Vowrawn !
Thanks for another ask @swtorpadawan! Honestly things for good ol’ Vowrawn isn’t too different from the game but let’s talk about his journey to Emperor anyways.

Darth Vowrawn is one lucky bastard now that I think about it, as Anri once said Sith don’t usually live as long as him without knowing a thing or two.
He managed to avoid the Emperors Hand hunting for him thanks to his old friend the Wrath, Vanzeth, covering his back. Thank the force the Servants mysteriously disappeared, though it wasn’t long before everyone discovered why.
He was one of the few Dark Councilors, along with Acina, to survive Arcann’s assault on the rest of the Galaxy, not even having to go into hiding and being the one to represent the Empire in their surrender.
Since then he’s being serving on the newly formed Dark Council under Empress Acina, comfortably working as the Head of Civil Administration all while him and Xarion, Head of Galactic influence, was secretly aiding an unknown assailant (more on that later) striking against both the Republic and the Eternal Empire.
Then after Acina’s death on Iokath Vowrawn wasted no time in claiming the throne as Emperor and though he was met with some resistance he was able to squash the opposition.
Now he leads the Empire in their renewed War against the Republic, Malgus or anyone else who’s a threat to them, his secret ally now properly in the fold.

Who is Omega's favorite companion and why?
Thanks for the ask! Sorry it took so long to reply. I've been in the middle of moving across the ocean, lol!
Blakk's favorite is going to be a toss-up between Vector and Lokin. Both are very caring in their own ways, and Vector's compassion in particular struck a chord that Blakk wasn't used to. In fact, Blakk very nearly became a Joiner just to feel more of that connection. He's spent most of his life since childhood disconnected from the Force, so it was a compelling replacement at a point when he desperately needed it.
Lokin, of course, being the doctor on the ship, ends up being the person Blakk comes to trust at his most vulnerable. If Blakk's storyline hadn't involved other super important OCs, then Lokin and Vector would probably have played super prominent roles in shaping his life and finding some kind of resolution to his broken Force connection.

Are Zar Draya's broadcasts of Alderaanian nobles fighting the Zakuul equivalent of reality TV?
oh, 100% YES
It ends up one of those deals that everyone who watches has Houses they root for, nobles they do and don't like, they get into arguments with each other about "oh, what's gonna happen next??" and "so-and-so is totally about to backstab what's-their-name"
Rist is the most popular of the Houses - the Zakuulans love them and their blackmail, assassination capabilities, and secrecy.
They probably don't know that Draya is exacerbating the conflicts, but she totally focuses on Rist so they get pissy with the other Houses more often.

NPC Sunday. NPCunday? (Any day can be NPC Sunday when you really put your mind to it)
Thanks @frauleiiin for the tag!
Today I will be turning my beloved Aresyl Kallig into an NPC
^Wack screenshot of my girl because I'm working off a business laptop
((imagining the expansions haven't happened and Aresyl is on the Dark Council))
--What kind of NPC would your character be? Where could you find them?
I can see Aresyl being either the mentor figure or character you have to go to for help. I mean, she has girl bossing to do, she's not going to be the NPC to idly stand around or follow the MC around. You could find Aresyl on Dromund Kaas in her office or on Nar Shaddaa with her cult, but you have to catch her at the right time!
--Merchant - what would they sell?
Artifacts, antiques, and information. To be honest Aresyl gives away more money than she asks for (she has more credits than she would ever want), but she could give you some exclusive items in exchange for your service.
--Quest Giver - what's the quest? One off or chain? The reward?
Remember the cult the Sith Inquisitor acquires during the class story? Aresyl used the cult at first as a kind of side hustle- she'd have the members make credits from the underworld/black market for a cut of the pay. Later, once the cult grew, she used it as more of a charity. She'd use the profits to fund rescue missions for escaping slaves and help them reach stability. Eventually, a large chunk of the "cult" (she kept the title as not to raise suspicion) was freed slaves given employment.
All that to say! If you're visiting Aresyl because of Nar Shaddaa connections, she would be a side quest giver, assigning you to help her operations. She'd give you a cut of any money you make, but the MC would be most interested in the exclusive items she'd give in exchange.
--Companion - How do you unlock them? Do they have a specific companion quest line?
Honestly, I can't imagine Aresyl being anything more than a temporary companion like Darth Marr. An essential part of her arc is being a leader, so I just don't think she'd join a random crew unless the situation really demanded it.
--Rrrrrrromanceable? 😘😍💘💌⚘️🥀 What's the reward?
No way, haha! Before she was officially with Theron, Aresyl was a big flirt, but unfortunately that's only because she also has a habit of messing with people. If you tried to flirt with her, she'd either scoff you off, laugh in your face, or subtly make fun of you by flirting back. Aresyl might lead the MC on if they don't recognize her sarcasm, but there's no way she'd ever actually commit to anything.
--Regular NPC - what's their dialog?
*Ambient soft chuckling* *Ambient scoffs*
(She's not very talkative haha)
Very casually tagging (if you're interested) @califrey, @swtorpadawan, @blackberry-command-cap, @serenxanthe, @fernfrond-inks, @veil-nebula, and anyone else who wants to join!

