Basic run down for them in my AU

-Blinky is yk, the leader. Hotheaded but kinda a dumbass. Means well tho

-Inky is shy and easily scared. She feels like it's her fault for what happened to Pac-Man

-Pinky acts much like Blinky except she's a lil gremlin that will gladly chew on your ankles

-Clyde is a lovable goofball that finds himself in sticky situations and is pretty cowardly but tries to be brave

PAC-MAN's 45th anniversary is coming up next year! I wanted to celebrate a little bit early by re-drawing a throwback to his 30th anniversary PAC-MAN PARTY! ^^

Tell me about your Pac-Man AU :3

Thank you for giving me the opportunity

Imma just barf out whatever :3

Pac-Man was born in Japan after his parents decided to move away from Pac-Land. When he needed to move back at around 20, he was taken in to live with the Mayor (since he knows that only Pac-Man's lineage can eat the ghosts and that's why he needed to go back).

Abigail (Mrs Pac) taught Pac-Man English because he just wasn't used to it. He still struggles today with some words.

He's actually pretty good friends with the ghosts, he and the quartet treat the maze as a game of tag. Ofc the ghosts still have to listen to the higher ups if they're tasked to do something, even if they don't want to.

When he ate the power pellet, and became Super Pac, it was pretty normal. He had full control over it and would just have fun with it. Put a pin in it cause we'll come back to him.

Level 256. That thing massively fucked with Pac-Man. They weren't paying attention and ran into the level. They saw it starting to glitch and tried to get out. Thankfully they did but Inky tripped so Pac-Man ran back to help her up and get her out (yes Inky is female in my AU). Pac-Man ended up getting hit by the glitch and they took him to the hospital.

He was treated and sent back home to heal. He wasn't allowed to work at all and just had to heal. It took a good while. He'd randomly glitch out, have spikes in emotion, mainly anger and he was even more hungrier then before which says a lot.

After he healed, they thought everything was fine. He was back to normal after all so he went back to doing what he does. He ate the power pellet but it had a different effect this time. The glitch had messed with the Super Pac form. He was like an entirely different person (or Pac-person), chasing down the ghosts, terrorising them, he didn't eat them before but now he did. He was terrifying to face if you were the ghost.

Normal Pac-Man doesn't know what happens when he eats the power pellet, just relies on other people telling him. They had to lower the number of power pellets each maze has to 1-2, just because of how destructive he is when he eats them.

Oh and he's actually killed a ghost because of this. Imma save who it is for later but it isn't any of the 4 ghosts.

I like the believe that the ghosts are just entities, not dead people, ghost like creatures. Their eyes are their important bit but they taste foul so they're never eaten and they can just regenerate their body. Also their bodies are made of a gelatin that's extremely toxic to Pac-Man if ingested, which is why it kills him, but the power pellet let's off an electric shock wave that once it hits the ghosts makes their bodies react and turn into a sweeter, edible substance.

AYO ITS FINALLY HERE.

After a year and a half, The Veil returns! The underlined link leads to Ao3, but you can read the new chapter on FF.Net and Wattpad as well!

I took a far less detailed approach to this chapter's artwork; mostly for the sake of time, and I made it while still struggling with the flu, so I didn't feel at my best when drawing the characters. I might return to the artwork another time and spruce it up. The chapter itself is not as long as the previous ones, BUT that's because its original length got too long and it's being split up into two - you'll get another chapter in a few weeks!

Lastly, I'm also going to start linking music that fits the theme or mood of a chapter. Check it out! :D
