VP Harris campaigns from a position of strength, Trump campaigns from a position of desperation
September 23, 2024
Robert B. Hubbell
Over the last few weeks, emails from readers have shifted in their description of reader activities. More readers are saying they are engaged in door-to-door canvassing on behalf of Kamala Harris and Democratic candidates down-ballot. The most recent communication was a note I received Sunday afternoon, which included, “I will be knocking on doors in Pennsylvania the next six weeks.” Talk about dedication!
I considered noting the trend toward on-the-ground canvassing as the lead for this newsletter but reconsidered, wondering if it was worth highlighting. As I was about to move on to a different subject to open this newsletter, I saw the following article: HuffPo, Republicans In Swing States Say They See Scant Signs Of Groups Door-Knocking For Trump.
According to the HuffPo article, Trump has outsourced his “on the ground organizing” by hiring political action committees to perform work traditionally conducted by volunteers. Among the PACs Trump has hired to perform volunteer work is America PAC, whose major investor is Elon Musk. But in key swing states, political observers are saying that Trump paid canvassers are “missing in action.”
The PACs hired by Trump are running into difficulties. Musk’s America PAC hired subcontractors to perform door-to-door work in Arizona and Nevada. But with seven weeks to go, Musk’s PAC fired the sub-contractor and is now scrambling to build a canvassing organization from scratch. See The Guardian, Trump-allied Pac fires canvassing vendor in crucial states weeks before election.
All campaigns face organizing difficulties. But Trump compounded those difficulties by outsourcing volunteer activities at a time when it has also closed field offices. The point of Trump's abandonment of the ground game is to allow him to focus on advertising. But there, too, he is being outspent by the Harris-Walz campaign. See NYTimes (9/20/2024), Kamala Harris Outspends Donald Trump by Tens of Millions Online. (Behind a paywall.)
Per the NYT,
Ever since Ms. Harris entered the race, her campaign has overwhelmed the Trump operation with an avalanche of digital advertising, outspending his by tens of millions of dollars and setting off alarm among some Republicans.
None of the above is meant to suggest that it will be easy to defeat Trump. But the Harris-Walz campaign has two resources in abundance: volunteers and enthusiasm. Trump’s newly hired paid contractors will be no match for motivated true believers urging neighbors and community members to show up to vote.
Enthusiasm and genuine dedication are not being measured by horse-race polls—which explains why it feels like there is a disconnect between the reported closeness of the race and what we are seeing and experiencing.
We should not delude ourselves or fabricate “just so” stories to deny reality. But here, the reality is that we have a comparative advantage and a strategic opening. Trump has offloaded the most important part of the “get out the vote” effort and is being out-raised by the Harris-Walz campaign.
The lesson to be taken from Trump's error is not that we can ease up but that we should double-down on volunteering on the hard work of getting out the vote—in every way possible. During the next seven weeks, there is no substitute for personal involvement in getting out the vote—in whatever form that takes!
Given Trump's dual disadvantages in ground game and cash, he has pivoted to the real currency of the MAGA movement: outrage and grievance. Read on!
Trump stokes racial tensions and anti-immigrant animus to motivate his base
Faced with a fundraising deficit and an anemic ground organization, Trump has turned to outrage to motivate his followers. Even the Trump apologists at the New York Times recognize that the last two weeks have been exceptional—even by the outrage-driven heights of Trump's past campaigns. See NYTimes, Controversies Erupt as Trump and G.O.P. Make Critical Push to Voters.
Per the NYTimes,
Even by the standards of a head-spinning presidential campaign, Donald J. Trump’s campaign over the past two weeks has been tumultuous. A period that began when Mr. Trump pushed baseless claims from the debate stage that immigrants in Ohio were stealing and eating household pets ended with him facing attacks over his support of the Republican candidate for governor in North Carolina, who referred to himself as a “black Nazi” on the message board of a pornographic website. Mr. Trump has returned to the kind of attention-seeking habits honed by a career spent shaping his image in New York tabloids.
He pledged to visit Springfield, Ohio, even as local Republican officials pleaded with him to stay away, as the town continues to reel from a political firestorm ignited by his false claims. [¶¶]
The pledge to visit Springfield can only be viewed as an effort to increase racial tension and provoke anti-immigrant animus across America—with an attendant increase in the potential for violence.
In short, Trump is hoping to erase Kamala Harris’s advantages by appealing to hate and division. As the media continue to report the gaining strength of the Harris-Walz campaign, we should expect that Trump will ratchet up his incitement. While that will be hard to watch and dangerous for America, we should recognize it as a sign of increasing desperation by Trump. Do not let it deter or distract us! Instead, concentrate on getting out the vote in every way possible!!
