the plot on earth: happening. everyone crowing around the lore: okay but tell us more about pixie office shenanigans please
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Once, a new Pixie intern accidentally ordered Blue-White paper with 97 Brightness instead of Cream-White paper with 98 Brightness. It sent the entire Pixies Corporation into an uproar, and they tried to take over Fairyworld as a result. Y'know. To ban Blue-White paper from existence.
It took weeks for Jorgen to resolve it all and bring the Pixies back in line. After that event, interns had to take a 2-course seminar on the differences of printer paper quality before being tasked to order more printer paper.

Do you think that one day Wanda looked at Timmy and realized that he was getting taller? Do you think that one day when Cosmo goes to grab Timmy's hands, he noticed that his hands were larger? Do you think that one day when Peri goes to hug Timmy that he realized that his arms can't circle him anymore?
Do you think that they look at Timmy and it's like getting stabbed someplace deep because it's so obviously clear that Timmy's aging. That he's not like them, no matter how much they've woven him into their family. That he's so fragile and mortal and human and that he'll one day be gone in the blink of an eye.
It's gotta be hard, being this immortal being, and getting attached to this small boy and falling in love with him only to be constantly reminded that this boy you love more than life itself is only with you temporarily. That one day you could lose him, because mortality has an expiration date. And time stops for no one.

Once again pondering Peri & Dev's dynamic and I've come to the conclusion that I feel like the best end goal for them is just... ambiguous found family?
Dev really needs a proper family figure in his life, but Peri is most likely around 23 years old, way too young to be a dad. However, a brother figure is probably off the table too, as I feel Peri would be hesitant to declare himself another sibling, especially since Timmy isn't around to get to know Dev himself.
Ergo... ambiguous found family. Not every found family needs to have defined roles, and plenty don't. Peri doesn't need to be Dev's father or brother, he can just be family and be there for him like any family member would. No need for names, just the feelings.

seeing people take the fact they brung up that fairies die when they don't grant wishes and thinking Peri will actually fucking die is funny as shit actually like calm down he's had the kid for a few weeks, it probably takes a LOOOOONG while for something like that to happen the twink will be okay
also this is a nickelodeon cartoon and Peri's definitely a pretty important character he'll be fine
edit: i wrote this having forgot how the explanation for magic backup actually looked like and went. he's gonna almost die or die and be revived. i feel like if this is what's gonna happen then Hazel's rulebreaking wish will be, in part, to save him. how? shrug, maybe she wishes for 2 more rulebreaking wishes to save him *and* stop/fix whatever else is happening, or wish that he'd grant the wish that fixes things either way he's still gonna be fine. hell maybe Dev will make the realization and save him himself, maybe there's an emotional scene with the two of them. hell if i know but wow Peri just got thrown into some deep shit by the Fairy Council or whatever for no fucking reason huh

So ever since getting into FOP I’ve been kind of obsessed with the fact that Cosmo is one of the most powerful fairies out there, possibly the most powerful amongst the major cast. On top of that, I really like to headcanon that the Fairywinkle-Cosmas aren’t exactly the most liked fairies in Fairy World, for a few reasons (Cosmo being Cosmo, Timmy being both the best and worst godchild Fairy World has ever known) but most specifically due to the baby ban, made worse by Cosmo both being the reason for said ban and the only one allowed to bypass it.
Plus Peri was a bit of a celebrity as a baby, so something must have happened for the family to end up hated after the events of the og show, possibly related to the baby ban. Btw Cosmo and Wanda being disliked by Fairy World would be the main reason why they “moved” to the human world once Peri was all grown up.
But yeah long story short I ended up having some ideas for how the baby ban happened and how the situation evolved up to New Wish. So here is that info for those interested (3.1k words below):
Ok so first off, as I explain more in the next post, I see the Fairy Council as non-fairies who care more about their own self-preservation than anything else. A magical species allowed them to be their rulers and they will do anything to keep it that way. On top of that, the Fairy Council as a unit is weaker than about 10-11 specific fairies on their own (those being the strongest fairies). And despite none of those fairies wanting to take over Fairy World, the Council still can’t help but feel threatened by them since they could take the Council in a fight. And for further context, I see Cosmo as the third most powerful fairy out there, meaning he’s part of those who could easily defeat the Fairy Council in a fight.
Other piece to establish is Cosmo’s age. Now I know this isn’t canon but I really like the idea of him being 10 000 years old during the og show. It feels like a good number for a fairy that’s both been around for a while and is the youngest one.
On top of that, you could imagine that the last overpowered fairy before him was born over 50k years ago if not longer. Heck maybe after the wars from back when every fairy was the same size as Jorgen, some baby boom happened around the same time as fairies starting to evolve into smaller beings, which is when most op fairies were born.
