which ship fans are the most annoying?

((Cop out answer: Nearly all of them.

Actual answer: Specific subsets of shippers where one part of the ship is 100% at fault while the other is woobified, or shippers that insist that a ship needs to be canon in order to be shipped, or shippers that will crucify you for criticizing their ship/not shipping what they ship, or heaven forbid shipping one part of their ship with another. This latter point I saw happen with the Stolas/Vassago ship and how people flipped their shit because "But but but stolitz!!!!!" and tbh I hate that kind of mentality.

Basically, if you're a shipper that is all no fun allowed except for MY OTP and my specific view of how my OTP works, I want nothing to do with you and that mentality is very, very annoying. (I've seen it with some Stolitz shippers but honestly there are more ships this applies to so.))

I am never listening to the general opinion about a specific romance again. EVER. I purposely left Lucanis's romance towards the end because all I heard was that there's no content and that it's boring and it's clear he digs Neve more than he likes Rook

What game were they playing? Yes, there's slightly less content than other romances (is there though? I'm pretty sure Emmrich is the only one who gets a romance-specific cutscene with the garden dinner). But the amount they packed into that content. Ugh

(I will be feasting on 'Tell me this ends with me asleep in your arms...' for weeks. FOR WEEKS)

So just because he really only has one kiss the romance is dull? This mf'er is dropping lines like the ones above and they think it's dull? This has shot up to my second favorite romance after Emmrich

I will admit part of it is because I'm in love with my own OC, but for me, it's not just the romance. It's the OC you create for that romance and Isle can do no wrong (think 'I have done nothing wrong ever in my life' 'I know this and I love you' meme. That's me and Isle)

And the timing of quests helps too, but again, it helps with all of the romances

So lesson learned. Lucanis romance is awesome and I can't wait to write some fic

Rewatching OG Trigun after finishing Stampede this week and it’s just so funny to me that, once the danger from Legato starts ramping up, Vash asks Meryl what’s more important: her job or her life? And she’s practically jumping up and down to say her job, but when Bernardelli sends her and Millie a letter stating that the company (and thus, them) will have no further involvement with Vash the Stampede, Meryl fucking loses it. She’d pick her job over her life, but she won’t pick her job over Vash.
