More Outerverse. I very much suck with Humans, and anything with them.
The Creature from/Outerform is based on an Alien Species that's in this AU. May draw one day if y'all want to see them.

Outerverse News

Tumblr media
Rick Sanchez is the kinda guy to know things that seemingly he would guess and be dead accurate spot on right about
When he drunkenly yelled at Ann Takamaki and Sojiro Sakura about Ann's persona being, and We qoute by his mouth. "More intense then her phantom theif outfit" and how Sojiro said his daughter Futaba's phantom theif outfit being a quote, "A Inkling wannabe from the Matrix". We pressed on sojiro for more information, but he claims rick as a drunken idiot and Ms Sakura and Ms Takamaki aren't phantom thieves... but us heroes understood the situation.

Breaking News.
A man named Laios was caught in multiple regions in the Pokémon dimensions, the muppet show and at U.A for trying to attack and EAT several Pokémon, U.A's principal Nezu and Miss Piggy the famous Actor of the Muppet show and many Movies and Film Projects. Officer Jenny had this to say, "This man seeing anything with fur or humaniod thinks some lives are monsters. After 1 month of this nonsense, we finally will be putting charges on him. We were lucky no pokemon or people got eaten. He's lucky we didn't put him in Arkham asylum for this and give him a fair trial. At the Ace Attorney dimension"
Laios...I'll see you with Nezu and Bakugo at court. Ps thanks for saving the principal. Thank ya Bakugo
Tumblr media
And lighter news, the Battle Mini Game has a new first-time winner. Hawks [identity not wanted by Hawks himself] won his first time. He had this to say "GG everyone. Some of these dimensions have great heroes, especially Zelda and Raidou kid, both really good using quir- i mean there magic, but the pharmacist Guy was crazy he blew up himself more then me. I didn't understand his tech, but it was cool. I can't wait to win again." Thats the kinda confidence we like to see

To the outerverse...
Tumblr media
Whatever it was, however it got there, it definitely did not belong where it was sitting.
Laid slumped in on itself unceremoniously, like a toy some gargantuan child had long since abandoned out of boredom, was a metal giant. Heavy armor-shaped plates painted in stark snow white, shapes of deep blue-violet and red in the joints dotted with glistening green glass, and with strangely seamless metal arms, the vaguely humanoid shape was propped up loosely only by the massive geometric spires jutting from its back like abstract wings, their tips having bored into the ground behind it.
It’s shoulders were slack, the intricate hands lay open and slack it its sides, one knee was bent in an almost casual lounge, and its head was lolled to the side, the rough approximation of a face staring down— golden glassy ‘eyes’ dead and quiet and aimless. The sound of seawater pouring off its form in trickling streams pattered through the air like rain, dripping from under armor plates and joints. Scattered around it was what looked like fresh seaweed and flora gunk— and of course all the water and mud that pooled around it. Everything smelled like brisk salt and wet metal.
ᵥᵣᵣᵣᵣ...
But, that was only more odd, wasn't it?
ᵥᵣᵣᵣᵣ… ᵣᵣ… ᵣᵣ...
Even buckled over it was well over 10 meters tall, and had to be twice as big if unfolded. But it was just… there. Just there. If there was any clue at all to how it ended up there, it was doing a good job at staying hidden. Despite being soaked, it wasn’t actually in water. There was no path to or from the nearest water, no crushed trees, no giant footprints, not even where it lay was there enough of an impact site that would imply that it fell.
So, it was just… there, and no where else.
Vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm—
And then all at once, the golden eyes flickered unsurely with light, and a low whirr started to build in the air. A few of the fingers flexed, servos somewhere within the metal started moving. The creaking of metal rumbled out from it’s chest, followed by a far too sharp and far too loud pneumatic clunks, and finally the heavy mechanical groan of the entire chest slowly and smoothly pulling back. The clear shape of a hatchway formed in the shaded light that made it past the breastplate’s shadow, and then— hsssssshunkh.
The hatch unsealed with a pop, then began to quickly lift. A human hand grappled onto the edge of the frame, whiteknuckled and very very unsteadily, from within as the door's shadow slowly drew up and away.

