Domestic Cruelty | 500 words | Coriolanus x Reader
“You’re brilliant. Did you know that?” Coriolanus said, walking up behind his wife. He wrapped her in his long arms. [Y/N] was in the kitchen attempting to make dinner. She had never done that. [Y/N] was learning to become such a good wife to Coriolanus. It had just taken some elbow grease. Eventually, both of them expertly found the ways to get the other to yield to what they wanted. Coriolanus could tell exactly what [Y/N] wanted.
This was his favorite game.
Coriolanus pressed his pelvis against her ass and locked her into the kitchen counter with the cage of his forearms.
“You don’t have to cook,” Coriolanus nuzzled his mouth into her ear. He inhaled her scent deeply. “We have a staff that can handle that. What gives?” Coriolanus’ teeth caught on her earlobe. [Y/N] wore a knee length white skirt. Most of the time, she let Coriolanus dress her. He had grown to be so particular. This was a new piece, the skirt. Coriolanus hadn’t seen it before. He had stared at her for ten minutes in the doorway before his dick was too hard from simply looking. Coriolanus needed more.
“I wanted to,” [Y/N] shivered. Coriolanus bent her further into the counter. “Is that a crime?”
“No. Your cooking might be.”
“Hey!” [Y/N] tried to turn around to face Coriolanus, but he locked his cold fingers around her wrists.
“Your cooking may be a crime, Darling,” Coriolanus started. “You look sexy playing the pretty little wife, though,” his hands travelled down her hips to hold her firmly in place where he wanted her. [Y/N] moaned and tried to slide her cunt over Coriolanus’ clothed cock. “You may as well give up. I’m not so bold as to eat anything you made. It looks vile…”
“But did you have dessert in mind…”
“I think I know what I want,” Coriolanus replied. He bit his lip at the friction she created on his lower half. “Why? What did you have in mind?”
“Same as you.” [Y/N] pulled the pot of the counter and set it on an empty burner.
Coriolanus smirked. “How do I know we’re on the same page if you won’t say, my stunning wife? Communication is key, hm?” His fingers must’ve bruised the fat on her hips by now. “I love saying those words… My wife. My wife, my wife, my wife.”
[Y/N] sighed in ecstasy, knees quivering at the pressure on her ass and pussy. “Coriolanus—“
“Tell me what you want.” He licked a long stripe down her neck.
“It-It’s childish. You know what I—“ She started. [Y/N] reached across the stove with one hand. Before [Y/N] could click the burner off, Coriolanus grabbed her right hand and held it over the burner. Hot enough to scald, but not a proper burn.
“Did I give you another option?” He grunted.
“M-Me!”
Coriolanus nodded. “Good,” he released her hand and got her full hips back in his aggressive grasp. “I think a woman willing to do all you have done for me… To look as beautiful as this. To work, to manage the house, to put up with all you’ve put up with; I know it’s been a lot— I’m not an easy man. A woman capable of all that deserves a baby.”
[Y/N] leaned back into his chest and sat up straighter. Her ears perked up. That was a new conversation. [Y/N] didn’t want that; not now. She panicked.
“Coriolanus… That’s not what I intended. The timing may not be right for us…”
“Did I give you another option?”

(Joke) Dot in Fargo gets a neighbor who gives her casseroles and wants to help her :)
But actually I love the idea of reader and Steve making hot chocolate and trying to have a nice chill moment together before the kids inevitably crash it
Steve Harrington x Fem Reader
(This took so long my god I have the memory of a gnat, forgive me)
“Did you know-”
“Probably not.”
“Hush up.” You smile down at the pot you’re stirring while giving Steve a side eye. “Did you know there’s two types of cocoa powder?”
“Nope.”
You can hear the smile in his voice without having to look over. “Natural cocoa powder is more acidic, but Dutch process is lower so it has a better chocolate flavor because the cocoa butter helps carry it.”
“And why’s that?” He tries to sneak his finger into the thickening mixture in the pot but you tap the back of his hand with a clean spoon.
“Because fat carries flavor.”
“Is that why you cook with so much butter?”
“Yeah.” Taking that same spoon you dip it into the hot chocolate and blow on it for a moment before holding it out for him to try. “But also because butter just tastes good.”
He hums at the small taste and in agreement with you, gently tapping his stomach before pushing off the counter. “I know, anymore butter dishes and I’m gonna have to buy new jeans.”
“Oh no, are they getting too tight?” You couldn’t sound any less bothered, eyes rolled down at the stove with a giggle and the image of his Levis being tighter than they already were. “That would be such a shame.”
He’s in your ear suddenly, hands on your hips and lips pressed to your lobe. “You’d really hate that wouldn’t you?” A small nibble before he hooks his chin on your shoulder to watch you work.
“It’d be the worst thing to happen. What if you had to, gasp, go pants-less?” You turn your cheek into his face when he leans in to start his kiss assault that distracts you from the slow simmering pot in front of you. Wide hands turn you around and slide you away from the cooktop, slippers catching on the edge of the rug while Steve kisses under your jaw and up your cheek, fingertips grazing just under the edge of your sweater. It only heats up as much as your pot does, a buzz of a simmer when his lips find yours and you kind of forget what you’re doing in the kitchen for a moment. The smells of chocolate and cinnamon and sugar lost when he invades your senses for a while with warm hands and kisses pressed in with a smile. Steve sneaks another finger into the pot and he tastes like the good cocoa powder, a taste that you want to chase for a few more minutes.
A doorbell is a distant nuisance that you barely register until it repeats fast and loud, accompanied by the shouts of a gaggle of teens left in the cold. You break the kiss first, reluctant but with a small bite of a later promise. “The minions are here.”
Steve’s head drops onto your shoulder and he groans on a long exhale. You push the hot chocolate off the burner so it wont burn and you run a reassuring hand up the back of his neck, fingers dipping into his hair for a quick scratch. The banging at the door is almost enough that you worry they might just break the lock to get in. “You might want to let them in before they take the hinges off.” You smile at him before he leaves the kitchen, a silent ‘later’ mouthed at him before he lets the flurry in.

omg married dave n u where ur wearing js easy access stuff while ur cooking n he slips it in 🧎‍♀️
OOOOH, you actually want me dead sage jesus christ this is so good...
Tumblr media
warnings: smut, unprotected sex, creampies, kitchen sex
Tumblr media
imagine waking up next to dave, sore from last night’s activities. you watch him sleep fondly, admiring how he looks basked in the morning sun streaming from the window. you notice that he’s hogging the blankets and let out an exasperated chuckle before getting up from the bed. on your way out of the bedroom, you pick up dave’s discarded shirt from the floor and slip it over your head.
when dave wakes up, he immediately notices you’re gone from the bed. he slowly slides out of the heap of blankets and begins to make his way towards the kitchen. the first thing he sees when he walks through the doorway is you standing in front of the stove, scrambling some eggs in a skillet. his eyes rake down your figure, his gaze lingering on your bare thighs for a bit too long. he sneaks up behind you and wraps his arms around your waist, burying his face into your neck and pressing kisses against it. you startle slightly at the touch at first, relaxing when you realize that it’s your husband. a smile pulls at your lips, and you lean back into him, “good morning, baby,” you say, turning your head and placing a chaste kiss on his lips before turning back to the stove.
dave rests his head on your shoulder, watching as you prepare breakfast. he knows he shouldn't be getting so turned on at the sight of you doing something so innocent, but he really can’t help it. the way that his shirt falls over your form drives him crazy, and knowing that he could just push it up, slide your panties to the side, and slip a finger or two inside of you drives him even crazier.
you’re just about finished cooking when you feel dave’s hands slide up your shirt and grope at your tits. you moan quietly, turning your head to look at him, “baby, i’m cooking right now…” dave hums, pinching a nipple between his fingers and smirking, “well, keep cooking then, sweetheart.” dave slides a hand down to slip into your panties and begins toying with your clit, rubbing slow circles on the sensitive nub. you try your best to concentrate on the food, but it’s hard when your husband is playing with you like this.