Leeha narezz!
Thanks for asking @swtorpadawan and sorry it took like a year to get to lol 😅
Ask me about SWTOR NPCs

In The Kine Legacy, Ryscha (Hero of Tython) rescued Leeha and then never said anything about her relationship with Jomar. So when Leeha returned to Tython, she was never criticized and simply offered all of the help and assistance she needed to begin recovering from her time as the Emperor's thrall.
Though she was considered a warrior that "never knew failure," Leeha's time as the Emperor's slave had been incredibly traumatic and she had little desire to return to combat even as the Galactic War raged on. Instead, she focused both on learning more healing techniques and on her old research of how the Force could impact machines and possibly lead to sentience in droids.
She became a well respected if slightly eccentric healer (few put any real stock into her continued Meedee research) and was one of a select group of Jedi chosen to learn the healing techniques discovered by the Barsen'thor.
While focusing on healing herself and others, Leeha began to feel a deep sorrow for the Hero of Tython, who seemed to be bending and on the verge of breaking under the weight of non-stop combat deployments. But before she could bring her concerns to the Council, Zakuul invaded.
Leeha would join the group of jedi that settled on Ossus and would be responsible for training a new generation of healers. While in isolation from the wider galaxy, she and Jomar began to openly display their love for one another and became one of many relationships that Ossus would see between Jedi and the other non-jedi settlers.
Though she was immensely grateful for being able to have a peaceful existence on Tython and later Ossus, she would always regret not reaching out to the Hero of Tython, feeling that she had failed to help the person that had given her this second chance at life.
#swtor#leeha narezz#leeha would be utterly devastated when she learned that ryscha had died in battle in the unknown regions and that the republic then bombed#odessen. wiping out the hero of tython's legacy of never ending defense of the galaxy#this disillusionment she and other jedi had would lead to the increased schism between jedi and republic#a schism that would eventually lead to jedi lords operating without the republic in order to keep peace in the galaxy

Wiredraw was one among this band of fine SWTOR fanartists, fanficcers and RPers whose antics I used to watch from afar during SWTOR's heyday: @asceticcyan, @damarlegacy, @thegarbagechute, @ezroad, @miss-madwell, @awkwardtimezone, @heychief (are they back? 🤔), @amarearts, @lisjonok, and so, so many more, my comfort food and inspiration in times of growing stress.
A few of these incredible people aren't around on Tumblr anymore, quite probably out of frustration after having to purge their blogs in every successive wave of censorship, or maybe simply having outgrown it.
The thing about Wiredraw is that much of her distinctive art still survives the shutdown of her Tumblr, as reblogs by her peers and other admirers. Normally, as a fan art hoarder and compulsive reblogger 😅😓, I'd rather have the artist be reachable (via links to their Tumblr or any alternative) so that people can enjoy more of their art and commission them if they sell their wares, but in her case the only available links are her old DeviantArt (last updated in 2015) and a Twitter that hasn't been updated in a year and a half (and whose content doesn't have to do with any of this anyway, so, it might not be the best idea to link it).
Given things, I think I'm going to reblog her art whenever I find it, because I'd hate it if it would disappear out of sheer social media entropy. I saw @swtorpadawan collect a whole lot of it already, and I was hesitating because of the lack of contact data, but I know I'd regret not joining in.
If anyone still keeps in touch with Wiredraw, it would be great if they could ask her if this is okay with her. And tell her that we miss her and her OCs 🙂.
This is SWTORpadawan's EXTENSIVE collection so far (which I'm oh-so-going to raid and reblog 😅), and this is what I got at the moment, myself. Expect a ton more.