I refer to the Outerverse Theory a lot, so I should probably explain it. Basically it's my theory about how "infinite"/many universes might exist and work.
I'm going to use computer metaphors here a lot, so let me preface this by explaining that this isn't another Simulation Theory. Every soul and person is a Real Person with Real Experiences. I'm not theorizing that anything is false or "just a simulation".
Also this is literally just a theory. I don't "believe" this is "the one truth" or anything. I'm currently working under this framework due to it being the only one I have at the moment that makes sense to me, but I'm not married to it.
This post is the basic jist, I'll post additional parts separately
Intro:
So, we're starting with the idea of many universes existing, right?
I've seen the concept that "infinite universes exist, so everything must be true somewhere" and I disagree. I don't think there can be infinite universes in the sense of an actual infinite amount. (There's probably an "infinite" amount if you define infinite as "way too many to count" or "new ones being added all the time in addition to there being too many to count".)
I've also seen the idea that the way new universes are created is when anyone makes any decision and/or whenever there's a chance of multiple outcomes, that the universes just split naturally.
I disagree with both of those. So then how many universes are there? and what creates new ones?
And more importantly, how the hell can universes that are fiction Here actually exist?
I theorize the possibility of simply higher dimensional beings. Please bare with me.
Actual Start:
First of all the "Outerverse" is what I'm calling the outside realm that all the universes reside inside. The higher dimensional beings that live there I'm calling "outergods" for ease of talking about it. They aren't divine or godly or whatever, just way more powerful than us.
The outergods make and control universes. The best way I can explain and conceptualize it is that they're like programmers, like game devs.
Why do they do this? I don't know. I think they just find it interesting. "What'll happen if this? What about a world like that?" etc.
Time as we know it doesn't exist between universes. Each universe's timeline is self-contained, so the concept is kinda meaningless? Once outside of any given universe, that universe's entire timeline exists. (Of course that doesn't mean any of us have access or total knowledge of the contents of entire timelines)
And the outergods take our ideas, our various fictions and versions of fictions, and then make those universes too, in addition. And because time doesn't really exist between universes, they sort of already exist from our perspective?
At least that's my theory for how fictional universes can exist "before" the fictional media is created and published, and how many different AUs of said things can also exist.
TL;DR:
This is all just a theory
"Outerverse" = place all universes exist inside,
"outergods" = not-divine higher dimensional beings that live in the outerverse
outergods make and control universes sorta like programmers/game devs
each universe's timeline is self-contained, so time doesn't really exist between universes

"Agatha is attracted to power."
How powerful is Lady Death exactly? Is there anyone more powerful than her?
In the comics, the hierarchy roughly goes like this:
The One Above All
The Living Tribunal
Multi-Eternity / Multi-Infinity/ Multi-Death/ Oblivion (Multiversal, the true form of the abstracts. However, there is only one Oblivion as he is the void and there's only one void.)
Multi-Lord Chaos/Multi-Master Order
Multi-Inbetweener
Drop in power:
Eternity/Infinity/Death (Each universe has these and the sum of all of them is their multiversal forms.)
Lord Chaos/Master Order
In-Betweener/Galactus
Celestials
There are some variations and incosistences of course. For instance, if Galactus is starving then he's right at the bottom. If he's in middle hunger he's at the level of In-Betweener. If he's fully fed then he should be on the same level as Lady Death etc. As the Lifebringer, he's on the same level as the other Multiversal cosmic compass aspects.
Multi-Eternity and Oblivion are officially on the same level as the other Multiversal cosmic compass aspects, but they're Outerversal while Multi-Death and Multi-Infinity haven't been portrayed as such.
Scathan the Approver is a Celestial who's essentially been shown as saving The Living Tribunal from Protege, which would put him (and presumably Exitar, The Celestial called The One Above All, Arishem and the other top tier Celestials at a similar rank) but Scathan has never really been fully explained and so most likely, it was an aspect of The One Above All (the God) rather than being an actual Celestial.
In the MCU,
Multiversal Level
The One Above All. The one who created all the Multiverses, but has not been seen in the MCU yet.
The Living Tribunal. OAA's right hand who judges beings that mess with the stability of the multiverses. His statue was in Loki, MoM and LaT. There's one LT for each Multiverse.
He Who Remains. As long as he exists, he is outside of space-time and controls the path of the Multiverse, but in reality, he's just a human.
Universal Level
The 4 Primordial Gods: Eternity, Infinity (who are siblings and are the personification of time and space itself), Entropy (one of Eternity's children and the personification of the universe's expansion in time and space) and our Lady Death (the personification of death and original green witch). They created the Infinity Stones at the dawn of the universe.
Celestials: They created the universe.
The rest of Eternity's children: In the MCU we've only seen Eon's--and Entropy's of course--statue, but in the comics, he also has Empathy, Eulogy, Expediency, Epiphany and Enmity.
Pantheons. Alien and Interdimensional species who have magical powers and can control the several afterlife dimensions and have thus been worshipped by many civilizations across the universe.
So, yes. Agatha outdid herself. She got herself one of the 4 most powerful beings in her universe.
I wonder if Agatha in other universes did the same--if they seduced their own Rios.