“dave…’m gonna burn the food if we don’t stop,” you murmur, reaching down to try and move his hand away.
you can hear him chuckle behind you as he uses the hand that was once playing with your tits to switch off the stove burner and set the skillet aside. dave pulls you away from the stove, not wanting you to get burnt, as he fucks into you and presses you against one of the counters. he pulls your panties to the side and runs two fingers through your soaking cunt, smirking at the wetness covering his hand.
dave carefully slips his cock out from his sweatpants and presses the tip into your hole. you whimper at the feeling, your pussy still sore from last night. dave pushes himself into you further, your cunt stretching to accommodate his size again. he’s got a grip on the fat of your ass, hands grabbing tighter when he finally bottoms out. when dave pulls out and suddenly thrusts back in, you yelp, hands gripping at the edge of the counter. he sets a steady pace, nudging at your cervix with every thrust.
“feel so full, baby,” you moan, reaching back to hold onto one of dave’s forearms. “i know you do, sweetheart, taking me so fuckin’ well,” he grunts out.
dave moves a hand to toy with your clit again, bringing you to the edge even faster than before. he knows you’re close to cumming when he feels your warm cunt start clenching around him. dave continues to fuck into you and rub at your swollen clit, and in no time, you're creaming all over his thick cock. “fuck, sweetheart, m’gonna fill you up so good…” he groans, thrusting into you a few more times before he stops, hips flush with your ass as he pumps you full of his cum.
dave pulls out slowly, and you whimper. you turn your head again to watch him spread you open and push any cum that leaked out of your cunt back inside. he slaps your ass before pulling your panties back over your ruined pussy. dave turns back to the oven and glances at you from over his shoulder, “so…what’s for breakfast, sweetheart?”

Hello! Can I request a Bo Sinclair x GN Reader Oneshot based off this “When I look at you all I can see are the mistakes we’re going to make (The future’s so bright)” ?
I imagine it to be a fluffy, reassurance one shot where Bo is so scared at the idea of loving someone but he tries and he makes a lot of mistakes. The reader then assures him that his efforts aren’t unnoticed and that it’s completely okay because even if what he’s trying to do/express doesn’t come out right, they know he loves them. Mistakes are simply bounds of love for the two :)
warning(s): alcohol, canon typical violence, unhealthy relationship dynamics (reference to reader having initially been a potential victim before entering relationship w bo)
a/n: i know you said fluffy but for me bo is so deliciously fucked up i had to make it a little dark :’) it gets fluffy at the end i promise lol
it’s been raining all day, so you’ve been stuck inside with each other for too long. him pestering you while you try to cook dinner is the spark that lights the dynamite.
“you sure that’s cooked all the way through?” he asks from the table a few feet away, eyeing the spitting meat on the pan.
“I’m sure.” you reply amicably.
“it weren’t on there for that long.”
“you saw me stick it with the thermometer just a moment ago. I’m sure.” you repeat.
“just wanna be sure,” his voice jumps higher in a way that feels condescending. you know better than to point that out, though. “you know what I’d do if you tried to feed me raw meat.”
“I know plenty well.” you’re quiet now, hoping to keep him from getting upset before anything’s even happened.
“you think so?” he stands from the table and wanders up near the counter beside you.
“mmh.” you reply noncommittally.
“what’s that? speak up, doll. you know how much I hate it when you mumble.”
“I’m not in the mood right now, Bo. I’ll let it sit a little longer if it’ll make you happy.”
“not in the mood, huh?” he hums, hand resting on the handle of the pan, shifting the meat around with a gentle shake. the cords of muscle in his forearm tighten. “I’m not in the mood for the fuckin’ backchat, now, either.”
“Bo.” you’ve never raised your voice at him before. not until now, at least. if he wants to try a proper relationship with you, he’s gonna have to try treating you like a person, too, you decide. “quit trying to start shit.”
the screech of him pressing the cast iron pan down and sliding it across the burner makes you screw your eyes shut. that’s when he decides to tip it out on the floor.
hot oil and liquefied fat spatter out onto the tiles and across your bare feet.
you’re out the side door and sprinting into the rain before he has time to grab you. the blinding pain of your burning skin is only made worse by the pelting rain. the field you’re in has some kind of bramble that keeps slashing across your legs, but the new blood doesn’t register over the animal compulsion to get away get away get far far far away.
even when he’s already fifty feet out from the house and into the pour, bo can hear you sobbing. it’s a guttural, ragged breath in, whine-shriek out that he remembers from your time under the garage. at one point he’d convinced himself he would never let you make that sound again. and look how well that’s going, he thinks. he stops and turns to go get the truck. you’re not faster than him, but he needs to be sure you won’t get out too far. he needs to.
when headlights flood the field with stark shadows, you drop to the ground. the grass is tall enough to cover you, but the path of fallen plants you’ve left in your wake will clue him in instantly. cold doom settles in your belly. your brief stint of freedom is already over. the blinding pain of the burns surfaces at the front of your mind again, and your face is hot with tears. streaked with mud, you stand again. the truck rumbles to a halt some ten feet away. you wait for his boots to hit the ground before you start running again. despite this, he’s on you in seconds. Bo barrels into you like an ox, shouldering you back to the ground. you land on your arm hard and do not move.
you do not move for the entire drive back. not when he gathers you in his arms so delicately, like he’s holding a porcelain doll. not when he pulls a wool blanket around your sodden body and bundles you into the passenger seat. not when he carries you piggy-back up to the bathtub, not when he pulls away your wet clothes and murmurs to himself about the state you’re in.
it’s when he reaches into the tub, for your hand to hold in his, that’s when you slap him away. he flinches away, lips pressed into a thin line.
“I-“
“what do you want?” you can’t think of anything else to ask. first he slaughters your friends, then he decides to spare you. he tortures you within an inch of your life, then decides to keep you like a pet. he locks you in a bedroom and treats you like shit, then changes his mind and convinces you you’re his lover. you can’t think of what he’s trying to do this time. he is silent for a frustratingly long time before he responds.
“… I wanted you to come home.”
“I was home, Bo! and you drove me out! I don’t know what else you want from me!” you splash the dirtied water at him on impulse, then immediately brace against what you know will come next.
you know it, and you see it start, too. you see his fist curl, the one with the thick silver ring on it that leaves the darkest bruises. you see it jerk towards your head, then stop. he drops his hand to his lap and seems almost ashamed. bath water drips from his jaw.
“it was… not right. I’m… I know that well enough.”
“no shit,” you scoff, scrubbing idly at the dirt on your arms.
“yeah.” his hand comes to rest on the edge of the tub. you don’t move, but are just as ready to crush it into the enameled iron. “I see myself doing shit that ain’t right all the time. I see it and I still keep doin’ it.”
“mmh.”
“i wanted to talk with you. at dinner. and… i wanted to break something, too. i’m always wanting to fuck with something. you… were just the closest thing around.”
“guess so.”
silence. the quiet sloshing of warm water.
“i wish the loving things part of me was bigger than the breaking things part.”
“i wish it was, too.”
he doesn’t come to bed. after drying off and laying motionless in the dark, you go to find him downstairs. for what reason, you aren’t very sure, yourself.
when you find him on the couch, he’s smaller than usual. he has his knees pulled up near his chest and his arms tucked close. the TV bathes the cluttered room in blue light that only makes his flushed face more apparent. he’s drank himself to sleep.
you reach out to touch his shoulder, and the moment his eyes open, his lip quivers.
“sweetpea,” he whispers, voice breaking. “i’m sorry i hurt you.”