All this to say by the time Cosmo was born it would have been a while since the last op fairy, so it’s possible the Fairy Council had believed no more new fairy could surpass them (like if an op fairy has a child with an average-strength fairy, the child is less likely to be op unless chance gets too involved; and if you continue down on many generations, you end up with less and less chances for an op fairy; btw Cosmo’s strength was mainly “luck”). So when Cosmo was born and was not only incredibly powerful but also destroyed Fairy World mere hours after his birth, the Fairy Council panicked.
They would cast a spell on all fairies to remove their ability to reproduce, originally intending for it to be temporary until they figure out what’s going on with that baby. And yes this would probably cause mass miscarriages but considering those guys had no issues killing two toddlers and blaming it on a ten years old instead of making an exception for them in “Timmy’s Secret Wish”, and again with the idea of them being all about self-preservation, I could see them be fine with risking this loss, again promising fairies that this is a temporary block and is for their own sake. And given that Cosmo destroyed the place day 1, fairies wouldn’t really protest much, at least those who weren’t pregnant wouldn’t.
Btw I considered them doing that spell with the help of the strongest fairies but it would then raise the question of why those fairies didn’t remove the spell themselves years later. Also since I don’t see the Council as being fairies you could imagine they had the power to do this spell on their own due to their magic being different.
Hell them having so much power over fairies could explain why they don’t want to lose their seats as their rulers, or even how they got in power in the first place if you want to go an even darker route for those guys. And while them being able to change fairies in such a way does raise the question of why can’t they block the magic of the fairies stronger than them, you could chalk it up to their magic not being able to influence another’s magic (yes I’m way overthinking this).
Also yes I’m fully aware that the Fairy Council is literally just 4 tall fairies wearing cloaks and making them another species kind of complicates things for no reason, but idk I really like the idea of them not being fairies.
Going back on topic, unfortunately while the block was supposed to be temporary, it became very obvious very quickly that Cosmo was amongst the strongest fairies, meaning there was still a chance for op fairies to be born which the Council wanted to avoid. On top of that, I could see Anti-Cosmo go on a bit of a rampage after his birth the same way Foop/Irep did, which would not paint Cosmo is the best light. And on top of that Cosmo’s terrible two would be an absolute disaster, forcing the first and second strongest fairies (both of which I like to think aren’t exactly fighters) to intervene and keep him in check.
Because of all that chaos in such a short amount of time, and possibly the news that Cosmo basically killed his dad meaning he has one less parent to look after him, the Fairy Council would decide to keep the block on reproduction, focusing on seeing just how strong Cosmo is before risking allowing more kids. Like every month/year or so they would make him undergo a few tests to see how his magic evolves, tests that will go on up until adulthood.
On that note, by the time Cosmo is almost an adult and it’s very evident how powerful he is, and with all the damage he caused growing up, on top of the Fairy Council not wanting to deal with another op fairy ever again, they decide to turn the block into a full-on baby ban.
Obviously in the middle of this fairies aren’t exactly happy to not be allowed to have kids, with Mama Cosma having to deal with the brunt of the hate. More on the family dynamics (and all the angst on how Cosmo feels) in a later post because it got very long.
Soon after the ban the Council would also cover their bases by telling Jorgen to include it in Da Rules, and I like to think Jorgen forgot to put it in because he was pretty bummed out about the news. Like at that point he never really thought about whether or not he wanted kids, so having the choice taken away completely he would wonder what could have been. So yeah he kept putting off writing it down and eventually forgot to do it entirely.
Also the Fairy Council would try and spread the idea that this decision was made to protect Fairy World from having new dangerous anti-fairies popping up left and right, using Anti-Cosmo’s quick rise to power as proof that, “while we love all of you fairies even the most powerful ones, your anti counterparts are dangerous. Not that we blame you for their existence! Don’t worry! Don’t think too much about this!” Especially since I like to think that if a fairy dies of “natural causes”, their anti-fairy remains alive, hence one spoilers element from New Wish’s “Battle of Big Wand” (worth noting that in “Timmy’s Secret Wish” the Council didn’t kill Poof, they made it so that he was never born, hence why Foop was unwished as well).
The fact fairies can live forever thus don’t need to reproduce would also be a strong argument for the Council. Basically like I said the Fairy Council wants to keep their power so they ended up doing some damage control to stay in the fairies’ good graces by using good old propaganda.
