Infuriating that Peeta's second appearance with Caesar comes right after this. He may have a point that she should consider how much trust she puts in Coin. But he doubts Katniss's agency? That's just cruel. To say how she acted in 8 was District 13 "using her, obviously. To whip up the rebels. I doubt she even knows what's going on in the war. What's at stake."

She knows. She's finally acting as herself, making her own statement, and he can't imagine it's authentic? Asshole.

Katniss, finally getting a taste of acting on her own will, that action and spirit being encouraged. I love this for her. I love her description of that feeling. After being manipulated by people and circumstances for so long, she's finally taking charge on her own terms.
