How is the relationship like between Litlle Silver and NRC staff?

I think they get along well enough.

He worries about Crowley and Trein a lot. Trein seems to have a lot of worries about the students. But, since he lets Silver pet the cat during class, Trein is considered nice.

Silver gets odd feelings from the bird man at times. He's not sure what to make of it.

He is not a big fan of Vargas, but that's mostly because he isn't athletic and Vargas is nothing but athletic. He also doesn't think Vargas's facial hair is very flattering, but that's a matter of taste.

He likes Sam and Sam's friends. Sam's friends like him too. This is the source of a handful of worries for the dear shopkeeper.

(I'm operating on the non-canonically founded assumption that Sam's friends are similar to the shadow demons in The Princess And The Frog.)

He probably spends the most time with Crewel, mostly for remedial lessons. Silver asked for help after realizing he's missing a lot of what should be common knowledge.

During their time together, Crewel has convinced the boy to actually wear the safety equipment. He's still working on fixing up his normal uniform.

Ik this ver of Colt and Rob would not care for some random kid but I found this idea silly -

How did Rob find her? Well she's been lurking around the mob base for god knows how long (but literally, prolly only Home knew she's here-) until one day Lilly wasn't careful enough and got spotted by Rob or someone else.

Tbh Lilly just wants attention (therefore her only fear is being left alone) and would commit crimes and various mischief to make sure you won't forget about her, unlike her og ver who'd rather give you some silly gifts & help. Though she still tries to be helpful in this au, but how competent and serious a child can be?

Now imagine little Silver going to the amusement park with Crowley and the rest of the NRC staff.

Little Silver wanted matching outfits of some kind again, but nobody could agree on what they should be. Eventually, they settled on sunglasses.

For fun, Silver and Crewel also spent the day playing the role of a bodyguard and a sheltered rich boy seeing the outside world for the first time. There may or may not be some mobster subtext to the storyline they cooked up.

Vargas is not playing a bodyguard role. That doesn't stop people from assuming he's both Crewel's and Silver's hired muscle. He might have more energy to be flattered (because it means he looks strong) if the suit wasn't so dang stuffy. Who wears a suit to an amusement park???

Trein makes sure everyone stays hydrated. He also does not go on any rides. He's the bag-holding grandpa.