Cue 10k years later when Timmy learns about the rule, says “that’s stupid” and gives Cosmo and Wanda a kid. And the way I see it Timmy’s wish didn’t immediately make Cosmo pregnant, instead it removed whatever was preventing them from reproducing (the Fairy Council might be strong but the kids’ wishes are stronger, no I have no explanation for how it would be possible) but Cosmo and Wanda still needed to have sex. Maybe it also boosted their fertility idk, especially since I like the headcanon that Coswan are in fact trans and lied to Timmy about male fairies carrying the baby bc who’s to say how open-minded that 2002 child is? Granted he might be trans himself what with the whole “his parents were convinced they’d have a daughter” thing. But yeah if they’re taking the fairy equivalent of HRT they might need something to boost their fertility to have a kid.
It’s actually kinda funny to think about but “Fairly Oddbaby” opens up with Timmy playing around, meaning it’s likely after school, then he makes the wish and then it cuts to the next scene with him coming home from school and suddenly Cosmo’s pregnant. So there was a night between the wish and the pregnancy. Also iirc Wanda mentions the pregnancy being three months long, so it’s not a stretch to think the pregnancy would be visible 10-15 hours after sex.
All this to say Poof/Peri was born the natural way and there is no difference whatsoever between him and a regular fairy. All the wish did was remove the block preventing reproduction.
And yes, when the Fairy Council learned about the pregnancy they were not happy, especially with Cosmo of all fairies being the one having a child. They probably gave Jorgen the lecture of his life which tbh could explain him trying to take the baby away for training, you could imagine the Fairy Council being the ones telling him to do that so they can monitor the child as much as possible.
Though after the events of “Fairly Oddbaby” Jorgen probably convinced them to let the baby be with his parents, possibly using the fact Cosmo might get mad for them taking his baby away as an argument. On top of that Poof quickly becomes a celebrity and the Council is more than happy to let their citizens forget about their mistakes and focus on the cute baby instead. So yeah they let Coswan keep their kid.
That being said, they would likely give Poof/Peri the same tests they gave Cosmo, at least once the family left Timmy and moved back to Fairy World (if they started earlier tbh they could’ve done it “in secret” when Peri was at school, using the distance to make sure his parents didn’t know about it).
By the time Peri’s a teenager Wanda would get tired of this shit, especially since Peri is stronger than average but still far from being as powerful as Cosmo, on top of having a special wand made to repress his magic, so those tests feel pointless. Cosmo isn’t happy about that either but he’d rather his kid have his magic under control early so he can have a normal life compared to the disaster he was growing up. Oh and the council would use “we need to know Foop’s abilities especially with how openly hostile he is towards Fairy World” as an excuse to test Peri.
And about Peri’s wand, my headcanon is that a month or two before Timmy turned 18, Cosmo and Wanda realized Peri was still considered a wish and pleaded with the Council to make him a “permanent wish”.
Basically I headcanon that some wishes aren’t unwished after a child loses their fairy due to said unwishing breaking Da Rules. For example, in one episode Timmy wishes to have a brother and then can’t unwish him due to Tootie falling in love with him. But what would’ve happened had Timmy been fine with his brother staying? Would he disappear anyways when Timmy turns 18? Would he stay until Tootie stops loving him and suddenly disappear? Or would there be an exception allowing him to stay?
In my case, I’m going with the third option, with there being a place gathering all wishes allowed to stay, either due to Da Rules or due to said wish being done using a rule-free wish item. So Cosmo and Wanda wanted to have an exception made and have Timmy’s wish for Peri’s birth to be put in this place.
As for why them loving their son isn’t enough for the wish to be considered true love, you could imagine fairies’ emotions aren’t taken into account by wishes (tho there’s probably an episode out there contradicting it) and since Timmy’s going to forget his baby bro his love for him won’t work either.
But yeah when Cosmo and Wanda plead to the Fairy Council, they at first didn’t want to make an exception and possibly at least subconsciously wanted the kid gone so they don’t have to worry about his powers anymore. And as they’re being forced out of the courtroom Cosmo basically goes Avatar State on those guys until they change their mind and agree to keep the kid alive.
But with Cosmo showing this much strength, the Council starts questioning Peri’s abilities, leading them to give him a special wand that reduces his power. Technically Peri doesn’t need such a wand since, while again he’s stronger than average, so are thousands of other fairies, but the Council is basically punishing him for being Cosmo’s son. Also you could imagine the wand being “new” technology so might as well try it out.
(note that the Council questioning Peri’s power is why I could see them only start testing him after Coswan left Timmy, before that they would just be like “not our problem and he’s going to disappear in seven years anyways”)
As for why Cosmo doesn’t have a similar wand given how destructive he is:
1. A brand new wand that reduces magic would probably get some getting used to, so rather than risk having Fairy World destroyed a few more times might as well leave the guy with his current wand since he masters it properly.
2. With how ridiculously powerful Cosmo is, the magic limiter might not even work. Heck in “Battle of the Dimmsonian” we see Peri’s wand have a purple glow when he makes the giant cupcake appear, so I like to think Peri’s “Emotion Magic” can bypass his wand’s restrictions.