Staff members of the Mark Robinson NC campaign for governor resign
Despite overwhelming evidence that the North Carolina GOP candidate for governor, Mark Robinson, had an active presence on porn sites where he posted pro-Nazi, racist comments, the response of the NC Republican establishment has been to deny the allegations. That tactic is designed to undermine the confidence of voters in the truth. In the GOP playbook, if nothing is true, then the truth about Trump's criminality, corruption, and anti-democratic plans is easier to deny.
But at some point, it is impossible to deny the truth. On Sunday, reports emerged that key staff members of Mark Robinson’s gubernatorial campaign have resigned. See Axios, Top Mark Robinson aides resign from North Carolina governor's campaign.
Per Axios, the top six aides in Robinson’s campaign have resigned, including the campaign manager, finance director, political director, and director of operations—all of the senior staff on the campaign.
It is difficult to imagine how the campaign can continue. Indeed, per Axios, one Republican adviser said, “the staffing overhaul "doesn't matter because the campaign was already over."
As above, the challenges faced by Republicans in North Carolina are not an excuse to relent but a strategic opening for Democrats to win up and the down the ballot—including by defeating Trump. If Republicans are going to nominate the worst of the worst MAGA extremist candidates in their effort to please the Trump base, then we should convert that tendency into our strategic advantage.
Speaker Mike Johnson proposes “clean” spending bill despite Trump's objection
Donald Trump has been pressuring Speaker Mike Johnson to force a government shutdown if Democrats did not agree to a the SAVE Act—which would impose unnecessary proof of citizenship documentation requirements on new voters. (The US has managed to hold federal elections for 235 years without requiring the onerous documentary proof imposed by the SAVE Act.) See The Hill, Mike Johnson proposes three-month funding bill to avert government shutdown.
As with other continuing resolutions, Mike Johnson will need help from Democrats to pass the bill. Johnson sent a letter to House Republicans explaining why they needed to support the proposed continuing resolution:
While this is not the solution any of us prefer, it is the most prudent path forward under the present circumstances. As history has taught and current polling affirms, shutting the government down less than 40 days from a fateful election would be an act of political malpractice.
Trump was willing to commit “political malpractice” by shutting down the government—because he believed it would help him win, even though it would have hurt congressional Republicans. As always with Trump, it about Trump—and no one else.
700+ national security leaders endorse Kamala Harris
A reader who is a member of a group of national security leaders who endorsed Kamala Harris sent me a note about the letter released by the group. See Endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris for President of the United States — National Security Leaders for America (nsl4a.org).
The list of signatories is truly impressive. Their letter reads, in part:
We are former public servants who swore an oath to the Constitution. Many of us risked our lives for it. We are retired generals, admirals, senior noncommissioned officers, ambassadors, and senior civilian national security leaders. We are Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. We are loyal to the ideals of our nation—like freedom, democracy, and the rule of law—not to any one individual or party. We do not agree on everything, but we all adhere to two fundamental principles. First, we believe America’s national security requires a serious and capable Commander-in-Chief. Second, we believe American democracy is invaluable. Each generation has a responsibility to defend it. That is why we, the undersigned, proudly endorse Kamala Harris to be the next President of the United States. This election is a choice between serious leadership and vengeful impulsiveness. It is a choice between democracy and authoritarianism. Vice President Harris defends America’s democratic ideals, while former President Donald Trump endangers them.

Why affiliate niche sites are definitely no longer worth it in 2023
In this Articel you learn why Affiliate sites are not worthwhile in 2023. Especially to make money online, niche sites are often mentioned. Here you will learn why niche sites are not worth it in 2023 and why you are wasting your valuable time. In the meantime, it has become much more difficult to rank for a good keyword. What worked a few years ago is much more difficult today. Finding a good niche that is not yet occupied might not be easy. A niche website also needs 6-12 months to get enough traffic to generate lucrative revenue. Most of the time you will earn between $200 and $300 with a single niche site. So don't let any marketing gurus tell you that it's easy to make a quick buck with affiliate marketing websites.
What makes a niche site
A niche site deals thematically with one area and specializes in one subtopic. Niche sites are therefore small and clearly structured. Often, such websites consist of a few menus or sub-items. A well-functioning niche site does not need to be constantly improved and updated and can become a passive source of income. The niche site serves few keywords for which you can rank on Google.
