Finally finished! We started this a few months ago, but hadn't continued working on it in a while. I ended up having to repaint over what we'd already done of the head, but I'm happy with the result.

I got M Graham Permanent Green Light and Pthlao Blue gouache to make it easier to mix greens without destroying my poor Azo Yellow.

I want to paint my caiques as close to their saturated greens as possible.

Niko made a very lovely subject for my initial test. He's a lime thigh, so max green.
