Everyone who uses tofu in their kitchen knows that it needs a lot of love to become something unforgettable. This recipe was made to prove one of my friends that tofu can actually be an enjoyable and tasty food experience. Spicy Curry -250g Smoked or Raw Tofu ( The smoked one gives it a special,more intense flavor ) -2 carrots -2 bell peppers -2 onions 1/2 Zucchini -4/5 claws of garlic -5/6 tbs of sesame oil -Thyme -Basil -African Pearl Salt (you can use the regular one) -Nepal Black Pepper (You can use any kind of Black Pepper) -Spice for Life’s Spicy Curry -Alpro Soya Couisine ( Or a Dairy Cream of 30% ) -Pinch of brown sugar/ 1/2 tbs of honey What I normally do when I’m cooking this dish, I prepare the tofu the day before, wrap it in a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge till next day when you gonna be cooking. It will intensify the taste of tofu. Mix sesame oil and all of the spices together in a bowl-thats your marinate. Add diced tofu, mix and wrap it in a plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Fry Tofu without oil ( its in the marinade ) for about 10 minutes till it gets crunchy, put on separated plate. Diced onion and mince garlic. Dice zucchini, paprika, carrots. Fry on olive oil with the sugar till gold brown, add garlic. Fry all on the small flame for next 2/3 minutes then add paprika and carrots. Cook everything for 8 minutes, then add zucchini. Fry all till itl gold brown, add tofu, cream, salt pepper, curry. Keep adding curry till you get the desired spiciness.