3. Anti-Cosmo is still on the loose and doesn’t have anything restricting his magic. And given I headcanon that each fairy and anti-fairy “duo” have the same amount of power, Fairy World can’t afford to limit Cosmo’s abilities. They need him to beat his counterpart or at least distract him long enough for other fairies to step in.
Btw this has nothing to do with the baby ban but I like to think Anti-Cosmo’s birth and the chaos that followed is the reason why Fairy World started to capture anti-fairies. They realized Anti-Cosmo was leading them and that his strength relied on numbers so they tried to reduce his power as much as they could. And the day they managed to capture him likely led to some partying on the fairies’ side.
(On that note imagine them having an “anti anti-Cosmo” shield around Fairy World, like every other anti-fairy can sneak into town anytime but not him, also anti-Cosmo could be one of the reasons why Jorgen isn’t the biggest fan of Cosmo)
4. After Cosmo destroyed their place to save his son, the Fairy Council doesn’t want to see his face ever again. And if they ever have to do a trial with him in the room, they’d probably put him in a butterfly net, you know as a safety precaution.
Going back on topic, so for 10k years the baby ban stayed in place, with Cosmo’s growing record of disasters not helping, but after Poof was born the fairy population started to get some hope. Sure Poof was powerful but to the kind of extent expected of a fairy baby. And that’s the main reason why he became a celebrity, for many this was proof that they could get their reproductive rights back.
Unfortunately that’s not how the Fairy Council saw it. They thought this wish was a mistake that would hopefully disappear as soon as Timmy turns 18. Which could also explain why they cared so little when getting rid of the two kids in “Timmy’s Secret Wish”, they thought it would happen at some point anyways. And when Cosmo attacked them to keep his kid, it further made the Council remember why they don’t want to take the risk of any new op fairy being born.
Also I completely forgot to mention it earlier but after Timmy wished for Poof, the Fairy Council had Jorgen put the “no wishing for babies” in Da Rules, meaning that there was no possible way for fairies to have babies anymore. Plus, the addition to Da Rules was made before Cosmo’s pregnancy became public (aka before the baby shower), likely right after Timmy made the wish since Jorgen was aware of it. That is to say if any fairy had the idea of having their godkid wish for them to have a child, it was already too late.
So after Poof existing for a few years and complete radio silence from the Council, people started to get angry until finally the Council spoke up that they had more urgent things to deal with, maybe even using Timmy as a scapegoat given the messes he creates at times, and/or that they need more info on Peri and his growth to make a proper decision.
And yeah it’s at this point that the fairies wishing for children started to turn against the Fairywinkle-Cosma, with some being especially pissed off at Cosmo for “causing” this ban in the first place (can’t say it was truly his fault since he was a literal baby back then). I could also see fairies becoming more vocal about their desire to overturn this ban, forming groups and protests and such. They were patient for 10k years thinking the Council might have a point, but now that they have physical proof babies are mostly harmless, they want theirs.
The Fairy Council would continue to refuse, choosing to ignore the protests as much as possible, though part of them would likely be afraid of losing too much support. And by the time New Wish rolls around, they would use Peri failing with his first godkid to the point of said godkid taking over Fairy World + Irep leading the takeover as more excuses to keep the ban in place.
That being said, with fairies refusing to back down on their protests, Peri clearly being like any other fairies and not causing any destruction, and maybe some higher ranked fairies starting to join the monthly protests (I’ve heard that apparently Jorgen’s character description for New Wish implies he and the Tooth Fairy started a family or something? Meaning in this headcanon he might want a kid and make it known to the Council), there would likely come a point where the Council has no choice but to give in, again due to their desire to stay in power. Or we could go the corrupted route and have them only allow specific fairies to have kids, mostly those that threaten them the most.
In any case, that’s all I’ve got for how the fairies baby ban would happen.

also after rewatching Fairy Idol I was still considering that HP isn’t a full pixie. before I thought it would be funny if he was part fairy (even distantly) but then the lawn gnomes appeared and rapped about not being pixie. and those guys have the exact same body type as HP

What Bleedman (Fuckman) and CreathingShitmera have in common, if you ask me? It's just that both have distorted versions of fictional characters, their writing is shit, hypocritical, insensitive towards serious issues and wasted art style. CreathingShitmera surpassed Fuckman in tutorial on how to do humanshit, because both him and Fuckman are shota loli characters supporters and pedophiles, they also support disgusting and imoral things.
Sorry not sorry.

Not sure how to start this so I'll just say that Mr. Crocker is down in his not-so-secret Crocker Cave, laughing evilly while working on his latest fairy hunting invention. Currently, it's just a grapefruit-sized sci-fi-looking metal and glass orb full of glowing blue energy.
