YESS!! I made a post about this a while back because it bothers me so so much.

1. Spies never die

2. Spies Are forever

3. This line comes just a few minutes after Tati's "burying your ex-lover returned from the grave to kill you" line

I know it's just me being irrational again, that the red in the lighting cue after the gunshot and Owen's head jerking backwards makes things pretty clear. He's turbo dead.

But a huge fall with a big blood (paint) splatter that lingers until the person stops twitching and breathing seems fairly conclusive too.

LIke... fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me? They already made it pretty clear that spies never die.

Also the last thing Owen sings in the show is "spies never die"

The rational part of my brain: Owen is dead, Curt buried the body after shooting him in the head.

It's literally 4am and I'm watching a youtube video and they pointed out that Curt sings the line "If you fall, you know I got your back" during one more shot and now I am back in the spies are forever brainrot so while I'm writing this I should mention that ages ago I noticed Curt that before he goes to tell Tatiana about Chimera when she says "no more little birdies to worry about" he looks so worried about her and just ahhhh this show is just so good.

I am once again on my saf bullshit so prepare for my brainrot and maybe some angsty headcanons (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)

It's currently 4am and I'm trying not to laugh because that would wake up my partner all because I remembered that one image that someone drew of Agent Curt Mega that said Full of guilt, like the full of soup meme, I'll try and find it later but that all I can think of rn XD

happy autism acceptance month to Owen Carvour (who is one of us & I will fight anyone who denies it)

As u all can tell, when I discover an Owen coded song I become so normal about it...

"This song is so Owen coded this" or "That song is so Owen coded that" NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT HOW OWEN CODED "How I'd Kill" BY COWBOY MALFOY IS OMG.

This song is so Owen post banana incident coded. The opening being darker and slower relating to him rising from the rubble after being abandoned by his lover, the blaming Curt for all of it and feeling like he was a fool for trusting him.

The build up to the time change is him getting recruited by Chimera and seeing a new dawn for himself.

The more upbeat part of the song is him thriving through Chimera working his way up in the organization. Him creating the character of DMA and killing all those people, thinking of Curt as something from his past that he needs to destroy

The ending being more mellow signifying him missing/seeing Curt again and falling back into old mentalities. AUGH ITS JUST SO HIM.