The biggest advantages of niche sites
Niche sites offer many advantages, on the one hand the low time expenditure and on the other hand a passive source of income. You will have to update the content only occasionally and therefore you will have little work to do with it. A niche site is an easy to implement business model. Within a few hours you can set up a website on a topic and place affiliate links or banners there. WordPress is also relatively quick to install and a domain is inexpensive to purchase. So for the start almost no investment and special skills are required. Whereby it should be mentioned at this point that you should at least know WordPress well. It is possible to earn pocket money with niche sites, but for that you have to create them first and acquire SEO knowledge accordingly. You can't live on one niche site anyway, so you will have to create several niche sites.
The disadvantages of niche sites
Niche sites are not a get-rich-quick system and it will take months before you start earning revenue with them. The income is then usually only in the two to three digit range. Even if many promise that several 1000 euros a month are possible, it is usually the case that niche sites bring a good pocket money. Of course, this also brings disadvantages, especially themes and plugins have to be updated regularly for each page. New content has to be created and tasks may even have to be outsourced. Often you get inferior content that has no personal touch. And one of the biggest drawbacks for me personally was acquiring SEO knowledge and collecting backlinks to improve ranking. A niche site can be created in a few weeks, but it takes much more than 6 months to rank, so expect it to take a good 1 year before you start earning significant revenue and getting enough traffic to your site.
Niche Site vs. Authority Site
An authority site is a website with high quality content on a topic. Here it is immediately clear that the author has expert knowledge in this area and the content is credible. An authority site does not focus on a few keywords, but deals with several topics. An authority site focuses on a specific target group and regularly delivers new content. The advantage of such sites is that you can write content for new keywords and thus improve your ranking. In addition, you can also develop your own info products and gain regular readers for your website. So, an authority site offers you more possibilities than a smaller niche site. But, the effort to create it is much higher and it takes longer to see success.
What are my experiences with niche sites?
At the end of 2017, I got a tip from an online marketer to create niche sites. But I didn't have a concrete idea until then. At first, I considered creating a niche site about model airplanes, since I enjoyed working on model airplanes myself for a while. But the niche didn't seem lucrative enough and so I decided to create an esoteric niche site. Originally, the main topic was also magic, but I took this topic off the website in March 2018. This created a bit of a mess. Many pages were set to nofollow and from SEO I also had little idea at the time. Also the affiliate images and banners were not optimally placed. For a long time I let this website run along and tried to implement parallel niche pages on the topic of learning to draw, present properly, relaxation procedures and healthy with Kneipp. Although I implemented all of them as a draft and also published them in part, but the ranking took me too long and so I deleted a lot again. Of course, this was wasted time, but I was still able to learn a lot during this time. Thanks to my job as a virtual assistant, I learned more than the basics of SEO and of course how to create websites with WordPress.
Why you should not buy ready-made affiliate websites
It sounds tempting to buy ready-made affiliate niche sites to save yourself the time of creating them yourself and rank faster. These are clearly the advantages if you decide to buy affiliate websites. However, such a niche website is not cheap. You have to reckon with 300 to 900 euros per niche site and then you get a WordPress website with 4-5 texts, which you could also create yourself. The only time saving is really in the fact that you will be found immediately for respective keywords in Google and you do not have to create any texts yourself. But for 800 euros 4 texts, even Textborker is the cheaper option and often the themes of ready niche website are also not the yellow of egg. In addition, you should be aware that you have to recoup the money again and that can take 12.14 months, depending on traffic and choice of niche. In the fine print you can often read that no promise can be made to earn anything at all with the niche website you buy. So there is no guarantee for income at all. Also, when it comes to customization, you have to take the provider's pre-made theme. Therefore, I personally advise you not to buy overpriced niche websites, which ultimately bring more disadvantages and cost you more than if you were to create the niche website yourself.
Why the Amazon affiliate program is no longer profitable
There were times when Amazon still gave 15% commission for most products. But since 2018, Amazon has been cutting commissions wherever possible. In the meantime, there are only 1-3% on some products, which is hardly worth it, especially for technical products. To do this, you would first have to get traffic to the niche website. Also the eBay affiliate program is not the best alternative. Here it really means to write to store dealers specifically and negotiate commissions. Often smaller stores offer the possibility to recommend their products. The Amazon affiliate program enjoys a high level of trust and therefore purchases will come about more easily, but in the long term it should be your goal to find a suitable alternative to the Amazon affiliate program. Conclusion - Why Affiliate sites are not worthwhile in 2023 Niche sites are created quickly, but until you get traffic to the website, quite a bit of time. In addition, you usually need several niche sites to have stable income in the long term. Of course, you can also buy niche sites and thus save yourself some work, but whether these websites are always good, of course, you do not know beforehand. On the other hand, if you choose an authority site, you will create an expert status and you can also build your business on it. Even in 2023, numerous marketers still offer ready-made niche sites for several hundred euros. And thus earn their money. But if you want to create niche sites yourself, you must be aware that it is becoming increasingly difficult to rank on Google. On average, you can assume that you need 6-9 months to get to the top of Google with a new website. Read the full article

Outsourcing Accounting Services is Best for Your Business
If you’re a business owner living in Dubai, there are various choices to handle your accounting and financial requirements. Outsourcing Accounting Services are among the most well-known. Each strategy comes with distinct advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate your options before settling on one.
