Took a break for a while and am gutted to remember that Oscardoll doesn't sell eyes anymore. Anyone have new suggestions for similar styles or am I forever doomed to want a now lost art style? (Dramatic but still curious.)

OMFG OMFGOMFOMGOMFG ok ok she’s finally here!!

This was the first thing I noticed on the box, which wasn’t very reassuring..

Yea a gigantic hole about the size of my thumb. I could fit my whole finger in it. But when i opened it up, everything seemed fine due to the generous amounts of bubble-wrap!

That black thing under the bubble-wrap turned out to be the 2017 event calendar!

And underneath that, was moar bubble-wrap, but this time, something PINK was peaking out from underneath!!!!!!

oscardoll, what in the wrinkly ballsack are those cat belly things? why would I want to buy doll eyes that are physically incapable of being used as doll eyes? As an ornament it just looks silly. I've never been more confused over a doll related item.

These are the #oscardoll #bjdeyes I have just got for Eun-Ji, my incoming #momonita. I just think #sparkly eyes look really pretty. I'm really looking forward to getting a #doll of this size, and I'm happy there is so much ready for her already. I have a good collection of #dollclothes for her, and these eyes are ordered in good time so the doll won't have to wait for them. My dragon might arrive next month, so I am doing the pre-arrival eye dance. But I don’t have anything perfect for her yet.

I would like to get the most sparkly, gem filled eyeballs on the market, something like Oscardoll. They will need to be 10mm and SERIOUSLY the most over the top, shiny, faceted, jeweled business I can find.

Anyone have favorite shops along this line that they’d care to suggest?

I like Oscardoll but none of their current colors are just right (I like green, the doll is purple), plus I haaaate waitinnnng

Hey Elfgutz I really love your art and always wanted to ask you if you have any specific eye company you particularly like to use for your dolls? They always have rly sparkly and beautiful eyes and apart from OscarDoll I'm not finding any eyes that have enough sparkly in them~ (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ Also, for your header I think エルフガッツwould sound more like "guts" rather than ガツ which is like "gatsu" lol sorry for being super picky but i want your blog to look cool and be perfect é_è Love from Jp :)

Hiiii!Well the only place I buy my sparkly eyes from is oscardoll and I make all the other sparkly ones ^_^ I'm planning on opening up a bjd eye shop and I'll be selling really sparkly eyes :DOh hhaha sorry I'm not that great at Japanese XD + someone told me that's what elfgutz is in Japanese but I will take your word for since you are Japanese yourself ^_^ feel free to correct me if I spell it wrong again 🙈🙈🙈

I don’t ever “what-is-what” but let’s try it: Kyprian is a Fairyland A-Line Renewal Event head on their m-line boy body (faceup by me); Sage is an A-line MNF Tika (FL default faceup).  Both their eyes are Oscardoll.  Kyp’s wig is Leekeworld, Sage’s is Licht.  I made everything Sage is wearing, as well as Kyp’s shirt + shorts; his red socks are from my FL Ria fullset and the others (plus the fur capelet thing) are rRabit.  His boots are from Sage’s Tika fullset.

Just a quick #oscardoll review - slightly disappointed with the eyes. It's quite clear that in one of them a gem flipped upside down and you can see the pointy side, but they sold it anyway! :( #bjd #bjdeyes