combining @kemendin's WIP Wednesday and @swtorpadawan's Six Sentence Sunday tags into...wtv this is lmao. thanks both 🙏 //
"You're not supposed to be here."
"Your point is?"
Quiet challenge in those red-winged eyes further frayed Lana's patience to a hairsbreadth. "I did not ask for your help to hunt the traitor."
Vestra's head tilted back as she barked a laugh - sharp, thorny, laced with Darth Avriss' caustic disdain. "Oh, that is cute. You think I need your permission."
Hands curled into fists, Lana took a step forward - only for the Commander to clasp her shoulder, stopping Lana in her tracks before they could raise hell in a small, enclosed shuttle.
"Your help is welcome on this mission, Avriss," Aelirra spoke cautiously, well aware of the eggshells she tread upon. "So long as you keep the peace."
"Ah, Commander," Vestra purred. "I am relieved to find someone reasonable around here."
Lana gritted her teeth when Vestra shot her a smug, taunting smirk, before turning around to settle in the pilot's seat.

WIP Wednesday
It’s TECHNICALLY Wednesday here, it totally counts >.>
One dark-gloved hand snakes upward, as Scourge strokes briefly at the tendrils twitching idly on his chin. “…Do you want me to stay, Jedi?” he asks.
Again, frustratingly, Cas can discern nothing from how Scourge says it. His jaw tenses further as he throws back, “Would I have even asked you if I didn’t?”
The Sith blinks once, conceding this. But then he straightens, flicks his hand towards the Jedi, and asks pointedly, “...Why?”
His tone is level, but there is a new weight to it, a kind of unspoken challenge, and Cas knows instantly - this is a test. Scourge is seeking his intentions, probing for what a future together would entail, and if he does not like the answer Cas gives him - he will leave.
Cas swallows against the knot that’s moved from his chest to his throat, and stares up at Scourge. Because I feel something for you, he wants to burst out. Something deep, and frightening, and furious, and I know I shouldn’t be feeling like this about you, of all people, but I can’t help it. And if I let you go now, I know you won't come back. I’ll never get the chance to find out if someday, you might be able to feel something for me, too.
But try and say any of this, and he might as well kick Scourge out the airlock with his own boot. He can see it so clearly in his mind - the Sith’s face sharp and contemptuous, his breath thick with scorn, as he shreds Caspian’s confession with razored condemnations of sentimental fool. Have you learned nothing?

(some) sentence sunday
thanks for the tag @swtorpadawan! I am uh.... going to willfully ignore the “six” part of this and just. give y’all the a fair chunk of the scene so far. xD
@hyrohkaah and i have been plotting and i was encouraged to unleash one of the softer things we’ve come up with. happy belated father’s day, tyr!
writer mutuals. i am politely making excited doggy taps at your door. participate if ye wish!
“Daddy?”
Tyr groans faintly before he does his best to blink the sleep from his eyes, drawn awake by the gentle prod on his arm and the quiet voice of one of their daughters - Sunasa, he knows before he even opens his eyes.
“Are you awake?”
Tyr sniffs and pushes up against one arm. “Yea, sweetheart. Daddy’s awake,” he murmurs. He briefly glances over his shoulder. Hyroh’s still contentedly asleep. Concern gently tempers the half-smile that slips across his lips as he reaches out and gently ruffles their daughter’s hair. She ducks closer under his touch almost instantly. “What’s a matter, sunshine?”
Sunasa shyly ducks her head, hands coming to wring together. “I… can’t sleep.”
Tyr hums gentle acknowledgement and scoots back in the slim space left between him and Hyroh to pat the bed, offering her a place beside him before she shakes her head. For the moment, he settles back against his arm. “Alright,” he murmurs, “How can I help?”
Sunasa’s face scrunches briefly in consideration before she tugs on his hand. Her eyes don’t quite make it to the door, but Tyr doesn’t question her further. He carefully extricates himself from the sheets. Hyroh sighs and shifts behind him, but, blessedly, he manages to make a clean getaway and Sunasa starts to lead him out of their bedroom.
He gives a gentle tug on her hand to stop her when they’re in the hall and kneels down. “Hey, what’s wrong?” he asks gently. She ducks her head, but Tyr brushes her hair back out of her face carefully. “D’you wanna talk?” he offers, rubbing careful circles against her shoulder.
Both of them had quickly developed some energy to grow up all too fast right before his eyes. Bastia told him that was, unfortunately, normal.

