Élise would definitely be attracted to a powerful woman like Quoraah. She likes being with powerful people and really enjoys making powerful people call out or moan her name. She would probably enjoy inviting Quoraah out to parties and just having fun (might suggest going out with rope harnesses under their clothes). She’d also enjoy picking Quoraah’s mind regarding force knowledge when not out partying.
That being said, she would be somewhat uncomfortable with a romantic relationship because what Yolo did to Quoraah was quite close to what Élise did to Kelsa. Sure Élise did not know that her one decision led to years of suffering and trauma for Kelsa but it was still her fault.

OC Questions- fashion sense
Which oc has a sequined outfit? 1a. What style is it? 1b. How often do they wear it?
Quoraah Beltane owns a blue-sequined dress with a short skirt. It was kind of an "impulse" purchase as it reminded her of the clothes she wore back when she was a college student going out with friends on Balmorra. She only wears it on occasion, like when she took Ashara on a 'girl's night'.
Which oc always wears a jacket or long sleeves, even when it's hot out? 8a. Do they have a particular reason for doing so (ex: their religion, avoiding sunburn, or fashion sense)
Since her rescue from the Belsavis Star Fortress, Bas'riish has worn a long trenchcoat that doesn't leave much exposed. If you want to know why, read "Three Years".
Which oc prefers to wear head coverings? 14a. What style do they prefer? I'm really not keen on head coverings for my OCs, as I like to see what they look like. BUT… I headcanon that Ozibaumnu, my Sith Sorceror, left his infamous "Nox" skullcap on for most of the campaign. In fact, most other Imperials and Sith were oblivious to the fact that he was a Chiss until after beat Thanaton and took off his mask. (Darth Ravage nearly vomitted, learning they had placed a Chiss onto the Dark Council.)
Thanks for the asks!

Yolo Covray - OC Intro
This is Yolo Covray. A smuggler.
(Yes, I named an OC as Yolo. Come at me.)
It is not his real name, of course. His given name was Dak Beltane, and he is from Balmorra.
His parents worked for the defense industry. His sister - two years older than he was - was the high-achiever. She earned a full academic scholarship to the University of Sobrik, and had already started medical school by the age of 19.
Dak wasn't like his sister. He chafed against everything. Every rule his parents set for him, his perceived lack of opportunities being a middling student at best, and the Sith Empire's occupation.
He was never political, but it was almost inevitable that Dak fell in with a local Balmorran Resistance Movement cell. They weren't particularly successful or principled; really, they were closer to petty criminals than anything else, with their young 'recruit' playing messenger. Regardless, by 17, Dak had picked up an impressive list of skills.
And then one day the cell got compromised when one of its members sold the others out.
Dak ran, but by then, the Empire and their puppet government knew who he was. When they raided his home, his parents - not understanding the situation - attempted to protect their son. They were killed obstructing the officers while Dak escaped out a window.
His parents' deaths were devastating. Dak had been a rebellious youth; he honestly didn't think they cared for him. Knowing that they'd died trying to save him and it was all his fault was something he'll never forget.
Knowing he needed to get off the planet, Dak ran to to the spaceport and stowed away on a merchant vessel.
(Just before he escaped, Dak heard that the Imperials had arrested his sister as a suspected terrorist. She was convicted in a ten-minute show trial, and sentenced to a life of slavery in the Empire. He knew he couldn't save her, but he wept when he realized he'd destroyed her life as well.)
When he was later discovered by the smuggler captain, he gave the name "Yolo Covray", leaving his old life behind. The captain - a Rodian named Bukhov with a soft spot for hard cases - unexpectedly took him in.
Over the next three years, Yolo learned everything to know about the smuggler's business. For the first time in a long time, he felt like he belonged.
Bukhov was eventually killed during a run-in with some Gamorreans... right before he and Yolo were set to deliver some blasters to Ord Mantell.
Yolo inherited Bukhov's ship, his contract and (most of) his skills.
Whether it helps him escape his past is anyone's guess.
Yolo, by the way, assumes that his sister is dead or worse by now. He tries not to think about her.
Unbeknownst to him.... He's actually right: She's worse.
What Quoraah will do to him when they finally meet again... well. It may not be pretty.
(Tagging: @dragonheartftherpays @lionesshathor @sassheliosazuras since they all expressed interest in this story bit when i floated it ages ago.)

