2007 Canadian GP, post-qualifying press conference
Interviewer: "Lewis, what a day for you." Lewis: "It's been a fantastic day and already a fantastic weekend. The team has done a fantastic job, as you can tell. We've got the pace on the rest and it came down to this: we had to pull it out to the last minute and it's not easy, especially when you have a two-time world champion hunting you down, but I did it. I stayed strong today and I owe it all to the team, but I'm really happy with it." Interviewer: "You'd never been to this track before, never driven on it before Friday. You learned it very quickly. Tell us how long it took you to learn it and tell us about that quick lap." Lewis: "Well, it took a while to learn yesterday. Even though it looks quite a simple circuit it's actually quite demanding, physically and mentally, and it's quite technical. We worked very hard to get the car set up right. Yesterday was a good day. I stayed out of the barriers, which is always good, and when I went home I had time to think about yesterday's practice and what I could do today to improve. Going into P3 we'd improved the car, and for that final lap the car was sweet. I had a very good gap. The cars were perfect and I really just had to pull it out. The most important thing was that it was consistent. Each sector was… I know Fernando was quite quick at the beginning, but at the end of the day, I didn't make a mistake and got the time, so I'm just thrilled." Interviewer: "You knew you were quick on that lap, but that last corner is always very tempting." Lewis: "It is, especially when you do a very very neat lap and you know it's going to be quick and you're coming up to that last corner at 210 or whatever you're doing and you think, 'Shoot, just don't mess it up.' I came in there and I went quicker than I've ever been. I nearly brushed the wall on the exit, but that's all part of it and, honestly, I was just so chuffed when I came across the line and they told me I was P1."
Press conference:
Interviewer: "So, Lewis, you continue to live the dream!" Lewis: "Absolutely. Absolutely. As you can tell, I'm just delighted. It's been an amazing day. To come to Canada, my first time, it's been tough. It's not an easy circuit to learn, and Fernando has been extremely quick, and so have the BMWs and Ferraris. But we dialed in the car in P3 and I had an opportunity to go out and put it on pole, and this time I took the opportunity and grabbed it with both hands and did the best job I could with it." Interviewer: "How many laps had you done on McLaren's simulator? Had you done a lot of laps before you came here?" Lewis: "No. I did about five laps, but we didn't really have time because we got stopped; we had a meeting to go to. But I got here on Wednesday, went out yesterday, and it was just like learning a new circuit, like going out on a circuit you've never ever been on before, so even if I was playing a PlayStation, it wouldn't really have made much difference. I had to learn... The curbs are different, the gradient changes, the bumps. It doesn't really help. It just gives you an idea of where the corners are and perhaps what gears you should be taking." Interviewer: "There's a fraction more space here than Monaco. Have you been brushing the walls here?" Lewis: "I haven't, no. Actually, in that qualifying lap I nearly did touch the wall on the exit of the last corner, just trying to squeeze as much as I could out of the tires. It was really close, but obviously I got the time and improved in that sector."
Journalist: "Randy Phillips, The Gazette. Lewis, are you going to be able to sleep tonight?" Lewis: "I think so. I think what's important is to enjoy the moment and then go back. We've still got a hard job to do tomorrow, so I make sure I'm fully relaxed tonight. I'll probably just have a nice evening with my dad and my trainer, get a good night's sleep, and come back tomorrow and try and do the same again." Journalist: "Frédéric Ferret, L'Equipe. Question for Lewis: Is it important for you to get pole?" Lewis: "It's obviously a great feeling. It's another step I've taken in my steep learning curve coming into my first season in Formula 1. To be honest, I knew I had it in me, but I wasn't sure when I was going to get a pole. I'd never really been a driver that sticks it on pole, if you look at my past years, apart from in Formula 3. I'd always been in the top three and it's not my strongest area. But today I was really happy with the job I did and it's a great step forward for me and also for the team." Journalist: "Livio Oricchio, O Estado de Sao Paulo. To both McLaren drivers: Are you surprised by Ferrari's performance today? Do you expect anything different tomorrow for the race?" Lewis: "For me, I think we were surprised. Going into P3 we saw that the Ferraris gained some time and we knew that it wasn't going to be the same as it was in Monaco, because Monaco is a unique circuit and they were always seen to be quite strong here. I think we were definitely quite surprised at our pace, but the improvements we've made on the car have resulted in the time that we have. But I think they're still strong. They're very good on the long runs. They're better than most teams, so we still have work to do to improve." Journalist: "Dave Stubbs, The Gazette. Lewis, this is the first time officially that you go into a race as the hunted rather than the hunter. Does that change anything about the way you approach the race?" Lewis: "I don't think so. For sure there's a slightly different approach, but generally I'm used to it. I've had experiences being at the front, but it's been good to be hunting throughout the season. But it's good to make a change. I've been qualifying fourth for most races and it's good to be a bit further ahead." Journalist: "Frédéric Ferret, L'Equipe. A question to Lewis: Who will be your main opponent tomorrow for the race?" Lewis: "I've not seen the times, but I'm guessing both of these guys are extremely quick. Obviously being on the front row, Fernando is the closest, but I don't think we should take anything for granted. I think Nick here will be extremely quick as well, so I just have to make sure I have both my mirrors covered, I'm on the right side of the road, and try not to give up any space at the first corner."