"With the addition of Meme Energy to my Artificial Magic formula and a bit of respawn code I bummed off of Gohma, the Artificial Magic Core is complete! And with it, I will power the ultimate advancement in fairy hunting technology..."
He turns on the Cave's big computer monitor, revealing schematics for a small, winged android, then spasms while shouting, "THE FAIRY GODDROID!!!"
He begins to pace, petting the core in his hand as though it were a small, glowing metal cat, "Yes, no longer will I be caught on the back foot, forced to compensate for the reality warping power Turner and every other Godchild has at their fingertips. Soon I'll be able to fight Fire with Fire."
Another spasm, "FIRE!!! I mean, FAIRIES!!!"
He wipes his brow, which has gradually become more and more slick with sweat, "Ugh, speaking of fire, I really need to fix the air conditioning down here at some point. California heatwaves and underground laboratories do not mix," under his breath, he adds, "almost makes me wish I was somewhere that was cold year-round instead."
As you might expect, idly wishing when you're holding a device designed to replicate the powers of wish-granting magical creatures isn't a good idea, which Crocker realizes when the AMC's glow suddenly gets brighter...
"Oh shi-" he's rapidly engulfed in a cloud of sparkling blue smoke with the word "BEEP" written on the front in blocky letters, accompanied by the sound of an airhorn, and when it dissipates, the Crocker Cave is empty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Somewhere in Desiderio, an airhorn calls out across the frigid wilderness, and a human with unsightly features and clothing far too light for the climate is dropped from a mysterious blue cloud in such a way that he faceplants into the snow, screaming all through his brief fall. He quickly gets back up, violently shivering as he clutches his invention close to himself for the small amount of warmth it brings.
"I w-wish I had s-s-some dec-cent w-w-winter c-clothes right n-n-n-now," with another Beep, his collared shirt, black slacks and matching loafers are replaced by a dull blue parka with the hood up, dark grey snow pants, and heavy-duty black boots and gloves. As he's warmed back up, he sighs in both relief and annoyance, "well, at least I know it works now. Where am I, anyway?"
While the sensible thing to do would be to go back home, Denzel Crocker is far from a sensible man, so he stows the AMC in one of his pockets and starts trudging his way in a random direction, eager to see what he might find.
As he goes, he discovers that he's near the shoreline of...wherever he's ended up, and he follows the beach until he comes across a camp of some sort on a long outcrop. He continues onward, soon discovering that the camp is inhabited by humanoid cats in what appear to be medieval knight uniforms designed to withstand the frigid climate. They appear to be guarding something, and the scientist and troublemaker in him just has to see what it is, especially since they don't seem to have noticed his approach yet.
"Hmm...I wish I was invisible."
Once the wish is granted, he slowly picks his way through the camp, doing his best to stay as quiet as possible so the soldiers' no doubt excellent feline hearing won't pick up on his presence (this close to the ocean there's more ice and rock than there is snow, so he's thankfully not leaving much of a trail).
Eventually, he reaches the object that's caught so much attention; a large, round stone structure covered in strange runes embedded into the highest point of the outcrop. From what he can see, it's ancient, but appears to have been tampered with recently, as if someone is trying to slowly cut it away from the cliff. Either the doing of the soldiers themselves or whoever they're guarding this place from.
As he tries to approach for a closer look, he slips on some loose pebbles, and if that didn't alert the guards the sharp "OOF" when he collides with the ancient stone definitely does. He hears the nearest ones shouting, though he's too disoriented to make out exactly what, and he happens to look down and see that his collision somehow managed to make a small crack in the stone, likely due to the AMC's sturdy metal frame based on the position. A green whisp of something shoots out of the crack, which knocks him back on his bony rear, cancels out his invisibility wish, and slips into his pocket.
Now back to his senses, Crocker takes stock of his current situation and finally listens to his common sense, "Well, I think I've just about overstayed my welcome," he pulls out the AMC, briefly noting that it's changed from blue to green but deciding to worry about that later, "I wish I was anywhere but here!"
And with another cloud (green instead of blue now, of course) and airhorn, he's gone, just as the Desidarian soldiers are closing in with weapons and instruments drawn.

watching FOP:ANW after revisiting the original show for contrast and above everything else am losing my mind over just, how genuinly happy this mf is living as an adult somehow.
Tumblr media
It's especially funny if you concider grown up Poof in new wish being this gifted kid turned burned out college graduate, currently unemployed, canoncially living with his parents, regretting all the decisions leading up to this point in his life and looks 9 seconds away from anxiety attack at any given moment. All the meanwhile his evil counterpart is FLOURISHING, doing silly little dances every chance he get's and getting punted to the sun on the regular with zero fucks to give. Like the fucking, blue elf gremlin box thing from Fairly Oddparents out here living his best life after no longer suffering daily cuncussions and getting bullied by preschoolers 24/7 was not on my 2024 bingo card but ok.

