So, uh... so Lady Shiva’s gonna be in the upcoming Deathstroke CW animated show, voiced by Panta Mosleh. And I’m not quite sure what to think of it. Probably because I didn’t expect any Shiva news from NYCC and I sure as Hell didn’t expect this one. 

But I do like that there don’t seem to be any League of Assassins members on the cast, so maybe we’ll get an independent Shiva for once? ‘cause that’d be neat. Also, the image doesn’t say but the show is being written by J.M. DeMatteis, so that’s probably gonna be good. 

I guess she’ll just be a one-ep guest appearance or something like that, but still, this is just such a weird place for her to pop out to me. I just hope they don’t take any cues from the one and only time Slade and Shiva were in a comic together, ‘cause that... was... not good.

Lalu, bagaimana di negara Arab Saudi yang sangat memegang teguh ajaran agama Islam di bidang hukum dan pemerintahan?

Ternyata ada 51 nama yang dilarang oleh pemerintah Arab Saudi.

Larangan ini tepatnya dirilis oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri Arab Saudi, pada 2014 silam.

Menurut media setempat, Saudi Gazette, ada berbagai alasan pelarangan sebuah nama.

Di antaranya, nama itu tidak sesuai dengan kearifan tradisi lokal.

Ada juga yang dilarang karena arti nama itu, dianggap tak pantas karena berhubungan dengan agama.

Basmala misalnya, dalam bahasa Arab diartikan sebagai ‘Dengan Menyebut Nama Allah’.

Gulf News, sebuah koran yang berbasis di Dubai, menulis bahwa ada juga nama yang sebetulnya tidak melanggar dua norma di atas, tapi toh masih dilarang.

Nama Abdul Nasser misalnya, dilarang karena dianggap identik dengan Gamal Abdel Nasser, seorang tokoh nasionalis di Mesir.
