So I kind of like Kakanko

Since Naruto in a way became Kakashi's "light/hope" in life you could say. I could see Anko with him since she has similar personality to young Uzumaki. Almost being female!Naruto really xP (not Boruto version tho). 

And since both of them experienced being betrayed and left alone by people they looked up to (White Fang, Orochi), they could understand each other better then anyone else in village.

I always also found that there is a lot of potential for intriguing chemistry between those two. Calm and wild but both witty and trollish enough and a lot of unexplored story. And it’s good reflected in fics that I will recommend here. Now mind you, it’s not just ships fics. If you just enjoy their characters alone, you will also find something here.

This is not really KakaAnko ship fic. It’s Anko-centric story. Plot is dark so watch out but interesting and quite realistic. It dwells on what happend to Anko after Orochimaru’s betrayal. If you like just Anko alone as character you might still like it.

Now original story ends in the worst imaginable place! But good news! Other writer (Jaded_nobody) picked up story and is now writing ending for it. Please send support for this person if you enjoy it. Comments and positive reinforcement is one of the best motivations for writer to keep writing the story!

Now THIS is a gem of Kakanko ship. This fic lay fondation for my interpretation of Kakashi and Anko relationship. Writer really has great take on them. Their interactions are reallty entraining and they nicely bounce off each other while slowly developing believable bond. This fic was the reason why I started to like this ship, with Anko being little playfull sassy boss-bitch that she is and Kakashi’s sarcastic deadpan wit. It's still being updating but updates are slow. So again, comment as much good things you can for writer’s motivation.

Overall all author fics with this ship are a ton of fun. So check other works of her.

In that, Naruto was Anko's apprentice (his unusual graduation meant the teams were already decided etc) and there is a point where she realizes that she is teaching Naruto the same way Orochimaru taught her. Anko was very much invested in proving that she wasn't a monster because of Orochimaru in that fic which is notable given that some characters (like Kurenai?!) straight up hated her for it.

I also kinda sensed that maybe Shika was feeling a bit guilty for not listening to Sakura’s advice to stay together. Now she’s one arm less because of his /very rare/ lapse in judgment. Will we know more of Shika’s thoughts on this? He’s so very full of angst and distrust, I quite enjoy him twiddling his thumbs for being wrong this time.

3. Baby Kakashi and Sakura - this was a very cute image in my head. Thank you for painting such a lovely picture ❤️ I imagine toddler Kakashi imprinting on Sakura and following her around whenever she’s in their lands. But I’m also curious, what made you decide to swap their ages for this fic? I was actually waiting for Kakashi’s role here and was surprised to find him as a baby! Cue *canon-kakashi habits* but this time learned from/influenced by Sakura 😂

4. Saku x Boys and the inevitable jealousy that Shika feels from her interactions — MAAM I SO LOVE THIS DYNAMIC. It’s really great to see the other facets of Sakura that boggle Shika’s mind. I think it’s quite difficult for him to come to terms with the other sides of Sakura that’s friendly, loving, touchy, etc. that he’s recently seen, because he really really wants to hate her but he’s horny af so he’s basically dissociating (it’s real entertainment to us tho)

5. And last but not the least, W O W. How are u able to maintain the mystery of whatever it is you’re still hiding from us but give us golden bread crumb clues THAT KEEP US HUNGRY???? Hmmm??? So yeah my point #5 is basically my genuine appreciation for how you write the mystery and reveal bits of truth slowly without being messy? My first read was like “omg orochimaru” and my second read was like “wtf is he doing here?” And then Mito was also introduced and the Shadows mentioned King, Queen, Princess, Prince, etc. SO NOW I HAVE THESE BLIND ITEMS I NEED TO FIGURE OUT and we’re not even halfway thru the fic!!! OKAY YES! BABY KAKASHI!!! Sakura has 100% attached herself to baby Kakashi for more than one reason (...that i will address later in the fic) and he will definitely pick up on her terrible habits (aka: “mah” and being late bc i think that will be so fucking funny)

As for the ages! This fic went through so many different drafts before i settled on what i wanted to do. And actually this wasn’t even the first idea for the series. The goal for this entire world is three fics (Of Love And War, Of Gore And Magic, & Of Curses And Bones). The first idea sprouted from OG&M where its Team 7 going on a quest and a war looming overhead. And then I was like “but… shikasaku…” so here we are.

