Chuffed for my youngest yesterday getting a new #juniorparkrun #PB! He worked really hard too. Second race of the year done! I like the #hospiceofthevalley 6 miler in #parcbrynbach. It's a little hilly to be a challenge without being unpleasant at any point. It's a good run. I had an... ok run. Considering the current state of my fitness I probably had a decent result (46.39 by my watch). I held back a bit on the hilly bits and tried to be sensible on the rest. However it's still 2 minutes off last years time. Back when I was fit and not almost hanging out of my vest. Had a bit of a sprint finish in me too which implies I slacked off a bit.
