launch: Offer a soft launch with limited spots at a discounted rate to generate initial interest and gather testimonials.
Social Media Campaigns: Start promoting on social media with engaging posts, contests, and interactive content.
Email Campaigns: Begin nurturing email leads with valuable content and limited-time offers.
Month 3: Full-Scale Promotion
PPC Campaigns: Launch PPC and retargeting ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers for broader reach and credibility.
Webinars and Workshops: Host free webinars and workshops to attract and convert leads.
Month 4: Growth and Scaling
Community Engagement: Focus on building and engaging online communities and offline meetups.
Affiliate Program: Expand the affiliate program and recruit more affiliates.
Content Marketing: Intensify content marketing efforts with guest blogging and SEO optimization.
Month 5 and Beyond: Optimization and Sustenance
Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and improve course content based on feedback.
Engagement Campaigns: Run regular engagement campaigns, contests, and challenges to maintain interest.
Analyze and Adjust: Continuously analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
By implementing these strategies and maintaining a consistent focus on quality, engagement, and outreach, you can create a viral marketing effect for your courses and achieve a sustainable monthly income of Rs. 100,000.

New Rule - I should not watch Tradwife content. Even the stuff claiming to criticize tradwife content. It makes me yell naughty words.
Ran into tradwife talk at work recently and about breathed fire. Do you KNOW how financially vunerable women are in that situation?
Checked out a video on it and the advice was - to be safe when pursuing the tradwife lifestyle, you should remain financially indepentant. Perhaps have passive income or a parttime job.
Do you understand that in era everyone is thirsting for, a woman did not have her own checkng account or credit card so money earned generally went into the husband's account?
So, as a married woman, if was very difficult to be financially independent even if you had no desire to be a tradwife? (Well, everyone was sort of a tradwife by default)
I grew up in 60s, 70s and even the 80s hearing tales of men who shifted all the money out of the "family" checking account to another account to prevent their wife from getting a share of the money in a divorce.
It wasn't just a simple - well, some women don't want to work and want to stay home and raise children situation. It was - even if you work, your money may not be yours to use as you wish.
You do not want to be a tradwife. You want to be finacially secure. Tradwife is the opposite of that.

