The amount of characters going on about how great of a man Bi Han & Kuai Liang's father was is making me a tad bit suspicious that maybe Papa Sub Zero wasn't that great of a person (at least to Bi Han).

Just as Bi-Han was about to stand, Raiden popped up from behind Kenshi, startling everyone. He wrapped his arms around Kenshi in an affectionate hug, his bright eyes looking up at Kung Lao. "Can I have more dango?" he chirped hopefully.

Kung Lao, ever the strategist, dodged the question with ease. “Why don’t you ask your pseudo mom, Kenshi?” he said, a mischievous grin tugging at his lips.

Kenshi shot a glare at Kung Lao as Raiden turned his hopeful gaze toward him. “Ask your big brother, Johnny,” Kenshi deflected, rubbing his temples as if anticipating the impending chaos.

Raiden turned toward Johnny, his wide, hopeful eyes shining. “Johnny? Please?”

To everyone’s surprise, Johnny sat up, his expression uncharacteristically stern. “No,” he said firmly.

Raiden blinked, his face crumpling in shock. “W-What?” His voice trembled with disbelief.

“No more dango, Raiden,” Johnny repeated, his tone resolute. Raiden’s lips quivered, and his eyes began to well up. He whined pitifully, “But whyyy?”

“Because you’ve had enough,” Johnny said, his expression unwavering.

Raiden, clearly unprepared for such a response from his usually fun-loving ‘big brother,’ began to pout, his whines turning into the beginnings of a full-blown tantrum. “But Johnny—”

I am noticing a pattern in this weeks Daily Degurechaff post's. Namely [being very rude], [👉👈], and [quietly seething]. It seems to me like she got in trouble for being rude, tried to look innocent, and then sent to her room. Either Lergen was the one who caught her, or the old general's. I see Lergen being the one who sent her to her room. I see him being a bit more harsh then the general's, explaining why she is more mad pouty instead of sad.

Funny story about this shirt featured in ~ 1:37 minute mark in the music video for straykids' new song, "S-Class":

My irl friend @backwards-blackbird is a big ghost stan, so I am now aware of ghost music and merch.

The music video for S-Class dropped last night, as we know, and I was re-watching it today with some friends. I notice han (who also happens to be my bias lmao) do a little spin and I catch a glimpse of his outfit. Particularly, the head piece.

"Han has a ghost shirt on rn??"

*takes pic and sends it to my friend*

Then we spent roughly 20 minutes tracking down the shirt

Hear me out, what if there was a timeline where instead of Kuai Liang and Bi Han being Scorpion and Sub Zero, you have their parents as Scorpion and Sub Zero 👀

Like it’s very much Thomas and Martha Wayne in the flashpoint timeline. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a timeline in the DC universe where Bruce died instead of his parents. Martha is driven insane and becomes the joker, while Thomas becomes Batman. In this timeline, mama subzero wouldn’t go crazy, but she turns very cold and distant after the death of Bi Han and Kuai Liang. She and her husband still adopt Smoke and was very much a mother figure towards Riptide, but her breaking point is when she gives birth to a stillborn daughter (Min Le). After this, she solely focuses on the Lin Kuei, wanting power and control for once like she had been “robbed” of concerning the death of most of her children.

Everything pretty much happens like it does in the current timeline, and Smoke and Riptide have to watch the two people they considered parents/mentor figures fall apart :(