Introduction
A solid accounting and finance base is crucial to running an effective business. Accounting is essential to running a business successfully in Dubai, including accounting and bookkeeping, as well as tax compliance and planning. Two main methods to tackle these issues are outsourcing and internal auditing. In this article, we’ll discuss the differences between these two methods so that it is easier for you to choose the best option for your business.
Outsourcing Accounting Services in UAE
The option of hiring a person or company from a different company to complete your financial tasks is referred to as Outsourcing Accounting Services. As more businesses realize the benefits of hiring experienced accountants, this option is increasing in popularity in Dubai. Here are a few of the significant advantages of outsourcing accounting services
Savings: Recruiting external help can be less costly than acquiring internal employees, particularly for smaller businesses that have more money to pay a full-time accountant.
Access to knowledge: Outsourcing gives you access to a team of expert experts with years of experience who can handle any financial obligations.
Scalability Since outsourcing can be adaptable, you can alter the amount of assistance you receive as your business grows and evolves.
Flexibility: By outsourcing, you can focus on the main areas of your business while a different person handles the financial complexities.
Outsourcing However, it could have certain disadvantages to take into account, including:
Control loss If you contract out accounting services, you grant an individual control over your financial information. People who like to keep track of their financial information may be able to see an issue to be concerned about.
Communication issues: Working with a provider in an area with a different time zone may help communicate during outsourcing accounting services.
Localized Accounting Services in UAE
Hiring a part-time or full-time employee to handle your financial needs is known as accounting in-house. It has been used for some time & is highly sought-after by businesses regardless of size. There are a few advantages of accounting in-house:
Control The control over the financial data you store in the internal accounting department. That is a great thing for business owners worried about privacy and security.
It’s easier to communicate and collaborate with your accountant when he is in an office in the same building. That will help in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of your financial records.
Personalization When you’ve specific financial requirements, the in-house accountant could be tailored to your needs. That can be the most significant benefit.
Stability over the long term: Working with a permanent employee who understands the financial requirements and processes could help you get an accountant on staff to ensure stability for your business.
However, there could be some disadvantages to internal accounting, for instance:
Cost: Employing a full-time accountant within the company can be costly, especially for small companies that require financial resources to pay for it.
Unskilled: A company’s in-house accountant may have unrelated expertise to a reputable outsourcing firm, which could lead to mistakes or omissions in financial management.
Time and resources: Accounting in-house requires an extensive time and resources commitment, such as the hiring of new staff, the training process, and the onboarding of new employees.
Limited scaling: As your company grows, changing the level of assistance you receive could be easier if you use internal accounting. When your business grows and expands, it can lead to issues with efficiency or the need for more resources.

Remote SQL Developers vs. In-House: Which is Better for Your Business?

Database management serves as the backbone of any application, ensuring smooth data processing, storage, and retrieval. Whether you are running a startup or a large enterprise, it’s essential to hire the right SQL developer for maintaining database performance and security.
But the real challenge is deciding between in-house hiring or choosing a remote team. Each option serves its own benefits, and the best choice relies on your business needs. Choosing the right hiring model can have a substantial impact on your long-term success, especially if you are a SaaS company where scalability and real-time data are paramount.
Let’s evaluate the pros and cons of both these options to help you decide better.
In-House SQL Developers: Pros and Cons
Advantages:
Instant Collaboration: To ensure agile problem solving, in-house developers collaborate closely with other teams.
Improved Security Control: On-site management and storage of critical data lowers security threats.
Full-Time Availability: Internal staff minimizes downtime by being totally committed to business tasks.
Disadvantages:
Higher Costs: Salaries, benefits, and office expenditures make in-house recruiting pricey.
Restricted Talent Pool: It may take some time to locate and hire SQL developers who are highly skilled and qualified in your area.
Remote SQL Developers: Pros and Cons
Advantages:
Access to Global Talent: Companies can access a wider range of qualified workers if you choose to hire backend developers skilled in SQL remotely.
