{more fic ask} What’s your longest work? Which is your favorite? Do you post everything or keep it to yourself? (I feel like we’ve been mutuals for long enough (at least 5-6 years?) I should know all this but I’m a very very bad noodle)

i normally stick to drabbles, so my longest work so far is Not Even a Cat Person bc it’s one of the few multi-chapter things I have going on (it’s a little over 10k words right now, still p short tbh)

More Confused Than Usual is one of my favorites! idk, it’s exactly the kind of thing that I would want to read if i were looking for a fic of that pairing, if that makes sense? sometimes as a writer i think you WANT to write something you would read and you might get close, but that one I think I nailed. also it was just fun to write, so bonus!

and i basically post whatever i finish, but a kind of MAYBE new years resolution for this year is to not post right away? to leave it for a few days so i can reread it and improving before posting. maybe even get someone to BETA it if im feeling fancy.

You can still pick one up here BUT she's working on finishing up Miles and Buc and let me tell you. I've seen the WIPs. They are also incredibly gorgeous. So if you want to wait to pick up all 3 there is also that option 😁

HI! Fic ask - What was the first fandom you ever wrote for? What is the most recent?

the first fandom that I wrote for was Twilight ;A; at age 14 my first social media experience was thetwilightsaga.com, which was where i was first exposed to the concept of fanfiction! i wrote a fic of the Edward vs. Victoria/Riley fight in Eclipse from Seth Clearwater’s POV. the site tragically deleted my fic bc of mods being assholes and I didn’t think to save it to a floppy disk so my fic has been lost to the sands of time. I assure you that it was terrible, tho lol

(my first fanfic on ff.net that still EXISTS came like a year later and was for pokemon. i essentially plagiarized an episode from season 2 but added a kiss at the end LOL. good times)

and the most recent fic I wrote was for Yu Yu Hakusho! it’s just a short drabble but i gotta say it is WILD reading those two fics back to back. even if i think i’m not where i want to be it’s been almost 10 years since i started posting my writing online and there’s been a definite improvement lol
