He ends up joining the revolution Mei is heading, but things don't go to plan and he gets dragged into politics while officially a missing-nin (but preparing for a second go at taking over Kiri). The politics feature Orochimaru and Konoha. Also Juugo is a sweetheart, Karin is a tiny menace, and Kimimaro is handling his trauma slightly better than in canon. (and Haku is in the background being an unrepentant meddling matchmaker)

Finally getting to indulge in their now desperate heat-rut-fuelled desire at the end of the bad week makes everything worth it, right?

Quick and dirty (pun intended) spoilery Summary: Kisame is an omega, goes into heat on a mission where he's opposed by Ibiki's squad. Ibiki is an alpha and the attraction between them is instant and intense. But they're enemies so they fight anyway and all but them and one member of their squads (Miru) is killed in the fight. Ibiki is captured and there is sexual tension on the trip back to Kiri. Kisame is having doubts because he just found out Suikazan is a traitor.

Suikazan is also a VERY BAD MAN who's been planning on forcing Kisame to become what amounts to breeding stock. Kisame resists, and kills him, and then things go from bad to worse because somebody else is controlling the Mizukage. Short version: Kisame and Miru decide to defect to Konoha and flee Kiri with Ibiki. Much sex is had on the way.

But at Konoha, Danzou is a scheming bastard and needs to be dealt with. But spoiler: he is indeed dealt with. Epilogue is years later with Kisame happily integrated into Konoha and a Most People Live ending.

#082 Title: An Echo of Things to Come Pairing/Characters: Sakura/Itachi Rating: Explicit | E Warnings/Tags: Graphic Violence, Chooses not to use Warnings, Temporary Character Death, sort of underage except they are 28 and 33, Summary: Sasuke dies, and that is unacceptable to Itachi. He falls back on a plan that he never thought he would need to try, but in his grief he fails to notice that someone is following him. In her grief, Sakura does not stop to think, she just acts. And that has far-reaching consequences. Far into the past.

Playing with a new graphic. As for my opinion on the series. This is its only logical conclusion in my opinion. This isn't any hate for boruto as I have only seen parts, Though suffice to say it, im uninterested and have no plans on watching it either. To me the show ended after the infinite tsukiyomi, despite all of the growth that our favorite characters go through thats just something to powerful to not succumb to. The type of storyline created afterwards is very pleasing to the fanbase, to pleasing. It is literally everything a happy ending should be, atleast until borutos characters are revealed. But that is just it boruto is strange in that way, its world is oddly familiar yet completely ignorant of the fact that the ninja world is a world stricken with the turmoil from conflicting interests. It is the same world, nothing has changed, everyone is a bit friendlier but they will eventually be put at odds friends or not. As for the actual events of the infinite tsukuyomi, it happened, it cannot be undone, any remaining and logical enemies were already handled, rinnegan captured, byakugan eliminated, they literally ignored the byakugans power the entire series, the only thing stronger than sharingan, then captured the strongest doujutsu of them all. and then spliced the ultimate, pain and blood soaked path of the sharingan, with the deadly, strange, and self sacrificing, disease of a doujutsu. The Byakugan received no growth and all of its strong users killed making it virtually ineffective. Byakugan remains un weaponized throughout the entirety of the war. Despite all the hindered plans, the knowledge gained, and prophecy discovered. They just abandoned it entirely. Now that being said, its not that the characters didn't grow or finally get that reciprocation they needed but it ends once its tsukuyomi is activated, everything else is a delusion within a delusion only getting close enough to the lives they used to live, as they get closer to their bodies death, which my assumption would be by starvation. And possibly even turning them into another form of zetsu at best...or worst? The ninjas could never live in a world without chakra or violence, it is simply to alien. So they are given lives, just close enough, without any of the effects on the actual world to make them feel at ease. Boruto and his life are just the makings of someones fantasy, whose? Hinatas? Sakuras? Who knows. But it can't be someone who knows of Narutos Bloodlines. He is related to everyone down the line, the uzumakis being a precursor to many of the strongest bloodlines and kekkai genkai wielding users. None of his children remotely resemble their ancestors and are almost carbon copy naruto 2 and hinata 2. They completely forgoe all of narutos natural blood rites. And their possibilities. As the rest of the students formed of the relationships are also in some ways a means to an end. While sakura and sasuke end up together sasuke is always away because neither of the two will ever know him that well. Hinata never really did, and sakura also really has no idea who he is. Only Naruto, Orochimaru, juugo, karin, suigetsu, and kabuto know who he is. He has virtually no personality at all going forward. Liking sakura fine, marrying and having a kid with her? The fanbase raped his entire character. The person whose memory is being conceived can only be someone who knows basic information about him and his demeanor. Aside from me getting away from my point and poking holes in boruto, its probably not a bad series. But I also don't believe that naruto had to continue. How the prophecy was told, how it was stretched all the way to the end, how at every juncture it continued unimpeded, how it reached the absolute maxim of its potential. Only to be broken in a few moments? Not even in the same decade, at the minimum. A century in the making and not for a century less is all i can say. Try going to sleep for 2 minutes. Tell me how much time passes afterwards. Anyways thats the block limit. And hopefully i can let my piece rest. Feel free to take yours.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, seafoam green eyes slowly opened. Sakura and the others watched in amazement as he slowly sat up, looking around with confusion and wonder. The wind had died down, and the air was still and calm, as if nature knew that something momentous had just occurred.