Cost-effective: Hiring remote developers from areas with cheaper labour expenses helps your business save money.
Scalability: Depending on project requirements, remote teams enable SaaS organizations to scale up or down.
Disadvantages:
Time Zone Issues: Workflows may be slowed down by coordinating across time zones.
Security Issues: Strict security procedures are necessary when handling confidential company data remotely.
You might also need to engage a backend developer if you require a specialist who can oversee server-side functionality in addition to database operations. They collaborate with SQL developers to guarantee smooth data transfer and effective API administration.
Which Option is Best for Your Business?
In-house employment is the greatest option for companies who need close security and on-site cooperation. However, remote employment is the best option if cost reductions, scalability, and flexibility are top concerns.
Many SaaS organisations favour a hybrid model, which involves outsourcing certain work to remote SQL professionals while maintaining crucial database services in-house. Your budget and business objectives will determine whether you choose to hire in-house or remote SQL developers. Locating the best personnel guarantees effective database management, maximized performance, and sustained expansion, regardless of whether you want to hire SQL developers locally or remotely.

One-Time vs. Regular Commercial Cleaning in Newcastle Upon Tyne: What’s Best?

A clean and hygienic workplace is the most important attribute in today's fast-paced business environment. Commercial cleaning Newcastle Upon Tyne companies are sandwiched between one-time and regular cleaning services. This decision can seriously impact the overall cleanliness, productivity, and customer satisfaction in the workplace. Let's now analyze the pros and cons of each option to guide you in your decision.
Options and Description
One-Time Commercial Cleaning This single commercial cleaning will easily fit into the books of those companies that really need, sometimes a very deep cleaning. Such needs are usually created by major events like people attending several thousands of other events, renovating a building which really, just makes so much mess everywhere, seasonal cleaning, etc. and the need for deep cleaning usually comes there.
Benefits:
Flexibility: A one-time cleaning service allows an organization to visit and determine if they really require the place to be cleaned at a particular point in time. Therefore, they may save what would have been spent to clean many times.
Deep Cleaning: Many deep cleaning services include cleaning work that may not be included in regular cleaning, such as carpet cleaning and window washing with detailed cleaning of high-touch areas.
Instant Gratification: One-time cleaning would make the working space look and feel clean right away, thus capable of making it fit for clients and employees.
Disadvantages:
Risk of Uncertainty: Dependency on one-time clean actually throws away very unstable levels of cleanliness which do not hold well for institutes requiring very tight hygiene standards.
Cost Expenses for a Long Term: Though one-time cleaning may demand lesser short-term cost, it may require the expense of more cleanliness over a later period hence increasing the cost by time.
Commercial Cleaning on a Regular Basis
Scheduled commercial cleaning provides scheduled cleaning service, whether it is a day, weekly, or even monthly. This is the very reason why a majority of companies go for this for the simple fact that they feel a clean room is sanitary as well as clean and classy in appearance.
Benefits:
Orderliness: Scheduled commercial cleaning develops an environment with sanitary conditions as well as cleanliness while working in healthy and easily easy conditions that ensure efficiency amongst its employees.
Preventive Maintenance: The place will be clean and prevent dirt and grime from coming. In that way, the chances of deeper cleaning services at the later stages will be lesser.
Employee Morale: Hygiene will be better for the employees and enhance productivity at work. For example, an even cozier atmosphere can make for better morale.
Negative Impacts
Cost Incurred: On-site cleaning can be more investment-intensive in initial terms than outsourcing. This expenditure is offset by the benefit of having a clean place at any time.
Less Flexibility: The firms have to shift their cleaning times with changes in requirements or with special occasions.
Choosing Wisely
The needs and circumstances of the business itself would decide between one-time or continuous commercial cleaning in Newcastle Upon Tyne. That means what type of business it is the traffic it has to bear and how clean it has to be.
For example, an office or a retail shop may need regular cleaning in order to create an atmosphere which is spotless, but seasonal businesses would mostly need a single cleaning service.
Conclusion
Therefore, either availing of one-time cleaning services or making use of regular commercial cleaners have their peculiar advantages and limitations. Having such consideration, one-time evaluation, and discussion with any reliable cleaning vendor like Care Maac Limited will allow any business to decide what way is suitable and beneficial for retaining a clean-friendly workspace.
In addition to commercial cleaning, Care Maac Limited also offers domestic cleaning in Sunderland, so both your business and home environment are kept in tip-top condition. Maintain cleanliness to make the image of your business shine and an overall healthful working place for your employees and clients.