Hope not late! 25 , 5 and 28👀👀
Nope not late at all!!
25. Which character(s) would you actively avoid? Personally, you would not see me anywhere near Vil, Rook or Sebek.
Tumblr media
I can appreciate Vil's efforts to have people more self-confident in their own image however I absolutely despise how forceful he goes about it, especially with Epel and the dance troupe. If I EVER caught him trying to change parts of myself that I'm proud of (my australian accent, my nerdy sense of fashion, etc.) it would be ON SIGHT- (Can you tell I'm still not over Book 5?)
Tumblr media
For Rook, i can say I..... respect his dedication and loyalty to his beliefs. However? That man... he scares me... Also, i'm still extremely salty over the VDC/SDC results WE SHOULD HAVE WON THAT AND WE LOST TO THE TWST EQUIVILANT OF BABY SHARK- Rook, i don't care about your reasonings for why we weren't at our best, I've seen the video performance AND THE NRC TRIBE FUCKING NAILED IT!!!
Tumblr media
And then our croccy boi- Now don't get me wrong, I do love Sebek as a member of the first year gang of idiots. I also don't know a lot about him personally since I've only known him in events and havent started Book 7 yet. From what I have seen, he does annoy me a lot with his blatant disregard and disrespect to anyone who isn't Malleus or Lilia. His ego and his racism also really piss me off and make me wanna slap some sense into him. I understand it comes from a place of self-loathing but dude, PLEASE read the room for once and not screech our ears off. I'm certain that I would eventually befriend him but if we actually met face to face, it would be a miracle for me to not punch him 1 minute after his insults.
5. If you could have any unique magic / signature spell in the game, which would you choose and why?
Ooooh I've never thought about that until now actually. Personally, i would want something that would be useful and practical both in a day to day life or in a fight since I'm not very physically strong. Going with that idea, i'd more than likely pick either Split Card or Paint The Roses/Doodle Suit. Multiple me's to help me do chores around the house or distract someone in a fight? YES PLEASE!! I also have a lot of sensory issues so I feel like Paint the Roses would really help me eat the things i need to or make a certain texture that feels funny to me turn comfortable. We've also seen how useful it can be in a fight during Riddle's Overblot when Trey turned the rosebush into cards and saved us.
If just for fun though, I'd love to try out any of Savanaclaw's UM's/SS's. Now THAT would be chaotic heheh.
28. What is the TWST related content that you've produced that you are most proud of?
I personally really love my HTTYD x TWST fic that i've been writing. Knowing myself, I probably wont ever finish/post it so I'll have what I've written linked here for anyone who's interested in my favourite brainworm lol. Bella is a very special oc near and dear to my heart as she's the first one that I've enjoyed writing for since being kicked out of home over a year ago. She gave me back my creativity and I couldn't be more thankful for it.
Right now, I've even been imagine a Fairly OddParents x TWST fic in my head which I think would be a BLAST to write, where my Twisted version of Timmy Turner (a girl called Izzy) would use their rule free wish to be a part of Wanda, Cosmo and Poof/Peri's family as their bio daughter when they're no longer her godparents and becomes a half-fairy hybrid in the process. The idea of a "magicless" girl at NRC who out of nowhere suddenly can not only make but GRANT wishes that bend the laws of reality around her is absolutely hilarious to me. Haha take that you pricks, you thought I was weak? BOOM you're a hedgehog, now you really are a prick. Rewatching FOP and seeing how Timmy can be such a menace/pos really makes me think he would fit in GREAT amongst NRC lol.
I'm also really proud of the Card edits I've done for other people where I turn their OC's into different rated cards so it looks like it's from the game. Seeing all the different kinds of OC's and hearing about their characters is so amazing.
Feel free to send in any more asks or questions!! I love interacting with the Twst Community <3

I need professional help at this rate I'm gonna end up writing an actual fic based on this bullshit when will I learn smh-
When Timmy loses his memories everyone reacts differently.
Spongebob is immediately upset and actually ends up breaking down. Because Timmy's one of his closest friends and his fellow free spirit of their team. So having essentially his other half of fun look at him unsure or uneasy like hits the sponge right in the chest. Despite his heartbreak over Timmy and his condition, Spongebob is the first one to try and reconnect with the magic user. He'll talk and ramble and recall events that they all experienced. In the vain hope that it might spark Timmy's memory and help him. But alas magic isn't always fair but that doesn't stop Spongebob from trying. Even when late at night when Timmy's gone to his room and everyone's retired for the day and he goes to his room and just sobs over the agony of losing Timmy, SpongeBob will continue to try to help for Timmy's sake.