“you being a sloppy drunk doesn’t make me believe you.”
“i know.” he drops his head back to the couch, still gazing at you. his eyes fill with tears, and you almost go back upstairs then and there, because you’re starting to feel bad. “i wouldn’t believe me either. papa raised a liar.”
“you know we don’t talk about your papa for a reason, Bo.”
“yeah, but it’s true.” his voice wavers, and his hand swings out in search of yours. you grab it, if only to keep him from knocking a bottle onto the floor and making a mess. “he raised a liar and a killer and a shit person.”
“anyone would turn out that way, growing up in this house.” you offer.
“this in’t an excuse, though,” he points to the scars on his wrist. “i chose to pour that hot shit out, not him.”
“that means you can choose not to, next time, also.”
“but nobody’s that patient. she’s so sweet to me, but i only got so many second chances.” he whimpers, seeming to forget he’s speaking to you. “i wouldn’t blame her if she ran out on me.”
“i think that so long as you keep opening up to her, like you did in the bath today, she’ll stick around.”
“mmh.” he hums, eyes drooping shut, but his hand remains firmly in yours. “i s’pose.”
“goodnight, Bo.” you have to peel his fingers off you and lay his hand against his chest to get him to let go.
“g’night.” you hear him sigh as you ease up the stairs once more.
you hear him tiptoe up the stairs a few hours later. you can only imagine it’s early-early morning, judging by the dusty purple sky out the window. he’s painfully slow about setting his boots down at the door. you can barely hear his breathing. his path to the bed is odd, until you realize he’s avoiding the loudest floorboards. he eases onto the bed slowly and presses his whole body against yours. you’re just as careful not to startle him, measuring your breaths, pretending to sleep. after much adjusting, tucking his chin over your shoulder, sighing, he tips his head close to your ear.
“i’ll get better. i promise. i’ll get better for you.” he whispers.
if only for tonight, you believe him.

TW: Drug Addiction
There's naive propaganda that encircles drug addiction right now. They depict it as an alternative to going to the movies, except it can kill you.
And yes, most poisons can kill you. But we also use poisons for medicinal reasons (in hospitals even).
So I'd like to take a look at the mechanics of addiction itself. There's a lot more than you would think.
Now, your average person can take a drug recreationally, think "well that was something" and then never touch the drug again. So why would somebody *want* to touch a drug a second time, or a third, or get s* faced on purpose?
Why does your average house wife get half-off mimosa's every Wednesday? It's something to do and mimosa's are half off? And even though we have establishments who's core business model is selling alcohol, we look down on anybody that actually goes.
Or your mechanic who can't function without a monster everyday?
So drug use can be broken down into two main categories: benefit/drawback
For most recreational drugs, the first benefit we think of is the buzz. The second thing we think about is the social benefits, social drinking, rubbing elbows, parties.
The third thing that we don't think about typically: self-medication, pain relief both physical and emotional, this is where we start to think that a person might be addicted. *To escape pain,* but if that's addiction, then Tylenol and Motrin are the leading offenders of escaping your pain.
If that's how we describe addiction, then all over-the-counter medication qualifies for that definition.
Then we have other categories of self-medication, anxiety relief, as the reason people enjoy nicotine and caffeine. Or ability to stay focused and remain on task. Where nicotine and energy drinks function as an over-the-counter Ritalin.
The ability to work out longer, with *performance* based concoctions like C4, which also covers the aforementioned reasons. C4 contains all sorts of junk, pain reliever, focus enhancers, circulation enhancers. Whatever they can throw in there, that isn't illegal.
We have vitamins, that you could easily overdose on if you take them manically. And Vitamin D is the go-to for seasonal depression. But we take these because our diets are shit. Because it's cheaper to grab a multivitamin and a pizza, than it is to have a healthy diet.
We have fat burners, which is one of the ingredients in pre-workout. They're the thing that gives you hot flashes after you take them and force your body to piss out all the water in hopes it'll melt the day off.
So what are the drawbacks?
I've already covered "escaping pain", overdose, and diuretic. (Diuretic is why you have to use the bathroom after taking a coffee, and why you usually need to drink water after coffee)
The main cited drawback is "over reliance". over reliance is our primary indicator for what qualifies for "addiction". That's right, everybody who drinks coffee in the morning, takes pre workout every workout, has a multivitamin a day, drinks water, or eats food, is addicted.
Some of those are not like the others, aren't they?
So we need to define what overreliance *means*.
The next qualifier for "addiction" is quantity. How much do you take at one time? If you've ever been to a safety brief, you know that the limit per night of alcohol is 3 drinks. Max. Shot, can, glass. Three.
Both so you don't make a fool of yourself, and so if you find yourself in a dangerous situation, you are cognizant enough to attempt to leave that situation.
I follow this rule whenever I drink. But I don't usually drink, because it makes me wanna throw up unless I have a package of tums on me. And peppermint tums doesn't usually pair well with a pineapple cider.
I certainly do have an overreliance on tums, it's probably a gluten allergy, but gluten allergies are for pansies, so I can't have a gluten allergy.
So if you routinely drink a 12 pack of pabst, you probably have a quantity issue, even if it is watered down piss in a can. A lot of people have a quantity issue. And they routinely say it's because I can't get drunk on too few drinks.
I believe half of them because the other half have the actual problem we think about when we think about addiction. Genetic disposition. There's a group of people who have been pegged as being genetically disposed to addiction. That right, the Catholics, wine taster extraordinare's discriminate against people they think that God has given a need to drink more than them.
Don't ask why I'm calling out Catholics specifically here, they started it.
I'm hesitant to validate genetic disposition for two reasons. The first is: you need to separate the first idea: pain relief. If they're in so much pain they cannot help themselves, then in my opinion, it's a mental or physical health problem, and not an addiction problem.
The second, is that white people have used this accusation against native Americans, black people, and Mexicans for the better part of... well if you include the Irish and Germans... at least a thousand years.
Unless of course, you're a rural redneck, then the system just kinda acknowledges your existence as unavoidable.
We have this known correlation of addiction with poverty, but it's always addiction that causes poverty and never can poverty cause addiction.
I think it's because somebody thinks being rich is something that needs escaping, and being poor doesn't.
All of that aside, but including generational trauma, that says that it's possible to be genetically disposed to addiction. But since it's integrated with generational trauma, you can't really tell the difference if it's a genetic disposition, or a societal disposition.
Did Jimbo become an alcoholic because he was predisposed? Or did he become an alcoholic because he was the only one capable of doing a keg stand, and it became a show?
Did [Codetalker] become an alcoholic because of the trail of tears, or because he came home from war, and still faced discrimination?
Did Jerry become alcoholic because he's autistic, or because everybody thinks he's weird or intellectually inferior and can't socialize?
And why is it that poor people can't afford to be involved with drugs, so it's the rich who buy them, but blame the poor because they sold it to them.

Whew... I was incredibly groggy when I wrote this but I promised myself I would jot down some goals for the new year. I honestly didn’t prepare much for the end of the year, and I’m making this list last minute without any forethought or planning, so I’m not really cutting anything cold turkey or “starting fresh,” but more trying to build into healthy habits as the year goes on. I tried to list concrete goals too so I have something tangible to aim for, but I know I won’t be hitting those right off the bat.
• For starters, I want to eat better. Start out by limiting sweets to once a day because I have a terrible addiction to them, and add in more whole fruits and vegetables and varied starches. Less fast food especially. I enjoy healthy foods, I just have a problem about forgetting about them and letting them go bad... Or going for the easy/quick food option instead of opting for the physical act of making something.