Outsourcing vs. In-house Operations: Pros and Cons
The decision to handle business operations within your company or transfer them to external providers represents one of your most critical business choices. Your choice between in-house operations and external providers depends on your business requirements together with your objectives and available resources. The following sections evaluate the advantages and disadvantages between outsourcing and in-house operations to assist your decision-making process.
What Is Outsourcing?
When companies choose to have external providers manage tasks that they would otherwise do themselves it is known as outsourcing. Businesses may outsource a wide range of operations from customer service to IT support and marketing and manufacturing.

What Is In-house Operations?
The business controls all tasks and responsibilities through its internal operations while relying on its workforce and organizational resources. Business operations under in-house management encompass the complete control of tasks such as marketing campaigns and customer service and product development.
Outsourcing: Pros and Cons
Pros of Outsourcing
Cost Savings Businesses select outsourcing because it enables them to achieve cost reductions. External teams typically charge less than companies would spend to maintain their complete internal workforce. The outsourcing solution relieves you from concerns about employee compensation and benefits in addition to workspace requirements and equipment costs. Cost savings through outsourcing become particularly beneficial for small organizations and new startups operating with minimal budgets.
Access to Expertise Through outsourcing your business gains access to specialized professionals who possess advanced skills in their specific fields. Through outsourcing businesses acquire skilled professionals in digital marketing and software development and customer support roles while avoiding full-time employment responsibilities.
More Time for Core Business Activities Your business will achieve maximum productivity by outsourcing non-core tasks so your team can focus on core competencies. The outsourcing strategy helps your team work more productively because it enables them to focus on core business development activities.
Scalability With outsourcing you gain the ability to rapidly adjust your workforce according to your business requirements. Dumping needed projects onto outsourced companies gives organizations an easy way to manage their workforce requirements without forcing permanent staff hires.
Cons of Outsourcing
Less Control Outsourcing requires business owners to delegate crucial business operations to external partners. When outsourcing business operations you may lose some authority to govern quality standards and task completion timelines and methods. Miscommunication along with unclear understanding can occasionally cause errors and delays between parties.
Potential Communication Issues When teams work across different time zones along with countries they face challenges with communication. The effectiveness and efficiency of outsourcing operations get reduced by communication issues including misinterpretations and time delays.
Security Risks The process of outsourcing requires the disclosure of business-sensitive information to outside organizations. The process of sharing sensitive business data with external parties creates security risks when your partner organization fails to maintain strong data protection systems. Your business information security must be the primary consideration when selecting an outsourcing partner.
In-house Operations: Pros and Cons
Pros of In-house Operations
Full Control and Oversight Direct control over quality and timing of tasks exists when everything happens within your organization. Through internal monitoring you can observe operations while swiftly adapting procedures to maintain business standards. Your company needs to monitor tasks that represent its core success directly when they are handled in-house.
Better Communication In-house teams enable smoother and faster communication due to their shared physical location. Being in the same physical space means misunderstandings become less likely to occur. Better team collaboration with shorter decision times helps organizations increase their productivity.
Stronger Company Culture Internal teams help to develop a powerful corporate culture within the organization. Daily workplace interaction between employees creates team bonds that strengthen loyalty and shared goals and camaraderie thus improving both morale and overall productivity.
Confidentiality and Security By maintaining operations within your organization you maintain sole authority over critical information. When internal operations handle sensitive information retention risks decrease because you control the data whereas outsourced operations remain vulnerable to third-party threats.
Cons of In-house Operations
Higher Costs When operations are managed within the company's premises they typically incur higher operational expenses. Operating from within your company requires salary payments for employees alongside office space maintenance costs and equipment acquisitions. The expenses of operating in-house accumulate rapidly for smaller businesses until they exhaust their financial resources.
Limited Expertise Internal teams demonstrate high skill levels but they lack specific expertise across all areas. You will need ongoing staff training or additional hiring of specialists to perform specialized tasks which demands both cost and time investments.
Less Flexibility The flexibility of in-house operations decreases when organizations need to scale their operations rapidly. The process of employee recruitment, education and welcome requires substantial time allocation. During busy periods extending support requires long-term commitments making it difficult to adjust the resources needed.
Resource Strain Operating all your services internally puts excessive strain on your available resources. Multiple responsibilities challenge small teams resulting in lower productivity and possible burnout. Work quality together with customer service may suffer from the strain on internal resources.

Which Is Right for Your Business?
Your business needs to select between outsourcing and internal operations based on its individual circumstances because each approach has advantages and disadvantages.