Originally this fic was going to be entirely about Sakura taking out the internal chaos within the Fae guild…. But i also wanted to exercise my angst and corruption arc skills so,,, hate to love! HAHAHA

So, to answer your question: i just wanted Sakura to be the eldest and badass bitch of the group. Plus, i just really love the idea of Sakura being friends with Sakumo, Shikaku, Yoshino, and all of the older generation. I can’t really tell you why besides “fuck canon lets do it” HAHAHA! Plus, its like a different dynamic having the woman be the oldest of the group and most combative, so i like to play with those roles and utterly wreck em

We’ll definitely be seeing more Kakashi in the next chapter because i love him and he’s such a cute baby :))))))

He’s a genius, very book smart, and battle prowess enough to take down Orochimaru, but emotionally, the PTSD and trauma (along with his own bullheadedness) has really stunted him LMAO

As for a prequel with sakura and then all her friendships…. I would honestly love to write that. Like that would be so interesting?? Being able to go back into even more lore and the development of the Guilds and shit… i might actually have to plan something for that,, even if its a short thing tbh. YOUR MIND>>>>>>>>>>>

- DEATH NOTE (netflix, crunchyroll, funimation, kisscartoon)

it follows a guy named Light Yagami who discovers that a shinigamai(god of death) dropped a notebook into the human realm and that whoever’s name is written in it will die(and you can specify how, if you’d like). it shows how he becomes sort of a vigilante to put criminals in place. he is then under suspect as the killer by L, a smart and elite person who works with the police and has never lost a case. 

seasons: 1 total episodes: 37

RATING: 10/10!!!

warning: violence/murder, major character death but like thats expected, religious themes(i guess), light swearing

fave characters: matsuda and L are high up there...as well as Mello, Mikami, and Gevanni ships: i mean the most common ship is Lawlight(LxLight) but i think my main are lawtsuda(L x matsuda), mikalight (mikami x light), mikanni (mikami x gevanni), and mellodramattic(mello x matt)/nearlymellodramattic(near x mello x matt)!!! remisa is also cute:( notes: i just spent all my money on the manga! i’m so excited to read it!!!

the main character, Yuliy Jirov, is the last of his tribe (he is a sirus. so like...sorta like a werewolf) and he is set to revenge his family’s death as a jaeger(hunter. but like. a vampire hunter) but it turns out his brother, Mikhail, is alive and was turned. the main goal of the plot is to find and also somehow protect this thing called Ark Of Sirius , which is sort of like sacred power that was given to Yuliy’s tribe, from falling into vampire hands.

It follows Trevor Belmont, the last son of the Belmont family (a family that basically killed these creatures + vampires); Sypha Belnades, a badass speaker magician; and Adrian ‘Alucard’ Tepes, the son of dracula. their goal is to end the war against the human race. It also shows Dracula’s side of things and follows the two humans that are on his court, Hector and Isaac (they both denounced humanity because of their bad upbringings/experiences)

2019 EDIT: I didn’t write much back then and I know this is short, forgive me. Writing isn’t too much my thing but I try my best haha.

"Hey brat! Get back here!"

The bartender yelled at the fleeing girl. You huffed in annoyance seeing how determined he was to catch you as you jumped off the next roof rolling to the next safely. The bags in your hands jiggle and you sigh.

What a drag..

You continued to run seeing his figure on the lower ground, panting and huffing. He glanced up at you again with angry eyes, sweat falling down his face.

"How can someone as fat as you do that huh?!"

He yelled and you growled. You turned you ankle in a sharp turn and leaped down. One leg up as your arms held your precious bags. He gasped loudly when your leg connected with his shining bald head and slammed his body into the ground hearing him yell and the ground shatter. You dropped down on the ground looking down at your stomach with a frown. You're (s/e/c) hues looked at his body.

You weren't sure if you killed him or not but you still spoke. You're dirty and baggy clothes shivered in the wind a bit.

"Watch who you're talking to old man. "

You said darkly, the craze look swirled in your eyes for a split second before you closed them. Opening them again your eyes were back to their beautiful (e/c) color. You huffed before disappearing behind the big buildings before the villagers caught your face.

Kabuto yawned loudly arching his lean strong body, his messy hair attached itself to his face as his boxers were pulled down a bit on his hips showing that delicious v. He groaned before jumping forward in shock and looking back.

Orochimaru smiled innocently at the boy, his finger in the air showing that what Kabuto had felt actually happened.

