For day 2 we have any heart opening pose. I went with a fun hollow back forearm stand. Keeping balance and making shapes at the same time in this pose is still a work in progress, but it is SO fun!! I embrace yoga props for poses I’m not quite great at yet, and I was really missing some nice wall space in my practice. So since we didn’t have any nice open walls in the house, we built one. And I must say my new friend Small Wall here does the job and I even get some sunshine ☀️ .