Outsource if you need specialized expertise, cost savings, and flexibility. It’s a great option for tasks that aren’t central to your business or for scaling up without heavy investment.
Go in-house if you need complete control over your operations, value direct communication, and have the resources to manage tasks with your own team.
Most organizations maintain dual operations which combine outsourced tasks with those they keep as internal business functions. A hybrid approach allows you to achieve the advantages of cost efficiency and flexibility together with management control and security measures.
The selection of a new phone system depends on how well you assess your business requirements along with your financial constraints and strategic objectives.

In-House Security vs. Outsourcing to a SIRA-Approved Company: Pros and Cons
Security involves protection of people, tangible and intangible assets of an organization and is a key concern to any organization. In deciding the most appropriate form of security for an organization, a business is likely to be caught in a dilemma of either having in-house security or hiring a SIRA approved security company in Dubai. Each has its advantages and disadvantages; the application of which depends on a firm’s requirements, cash flow, and goals. Well here in this blog, all you need to do is have a look at the advantages and disadvantages of each of these procedures to enable you to make a wise choice.
What is a SIRA-Approved Security Company?
The Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) in Dubai regulates the security industry, ensuring companies meet high standards in surveillance, technology, and personnel training. A SIRA-approved security company adheres to these stringent guidelines, guaranteeing quality and compliance with local laws.
In-House Security

Pros
Full Control Over Operations
Employing its security team means that a business has total authority over how security issues are handled within its bounds, who handles them and how they are addressed. The idea of customization is easy to implement when the team is internal in the organization.
Tailored Expertise
The workers can be taught to work especially for the organization setting, activities, and hazards. This fosters a team of people familiar with the business’s security requirements making a good security plan easier to implement.
organizational alignment
Organization’s own staff is the company's internal staff and familiar with its organizational culture and following its values and holistically this encourages other departments.
Immediate Availability
The team, since, is always on site, they are able to tackle an incident without waiting for an external intervention.
Cons
High Costs
Recruiting, training, and maintaining a security team can be expensive. Salaries, benefits, uniforms, and ongoing training programs all contribute to the costs.
Limited Resources
Small to medium-sized businesses may struggle to provide the latest technology or extensive training, potentially compromising the team’s effectiveness.
Risk of Complacency
Over time, in-house teams may become overly familiar with the environment, potentially leading to lapses in vigilance.
Liability
Employers bear full responsibility for the actions of their security staff, which can be a legal and financial burden in case of incidents.
Outsourcing to a SIRA-Approved Company
Pros
Regulatory Compliance
SIRA penetration limits its companies to strict regulatory compliance, effectively offering its service that is legal and safely compliant with the Dubai laws.
Access to Advanced Technology
This results in outsourced security firms employing best surplus security systems, and cybersecurity technologies that put into provision advanced security solutions.
Cost-Effectiveness
In outsourcing, companies do away with expenses such as recruiting, training and providing the necessary tools for a team of employees. It is common that companies pay only for the solutions offered by the outsourcing provider.
Scalability
External security providers can easily add or reduce services depending on the situation or the size of the client hence it can comfortably accommodate businesses that are growing or businesses that are experiencing a low period.
Expertise and Specialization
For this reason, the companies that have received accreditation from SIRA have personnel that have been through recognition courses. Their teams are well acquainted in how to operate within different diverse security contexts.
Reduced Liability
The outsourcing company bears legal and financial responsibility for actions and performance delivered by security personnel which in turn eliminates the risks from the client.
Cons
Less Control
Outsourcing means entrusting an external entity with your security operations, which may result in less direct control over day-to-day activities.
Potential for Miscommunication
Misalignments between the business and the service provider can lead to gaps in understanding security needs or priorities.
Dependency on the Provider
Over-reliance on an external provider may leave a business vulnerable if the provider fails to deliver or if the contract is terminated abruptly.
Cost Fluctuations
While generally cost-effective, outsourcing costs can vary based on the level of service required, the complexity of the project, or additional features requested.
Key Considerations for Choosing Between In-House Security and Outsourcing
Budget
Evaluate the costs associated with both options, including hidden expenses such as equipment upgrades, liability insurance, and training.
Nature of the Business
High-risk industries like financial institutions or data centers may require specialized services that SIRA-approved companies are better equipped to provide.
Scalability Needs
Consider whether your business requires flexible security solutions that can adapt to changing requirements.
Compliance Requirements
Businesses in Dubai must adhere to SIRA regulations. Outsourcing to a SIRA-approved company ensures compliance without the need for in-depth internal management.