• Leading in from the last one, I need to start cooking. I don’t particularly enjoy it because, like the dishes, it involves standing over the counters in the kitchen, which is painful if done for more than a few minutes unless I’m binding and wearing shoes (which I have obstinate objections to doing in my own home even if it eases my pain). But I haven’t cooked anything in over a year and I’m feelin’ kind of guilty and useless about it. Maybe I’ll start out doing it infrequently and ease into it with box meals like hamburger helper, and maybe by the end of the year I’ll be cooking weekly meals with everyone else? Doing basic meal prep instead of buying freezer meals? My cooking skills are currently limited to following instructions on Kraft mac and cheese boxes so we’ll see how this one turns out. I’m anxious to learn how to cook. Not that I don’t have good teachers and the internet to help me, I just know I’m gonna forget something on the burner or forget to add something or otherwise be hindered by my impaired memory, and the fear of failure is strong.
• I need to drink more water, and less...everything else. I’m constantly drinking something but it’s never water. I think it’s my need for a constant steady stream of stimulation, and sweet flavored drinks satiate that need, but I really do need more water. Less soda and more tea at least (dear god we have so much tea in this house). Current goal is to manage chugging water at least once daily, and keep my water bottle on me when I’m at my desk so I can sip on it as a stim.
• I want to keep up with my daily routine and healthy habits better. Taking my medicine, brushing my teeth, skincare, etc. I’ve got an app that I’ve been using to help me, but as someone with literally no willpower and an inability to manufacture my own motivation for things that are not novel or don’t have a deadline rapidly approaching, I’m going to have trouble with this one.
• Exercising... I want to get started here but there’s just so much information out there on this subject. I think I want to do cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. I live in an apartment complex with a Planet Fitness on the first floor, but my budget’s kinda tight, and I don’t really feel safe or confident walking city streets since people drive stupid around here and I don’t trust them. But coming up with varied exercise routines so I don’t stagnate and remembering names (and proper form) of different exercises will be my downfall. I don’t really have goals other than “be healthier than I currently am,” but losing fat and gaining muscle would be great. I hope I can figure out working out 3x weekly by the end of the year because I dunno how much cardio/lifting/stretching I need to do and in what amounts or on which days yet.
• Journaling. I’ve been doing it consistently since mid-December, writing down how I’m feeling and what I’m doing throughout the day, what I’ve eaten and who I’m with. My goal is to continue doing this. I’ve felt very compelled to write entries since I started, and the app I use has a tagging system to keep things organized. It’s becoming more natural to open my journal app when I’m idly thinking to myself and write it down, and I feel like having my thoughts to look back on will help with my memory maybe?
• In that vein, I want to plan better. I want to chart out periods of time to work on art and chores, setting achievable goals for me to complete daily/weekly/monthly. This requires me getting better at estimating how long it will take to do tasks, and improving my focus and willpower to get them done with minimal breaks and distractions (I may not see a lot of improvement in this area because of my brain funk, but I do want to try).
• I also want to share more of myself and not be such a recluse. Right now, I have personal accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr. I’m not an exceptionally talkative person, and I’m working on posting to those sites as a way to open up to others. I’m also hoping to make more of an effort this year to talk to people personally, like and comment on their work or photos or statuses, just socialize in general. I used to be much better about commenting and striking up conversation, but as my art kinda fell to the wayside because of my brain, so did my social life. Sometimes talking for me is like pulling teeth, and sometimes it’s enjoyable for me. Depends on the day really. But I’m trying to reach out and do more “unnecessary” things that I haven’t been doing because my brain holed itself up into only thinking about survival.
Art goals!
• This is the year I work through my owed art. I’m almost done with the project that has taken the longest.. Not that it’s given me problems per se, I just psyched myself out of working on it before I even started and developed a social media addiction fueled by my neurodivergency and just proceeded to do nothing of relevance for a few years because of it... I am recovering! I am working on it! Im hoping to finish the current project this month, and then finish my other two projects before summer starts. For 2014 me, this wouldn’t even be an ambitious goal, but 2022 me really struggled... it’s a soft deadline that I’m hoping will instill some urgency in me since I can’t find urgency in anything else.
• I’m also hoping to jump into giving Rou a real reference this year. I don’t expect to “finish” it because I’m a terrible monster and his ref is going to be several different parts (markings, hair, outfits, accessories, everyday items, palettes, etc), but I want to at least get a simple and complex markings reference down at least.
• I’m going to start making and sharing bad art. My instinct when I have a bad sketch is to erase it and draw a better one in its place. I want to work on sketching more, and keeping the sketches I don’t like instead of erasing and drawing over them. I’m going to work on allowing myself to create imperfect art, art that doesn’t have to be finished. Art that isn’t created for the end goal of a finished piece of work, but for the purpose of creation itself.
• Another goal is to learn more. Do more studies, watch more videos, learn how to use the tools at my disposal more efficiently. I don’t know how much new information I’ll retain, due to my aforementioned impaired memory, but art-related new information imprints on my brain more easily than most other new material so I’m going to be working on it this year. I’d like to work up to a small photo or reference study most days, but a more realistic goal looks closer to 2 days a week.
• For general art goals, I’m looking to start drawing once a week (since I’ve currently been managing like...once a month), with the goal of at least 3 days a week, working upward to 5 days a week when I’m feeling really ambitious. Nothing necessarily major, just at least a little warmup even if I’m not feeling up to intense work, to keep my mind active and flexible. This is going to be a lot easier now that I’ve got an iPad, but I’d like to to plenty of doodles and style experiments in my sketchbooks as well.
• I’m also going to work on looking at my own art in a different light. Right now, I feel like all my art is cringy and embarrassing, like people see it and they think I’m pretentious because I hold myself a certain way and my art doesn’t measure up. Or I feel like my art is just awkward-looking, like the poses are not quite natural, the variations in line thickness are not in aesthetically pleasing places, like I don’t use negative space and proportion well... I want to find a new perspective and try to see my art the way others see it, so I can gain awareness of the way I present myself as well.
2022 wasn’t really an awful year, looking back. I was the most financially stable I’ve ever been, and I felt like I didn’t have to panic about money for the first time in a while (I’ve got new car payments in 2023 so money will be a little tighter now...). Covid was the source of a lot of stress for me personally, but that wasn’t new of course; it just got worse because people stopped masking and started pretending the pandemic was over. And even though we lost our car, we were in good fortune enough to get another one in quick order (I’m very thankful for that). It could have been a lot worse. My family is all safe and doing well, I wake up under the same roof with some of the most important people in my life, my pets are all happy and healthy, and I have space to create and enjoy the things that make me happy. I hope the new year delivers the same to everyone else.

Deluxe Apartment in the Sky: BakuDeku
Summary: Izuku in his old age, was tired of waiting.
__________
Izuku, 50, retired, and one armed with a fat yellow cat, his ex-sidekick, Kacchan gave him when he retired.
The fat cat, currently sitting on his lap while they wait for Kacchan to finish making dinner. Kacchan was 35, and still active in the hero community, but always visited every two weeks. He was Izuku’s first sidekick for three years before moving on to start his own agency with his best friends Denki and Kirishima.
Their agency was moderately small which they liked because they had more free time since they didn’t have a bunch of sidekicks to look after. Along with that free time, Kacchan continuously made appearances at Izuku’s over the years. He would come over to cook, nag or just simply be around his old mentor.
Seeing him was always a beautiful thing, a not so beautiful thing about Kacchan, is that his bratty attitude never went away and it seemed to have gotten worse when Izuku retired. When he first got Kacchan as his sidekick, his coworkers used to tease him when Kacchan would berate him when Izuku wasn’t in his sight. The man was 33, with over a decade of experience, yet this explosive kid would have him feeling guilty for leaving him alone.
It tampered off when he got more responsibilities with his own agency, but when Izuku lost his arm in a horrible battle and was forced into retirement, the bratty Kacchan resurfaced and followed him all throughout his physical therapy sessions.
