minecraft endermen are really weird. theyre unnatural and make me feel off.

when i was a small child like seven years ago i would always play minecraft on creative mode and i made an ugly ass enderman "farm" made out of bricks. i had an enderman spawn egg and id just spam it and the enderman couldnt get out (so i thought). anyways having them in this enclosure was probably so i could feel "powerful" over them because to date theyre still the only mob in minecraft that makes me anxious. even above skeletons(which i used to have a horrible fear of (the real life ones not mc ones)) and spiders (which i still have a horrible fear of (again the real life ones not mc)). anyways the endermen just ended up completely teleporting out of the farm and i checked on my world the next day and they were all gone and i didnt appreciate it (this was the same world where my brother blew up my pets but thats a different story).

anyways back to endermen. besides the fact that i just didnt like dying and i did like building ugly structures, one of the main reasons i didnt play survival much for a while, or if i did id put it on peaceful, was because of the enderman. every time i passed one my heart would drop and if i happened to look it in the eye on accident my throat would feel like its closing up and idk why. if it sounds like im bullshitting you or not remembering correctly i swear im not because it still happens actually.

i play survival a ton more now simply because i enjoy it more, it feels like theres actually a goal to achieve, but i never really make efforts toward said goal(ya know, beating the dragon). none of my worlds are really created with the intention of beating the dragon, and therefore i dont have to worry about endermen. if i happen to be outside my house and theres one there, no worries i just wait for it to go away. it may spook me for a sec but im fine.

but recently me and my sister started a world with the sole purpose of beating the dragon. we may have cheated a little (like putting on keep inventory cause honestly we both suck at pvp and have died so many times) but its okay cause thats it. we still have to fight endermen to get pearls for the end portal. and so we were hanging out in the nether and made a little two block tall hidey hole and id stand by the front and taunt endermen to get them to come close so i could kill them without them being able to get to me and it worked really well actually. except for the fact that to get them to come near i had to get them to aggro onto me and to do that i have to look them in the eye and you know where this is going. and so i was like "it has been so long since i looked an enderman in the eye surely i cant still be scared of them" and i turn to my sister like "<sister> you stay in the hole ill get us some pearls"

so i go out and taunt the dudes and guess what bitch got the pit in their stomach from these fuckers!! thats right bestie and my throat started to close up and i started talking to my sister again but i could tell me voice was off from it and i dont know why it happens but it pisses me off. like theyre not even scary looking theyre just a bit odd. and i continue to do this and kill the endermen and it just. doesnt. stop. my throat keeps closing up and im not "in pain" or anything just inconvenienced like what the fuck dude its a bunch of fucking pixels. i dont know its weird.

and now this part is gonna sound super fuckin stupid but ever since i started watching dsmp i immediately got attached to ranboo (cc! and c!) and knowing that c!ranboo was half enderman made me really think "hm endermen arent that bad. granted i havent interacted with one in a while but still not that bad. perhaps my favorite hostile mob" because you know people get attached to characters and think dumb things. and then again ranboo's character straight up existing and also this one specific headcanon i saw that was like "endermen use telepathy to talk so when a player looks at them all their thoughts get projected into them and it hurts their brain :((" makes me feel kinda bad for aggro-ing them and killing them again even though its literally just some pixels dude. my brain is not kind to me about this stuff and its really dumb.

i dont know what about the endermen staring back at me sets off the sort of fight-or-flight that makes me unable to breathe for a second but its something. its not the fact that their jaws basically unhinge when theyre mad because the throat closing up sensation happens before that. it happens when i look at an enderman and it looks back up at me and holds my gaze. i dont know. i dont know why im worked up(even slightly) over a video game. theyre still my favorite hostile mob i think (not just because of ranboo honestly the other hostile mobs just kinda suck).

and also i like the idea of how humanoid they are. not human. humanoid. they have the basic aspects of a minecraft human- square, head, torso, legs, arms, eyes. most mc skins dont even have mouths anyways just eyes. but the endermen have these features differently than us. their eyes are unnatural, legs and arms too long, body all one color, one that can blend in, and you can only see its purple eyes staring you down from a distance. theyre basically just cryptids.

despite skeletons and even zombies looking closer to the player than the endermen, they still seem the most human-like of all of the mobs. they arent aggressive unless provoked. they dont like eye contact(socially awkward). they like picking up stuff and moving it around. theyre curious (i cant explain this one they just are, okay?). even the sounds they make are just phrases like "hey" "hello" "whats up" distorted and in reverse.

i want to know more about them.

i want to know where they came from.

why theyre found in every dimension.

why they sound like us.

i want explanations, i want to know why they scare us.

i want to know if they know.

if they know that we're like them in some way.

that some of us dont mean harm, but for others thats all they want to do to the endermen.

i saw a post once that said "what taught humans to be wary of things that look human, but arent?" i believe the phenomenon is called uncanny valley. what if in the minecraft universe, the thing that taught us that was endermen. or rather, the thing that taught the endermen that was us? because again, the endermen pose no threat to us unless theyre provoked. by one of us. the endermen try to communicate with us- "⊑⟒⊬" "⍙⊑⏃⏁⌇ ⎍⌿?"- but we kill them without reason. thats why they dont like eye contact, its been ingrained in them through evolution that eye contact with a human/player will end in death, and they dont want it to be theirs, so they attack first.

we- or rather, the first minecrafters, maybe (in the lore(?)) people before the game, taught the endermen to fear us. i mean we literally kill them, use their remains to enter their home dimension, and then kill their leader/mother. they do their best to stop us, but we can respawn and they cant. and then, some people even go as far as to make farms, having them all spawn in one place, crowded, cant teleport out- their only defense mechanism gone- and then are slaughtered for their pearls. and due to the mass of these farms there will be chests upon chests full of pearls that no one's using, i saw someone the other day ask what people do with them and someone straight up said they just burn them like god what a waste.