Naruto rushed to Gaara's side, and Temari was hugging her brother, tears streaming down their faces. Sakura felt a lump form in her throat as she watched the scene unfold.

REQUEST GUIDELINES 2023

Request Status: Open

Fandoms Accepting: Haikyuu!! and Naruto (please note does not include Boruto - only Naruto) 

Request Types Accepting: Headcanons for reader only - no OCs (unless mutuals and otherwise discussed before sent in) (scenarios will open again once I empty out the ones I have - keep an eye out here and pinned post)

Fandoms: I’ve written for a range of fandoms in the past so always be sure to check what I’m actively accepting requests for before sending in a request. I’ll update it here and on my pinned post from now on to make it easier. Remember: just because I have a masterlist for it doesn’t mean I’m accepting requests for it! Currently I’m only accepting requests for Haikyuu!! and Naruto.

Characters: For Haikyuu!! there aren’t really any characters I won’t write for except maybe the super old coaches lol but I think I can handle almost everybody else. Unless you pick like background character b. Please don’t do that. If you want me to really have a great time I have a whole bunch I enjoy writing for! Kuroo is my favourite. I also enjoy (in no particular order) Suna, Osamu, Kageyama, Kenma, Boktuo and Kunimi. Then there’s the whole Oikawa kinnie thing. Anyway. 

For Naruto there are some characters I don’t write for! They are Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Pein, Nagato, Danzo, Hiruzen, Zetsu. There will probably be more I come across. My favourites I do write for are generally Neji, Tobirama and Madara. Check out the masterlist as a starting point for characters and ask me if not! 

Request Types: I take headcanons and scenarios but sometimes will only take headcanons depending on mood/energy or if I get a build up of scenarios I’ll stop accepting them until I fill them. Please check pinned post or the top of this post to see what types I’m currently accepting. Please also be aware that sometimes I will turn scenario requests into long headcanon requests instead if I don’t have the energy to write scenarios. 

I don’t write characters doing things I consider to be out of character and/or uncomfortable for me to write. These things include: cheating, non con, rape, etc. While I don’t mind having these topics included into the content framed in the way of these things having happened to the reader in the past and discussing them with the character or the character comforting a reader in certain situations etc, I won’t write it in graphic detail or the character doing it themselves. 

I am not taking other peoples OC requests anymore (unless we are mutuals and have we discussed your OCs for months/years and I know them like I know my own). It’s too hard when I don’t have enough information to make lengthy content and I’m finding I don’t enjoy it anymore. I don’t mind you requesting my OCs from the fandoms I’m accepting or my active fics. At the moment my most active fic is Fire in Our Eyes on ao3 which is Tobirama/OC. 

I do accept requests for fluff, smut and angst. If you would like your request to feature smut please be clear otherwise I’ll be vague and stick to fluff content. I’ll always be mindful and put smut content under a cut regardless. All requests will always feature content and warning tags at the beginning. 

Etiquette: Please remember to be polite when requesting. I appreciate all the kind words in the requests I receive. Keep in mind I don’t always do all the requests I receive. If I’m not feeling it then I won’t do it. That way I avoid burn out and keep having fun writing. Thank you for reading!

Naruto #080 Title: Of Monsters and Family Pairing/Characters: slow burn Hoshigaki Kisame/Momochi Zabuza, Background Terumii Mei/Hoozuki Mangetsu, focus on Found Family Kisame & Juugo & Karin & Kimimaro Rating: Mature | M Warnings/Tags: Graphic Violence Alternate Universe: Canon Divergence! All the Naruto staples: child soldiers, trained killers, blood and violence etc. Kiri/Mist focused so also: That Graduation (murder) Exam, politics, mind control, wanton cruelty, and broken, fucked up (young) adults trying to "mentor" fucked up, traumatized kids. Orochimaru is his especially creepy early canon self. Summary: AO3 starter Summary: What makes someone a monster? Is it appearance, urges, or reputation that earn the labeling of others? Or is it the actions and choices one makes?

And can a monster ever become something else? Can new choices ever wash away the stain of blood?

Meeting a young boy with a monstrous visage in the middle of a destroyed village sets Kisame on the path to looking for the answers to those questions. And more.

Maybe the outcast men and woman that Bloody Mist tried to shape into monsters and demons can band together and raise a new, better Kiri out of out of the bloody ocean of its past.

Nitty-gritty spoilerific summary: Kisame falls ass backwards into a found family with first Juugo, then Karin and Kimimaro, and finally a relationship with Zabuza. He ends up joining the revolution Mei is heading, but things don't go to plan and he gets dragged into politics while officially a missing-nin (but preparing for a second go at taking over Kiri). The politics feature Orochimaru and Konoha. Also Juugo is a sweetheart, Karin is a tiny menace, and Kimimaro is handling his trauma slightly better than in canon. (and Haku is in the background being an unrepentant meddling matchmaker)