Toth' lizhan from Nem'ro's palace!
Thank you for the ask @swtorpadawan! Sorry to say though there’s not that much to say about this guy.

Toth continued to advise Nem’ro on important dealings with the Empire long after “Red Blades” help, to the point where he was considered the Hutts second in command.
Things were going well for him…well, until a certain angry psychotic Houk came to Nem’ro’s Palace, looking for some payback. It was a slaughterhouse, Toth tried to escape but he failed.
Skadge ensured the Twi’leks death was slow and painful, an appetiser before the main event.

How well do Tarso and Forta get along? Because I have headcanons.
Thank you for enabling my Exarch rambling 💚💜
For my versions of them, they're mostly indifferent toward each other. Tarso is too busy upgrading his Fortress and crawling through the EPHEMRIS code of his and the others' to make sure it's running properly, to have much of a relationship with the other Exarchs.
And Forta.... Well, she likes to keep to herself for the most part.
Some quick background, Tarso helped build the Fortresses. So, he has A Lot of access to them, know how they work inside-out, and his cybernetic upgrades even allow him to, essentially, be part of his Fortress. Not only that, but he can access the cameras and various computer systems of the other Exarch's Fortresses to a more limited degree. Needless to say, he's on a tighter leash than the rest of them because if it.
Anyway.
Tarso does eventually get really disturbed by what Forta's doing with Belsavis, however, and that indifference he had for her before becomes disgust. He was debugging her EPHEMRIS, saw that she was literally feeding dead inmates to the others as she starved them to see what they'd do, and from that point on acted cold toward her.
Now, Tarso is certainly no angel, either - he just couldn't believe what she was doing with that world. They're both the villains, but Forta was terrible even by Tarso's standards, type of thing.
Forta, for her part, remains indifferent toward him. She has more important thing to worry about than why one of the other Exarchs started giving her the cold shoulder.

Which of your OCs are you picturing wearing those Hobeika gowns? 👀👀👀
@swtorpadawan I am assuming you mean this post?
Thanks for the ask! I like getting the chance to ramble about some of my girls, and I was very 👀 at those gowns too so...in order of dress number:
Dress 1

The whole reason the post got bagged and tagged as it were is because the first dress was good for Trick. Her primary go to for formal wear now is either black/gold or white/gold ever since I got that formal Alderaan commission that's still floating around...oops. And when something doesn't quite fit the Jedi aesthetic, I can toss it to her Inquisitor AU self, pictured above, and it works just as well. This one in particular works for either though.
Dress 2, Dress 3, Dress 9

All of them go to my latest BH Ember (Tali), who is technically a Sith noble "on the run"...but is clearly not sacrificing style while she's hiding away from her family (especially that last dress, those colors would look great on her). And she'll look a lot better in these than Skadge, who I am offering her as a general replacement for, and who she definitely replaces on my canon BH's crew when he shoots Skadge dead on Belsavis like the game should've let me do originally.
Dress 6

Raz, my sometimes canon Inquisitor and otherwise just really good Sith assassin, can dress it up on the rare occasion she is called to do so. She actually likes the flashy nature of Sith fashion, in part because she knows she has a back and arms for days to show off in deep V necks and/or low-cut backs. However, gotta get to the point where she's not constantly, fully decked out in armor to hide the fact she's a Cathar amongst the ranks. 99.9% of the time she's striking from the shadows like this, and the only reason she has other outfits in game is because I like seeing her face.
#don't mind me#swtor#asks#raz doesn't usually dress up too much but ever so often a dress passes by where I'm like...hm#same with consular trick really#sometimes things just appear on my dash#ember of the sea and sky#stabby cat#oc: trick#oc: raz#oc: em