Deep down, he knew he was a sucker for punishment, because all in all, Kacchan kept his life entertaining. Another entertaining detail is that Izuku had been trying to marry him for the past year. They weren’t dating. Izuku didn’t feel the need to date Kacchan. He wanted marriage and to tie that brat down to his fat cat owning, one arms hero self.
Izuku brought it up everytime they were together.
“I want to marry you.” Sitting on the bar stool in the kitchen, he put Gary on the floor. He put the cat down gently, but it always seemed to flop over with a ugly yowl as if Izuku chucked him over his shoulder. Bratty as it’s buyer.
“And, I want a deluxe apartment in the sky.” Stirring the fried rice in the pan.
“You talk as if you aren’t currently standing in one.”
“You’re on the second floor, grandpa. You need to be on the 10th before I care.”
“Well I was mauled a few years ago, so I still have that insurance money that I haven’t used.” He said. Laughing at himself irked Kacchan at times.
Crouching down to check on the fish in the oven, he lowered the temp before turning the burner under the rice off.
“Why would I want to marry something defective then?” He leaned his hip against the counter. He was currently in one of Izuku’s merchandise hoodies.
“Same reason I want to marry someone as bratty as you.”
“Those aren’t even comparable. Your arguments to marry me used to be better.” He joked.
Izuku smiled. “Well, I don’t know what else to say at this point. I just want you.” He looked down and saw Gary hadn’t moved from the spot he was placed at. He used his foot to scoot him closer to his food dish, so he could stand up.
He walked around the counter space to stand in front of Kacchan.
“How about this?”
Those red eyes staring intently at him. “What?”
“I’ll change my name to Bakugou and you can choose anywhere in the world, we can be buried together at.”
He always imagined Kacchan having his last name, and would make references to it when they were together sometimes, so he knew Izuku was getting desperate here.
Kacchan’s eyes widened a bit, the Deku hoodie ears on his head shifting a bit as he watched his ex-sidekick think.
“I want that, plus three more cats and for us to move out of the city in the next five years.” That was doable. He just hoped the animals weren’t as lazy as Gary.
He raised his hand to shake on his. Kacchan copying his motion, but when he went to take his hand back, Izuku wouldn’t let go.
“The fuck, Deku.”
“Now.”
“Now?” He said. Confused.
“Now. Married now.”
“What?!”
“I know a spot that is 24/7.” Kacchan wouldn’t be leaving his home tonight. He could leave all of his things at the apartment he shared with Kirishima.
“I have friends, my mom would be so fucking mad, if I did this without her.”
“Call her then.” Grip still tight.
Izuku was calling his bluff. His mom didn’t give a fuck.
“Deku….” He whined.
“You can walk out of here with me, or I’ll carry you. I thought you were a man of your word, Kacchan.” He loved agitating the blond.
“I am! You absolute fossil. Fuck!” Feeling his face heat up. He could just see the picture in the paper tomorrow. Him in Deku’s hoodie and Deku in some sweats and black tank top that exposed all of his scars.
He turned the oven off with his other hand. The other, he knew, was probably going to be held hostage for the rest of the evening.
“I want Katsudon after we sign the papers.” Wow, he was really doing this. His heart was doing a thing. Was it excitement?
“Anything.” He said. Pulling Kacchan toward the door. They both slipped their sandals on.
“I want my mom to design our rings.” He demanded. His mother had wonderful taste.
“Of course.” Walking out the door. He locked it behind him. Heading to the elevator.
“Can I say what I want?” Izuku said.
“I am taking you to the bank with this whole shindig, so shoot.” He pressed the button to the bottom level.
Switching to grab Katsuki’s other hand. Izuku pressed close against his back.  “I want you to bounce on my cock later.” He whispered in his ear. “You know defective people can only do so much in the bedroom. So watching you try and handle my girth is all I need for the remainder of my days.”
Any bystander walking by, would have only missed a slight glimpse of a person in a Deku hoodie dropping to his knees as the elevator doors closed.

Spaghetti Squash with Bacon, Spinach, and Goat Cheese
Serving: 2
Ingredients
1 medium spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 5-ounce bag baby spinach
2 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut about half an inch off of the top and bottom of the spaghetti squash, and discard those pieces. Cut the squash crosswise into rings about 1 inch thick, and run your knife around the inside of the rings to cut the seeds out. Drizzle the olive oil over the baking sheet, then spread the squash rings over it, moving them around a little so that the undersides are evenly coated with a little bit of oil. Season with salt and pepper, then flip the rings over and season again.
Roast in the preheated oven until the squash is tender, about 30 minutes. When the squash is done, set it aside on the counter while you cook the bacon and spinach. It'll be easier to handle if you let it cool for 10 minutes before taking it apart.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the bacon slices. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, just until the very edges of the bacon start to brown slightly, about 2 minutes. Turn the heat down to low and continue to cook until the bacon is crispy and the fat has rendered out, about 5 more minutes.
When the bacon is done, turn the heat up to medium and add the red wine vinegar while stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet. This will deglaze your pan, so that all of the caramelized bits of bacon end up in your food and not stuck to the bottom of your pan. After about 20 seconds, turn the heat back down to low and add the maple syrup. Stir everything together just to combine, then add the spinach, one handful at a time, stirring after every addition so that the spinach wilts and there's room in your skillet for more. When all of the spinach is wilted, turn the burner off under the skillet and let everything sit in there while you finish the squash.
Peel the skin away from the squash, then use a fork or your hands to pull the strands apart, adding them to the skillet as you go. When all of the squash is in the skillet, add the goat cheese and toss everything together just to combine.
Divide between two plates and serve immediately.
Notes
To make vegan or vegetarian: replace bacon with your favorite vegan/vegetarian bacon, or simply omit.
You can replace the spaghetti squash with spaghetti pasta as well if you don't have the time or the squash.

Unlock Your Fitness Goals with Weight Loss Capsules.
Achieving weight loss goals can often feel like an uphill battle. Along with exercise and a balanced diet, some people turn to weight loss capsules to support their journey. These capsules are formulated to help enhance metabolism, suppress appetite, and accelerate fat burning, making them a convenient option for those looking to shed extra pounds. In this blog post, we’ll dive into the benefits of weight loss capsules, how they work, and what to consider before incorporating them into your routine.
Tumblr media
What Are Weight Loss Capsules?
Weight loss capsules are dietary supplements designed to aid in the weight loss process. They contain a variety of natural and synthetic ingredients that target different aspects of weight management, such as boosting metabolism, reducing fat absorption, or curbing appetite. Available over the counter or by prescription, these capsules are used in conjunction with lifestyle changes, including diet and exercise, to help users achieve sustainable weight loss.
How Do Weight Loss Capsules Work?
Weight loss capsules work in various ways depending on their active ingredients. Here are the primary mechanisms through which they support weight loss:
1. Appetite Suppression
One of the main functions of many weight loss capsules is to suppress appetite. Ingredients like glucomannan or garcinia cambogia are common in appetite-suppressing supplements. These compounds help users feel full for longer periods, reducing the likelihood of overeating or snacking between meals.
2. Metabolism Boosting
Many weight loss capsules contain ingredients that help increase metabolic rate. Substances like caffeine, green tea extract, and capsaicin (found in chili peppers) are known to stimulate the body’s thermogenesis process. This means your body burns more calories, even at rest, making it easier to lose weight faster.
3. Fat Blockers and Burners
Some weight loss capsules include fat blockers that prevent your body from absorbing the fat you eat, while others work as fat burners that encourage your body to use stored fat for energy. L-carnitine and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) are commonly found in fat-burning capsules that help to convert fat into energy, supporting your weight loss efforts.
Benefits of Using Weight Loss Capsules
Incorporating weight loss capsules into your health routine offers several benefits that can make the weight loss process more manageable.