💛💙?
Jumbo Ask Game
Thanks for the asks @myhero-is-me !
You didn't specify, so I think I will go with my LS Sith Inquisitor, Quoraah Beltane -
💛 In general, how in control of their emotions is your OC? Do they have a good hold on them or do their emotions control them, not the other way around? What do you think is the reason behind this and is your OC ever concerned about their lack of or good control?
By nature, Quoraah is a pretty passionate person. She loved her family, she loved her friends and she loved the life she had on Balmorra. Having those things taken from her in such a traumatic fashion did not make her any less passionate.
Having said that - the Quoraah who wanted to grow up to be a doctor and helping people is still in there. She doesn't kill indiscriminately or for petty reasons like most Sith. ("Petty" as defined by her.) So I think she does have control of herself. She's definitely worried about falling to the dark side. But that doesn't mean she won't be coming after some of the people who have brought her to this point.
💙 What did your OC want to be when they grew up and why? Did they have any lifelong dreams or ambitions they never got to work on or are they currently working to achieve this dream? Has their life taken a very unexpected turn and put all these plans on hold for a while or have they given up on any dreams?
Quoraah wanted to be a doctor, specifically researching diseases and developing vaccines. She was highly intelligent and her parents encouraged her, but she really wanted to help people. Being arrested, enslaved and sent to Korriban for Sith training ruined all of that, at least in her mind.
I hope she still finds a way to help people.
Thanks for the ask!

🌊 What does your OC do on their days off from working, school or whatever else it is they may do? Do they enjoy relaxing, shopping, hanging out with friends? What is a normal day like for them? For an oc of your choice
Another Ask Game Thanks for the ask, @kaosstar !
Answering for Quoraah Beltane!
Quoraah is only a couple of years removed from when she was a just a young medical student in Sobrik. She worked hard but she also played hard, so she and her friends went clubbing at least a couple of times a week.
She misses that life. A lot.
So if she has a couple days off, she'll get rid of the rest of the crew, then she would take Ashara - the only other woman on her ship - and say "Ashara, I will never pressure you to do something you don't want to do. Would you please go clubbing with me? We'll have a girl's night."
(Ashara is nervous, but she does want to broaden her experiences. She agrees.)
The two would find a place on a neutral world like Nar Shaddaa, and they would go incognito. No Jedi or Sith or what have you. Quoraah would pick out outfits for each of them, and their lightsabers would be carefully concealed.
They have a great time. Mostly they just dance and talk to people. Eventually (with no prompting) Ashara tries a variety of drinks. Quoraah turns it into a learning experience, showing Ashara how to use the Force to resist the effects of alcohol. Both ladies are hit on, leading to Ashara feeling a bit embarrassed and Quoraah feeling delighted. But they have a great time.
Thanks for the ask!

The Piper, Father's Love, Dreamer and Cheating Death for the ask meme? either for your favourite oc or for an oc that you want to talk about more but doesn't get asked about much if you want!
Thank you, @legacyofabsolutewalnuts !
Uncomfortable Headcanons based on The Magnust Archives
I'm going with Quoraah Beltane for this one, since I love her and i've been so mean to her.
THE PIPER - what’s your muse’s thoughts about war?
Oh, she hates it. She hates that the Empire invaded Balmorra. She hates that the resistance fought so hard to free it, often with complete disregard to the collateral damage against the citizenry. She hates that her family was destroyed in all of that, and that the Republic seems determined to take Balmorra back again. She hates that much of the planet looks like a toxic waste dump.
She hates that this drama is playing itself out on hundreds of other worlds, and that there's nothing she can do about it.
A FATHER’S LOVE - talk about your muse’s relationship with their father
Quoraah had a very loving, even doting father, who was an engineer on Balmorra. He encouraged her scholarly pursuits, but also encouraged her to make time for herself as well. He was wonderful.
It crushed him when he and her mother were killed.
CHEATING DEATH - what does your muse think about death? are they afraid of it?
In Quoraah's mind, part of her died when her parents were killed, and she was sent from Balmorra as a slave to the Empire.
At this, she feels so in over her head, she basically feels like she's playing with house money.
But give her time. :)
Thanks again for the asks!