For Amélie Biava - When you met Amarra, you were Imperial Intelligence and she was a powerful Sith Lord, with little if any restrictions on how she could treat you. With such a disproportionate power dynamic, how did things wind up going the way they did for you?
OC Interview
Thanks for asking @swtorpadawan!
Amélie leans back in her seat and chuckles darkly.
“Yeah that’s a fair question. I sometimes ask myself how I managed to swing it with the damned Wrath of all people. Talk about out of my league and a huge threat to my life.”
She hums faintly and gently thumbs at the polished band of black metal on her finger.
“I fully admit that I didn’t trust her when we were first properly introduced. I mean it’s like you were saying, Sith can do what they want and the Wrath? She sits outside of the Sith hierarchy and answer to no one but the Emperor. She even has enough authority to challenge the Dark Council. So really what chance did I have if I wanted off her ship?”
Her eyes become hard, clearly recalling stories of others that suffered at the hands of mad Sith but she shakes her head before continuing on.
“Now with any kind of relationship it takes all parties involved to make it work but I will say that she did most of the initial heavy lifting to try and reach out to me. Just looking at her crew spoke volumes about her. How many Sith do you know that have a free twi’lek with more tech skills than a Fixer, a Black Ops squad on perpetual standby, a former Jedi apprentice that happily engages in philosophical and political debates with her new master and a sadistic assassin droid? Hm... actually forget the droid. Lots of Sith would probably have an HK unit if they could. But the others? You won’t find many Sith that actually have a crew like that who are all loyal and don’t just trust but love the Sith that they follow.”
She sighs and stares wistfully off at nothing.
“You hear old stories of noble Sith and their cherished followers. Old Korribani and Ziosti legends of Sith protectors defending those that they love. Most of those stories are lost to time and Republic purges but the romanticism of those tales endure... Of all the Sith in the Empire, I've found that Amarra embodies those old tales more than anyone I’ve ever seen. She cares about those under her command and that apparently extended to me.”
A genuine smile spreads across her face, reaching her eyes and even causing her body to relax. Her deep sense of gratitude is very clear.
“So, like I was saying, once I was finally out of the kolto tank, she reached out to me. I've often wonder if she could sense that I didn't trust her and that made her reach out. Whatever the reason, she offered to find me a doc to clone me a new hand after I lost mine on Corellia. She also gave me the chance to transfer to any command I wanted. I could write my own ticket and go anywhere I wanted. She didn’t even know me at the time, just wanted to help out another Imperial citizen.”
Her eyes return to her wedding band and she cannot stop smiling.
“After looking at my options and taking a serious look at her file- which can I just say, was damned impressive? Defeated a well known Jedi Master before being named a Lord, took out the Republic War Trust, killed a Dark Councilor, won the initial battle for Corellia and personally ended a coup led by her former Master. And never once did she ever act out of personal gain. She had no interest in personal power and only wanted to serve the Empire. What an ideal,” she says with what could only be described as hearts in her eyes.
“So, I chose to stay on and became her official pilot and unofficial liaison to what was left of Imperial Intelligence before Sith Intel got set up. I worked hard getting her whatever information I could, because I felt she was the best chance the Empire had for moving forward. She took notice and made sure that my actions were always commended. Got a promotion thanks to my work and she eventually started trusting me with more responsibilities, even putting me in charge of her own personal spy network she took from her old master."
She pauses then and her face scrunches faintly as if in sympathy, likely due to truly understanding just how stressful a position like Keeper's had been, managing so many agents.
"So, truth? I got lucky. I could have died at the hands of my captors on Corellia, honestly that's probably what was supposed to happen, knowing the last two Keepers. But I was lucky because she found me. If I had been found by anyone else in the Empire, I probably would have been court martialed for being on an unsanctioned intelligence operation. But she got to me first. And I must say, I am eternally thankful that she did."
#oc: amélie biava#cipher agent#amélie x amarra#yeah amélie was definitely wary of amarra at first and honestly resigned that she was effectively dead#but amarra's actions her crew and a deep dive into the file imp intel had on her got amélie to come around and give her a chance#also yeah no broonmark for amarra#i never thought he fit very well in the sith warrior story and he definitely doesn't fit well with amarra#so he died on hoth as amarra didn't trust his unquenchable bloodlust