Idk if you're still in an oversharing mood ;) But I had this question: It seems like you're able to hold a job and live a pretty "normal" life while I also notice you experience these intense feelings and are busy dealing with the shit life has thrown at you + therapy. How do you manage? Do you have any tips?
I think I'm often in the mood for oversharing (and if not, I can keep the ask for a moment where I am, so these kinds of questions are always welcome).
That's a difficult question though, and I think the answer is super mutlifaceted and I'll probably forget some aspects in my answer.
(This answer got super long lmao sorry!!!! Gonna put it under a read more because I feel shame about why Whole Ass Essay)
Part of it is I think I've been "lucky" that my most unstable years happened when I was still studying. For 3 (?) years I was admitted to the crisis ward a few times a year, that would not really be compatible with having a job for me.
Part of it is straight up fear (regardless of how 'realistic' these fears are): if I don't go to work and I lose my income. While I will get disability income, that will not be enough to afford my current rent. That means I will either have to go back to living with roommates (horror) or, worst case scenario, move back in with my parents (obvious worst horror). So even when every cell of my body feels like giving up and imploding, I go to work. Because otherwise I have to live with my parents. That's not at all the case, but the fear is definitely real enough for some parts to keep going.
Part of it is luxury of living in a country where parttime work is very normal: until this year I only worked 28 hours (3,5 day) and by doing so could still afford my whole life. Now I work 30 hours and the plan is to up that to 32 (4 days) in a couple months. I decided to up my hours to make a bit more money in order to be able to save a bit more.
Part of it is my decision to do a largely underwhelming job. I have fun colleagues, but the actual work I do requires maybe 50% of my capacity most days. It's not related to anything I studied, it's just... a boring office job. I hope one day I will have the 'spare energy' to actually look for a job that excites me and requires a bit more of my skills and intelligence.
Part of it is that both A and HT are very aware that I need to keep on working. Maybe that means my therapy goes a bit slower. Especially with A, she makes an effort to check in with me every couple months on how work is going. And if therapy is especially debilitating, A always asks if I still manage to keep going with work, because otherwise we need to hit the breaks. If I am at work and something (e.g. a part or a flashback) is limiting my ability to work, I always email A about it and usually that is enough to 'store it' until there's therapy again.
Part of it is a work self. Not sure to what level there's a single work part, or a work 'shell' that covers other parts, or multiple work parts. But something definitely shifts in me when I work, and the whole routine of going to the office and being at the office definitely helps with that. It's also why I struggle more with working from home, because there's less external (positive) triggers that trigger my work mode.
Part of it is that I'm lucky enough to not have any other disabilities that impact my ability to work. I have my ankle which disables me so I'd never be able to do physically demanding work or a job where I have to stand/walk a lot - but I don't have other disabilities and I/my work selves thrive on human contact (pretty huge extrovert).
And, last thing I can think of, part of it is that I can keep going because I work. If I had no job, I would have every hour of every day to Feel Feelings and be hijacked by other parts. After having been sick so much (and thus not working a lot), I can confidently say that that will rapidly make me miserable. Having the structure of work, of getting out of bed, of feeling useful, of being around people - that is exactly what makes it bearable for me to go through the absolute horrors in therapy and in other moments.
Now, that last point is very debatable because often it also feels unfair and impossible to have to go to work when it feels like my whole world & life & body are collapsing with pain and grief and flashbacks and memories etc. - but yeah. Bottom line I think work also helps keep me sane. Simply put, it keeps my functional because I have to function.
Other things that help me manage: rest. Low expectations for household chores. Easy meals. Planning 'nothing days' where I can rot in bed all day if I want to. Allow myself to be less than optimal at work.
I don't have tips. I wish I had, but I think this is just so highly personal. There is no magic formula that makes it possible for everyone to hold a job and 'function' while doing trauma therapy. For many people it's not possible, because of the debilitating effects of trauma, because of other disabilities. That's not a failure. That's just the way it is. It's not like I am stronger or better than people who don't manage this level of functioning.
If there is any tip at all, it would be to find a job that fulfills some needs without demanding too much of you. My job really fulfills a lot of my need for social contact, my need for having a rhythm (to get out of bed etc.), and to get out of the house (cycling to/from work = good for me). It doesn't demand too much of me; I never have to worry about work outside of work hours, and I'm rarely stressed/stretched during work hours. That's why I can keep it up.
But yeah. I hope I made it clear that it's really a double edged sword for me. If I didn't have my job, I don't think I'd be able to manage as good as I am. I know for a fact there's been multiple moments over the last years where I would have spiraled a lot worse, but the thought of "oop, gotta go into the office tomorrow" was enough to go to bed instead of into the crisis zone. I don't know why it works that way for me, but it does.
I'm also lucky enough to live in a country with paid sick leave and plenty vacation days (5 weeks of vacation days per year). I can't imagine what it must be like for example in the US where fulltime is the norm, you lose income when you are sick, your health insurance is tied to your job, etc. - I really feel for anyone who has to live with that stress.
I am sooooo sorry this got so long!!! And then I don't even have actual tips for you! But my bottom line is; if you (or anyone) doesn't manage these things, that's not some kind of personal failure. Life is hard. Healing is hard. Rules (e.g. around disability income) suck so it's not always possible to start by working one day for instance.
Sending hugs your way <3 (and feel free to send another ask if you have more questions)

I honestly think there is no way I would need more money than 1k a day. That’s my car worth in little more than a week. And even if I need more, I can put some of it back each day. Heck, I would probably still work parttime, because I actually enjoy my job (just not 40h, I would enjoy nothing 40h a week).
Imagine being able to work without stressing. Just as much or little as you are comfortable to do. I truly believe most people wouldn‘t stop working if there were a ✨universal basic income✨ , they would just not hustle themselves into an early grave anymore
Explain your reasoning plzzz