1. Convenience
Weight loss capsules are incredibly convenient. Unlike strict diets or time-consuming workout routines, taking a capsule is quick and fits easily into your daily schedule. This makes it a practical choice for busy individuals who may not have time to prepare specialized meals or exercise daily.
2. Supports Sustainable Weight Loss
When used alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise, weight loss capsules can help create a sustainable weight loss strategy. By boosting metabolism and reducing appetite, they aid in managing calorie intake and increasing calorie expenditure, contributing to long-term success.
3. Enhanced Motivation
Seeing early progress can be highly motivating when it comes to weight loss. Weight loss capsules can provide an extra push, allowing users to see initial results, which in turn helps maintain motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle.
4. Increased Energy Levels
Some weight loss capsules contain ingredients like caffeine and green tea extract that not only enhance fat burning but also boost energy levels. This increased energy can help users stay active throughout the day, contributing to more physical activity and better overall health.
Things to Consider Before Using Weight Loss Capsules
While weight loss capsules can be helpful, it’s essential to take certain factors into account before starting any supplement regimen.
1. Consult with a Healthcare Professional
Before adding weight loss capsules to your diet, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider. Some ingredients may interfere with medications or cause side effects, especially if you have underlying health conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes.
2. Ingredient Awareness
Always check the ingredient list of any weight loss capsule. Ensure that the ingredients are backed by scientific research and avoid products with unverified claims or harmful substances. Natural ingredients like green tea extract, caffeine, and fiber-based supplements are generally considered safe when taken as directed.
3. Lifestyle Is Still Key
It’s crucial to remember that weight loss capsules are not a magic solution. For them to be effective, they must be combined with healthy eating and regular exercise. Supplements can support your weight loss goals, but long-term success comes from overall lifestyle changes.
4. Potential Side Effects
Some weight loss capsules may cause side effects, such as jitteriness (due to caffeine), digestive issues, or allergic reactions. Be mindful of how your body reacts when starting a new supplement, and discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects.
Popular Ingredients in Weight Loss Capsules
Weight loss capsules may contain a variety of active ingredients, each contributing differently to weight loss. Here are some of the most common ingredients found in these supplements:
1. Garcinia Cambogia
This tropical fruit extract is known for its ability to suppress appetite and block fat production. It contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which helps reduce cravings and inhibits the enzyme responsible for converting carbohydrates into fat.
2. Green Tea Extract
Rich in antioxidants and caffeine, green tea extract boosts metabolism and enhances fat burning. It’s often used in weight loss capsules for its ability to increase thermogenesis and improve energy levels.
3. Caffeine
A common ingredient in weight loss supplements, caffeine not only stimulates fat burning but also increases focus and alertness, making it easier to stay active and engaged throughout the day.
4. Glucomannan
This natural fiber comes from the root of the konjac plant. It absorbs water in the stomach, helping users feel fuller for longer and reducing overall food intake. Glucomannan is often included in appetite-suppressing supplements.
5. CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in meat and dairy products. It’s commonly used in weight loss capsules for its ability to help the body burn stored fat and improve muscle mass.
Conclusion
Weight loss capsules can be a useful tool for those looking to support their weight loss efforts. With a range of functions, including appetite suppression, metabolism boosting, and fat burning, these supplements can provide a valuable assist in the journey toward better health. However, it’s essential to combine them with a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and proper medical guidance to achieve lasting results.

Benefits of Weight Loss Tablets: How They Work and What to Expect?
Weight loss tablets are dietary supplements or medications designed to help individuals shed excess weight by targeting different aspects of fat metabolism, appetite control, or energy expenditure. Most weight loss tablets work by suppressing appetite, boosting metabolism, or blocking fat absorption. These tablets are often combined with diet and exercise to maximize results. It's important to understand how these tablets function, as they vary in effectiveness depending on the ingredients used.
Different Types of Weight Loss Tablets: Which One Is Right for You?
There are several types of weight loss tablets available, ranging from appetite suppressants to fat burners and metabolic enhancers. Prescription weight loss medications are usually reserved for individuals with a higher body mass index (BMI), while over-the-counter options are popular among those looking to support their weight loss efforts. It's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional to choose the right tablet based on your needs and medical history.
Benefits of Using Weight Loss Tablets for Effective Weight Management
When combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise, weight loss tablets can provide significant benefits, including faster fat loss, increased energy levels, and better appetite control. These tablets help individuals stay on track with their weight loss goals by curbing cravings and preventing overeating. Additionally, many weight loss tablets contain ingredients that boost metabolism, allowing the body to burn calories more efficiently throughout the day.
How to Use Weight Loss Tablets Safely and Effectively?
For best results, weight loss tablets should be used alongside a healthy lifestyle. This means incorporating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while also maintaining a regular exercise routine. Using the tablets as a supplement rather than a replacement for healthy habits ensures sustainable and safe weight loss. It's also crucial to follow dosage instructions and avoid taking more than recommended, as this can lead to unwanted side effects.
Key Ingredients in Weight Loss Tablets
Not all weight loss tablets are created equal, and the effectiveness largely depends on the ingredients used. Common components include green tea extract, caffeine, garcinia cambogia, glucomannan, and L-carnitine. These ingredients work to boost metabolism, reduce fat absorption, or suppress appetite. When choosing a weight loss tablet, look for products that are backed by clinical studies and contain natural, safe ingredients to ensure both effectiveness and safety.
Combining Weight Loss Tablets with Diet and Exercise for Optimal Results
While weight loss tablets can provide a boost, they work best when combined with a healthy diet and regular physical activity. A balanced approach that includes portion control, nutrient-rich meals, and cardiovascular or strength-training exercises will help accelerate the fat loss process. The tablets can help control hunger and boost energy, making it easier to stick to a calorie deficit and maintain consistent workout routines.
Who Should Consider Taking Weight Loss Tablets?
Weight loss tablets can be beneficial for individuals who struggle with weight loss despite following a healthy diet and exercise routine. They may also be suitable for people who need extra support to control cravings, boost metabolism, or manage their weight due to underlying health conditions like hypothyroidism or metabolic syndrome. However, these tablets are not a solution for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions or who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What to Expect When Taking Weight Loss Tablets for the First Time?
When starting weight loss tablets, it’s important to have realistic expectations. Results will vary based on individual metabolism, diet, exercise levels, and the type of tablet used. Most people begin to notice changes in energy levels and appetite within a week or two. However, significant weight loss typically takes longer and requires consistency with other lifestyle changes. Patience is key, as sustainable weight loss is gradual rather than rapid.
Importance of Consulting a Doctor Before Using Weight Loss Tablets
Before starting any new supplement, including weight loss tablets, it’s vital to consult with a healthcare provider. They can help assess whether the tablets are appropriate for you based on your health history and current medications. Some weight loss tablets can interact with other drugs or exacerbate certain health conditions, so a doctor’s guidance is essential for safe use.
Conclusion
Weight loss tablets can be an effective tool in your weight management journey when used correctly and safely. By understanding the different types, benefits, and potential side effects, and combining them with a healthy lifestyle, you can enhance your weight loss efforts. However, always consult a healthcare provider to ensure you're choosing the right product for your needs and health.

The Role of Supplements in Fitness
Supplements have become a ubiquitous part of the fitness industry, with countless products claiming to enhance performance, support muscle growth, and improve overall health. While some supplements can play a beneficial role in supporting fitness goals, others may be unnecessary or even potentially harmful if used improperly. In this article, we'll explore the role of supplements in fitness, including their potential benefits, risks, and considerations for safe and effective use.
1. Understanding Supplements
Supplements are products intended to supplement the diet and provide essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, or other substances that may be lacking in the diet or beneficial for health and performance. They come in various forms, including pills, capsules, powders, liquids, and bars, and are widely available over-the-counter at pharmacies, health food stores, and online retailers.