Danny's reaction on the other hand is rage. Rage on behalf of Timmy, his little brother. Rage towards the threats that caused all this devastation amongst them. He's already planning on making them suffer in a nasty way. Because no one hurts his family and gets away Scott free. Other than anger, Danny also can't help but grieve. In a sick twisted way, Timmy not remembering any of them is like seeing his little brother die. To look at his guarded blue gaze is like looking at a stranger wearing Timmy's skin. And when Timmy flinches from Danny, it's like having a bucket of ice water thrown on him. Because Timmy has never done something like this. Never shown fear to the man who's partially dead and who has urges that can hurt someone when he's a ghost. It's an awful and bone chilling experience for Danny that makes him stare into the bathroom mirror wondering if Timmy had always been afraid of him that entire time. He doesn't go to Timmy right away, but he does become more protective of him.
Cosmo and Wanda's reactions is pure devastation. The two fairies can't help but grieve and torment themselves over Timmy's condition. Because they're his parents, they're supposed to protect him and instead they failed him. Wanda will hover around him, always keeping her distance to not make him comfortable. She's always fretting a bit, not wanting Timmy out of her sight. Cosmo on the other hand takes up the role of reassuring everyone that'll it'll be okay. Putting on a brave front for his wife and scared son because they need the support even if one of them doesn't realize it. Both fairies are scarily protective of him now, and work tirelessly to try to figure out how to help their son.
Yet out of everyone Jimmy takes it the hardest. He's immediately filled with guilt and frustration over the situation. Guilt for not being on top of his game and failing as a leader, and frustrated that Timmy Turner once again put himself in harms way to protect someone else. Timmy losing his memories essentially knocks Jimmy's world off its axis. Everything feels wrong and Jimmy suddenly feels so very alone as it becomes painstakingly obvious how much space Timmy took up in his life. He'll find himself lost on how to approach Timmy, not wanting to have him look at him like he's expecting Jimmy to hurt him. Experiencing it once was enough to last the genius a lifetime of haunting nightmares. He'll lock himself up in his lab, researching nonstop to try and fix it. In a way Jimmy will throw himself into denial about how bad this situation is because facing the reality is just too much for Jimmy to process properly. He works himself to the point of exhaustion because nothing is more important than Timmy. He'll literally tear the multiverse apart if it means saving Timmy's memories. He refuses to think about the other option. The possibility that Timmy will never remember them.

Spoilers for the finale of Fairly Oddparents: A New Wish under the cut cuz I need to RANT about this okay???
Just watched the season finale of FOP a new wish and uhhh. Why does it Suck??? Like for real, WHY does it SUCK???
I’m. They did my boy Peri DIRTY, first of all. Seriously, WHY was there SO MUCH gross-out humor with him? SECOND of all, they didn’t even BRING UP the fact that if Peri dies, so does Irep. Like, that wasn’t even a THING that was MENTIONED. THIRD of all, they really just DID NOT flesh out the character interactions to the same level that we’ve been getting throughout the rest of the show? Like, at ALL???
Also, I’m. Okay. Dev and Irep’s interactions in Irep’s introduction episode were SO FUN, but in this special their chemistry is fucking NOTHING. Why does Irep get along better with Dale Dimmadome??? It would be so, SO MUCH MORE FUN if Irep hated Dale’s fucking GUTS. If he saw Vicky in him. I was excited for this special SPECIALLY BECAUSE Dev and Irep were so much fun to watch the first time around, but this one just FLOPPED.
FOURTH OF ALL, DEV DOESN’T GET TO REMEMBER ANYTHING? WHAT??? BUT HE WAS THE MOST INTERESTING PART OF THE SERIES??? WHAT’S PERI GONNA DO NOW, BE A DENTIST??? I THOUGHT HE CARED ABOUT HIS KID! LIKE FOR REAL!!! THE MOMENT WHEN HE SAID HE CARED ABOUT DEV WAS THE ONLY REAL GOOD MOMENT IN THE ENTIRE FINALE, AND THEY BASICALLY JUST THREW IT AWAY WITH THE ENDGAME!!!
God. Like, I get Dev did something wrong. The narrative wants to punish him, he’ll probably find out somehow later down the line because they can’t just throw him away like that. I GET IT. But like. Okay. Okay.
Here’s how I would fix this.
It’s so fucking easy to do, too. Have Dev wish fairy world back to normal, so that Peri doesn’t die from magical backup. It doesn’t make sense for Wanda to have to be the one to do it, because she’s only not had access to magic for like a DAY, ON TOP OF having granted a BUTTLOAD of wishes JUST THAT MORNING, vs Peri who hasn’t been granting wishes for Dev for a WHILE, Who is VISIBLY DYING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EPISODE BECAUSE DEV DOESN’T MAKE WISHES.
