I made a post about Wales losing these seats and England gaining seats (in majority Tory strongholds surprise surprise [ALTHOUGH IT WOULD STILL BE FUCKED EVEN IF IT WAS A LABOUR GAIN!]) as they announced it two years ago, WITH a link to contact Westminster, and despite me sharing it every day I don't think it ever breached 200 notes

This is another reason why I get pissed off when English voters (and labour themselves sending 6 billion pieces of tatt through my door in the run up to the election) say "You have to vote labour!!! It's them or the tories!!"

We were already abysmally underrepresented in Westminster, and they can make it worse whenever they feel like it! There have been Welsh issues debated in Westminster where every Welsh MP has said "our constituents don't want this" and they've been overruled by a mass majority (the drowning of Dryweryn comes to mind 😒)

This "union" does not work for us, this is NOT a democracy, im not voting for your red tory, and we need our independence fucking YESTERDAY.

Scotland lost 2 seats due to boundary changes.

Wales lost a STAGGERING 8 seats due to boundary changes.

England gained 10 new constituencies.

So of the 650 seats available today, the breakdown is:

England - 543

Scotland - 57

Wales - 32

Northern Ireland - 18