2. Potential Benefits of Supplements in Fitness
While a balanced diet rich in whole foods should always be the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, supplements can play a supportive role in fitness by providing additional nutrients or enhancing specific aspects of performance or recovery. Some potential benefits of supplements in fitness include:
Meeting Nutrient Needs: Certain supplements can help fill nutrient gaps in the diet, particularly for individuals with specific dietary restrictions, preferences, or deficiencies. For example, vegans or vegetarians may benefit from taking vitamin B12, iron, or omega-3 supplements to ensure adequate intake of these nutrients.
Enhancing Performance: Some supplements, such as caffeine, creatine, beta-alanine, and nitric oxide boosters, have been shown to enhance exercise performance by increasing energy, strength, power, endurance, or blood flow. These supplements may be particularly beneficial for athletes or individuals engaging in high-intensity or endurance activities.
Supporting Muscle Growth and Recovery: Protein supplements, such as whey protein, casein protein, and plant-based protein powders, are commonly used to support muscle growth, repair, and recovery after exercise. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and essential amino acid supplements may also help reduce muscle soreness and promote muscle protein synthesis.
Aiding Weight Management: Certain supplements, such as caffeine, green tea extract, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and thermogenic fat burners, are marketed for their potential to boost metabolism, increase fat oxidation, and support weight loss or weight management goals. However, it's essential to use these supplements in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise for optimal results.

3. Risks and Considerations
While some supplements can offer benefits for fitness and health, others may carry risks or have limited evidence to support their efficacy. It's essential to approach supplements with caution and consider the following factors:
Quality and Purity: Not all supplements are created equal, and quality can vary widely among brands and products. Look for supplements that have been third-party tested for purity, potency, and safety by reputable organizations such as NSF International, Informed-Sport, or ConsumerLab.com.
Potential Side Effects: Some supplements may cause adverse reactions or side effects, particularly if taken in high doses or combined with other medications or supplements. It's essential to read labels carefully, follow recommended dosages, and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or concerns. To get more information click QocHealth.com.
Legal and Regulatory Considerations: The supplement industry is loosely regulated, and not all products undergo rigorous testing or scrutiny before being marketed to consumers. Be cautious of supplements that make exaggerated claims or promises that seem too good to be true. Look for products that are backed by scientific research and have a track record of safety and efficacy.
4. Supplementing Wisely
When considering supplements for fitness, it's essential to adopt a cautious and informed approach:
Assess Your Needs: Evaluate your diet, lifestyle, and fitness goals to determine if there are any specific nutrients or areas where supplementation may be beneficial. Focus on filling nutrient gaps and addressing individual needs rather than relying solely on supplements for overall health and fitness.
Choose Wisely: Select supplements from reputable brands with a track record of quality, safety, and transparency. Look for products that have undergone third-party testing and certification to ensure purity and potency.
Consult with a Professional: Before starting any new supplement regimen, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, such as a registered dietitian or sports nutritionist, to assess your individual needs, discuss potential risks and benefits, and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and preferences.
Monitor Effects: Pay attention to how your body responds to supplements and adjust your regimen as needed based on changes in performance, energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. If you experience any adverse reactions or concerns, discontinue use and seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
5. Conclusion
Supplements can play a supportive role in fitness by providing essential nutrients, enhancing performance, and supporting overall health and well-being. However, it's essential to approach supplements with caution, skepticism, and informed decision-making. Focus on meeting nutrient needs through a balanced diet, choose supplements wisely from reputable brands, and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen. By supplementing wisely and responsibly, you can maximize the potential benefits of supplements while minimizing risks and ensuring safe and effective support for your fitness goals.

Chapter 14 temperature
They found a considerable store of food in a larder panel in the kitchen. The larder itself had been sealed with exceptional preservation spells, so the sacks of grain and flour, crates of vegetables, dried fruits and meats were perfectly fresh.
There was even wine.
Loklan stared at the rack of unlabeled bottles for a moment, remembering the last year.
He'd spent hardly a moment of it sober and yet…
He felt no desire to drink.
Huh.
"There's enough food here to last us a year," Eiara exclaimed, and then set about lighting the heavy steel stove. "I find it difficult to believe they would leave all this here without intending to return," she added, taking the paper-wrapped bundle of meat he handed to her.
Loklan chose a pair of plump green squash, a fat onion, and a bottle of wine. "It is a bit strange." He set the vegetables on the white stone counter beside the stove and started opening cabinets, looking for a cutting board. "Terraforming work is usually done in stages over the course of several decades. Perhaps the families working here were on a rotation and the project was canceled between phases."
"That makes sense." She pulled a large iron skillet out of a low cabinet and set it over the lit burner. "Did you see any oil in there? Or butter?"
Loklan's stomach growled. "I'll look again." He went back to the larder, adding, "As much as I enjoy the view, you should probably put something on before you start cooking that, or you're likely to burn yourself."
Eiara looked up with the slab of raw meat in her hand. She was still naked. They both were.
There wasn't any pressing reason to dress, after all. They were alone, and the temperature inside the bunker was perfectly regulated.
"I saw an apron hanging on the door in the pantry there," she pointed.
Loklan handed her a small tin of butter, retrieved the apron, and then looped the strap over her head and tied the ties for her as she set the meat into the pan.
He was still standing behind her, shaping her little waist with both hands and admiring the curves of her ass when she said, "Will you cut the vegetables?"
"Of course," he murmured, bending to kiss her shoulder. It was a strange task for a prince, but Loklan had spent a good deal of time in the kitchens as a child. The servants were Miyuni peasants, and they didn’t give a damn if he was a bastard. They’d treated him well, taught him things no prince ought to know.
Namely, how to cook and clean.
Perhaps that was why the easy domesticity with which the day progressed was so comfortable for him. Cooking, eating, retiring to the big bed, falling asleep with Eiara curled against the front of his body... It should have been strange. Awkward.
It wasn't.
He'd never lived with a woman this way. Never shared domestic tasks. In fact, he'd never shared anything with a lover before, besides his body and occasionally his bed.
It occurred to him briefly that this fact might have some import—that his pleasure in sharing everything with Eiara might represent some deeper emotional significance than simply lust, but again, he didn't pursue the thought.
He did, however, settle firmly into the knowledge that whatever happened—if they ever managed to get off this moon, and wherever they might end up after—he had no intention whatsoever of letting Eiara go.
***
Their first full day in the bunker was one he would remember vividly for the rest of his life.
It started with a lazy bout of lovemaking that began and ended before either party had fully awakened.
Loklan simply rolled toward her and pulled her beneath him, drawn by the silky heat of her body. Her legs parted and his morning erection seemed to find entrance of its own accord. With his face tucked into the crook of her neck and his weight pressing her into the mattress, he completed the act in a series of rocking thrusts that brought them both to a slow, shuddering orgasm.
Afterward, he dropped off to sleep again with Eria's fingers in his hair and her breath tickling his ear.
A few hours later he climbed out of bed and found her sitting naked at the big dining table, drinking a mug of tea and reading another agriculture book.
"Didn't they bring books on any other subjects?" he asked, stealing a sip from her mug.
"There were some children's books, too," she replied. "And history books. But I wanted to read about Eiarflower."
Loklan perched himself on the edge of the table and her gaze slid down his body. His cock immediately began to stir in response.
“You remembered how to read?”
“Mm-hm.”
He smiled. "And what did you learn?"
"Eiarflower takes years and years to cultivate. It can be used for powerful healing magics." She looked down. Fingered the edge of the page she'd been reading. "I wonder whose choice it was to name me after it."
Loklan was silent. Unsure what to say. He grappled with a spurt of anxiety, thinking of her family. Of the people, she couldn't remember who must love her.