What’s really worrying about Brazil is that their P1 variant second wave was centred on Manaus. And Manaus, in blood bank samples, had one of the highest levels of immunity in the world coming into the second wave, perhaps over 70%. So P1 is breaking through antibody protection. Now, their intensive care units in 17 cities are collapsing. And you’d think the rest of the world would recognize that a country of 210 million collapsing and breeding potentially more variants is a crisis. A crisis that the entire world needs to contain. But we seem more concerned with Piers Morgan.

Happy December, everyone!
Hope you're doing well and staying cozy.
Have you got your hats and mittens on yet? I've been wearing my grey Silvester hat every time we go outside, and thought I'd share the pattern with all of you, just a small way of saying thank you for your support and kindness!

1 skein of Filcolana Anina (100% Merino, 210 meters / 50 grams) in the Gray (954) colorway
1 skein of Rowan Kidsilk Haze (70% Mohair, 30% Silk, 209 meters / 25 grams) in the Aura (676) colorway
Yarns are held together.
GAUGE
20 sts x 27 rnds = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) in stockinette stitch on larger needles

INSTRUCTIONS
Brim
With smaller needles, CO 112 sts. Join in the round, being careful not to twist the ring of sts. PM for beginning of round.
Set Up Round: *K1, p1* to marker, SLM.
Repeat Set Up Round until work measures 1.7" [4.5 cm] from cast on edge.
Crown
Switch to larger needles.
Next Round: Knit to marker, SLM.
Repeat previous round until hat measures 9" [23 cm] from cast on edge.
Work crown decreases as follows:
Dec Round 1: *K2tog* to marker, SLM. (56 sts)
Dec Round 2: *Sk2p* to 2 sts before marker, k2, SLM. (20 sts)
Dec Round 3: *K2tog* to marker, RM. (10 sts)
Cut yarn, leaving a 10" [25 cm] tail.
Pull the tail through the loops of the remaining sts, then gently tug it to tighten and close the hole at the crown.
Weave in ends.
Soak the hat in lukewarm water, gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry.

Sở Xây dựng nhận được Văn bản số 62/2019/BC-TĐ ngày 21/2/2019 của Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Thương mại Thủ Đô về kế hoạch tiếp nhận hồ sơ bán và cho thuê nhà ở xã hội đợt 1 tại dự án Khu nhà ở xã hội Ecohome 3 tại ô đất ký hiệu B11-HH2 thuộc Khu vực Bắc Cổ Nhuế - Chèm ,quận Bắc Từ Liêm, Hà Nội. Thông tin như sau:
THÔNG SỐ QUY HOẠCH DỰ ÁN NHÀ Ở XÃ HỘI ECOHOME 3
Tên dự án: Dự án Khu nhà ở Ecohome 3.
Chủ đầu tư: Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Thương mại Thủ Đô;
Địa điểm xây dựng: Ô đất ký hiệu B11-HH2 khu Bắc Cổ Nhuế - Chèm, phường Đông Ngạc, quận Bắc Từ Liêm, thành phố Hà Nội.
Diện tích ô đất: 12.321 m2.
Hình thức đầu tư: Đầu tư trực tiếp bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách;
QUY MÔ ĐẦU TƯ XÂY DỰNG NHÀ Ở XÃ HỘI:
Đầu tư xây mới 02 tòa nhà cao 31 tầng (chưa bao gồm 2 tầng hầm để xe liên thông 2 tòa): NO2, N03. Mỗi tòa nhà bao gồm:

Tòa N02 và N03 chung nhau 02 tầng hầm có chức năng đỗ xe, không gian kỹ thuật. Tổng diện tích sàn tầng hầm khoảng 30.748m2; trong đó diện tích đỗ xe khoảng 28.189 m2. Tầng hầm 1 cao 5,0m và tầng hầm 2 cao 3,3m.

Diện tích sàn khoảng 2.477 m²; cao 5,1 m ÷ 7,2 m; công trình NO2 bố trí không gian sảnh đón, không gian thương mại - dịch vụ, các gian dịch vụ (dạng thông tầng), không gian nhà văn hóa Tổ dân phố Đông Ngạc 5 (diện tích khoảng 206 m²); công trình NO3 bố trí không gian sảnh đón, không gian thương mại dịch vụ, các gian dịch vụ (dạng thông tầng), không gian nhà trẻ, phòng sinh hoạt cộng đồng (diện tích khoảng 262 m²).
Tầng 2:
Diện tích sàn khoảng 2.477 m²; cao 4,3m; công trình NO2 bố trí các gian dịch vụ (dạng thông tầng), không gian nhà văn hóa Tổ dân phố Đông Ngạc 5 (diện tích 400 m²), các phòng sinh hoạt cộng đồng (diện tích khoảng 583 m²); công trình NO3 bố trí các gian dịch vụ (dạng thông tầng), không gian nhà trẻ, phòng sinh hoạt cộng đồng (diện tích khoảng 321 m²).
Tầng 3 ÷ 30: diện tích sàn khoảng 2.222,5 m²; cao 3,3 m; bố trí tổng số 728 căn hộ ở (26 căn/tầng).

Thời gian dự kiến tiếp nhận hồ sơ : Đợt 1 Từ ngày 16/10/2018 đến hết ngày 16/11/2018 (không bao gồm chủ nhật).
+ Sáng:từ 8h30 đến 11h30
+ Chiều: từ 13h30 đến 16h30
Thời gian dự kiến ký hợp đồng mua căn hộ : Tháng II/2019
Thời điểm dự kiến bàn giao căn hộ Quý IV/2020
Giá bán dự kiến :
- Giá bán nhà ở xã hội (đã bao gồm thuế GTGT 5% và chi phí bảo trì 2%) là: 16.500.000 đồng/m2(Bằng chữ: Mười sáu triệu năm trăm ngàn đồng chẵn).

LƯU Ý KHI THAM GIA LÀM HỒ SƠ
Chúng tôi xin lưu ý một số nội dung liên quan đến việc Mua, Thuê mua và Thuê nhà ở xã hội trên địa bàn Thành phố Hà Nội như sau:
Các hộ gia đình, cá nhân được đăng ký thuê, thuê mua nhà ở xã hội tại Dự án nêu trên: các đối tượng theo qui định tại điều 49 của Luật Nhà ở 2014 và đủ điều kiện được thuê, thuê mua nhà ở xã hội theo qui định của pháp luật hiện hành về nhà ở.
Yêu cầu người đứng đơn trực tiếp nộp hồ sơ, ký giấy biên nhận hồ sơ và đăng ký nguyện vọng diện tích căn hộ.
Các Giấy tờ kèm theo đề nghị nộp bản sao chứng thực (Sổ hộ khẩu, chứng minh thư, …vv).
Người nộp hồ sơ chịu trách nhiệm về tính trung thực và chính xác khi kê khai hồ sơ.
Chủ đầu tư chỉ được huy được huy động tiền ứng trước, huy động vốn của khách hàng sau khi đã đủ điều kiện huy động vốn theo quy định của Luật kinh doanh bất động sản năm 2014