"Ah, Kabuto. You awake."

The teen huffed and scratched the back of his head. He hummed and rubbed his eyes getting the sleep of of them. For some reason he felt like he wasn't going to like what the man was going to say next so he stayed on edge.

"Yeah? Thanks to you"

Orochimaru hummed clearly hiding something behind his back and the teen lifted a neat eyebrow. The man had a little sweat on his cheek and Kabuto shivered. The man moved his hand to the front of him holding a small boy who whined embarrassed.

"I need you to change him."

Kabuto fell out.

Orochimaru sighed at Kiba in his arms as the boy huffed. The small boy looked at Orochimaru who looked more nervous. He didn't want to change that monstrosity of a diaper. When he saw it the first time he never jumped. So instead of facing it himself he decided to have Kabuto do it, even if he had to force him.

The man sighed.

"If you do it, I'll do the grocery shopping tonight.."

Almost immediately the teen popped back up gently taking the boy in his hands. He never found it fair that the man got to stay inside with the cute little chibi children while he had to go outside in the frostbite-off-your-ass weather. He smiled brightly at the man who seemed to be pouting now.

"I mean if you insist."

The man rolled his eyes and since the teen was being smug, he didn't bother to warn him. He smirked before walking back to the wooden door or the bedroom.

"Yeah yeah"

He chuckled before disappearing out the door. Kabuto glance down at the brown haired boy in his hands who looked up at him with a flushed face.

"Looks like someone made an accident"

He huffed at the boy. The small child frowned before smirking.

"Was it your mom?"

"Why you!"

He pinched the boy's marked cheeks watch how he fought back, small hands harshly gripped at his hair. Orochimaru grinned outside the door before walking off, shoes clicking with each step.

The man pulled on his scarf a bit more hiding his face while trying to keep warm. This was one reason he hated doing the grocery shopping. It was almost always too cold for him. The sky was dark and he could visibly see his breath flowing pass his fabric.

With determined steps he walked passed the shops suddenly glad it was night time. The villagers couldn't hate and hurt him if they didn't know he was here. The cart jiggled and rolled carefully to each of his steps before he stunned to a stop.

I large crack formed in the ground, ripples of earth dug up and even the scent of blood filled the air. His golden eyes dilated for a second before relaxing. He hadn't seen it before considering he took another route to the store but upon seeing it now he wanted to know what caused it.

He looked around in the dark and silent night, eyes glowing a bit. Sharp and focused almost as though he was on a hunt.

When something bumped into him he clasped his hand around their wrist making the being yelp and struggle. He held the cart with his other hand and the girl whimpered. He looked down at her, long black hair temporarily dancing over his eyes. He got a look at her and froze. She sent a heavy glare, eyes lit up in (s/e/c) hues.

Her (s/t) glistened in the cold air and her plush lips formed an annoyed straight line. He stared trying not to let his cheeks get rosy, not like she could see them under the scarf anyway. Her hand balled into a fist. He looked to her chest then those lush hips, his eyes widen as she snatched her wrist away jumping a couple feet back.

He gathered his thoughts before speaking in a cool calm tone. "What's your name darling." he spoke softly pulling the cart back over. Her eyes followed his moment before she scoffed.

"Don't worry about it.." she spoke back and he let out a chuckle.

"Do you know my name?" he asked almost playfully. The winds around spin for a second and she shivered thanks to her exposed skin. He frowned a little as she tried to fight it off.

She glared standing straight. "No. Why would I care to know your name." she hummed crossing her arms. For a second he almost made it clear that her attitude was both annoying him and arousing him. He blinked slowly. She stared at him as her cheeks turned slightly rosy, he had to stop from smirking.

"Y/N... It's Y/N."

He completely froze up turning to stone. She chuckled before a door jiggled roughly in one of the shops. "Debra! That damn girl is back! Get Rachel!" the deel voice yelled. The girl squeaked before looking around. The sound of a gun filled the air and Orochimaru snapped out of it.

He quickly grabbed the girl, setting the cart aside and pulling her up onto his back carrying her. She didn't argue at the time as people started to kick down their doors. For a second the male wondered how to girl got this many people to hate her, he came to the conclusion that this wasn't the time to ask though. He quickly snatched the cart and pushed it jumping on.

It rolled down the hill recklessly and he didn't miss how the girl laughed in his ear. He sighed.