The people she might remember one day. The people she might wish to find. To be with.
Instead of him.
"Have you eaten?" he asked.
Her gaze returned to him, lingering on his thighs and then his sex, totally ignorant of his inner turmoil. "No."
Guilt pricked his conscience. He pushed it away. "Would you like to do so before we take care of item one?"
Green-brown eyes rose slowly to his face.
"No."
There was a moment of silence and burgeoning sexual tension, and then he murmured, "Stand."
She understood immediately. Like an intuition. The same one he felt, commanding her.
It was another game.
It felt…natural. Instinctive.
Exhilarating.
She licked her lips. Glanced again at his cock, which stood up quite stiffly now.
Slowly, she rose to her feet.
"Lick your fingers," he commanded darkly.
Her brows rose a little in surprise, but she lifted her hand and licked the pads of her first three fingers.
"More," he said, watching with predatory interest.
She stuck the fingers in her mouth and sucked them.
"Now touch yourself."
Swallowing audibly, she put her fingers between her legs.
He watched the slender digits slip into the hair there, and then between her little folds.
"Is it hard?" he asked softly.
Her answer was breathy and almost soundless. "What?"
"Your clit. Is it hard yet?"
Her lower lip disappeared between her teeth. She nodded.
"Were you waiting here at the table for me to come and fuck you?"
Her lip reappeared, mouth opening on a shudder of breath. "Yes."
Pleased, Loklan began to stroke himself. "Do you remember what I told you?"
"Not gentle," she repeated, watching his hand.
Goddess, this was going to be good.
"Put your fingers inside."
Eiara widened her stance a little, hand delving between her thighs, belly flexing.
"Now, show me how wet you are," he growled.
The slender fingers she extended to him were glossy and slick.
That was it. He grabbed her arm and spun her so fast she cried out. An instant later he had her pinned face-down over the table, one scaled hand splayed in the center of her back. The book fell to the floor, swept aside by her arm, small hand scrabbling for purchase on the broad oakwood surface. The mug skittered over the edge in the other direction and shattered on the floor as he kicked her legs apart and positioned himself against the lips of her sex.
"Say you love me," he commanded, startling her—startling himself.
She tried to look back at him and he growled low in warning.
"I love you," she gasped, jerking hard as he thrust inside.
The words made him feel wild.
He withdrew until he could see the edge of his glans peeking from the entrance to her body.
"Again," he demanded.
"I l-love you," she whimpered.
Loklan thrust so hard she sobbed and scraped her nails on the table. The impact of his hips rang loudly in the room. He pulled back and watched the skin of her ass flower red where he'd made contact.
"Say it again," he rasped, cock pulsing.
This time she could barely form the syllables, but he drank them down anyway, and then he made her say it again, over and over, riding her so roughly that the heavy table began to jump across the floor.
The first time she came he bit her shoulder and rode it out in a punishing rush. A few minutes later, when she began to shake and clench again, he stopped moving and watched the mouth of her sex clutching at the base of his cock, holding her hips so she couldn't rock back into him.
After that, he decided to see how many times he could make her come before he reached his own end.
What he found—with a dark, animal sort of delight—was that there seemed to be no limit to the number of times he could bring her.
After the fourth, she began to beg.
"No more," she cried, back bowing, legs trembling.
He'd aborted his own orgasm half a dozen times already. His testicles had begun to ache, drawn tight to his body.
But he'd fallen into a reptilian haze, focused on her responses—every clench, every cry. The way her insides fluttered and gushed in response to certain angles and alterations in his rhythm. The sheen of sweat on her back and the way her spine rippled when the next orgasm began to break.
After the sixth time, she started trying to get away. Loklan pinned her arms and sunk his teeth into the back of her neck. Rode her faster, battering her cervix and then shortening his thrusts so the head of his cock worried at that little pleasure spot just inside.
"Please," she gasped, bucking under him, pulling at his grip on her arms. "Loklan, please!"
He growled roughly against her neck, hearing the animal sound as if from far away. He felt like an animal. And his prey writhed deliciously beneath him, sex tightening again, sucking him in.
"Come, please come!" she sobbed, words breaking up into ragged, meaningless little sounds as her body seized a seventh time.
Loklan had read once that it was possible to drive a person mad with pleasure. Some small part of his mind was still lucid enough to wonder which of them would go mad first.
Or perhaps they were both lost already.
When Eiara came down from her seventh orgasm, she seemed to have lost the ability to speak, subsiding into a low, constant keening that filled him with enormous satisfaction. She'd stopped fighting too; her surrender was almost as sweet as her pleasure had been.
Despite his state of arousal, the violence drained away and he took his final pleasure in a tender haze, licking the marks where he'd bitten her and thrusting unhurriedly into her wetness.
At the very end, he heard himself whisper, "Say it again," in a voiceless rasp.
She moaned very softly, "...love you..." and Loklan bowed above her, white light bursting behind his eyelids, mouth open and gasping against the back of her shoulder as he poured his seed into her body.
She might have come again—her sex was almost painfully tight around his final thrusts—but he was so lost to it that later he would wonder if he hadn't blacked out.
When he could think again, he found himself on the floor with Eiara collapsed on top of him, her hair in his face and their combined wetness trickling across his upper thigh.
She was completely limp, one leg trapped between his, cheek pressed to his upper chest, arms flung across his own. They were both still gasping.
By the Goddess, he'd never had any woman so deeply and with such animal violence.
And she'd come from that! Over and over, she'd come! He could still feel her little sex clutching hungrily at his cock.
And hear her pleas…see her struggling to get away.
Shit. Damn.
His head began to clear at last.
Dread and shame gathered inside him.
Loklan lifted himself on trembling arms and looked down.
"Eiara," he managed hoarsely. "Are you alright?"
Her only response was a reedy little whine.
Oh no. Oh no…I've done it again…
"Look at me, sweetheart," he rasped.
She shook her head so minutely that he almost missed it.
Loklan made himself sit up, holding her against his chest when she would have slid off. He lifted her, rearranging her carefully across his lap.
Her face was flushed, her lips parted, hair damp and sticking to her cheeks.
His chest began to constrict with anxiety.
"Open your eyes, love."
Her eyelids cracked a little, but her gaze was unfocused.
"Have I broken you?" He tried to make it sound playful, but his heart was pounding.
Her lips moved; no sound came out.
Loklan put his ear to her mouth. "What was that?"
Two faint syllables formed in her throat.
"...killed me..."
And then her gaze focused laboriously on his face and her lips curved upwards at the corners.
His gushing sigh of relief ended in a low laugh. "I may have lost control of myself," he admitted. "Shall I begin apologizing profusely?"
Her head lolled a little in negation. "Kiss..." she breathed.
"You want a kiss?"
She managed a nod.
Amazed, swamped with unexpected gratitude, he kissed her with such care and tenderness that she hummed into his mouth.
"Good," she murmured when he let her go.
Loklan stroked her back. "Yeah? You mean the sex or the kiss?
"You," she sighed, eyes slipping closed.
He chuckled. "You had me worried there for a minute."
"Mmm..."
"Would you like to go back to bed?" he asked. "Or perhaps a bath?"
She nodded.
"Which?"
"Bed," she whispered.
Loklan rose carefully and carried her back to the room. She held on when he would have tucked her in.
"Cuddle," she demanded softly.
Loklan's heart did a funny sort of two-step. Which was stupid; he'd cuddled her countless times before.
But she'd never asked him to, he reasoned. And certainly not in that melting, pleasure-drunk voice. So he followed her down amongst the blankets and folded himself around her.
"Just for a little while," she mumbled.
"For as long as you like," he replied gruffly.
She sighed. "Loklan...love you..."
And though he laid very still and said nothing, Loklan's heart answered so loudly that he could no longer pretend it hadn't.
