I haven't got any motivation to post more news about Oreca Battle 1, 2 and ORE'N due to burnout and mental health issues, so I wanna let myself to have a good amount of break before coming back, also few weeks ago I came back from celebrating holidays with my family at my hometown.

And here I am! Back with my fan project, this time I will renovate my blog and make a proper schedule! (<- last time I ditched it), if anyone are wondering when I will come back, let's just say somewhere this week or next week, once I'm ready.

Lastly, I wanna thank my mutuals for providing with some stuff for my blog

Oreca Battle Mystical Fate AU - Powan in the iPhone Pouch 🫧

Out of all the Oreca Battle Cards that I have, I always keep Powan Mizuchi in a special place 🎀 Powan's card resides in a pouch made for my iPhone Case! 🫧 Let's just say that she has a special place in there, because she's one of my two Oreca Battle Starters 💙

Every other Oreca Battle Cards that I also have but also mainly use reside somewhere in my wallet 🪴 And random spare cares I just keep at home, since I don't use those that much ✨

Okay tad late (as this month's Coro came out yesterday) but some Oreca Battle report time, with mb alongside some other stuff As per usual, spoilers for some upcoming cards/monsters. Though I think they did shown some of em on twit already?

Main spread+following page. It comes with Wanderer card of Ch1 titular guy that you can cut out from the magazine page itself and use in game

As per usual names tl are more of my own taste, than in-line with official SEA english release (as I can't really access it either)

Chapter 1 seem to be themed around Dragon Palace as its featured Oremon is clearly inspired of turtle from Urashima Taro tale (though it is also has dragon+plesiosaurus in it too) So, 2, 3 and 4 stars of this fella's line! (the 3 one seems to be misprinted in the magazine? as it's lacking said stars indicator)

2 Stars: Acheron (I believe it's from river in Greece of same name? it has connection to Underworld in mythology, and since some variants of Urashima Taro don't state the place he went as Dragon Palace, but as some Otherworld, I guess?)

3 Stars: Archeron (Well, adding "r" for ー is one way to prolong the vowel in otherwise 0 change name)

4 Stars: Guardian Dragon, Archeron EX Move: Breath of Abyss Guardian (for the Wind attribute, at least. Sadly I can't see/make out names of EX Moves for other cards of this line)

The titular guy is named Trito!

2 Stars: Wave Warrior, Trito (clearly from Triton. So both him and his partner pal have Greek myth related names ig) EX Move: Trident of Wave (He pretty much riders it as surfboard...At least in how manga chapter portrayed it. Cute)

3 Stars: Wave Knight, Trito EX Move: Trident of Surge

There's also fella named Jaligator (pebble/ ankle-biter gator heh) and new Demon King, Oloroso (also alco related name) I assume "Ocean Domination" (Turn one of your allies against you for 1 turn) is its EX Move (or just of one of the moves?) name, and for Jaligator it's "Sudden Action" (it re-directs attacks from its allies to itself?) Next month issue will come with Wandered Shirogane card

There's also was poster featuring some new monsters and returning faces for Ch1, alongside Prologue card catalogue! Sadly, the pages resolution aren't that big in digital edition of coro, so I can't make out some kanjis in names here...

You can actually see Oto-Hime Mayori (Or mb Maioli?) in upper left corner. She was mentioned in this month's chapter. As well Gyo, from 1st game, Star 4 evo- Messenger of Dragon Palace, Gyogyo. He served as a bad guy to beat for latest chapter. And was finished by Demon Lord he was serving </3 Because they don't need weaklings

Speaking of. That's a fun-okay design I think? Busker had some eyelashes and this one had long as hell claws/nails <3 But because of that...I kind of unsure about this one's gender? I feel it could go both ways (upd after seeing game clips: bro is a guy) It is dragon again, so it makes me wonder if all Demon Lords of this game gonna be dragons?

