I am so mad. This halal burger joint a few blocks away from my house circle sells halal food but is Israeli? An oxymoron. They would decorate their restaurant more when eid comes. And say eid Mubarak. They have no right to sell halal food if they will bomb Muslims in another country. I hope all the money I gave them before I knew become haram to them.

Leadership over the ages have been viewed differently by many. For some, a leader is tall and confident and for others, a leader is smart and conniving. And then their’s a subjective view frame that a leader is internally dedicated to their principles.

Legal battle pits Horton Plaza owner against burger joint

Stockdale Capital Partners declined a request to participate in this story, but court documents highlight a different version of events. The firm, in its complaint, argues that Irwantio stopped paying rent in November 2018, did not respond to multiple notices and illegally abandoned its restaurant venue. It’s suing the Irwantio business and Oren Loni, who is listed as a guarantor, for breach of lease and rent owed. A copy of the lease shows that Irwantio agreed to pay minimum rent starting at $112,000 per year and going up to $151,607.52 per year in 2027 — increasing on an annual basis — along with a percentage of gross sales, depending on business. Stockdale did not say how much in total it’s owed.

The Solar Eclipse Was Cool

I was waiting my whole life to experience the solar eclipse. It was an amazing showing. The day turned to night and I witnessed history in the making. I took some pictures of the event, but it all turned bad. The photos are not tumblr ready. Yep! Oren Loni has high standards for picture sharing and photography for social media. 

Of all the natural nature events in the world, I thought I would be amazed by the glory and majesty of the solar eclipse. It turns out that it was just okay for me. My expectations was a lot greater than the actual show. Either way, It was worth the experience and a memory I will recall for many years.