FTF: How Powerful Is?
A prolonged breakdown on a character detailing all their scaling, powers, stats, skill, and abilities to determine exactly how powerful they are.
This Week's Character.....
Tumblr media
Oz!
Power:
Oz is, quite shockingly, explicitly one of the most powerful characters across the entire Monster Prom franchise. Oz was one of the Ancient Gods created by The Nothingness and is the physical embodiment of Fear itself. His role, which they rejected to live as an ordinary mortal, was to destroy all of existence, wiping out all life across Monster Prom's multiverse.
Tumblr media
This means he scale's as a threat to Monster Prom's entire cosmology, which is absolutely huge. Monster Prom's multiverse contains infinite alternate timelines with several universal realms within each of them. Every timeline can contain the realms of Heaven, Hell, The Ghost Zone, The Human Realm, The Monster Realm, and countless others, all of which require interdimensional portals to be accessed. Even our own universe is secondary to the Monster Realm as the "main realm".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Moreover, each pf these universes can contain countless smaller Metaverses, infinitely smaller digital universes layered within each other that one can travel deeper and deeper into for hours without ever hitting a limit, suggesting potentially infinite dimensional layers within each universe.
Tumblr media
As such, Oz is capable of posing a threat to an infinite multiverse, with each individual universe contain numerous realms the size of our own and thousands of, if not potentially infinite, dimensional layers. Keep in mind that digital universes being both actual universes and having different dimensional properties is consistent as a rule within Monster Prom, as shown in the first game where Calculester created a digital universe that he could alter the dimensionality of. This all adds up to Oz being High Hyperversal to two layers into Outerversal in sheer raw power for posing a threat to his entire cosmology, even if just over time.
Speed:
Speed is thankfully a lot simpler. The Ancient Deities explicitly predate Time itself and Oz can easily process the entire history of the universe is seconds.
Tumblr media
This is pretty simple immeasurable-infinite speed.
Powers:
This is where shit goes well and truly off the rails.
Magic:
Magic in Monster Prom is an omnipresent energy source the permeates all of existence. Only the Human Realm is beyond its grasp. This is because Magic is created as an after effect of the sheer raw power Oz and other ancient Deities emanate at all times.
Tumblr media
As such, any ability that can be archieved with magic if something that Oz should be able to do, as any magic that a character uses is something that simply pours out of him passively.
Keep in mind, magic in this franchise is capable of doing some utterly ridiculous things. The feat where Oz experienced the entirety of time was as a result of a spell cast onto them. People have created interdimensional portals, summoned demons that warped the fabric of reality, transmuted people and objects, sent the moon crashing down to Earth, and even folded time itself, turning several years into just a few seconds.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Eldritch and Abstract Physiology
Scaling to Zoe, Oz power's border on the completely absurd. From the power to eat sanity and concepts to the ability devour souls and reduce people to atoms. Both Oz and Zoe may have stopped living as Gods, but Zoe can still lean into the eldritch horror from time to time.
As for the "reality collapses when it loses an embodiment of an abstract concept" thing.... I've since changed my mind on that. While the True Power thing is still just a rumor, Hope's death causing the end of reality seems majorly contingent on.... well, Hope. It's because without Hope everything gives into despair and everything dies. It's a rule of the Hope concept specifically and runs counter to Oz emboding a different concept entirely. Not that it should matter, as Oz should be able to just create interdimensional portals like anyone else, so removing them from reality still shouldn't matter....
Protagonist Powers
All of this combines into some truly ridiculous Toon Force to turn Oz into a truly unstoppable monster.... when he wants to be. Which is generally never. From stealing a character's relevance to the plot to turning reality off and on again and even willingly becoming one with all of existence.
Tumblr media
Thankfully, Oz is held back by a mixture of overwhelming social anxiety, an insatiable horniness for his fellow classmates, and a genuine desire to no longer be the monster they once were. Living as a mortal gave them genuine connections and friendships that they've never gotten before and Oz would likely never be willing to give those relationships up.
But, if you threaten any of their friends, or worse, stand between him and his comedic sexapades, then watch out! Because you're boxing with one of this dating sim's all time heavy weight champions. An eldritch dork with unfathomable power.
Conclusion:
Truth be told, I wasn't as able to go into detail on this one as I would've liked. Tumblr's picture limits really did a lot to hinder me from going in depth on Oz's powers this time around. I have the scans for every single ability I mention here, I just can't post them because ten picture cap.
His standing in the wider cosmology made going into detail on lower ends of the verse meaningless. Who cares if Damien can punch the sun or Calculester can nuke the moon when we're talking eldritch abominations. Depite being by far the most powerful and versatile character to get one of these rundowns to date.... Oz didn't need much explaining.
How Powerful is Oz? Yes. What can he do? Yes (So long as it's funny). Funny how that sorta paradox works out.