I like Trito from what I've seen in this chapter :) He reminds me of Tsunami from IE- (Mecha when there's a funky surfer dude: Hmm getting lots of Tsunami vibes from it) I really adore Acheron also. Absolutely adorable fella. I guess Nagi be teaming up with protags from each chapter for respective arcs? (So I guess each taking about 2-3 months? (so about 3 chapters) Based on how much it takes for game to get new Chapter update) Gren continues to be power-hungry jerk, and Stan just following his lead (he clearly trying to fight the darkness but it ain't going well. Bro got taken underwater to serve new Demon Lord </3 )

On other news, Bird Kazami first W wow (I don't follow BeyX much I am a fake hobbyani fan sorry </3 ) Rewinder continues to be peak and that's all that is matters DueWin enters world tourney arc and it seems??? potential main bad or just a problem??? is musk rat expy??? okay Dai-sensei whatever you say. They also introducing new character to main cast?? named Kaoru. Who looks very "wuh???huh??? I don't really wanna be here but we ball". I like him already, he got some grandma issues

I just got back from going to a mall nearby and one in particular, being Artha Gading Mall, has an Amazone arcade on the second floor, last time I went there the Oreca Battle machines aren't there and need maintenance. But today, both of them are finally fixed and available to play!

It's just so amazing that it's kinda hard to tell, but overall an amazing huge news. I haven't tested out the machines other than the basic buttons and hearing the audios, but so far so good. Hopefully the machines are there when I go back to play them!

Bit of personal note, this mall is also the first time I played Oreca Battle, both this year back in January and last time when Old Chapter 3 just arrived.

What is Oreca Battle?

Released in March 2012 [JAPAN] Oreca Battle is an arcade game where you fight monsters, collect them, evolve, and combine them into new monsters! This game has amazing monsters and character designs, as well as stories and music! English version of this game is available for certain asia countries (mostly southeast)

Unfortunately it's translation is most likely has been discontinued at the end of New Chapter 3 Phase 3, there wasn't any news for the next translation.

This game has 5 Manga titles, and two of them is by “Posuka Demizu” and an anime adaptation in 2014

—(Please keep in mind that some of the Oreca mangas are spin off/not canon to the actual in-game lores!)—

It has 2 counterparts, Dragon Collection (Came first) and Otocadoll (The sister game of Oreca Battle)

Unfortunately the game's server shut down in 2022 after it's 10th anniversary (due to running out of card materials) but some of the machine are still active in certain location thanks to JP fans

An anime adaptation in 2014 (available via Crunchyroll or any Anime streaming site)(-Optional but not recommended way to get into Oreca Battle-)

What is Oreca Battle 2?

Oreca Battle 2 is the sequel of the original series, it has been beta test in 2024 after ORE'N's release.

On May 10th 2024 Oreca Battle Twitter announced Oreca Battle 2's first beta test held at Sapura Yokohama Asobi Town (Northport Mall 6F) for location test until May 12th.

Official Release Date: December 17th 2024

What is ORE'N?

Released in April 2024 (beta test in late 2023).

ORE'N is a Japanese exclusive digital trading card game and the spiritual successor to Oreca Battle for browser (Mobile & PC), with new characters, new settings, new mechanic and new stories to tell.

Just like it's first game...you fight monsters, collect them, evolve, and combine them into new monsters!

This new story take place in NEO Tokyo (and somewhat implied to be the sequel to Oreca Battle 1 & 2).

• Unfortunately, KONAMI consider ORE'N as NFT game due to the use of Resella. However it doesn't use Cryptocurrency, but rather use real life currency such as JPY ¥, while it doesn't sound harmful, it still gives a very "bad name" to the original first game

※ The admin of this blog is an F2P/Free-to-Play Player, I don't buy anything using real money, the real purpose of me playing this game is to archive everything that's related to Oreca and the updates.

holy moly dude i genuinely cant believe this existed here.. i thought it was like rlly obscure stuff.. i played this game like almost nonstop after like grinding a bit and getting jackpots on those fish shooting games on my offdays lol rlly love this game