Muse skill set for OC of your choice: 🍺, 🛠 & 💰
Muse skillset symbol meme
Thanks for the ask, @rangerslayer-97 ! And thanks for clarifying your questions!
Since you didn't specify... I'm mixing it up.
🍺 — alcohol tolerance
Quoraah Beltane was a little bit of a 'party girl' back when she was just a medical student on Balmorra. She worked and studied hard, she reasoned, so she should also get to play hard. She had a circle of friends and there were a number of clubs in Sobrik that weren't dominated by the Imperials, so there was dancing, drinking and so on.
Having said that, she was acutely aware of her own limitations, and how to pace herself. (She could also tell you what was going on with her body chemically at any given moment.) No one would have called her an alcoholic. She often looked out for her friends who didn't know their limits.
So she had a very high tolerance, but more importantly, she was aware of it.
Later she became a Sith, and learned how to use the Force to withstand the effects of alcohol. Even then, however, she knows not to over-indulge. (Partially because she didn't want to be a bad influence on Ashara, who is figuring things out.)
💰 — finance
Ozibaumnu is one of those people who are just so incredibly intelligent they can quickly figure out how to do anything. By the time he steps down from the Dark Council (more on that some other time) he has plenty of credits to "retire" on, he can afford his own island on Rishi. (This is actually the Rishi stronghold.) Surprisingly, unlike most Dark Lords, he achieved this wealth without any graft whatsoever. Everything was on the up and up.
🔧 — engineering/mechanics
Illaynah Antilles is a surprisingly adept mechanic, having learned to fix her family's hovercar as a small child. Eventually this evolves to the point where she can produce her own custom-made weapons. (She is my Armstech toon.)
Her father was good for something, after all.
💌 — romance/flirting
Bas'riish is quite the 'player' with both men and women. Remember the Teraan siblings on Alderaan? She seduced both of them. At the same time.
(Lenn and Cedonia have no regrets, but they don't really talk about that night.)
Thanks again for the ask!

J E D I for oc asks
Ask Game: A–Z of Character Relationships/Social Behaviors
Thanks for the ask, @commander-krios ! I'm gonna mix it up for this one.
J. Joke: Does your OC tend to tease and banter with their friends, or are they more serious/straightforward?
Yolo Covray is infamous for his pranks and comedic banter. Risha finds it irritating (but privately finds it somehow endearing). The others just roll their eyes.
His worst move is the 'dad jokes' : "What do you call five Siths piled on top of a lightsaber? A sith-kebab!"
E. Easygoing: When with other people, does your OC tend to go with the flow, or be the leader? Why? Are there any people they behave differently around?
Quoraah Beltane is very much a social creature. She's fine going along with what everyone else is doing, but if things feel dead, she'll grab Lana, Ashara and whoever else wants to come and go clubbing with her, for dancing, drinks and fun.
D. Death: Has anyone your OC loved ever died? If so, how did this impact them? Is there anyone your OC would be willing to die to save? Explain.
Deviah loved her parents. She's one of the few OCs I have who had a full and healthy relationship with them. Her failure to save them on Ziost will haunt her for the rest of her life.
I. Irritating: What is something your OC finds annoying about another character?
Corellan... appreciates Doc. He appreciates his vast medical abilities, intelligence and scientific understanding, and that somewhere beneath all his ego and posturing, he is a genuinely compassionate person.
But man - Doc grates on him. Especially his sexist attitude towards Kira, and his dismissive attitude towards everyone else in the crew.
I like to think Doc eventually gets over all that.
Thanks again for the ask!