Word-of-mouth and viral marketing are powerful tools for the coffee business, driving organic growth and fostering a loyal customer base. Here’s how you can leverage these effects:
Word-of-Mouth Marketing in the Coffee Business
Word-of-mouth marketing relies on customers recommending your business to others. It is highly effective because people tend to trust recommendations from friends and family more than traditional advertising.
Strategies to Enhance Word-of-Mouth Marketing:
Exceptional Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences that customers are excited to share.
Train staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
High-Quality Products:
Ensure that your coffee and related products are of the highest quality.
Regularly update and innovate your menu to keep customers interested and talking.
Unique Ambiance:
Create a unique and inviting atmosphere in your coffee shop.
Use distinctive interior design, music, and decor to make your café memorable.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers both in-store and online.
Respond to feedback, comments, and reviews to show that you value customer input.
Loyalty Programs:
Implement loyalty programs that reward customers for repeat visits and referrals.
Offer incentives for customers who bring in friends or family.
Community Involvement:
Participate in local events and support community initiatives.
Host events like coffee tastings, art shows, or music nights to attract and engage customers.
Viral Marketing in the Coffee Business
Viral marketing involves creating content or experiences that encourage people to share with others, thereby spreading the message rapidly and widely.
Strategies to Create Viral Marketing Campaigns:
Social Media Campaigns:
Create engaging and shareable content on social media platforms.
Use eye-catching photos, videos, and stories that highlight your coffee, ambiance, and customer experiences.
User-Generated Content:
Encourage customers to share their own content related to your coffee shop.
Run contests or challenges that prompt customers to post photos or videos with your products.
Influencer Collaborations:
Partner with local influencers or bloggers who have a significant following.
Provide them with unique experiences or products to review and share with their audience.
Hashtags and Challenges:
Create branded hashtags and encourage customers to use them in their posts.
Launch challenges or campaigns that incentivize customers to participate and share.
Innovative Products:
Introduce unique or limited-time products that generate buzz.
Create visually appealing products that are highly shareable on platforms like Instagram.
Interactive Experiences:
Offer interactive experiences in-store, such as latte art workshops or coffee brewing classes.
Use interactive elements in your online presence, such as quizzes or virtual tours.
Examples of Successful Word-of-Mouth and Viral Marketing in the Coffee Business:
Blue Bottle Coffee:
Word-of-Mouth: Blue Bottle’s focus on high-quality coffee and meticulous brewing methods has built a strong reputation, leading to organic growth through word-of-mouth recommendations.
Viral Marketing: They use clean, aesthetically pleasing imagery on social media to attract and engage followers, encouraging shares and user-generated content.
Starbucks:
Word-of-Mouth: Starbucks’ customer loyalty program and consistent quality have led to widespread word-of-mouth promotion.
Viral Marketing: Seasonal products like the Pumpkin Spice Latte generate significant buzz and social media engagement, creating viral trends each year.
Local Coffee Shops:
Word-of-Mouth: Local coffee shops often rely on strong community ties and exceptional customer service to drive word-of-mouth referrals.
Viral Marketing: Creative, local-themed promotions or unique product offerings can quickly spread through social media and attract a wider audience.
Conclusion
Harnessing the power of word-of-mouth and viral marketing can significantly enhance the visibility and reputation of a coffee business. By focusing on exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and engaging marketing strategies, coffee shops can create memorable experiences that customers are eager to share, driving organic growth and building a loyal customer base.

Even if you don't have timestamps turned on, a reader of this blog still should know the above blog entries are all from previous to February 2023, because that's when @heroofthreefaces was inexplicably if temporarily terminated and I began blogging here at @paulgadzikowski instead.
Anyway.
What these entries don't cover from before 2023 is that I never did find parttime work. But my mother was prepared to help me out if my savings ran out before I found work, and then I proposed to her that it was in her interest that I should remain on call for her as I'd been while I worked from home and while I'd been laid off from that job. So as of mid-2022 she agreed to make up the other half of my monthly budget indefinitely.
Then last May she passed away, and my inheritances from her and from my dad (who passed away in August 2023) amass enough savings to complement my wife's survivor benefit for several years.
Awhile ago it occurred to me that the last projection I'd seen at the Social Security website, for what my retirement benefits will grow to by the time I'm 70 (December 2029), was from before I stopped working. I know that retirement benefits are based on what you earned over your lifetime, so I went back to the website to see how not working any more was going to effect my projection, and whether I was going to need extra income and was going to have to find parttime work after all sometime in the future. The page said the projection is unavailable when you're receiving other benefits and I would have to phone to ask about it.
I've yet to phone but I came across an article the other day that explains how your retirement benefits are calculated in more detail than just "based on lifetime earnings": According to this article, it's based on only the top fifteen annual earnings figures in your work history. Which means the projection I saw in early 2022 when I was recently unemployed and still thinking I had some work history in my future won't be affected by not having any work history since then! That's a load off my mind.
I should still call to see what the exact projection is now. But if the numbers I already have are good then I should make it, until I'm 70 when I can switch from the survivor benefits to the maximum the retirement benefits are going to grow, on the survivor benefits and the savings before what I have in savings runs out.
Maybe what I actually need to do about this job search is embrace the fact that I’d rather retire, and find a way