THEN, when HAZEL gets to make her rule free wish, have her wish Dev gets to keep Peri anyway. Have her wish for ALL the people who saved Fairyworld to get to remember forever, Dev included, even though he was the one who -
Wait. WAIT. YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD BE SO MUCH MORE FUN???
If Anti-Cosmo and Dale took over the takeover and overthrew their sons. Like, not even maliciously, just in a “we know better than you” sort of way. But then Irep started having Peri’s magical backup affect HIM, too, and Anti-Cosmo dismissed it, thinking the takeover was more important.
Dev’s still mad at Peri, but he DOES care about Irep, so he agrees to reverse the damage so he can make a wish, which would save Peri and therefore also Irep. I would also like it if Peri’s magical backup manifested in more,,, visually subtle ways. Fainting spells, occasional vomiting, loopiness, confetti coming out of orifices, the OCCASIONAL bloating, but treated more like a chronic illness than. Whatever the fuck they actually did in the show. This would set the stakes higher by making it easier for the audience to actually take the danger to Peri’s life seriously. Instead of, you know. Treating Peri dying like a JOKE.
Then Dev would have to work together with Irep, Peri, Hazel, Cosmo and Wanda (maybe even Anti-Wanda, too, since I don’t think she wants her son to die, though I think if she does join it’d be at the last minute) to fix everything. And Hazel could still recruit her friends, but it would have a much tighter focus on this new core squad, and a lot more focus on character-oriented espionage than “rule of cool”ing it. Maybe even have a nod to the fact that Dev and Winn were friends once, too? (Can I get some nuance, can I PLEASE get some nuance???)
I don’t think we actually need to involve earth that much, either. Don’t replace fairies with anti-fairies, just take away fairy magic, introduce the “not using magic is life-threatening to fairies” aspect, with Peri as our main example, and that’s a really good threat on its own.
Then the ENDGAME leading to season 2 could be “Peri and Irep are BOTH Dev’s fairy godparents now, but now Irep has to follow Da Rules the same way any legitimate fairy godparent would. Dev still doesn’t think of himself as being friends with Hazel right now, but he’s happy to lord over the fact that he has two fairies now over her. The show now has room to play in a space where there are limits to the power of the antagonists, and the protagonists only get to be happy because they were able to break da rules in the first place, and now we have to live with that.” A pleasant symmetry that lays down the groundwork for some Actual Narrative Themes, instead of… whatever mess that was.
I mean, god, I’m not even sure I want them to have a season 2. Like. Jesus, the version of this show and its characters that I built up in my head was so much better than the actual show itself turned out to be. And there’s something really sad in that, you know? Like, I loved this show, and I thought it was building up to something really fun and interesting. But it just. God. It fumbled the landing of this first season so hard.
I’m probably still gonna make, like, an illustrated video essay about my version of this finale like a dude bro posting their fanfic to YouTube and calling it a rewrite, but oh my GOD it was BAD and I thought it was gonna be SO GOOD and it WASN’T and AGHHHHHH. I wanna FIX IT.
(What this whole thing really taught me though, is that I should really be focusing more on making my own stuff. I can’t control how a big studio treats the story I want to see, but I CAN control how I write my OWN stories. I’m gonna let the disappointment fuel me to do better)
Ahem. Anyway, thank you for letting me rant, I really fucking needed it after that.

If ANW doesn't get renewed I hope the crew will at least be allowed to talk about how the whole Peri & Dev situation was gonna shake out. "Neglected, rage-filled child loses his only support system and is then sent home to continue living with a father who canonically does not love him" is such an astonishingly bleak way to end a storyline in an otherwise upbeat, cheerful show.
Yeahhh and I think I saw one of the showrunners say on Twitter that if it didn't get a s2, they would talk about some of the things they wanted to do?
But idk lol I don't know how all of this works but if that was just fully allowed then I have to assume some of the other billions of shows that got cancelled would've been able to talk about what they wanted for the ending, but I haven't heard of such a thing before...
I get why they took a chance on building up for a s2, because this is Fairly OddParents, one of Nick's beloved legacy series. Logically, Nick would want to continue it if it were even any bit successful (which it is)... but somehow it's currently up in the air for whatever the fuck reason.
But yeah, Dev is really fucked over. I mentioned Peri more specifically in the post bc I feel like Nick would care more about their legacy character's fate (especially since he can reappear in any other reboot/sequel they might make after ANW, maybe even as the main fairy godparent now) but Dev... ough.
At least Peri can grow and change after this. If you toss Dev straight back in without any support, he can't.