Long-Term Goals
Decide whether you want to invest in building an in-house team for long-term control or prefer the agility and expertise of an external provider.
The Best of Both Worlds: A Hybrid Approach
Few organizations have full downtime security services by employing security services both internally and externally. For instance, an in-house team may be expected to take charge of daily operations of the system while the SIRA approved company is responsible for offering improved surveillance solutions and urgent assistance. It also means that companies can gain advantages from both models, but avoid pit-falls of each one kind at the same time.
Conclusion
Many organizations have immeasurable internal security and others get a third party, which is a company that has been approved by SIRA, benefits and drawbacks as well. One, in-house teams give control and specialized knowledge, while the other gives cost-savvy, compliance with rules and regulations, as well as the use of new technologies. It all boils down to the goals of your organization, your ability to allocate the resource and the level of security required.
Therefore if you have to devise a security solution for your business you need to assess your needs properly and then think of a hybrid implementation if required to get a good security solution for you. In case you are in Dubai, then you can be sure of going for a SIRA approved security company when in need of the services since they are also the best.

5 Key Reasons for a B2B SaaS Company to Hire a Fractional CMO In 2025

Introduction
In the SaaS industry, a CMO plays a critical role in building the brand, driving customer awareness and acquisition, running campaigns to increase product usage, and ensuring customer retention. Additionally, a senior marketing leader can forge strategic partnerships with complementary companies to expand market reach or enhance product capabilities.
With SaaS founders often focused on product, finance & operational responsibilities, a Fractional CMO is the perfect fit to take charge of the key marketing responsibilities and ensure that the company’s growth strategies are well-executed.
The following section further details on why a Fractional CMO is a no-brainer for B2B SaaS companies
Business Experience
The biggest disadvantage with an in-house CMO can be lack of depth in experience across multiple facets of marketing and G.T.M. Some might be good at digital marketing or some might excel in offline marketing strategies. A Fractional CMO has a distinct advantage here.
Having worked across multiple products, industries, and projects, a Fractional CMO is exposed to executing responsibilities across the marketing and GTM spectrum. So, whether it is branding, building alliances, digital strategy, technology selection, or building your marketing team, a Fractional CMO can be the answer to multiple business needs.
Faster GTM and Execution
With exposure to industry best practices, a Fractional CMO can fasten up the idea-launch cycle. Whether it is building a partner sales model, launching marketing assets, product pricing or product launch a Fractional CMO has all bases covered.
Another key element that supports faster execution is the access to a network of partners ranging from design agencies, product development vendors, PR agencies & even recruitment specialists. With a Fractional CMO at the helm, time to identify and onboard key partners is significantly reduced.
Optimized Resource Allocation
Startups and venture-funded companies often over-invest in building large marketing teams and hire for multiple roles without fully assessing their immediate needs. A Fractional CMO takes a strategic approach, ensuring that resources are hired as per need. They identify which tasks should be handled in-house and which can be outsourced to specialists, avoiding unnecessary overhead. This targeted hiring strategy ensures that marketing budgets are spent wisely on assets, technology, and personnel that deliver the most value.
Flexible and Scalable
Fractional CMO services provide businesses with the flexibility to choose - how and when to engage. Companies can engage a Fractional CMO for specific projects or on a monthly retainer, with work hours varying from 5 to 30 hours per week, depending on the requirements. The engagement terms are also flexible, allowing companies to end the arrangement with prior notice as agreed.
Also, the Fractional CMO model is highly scalable. Whether it’s a task-focused assignment or a comprehensive strategy involving demand generation & brand building, a Fractional CMO adjusts its approach to meet the company’s requirements, ensuring the right level of support at every stage.
Cost Effectiveness
Hiring a full-time CMO with 15+ years of experience can cost anywhere from $120,000 to $400,000 annually, depending on the country, industry, and expertise required. In comparison, a Fractional CMO offers a much more cost-effective alternative, often at half the cost or less.
Additionally, a Fractional CMO can provide access to a team of digital marketing professionals as part of the engagement. Therefore, eliminating the need for the company to hire and pay for these resources separately. This makes the Fractional CMO model an efficient and budget-friendly option for businesses.
Marketing in B2B SaaS: A Critical Driver of Success
Marketing in B2B SaaS companies differs from traditional industries because it directly impacts revenue. Without a strong marketing engine, B2B SaaS companies often struggle with customer engagement, steady revenue growth, and building brand visibility. A Fractional CMO - as an experienced SaaS marketing consultant, brings strategic leadership and hands-on expertise needed to make your marketing efforts effective, ensuring they drive results and help your SaaS company succeed.