"but izzy, players make mob farms all the time and not just for endermen!!!1!!11! why are the endermen ones so bad why are you only talking about those1!1!1!!!1" 1) because i can, 2) this is an endermen-themed post, and 3) i dont like the other mobs. and of course im not actually mad at the players who like beating the game and making endermen farms and such, i mean thats what it is its all just a game just a bunch of code, 0's and 1's, so why does it matter why bother writing a whole post on it?

because when you look paste the game, when you read in between those ones and zeroes and discover this non-intentional lore, it can make things so much more,, interesting. this is fanfic material. hell, its probably fanart material too. its all for the content to see what the community can create i guess. or maybe i just really like talking about endermen and this has been on my mind for two days now and once i started typing i couldnt stop.

but yeah, thats my final thoughts.

long story short the pansexual label is redudant and actively harmful (its far from the worst problem bisexuals face but it is one issue) and i dont hate anyone who identifies as pan because A) those ppl are bi like me and B) i used to identify as pan myself.

anyways im kicking off this point with some personal experiences bc i love to talk to myself. i got introduced to the pan label at maybe 10ish years old, and started identifying with it pretty much right away. i heard about it before bisexual and it was pitched as attraction to all genders and of course trans people. i was of course a trans ally! i had trans friends! i was trans also but hadnt figured it out yet! the way i had heard of it, there was no bisexual, there was no need for bisexual, and identifying differently was excluding trans people, which I was certainly against. being bisexual was trans exclusionary and why would i exclude trans people? the 'hearts not parts' slogan was thriving around this time and i genuinely said it and meant it.

as i started to become more online, mostly through roleplaying websites and tumblr here, i started hearing of bisexuality. it was supposedly an older term, so older people still used it, but it was common knowledge that pansexual was the better, inclusive label and younger people should adopt the new inclusive language instead of the old and transphobic words like bisexual. /s

and then bi and pan solidarity was all the rage! pansexual wasnt erasing bisexuality, why did anyone ever think that? bi and pan were two separate and complete identities that were valid and had to be respected or youre a mean exclusionist. and an asexual person, hearing people labelled exclusionist always meant they were excluding people from the lgbta community who rightfully belonged, denying peoples lived experiences, and generally telling people theyre wrong about their sexuality because theyre too young. and all of those things were bad and had hurt me, so it would be ridiculous to change labels and support "pan exclusionists" because they were just as bad as ace and aro exclusionists, and they were all the same people. or so it seemed to me at that time.

then, 'hearts not parts' began getting called out for blatant transphobic by insinuating that pansexual was the only identity that loved people for their "hearts" and personalities instead of those gross gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and even straights who only saw people for their "parts". (STRAIGHT PEOPLE ARE NOT OPPRESSED. I AM MERELY POINTING OUT THAT PANSEXUALITY WAS SHOWN AS ABOVE ALL OTHERS.) many pan people, including myself, began to denounce the slogan and insist pansexuality wasnt transphobic, there had just been a coincidence that a transphobic slogan was everywhere and a huge part of people's explantions of and associations with pansexuality. hint: it wasnt a coincidence.

from my perspective, this is when i began to see people discussing dropping the word pansexual. that seemed to be a huge step from getting rid off a transphobic slogan, and these people were just meanies who hated microlabels. and i like microlabels! as a genderfluid person, and someone who has friends who use specific aro and acespec labels, ive seen how people can use them to name specific experiences while still acknowleging their presence underneath umbrella terms like aromantic, asexual, nonbinary, lgbta, and for some people, queer.

pansexuals dont do that. they dont label pansexuality as a specific set of experiences under the bisexual umbrella, they see themselves as a separate identity, and even if they started to, the history of biphobia and transphobic undeniably linked to the existence of pansexuality in enough to stop being worth using. but i digress. pansexualitys shiny new definition that many people cling to is that pansexual is attraction to all genders. bisexual is two or more genders.

which. frankly? doesnt make any sense. my guess is that its supposed to be inclusive of nonbinary genders and those a part of cultures who historically have not had a binary gender system in the first place. i cannot speak for the latter group, but as a nonbinary person, its not inclusive. anyone can be attracted to nonbinary people. literally anyone. theres no way to know if everyone you meet is nonbinary or not. whether or not a nonbinary person reciprocates those feelings and is interested in pursuing a relationship is completely up to the individual, regardless of the sexualities of the people involved.

bottom line is that you cant number the amounts of genders someone can be attracted to, thus rendering those definitions pointless. people can be attracted to all kinds of people regardless of gender, even if they are gay, a lesbian, or straight. all people can date thousands of nonbinary genders if all people involved are interested and comfortable with it. numbering the genders you can be attracted to diminishes the post of nonbinary, as it is not a third gender, it simply any experience not fitting within the western concept of the gender binary (if the person so chooses to identify as such. if you cant tell already, the nonbinary experience is varied between every single nonbinary person.) important to note also that no widely accepted bisexual text defines bisexual as attracted to exclusively two genders or even the "two or more genders". i know this is used a lot but please read the bisexual manifesto. its free online i promise.

some people also claim pansexuals experience "genderblind" attraction while bisexuals feel differently attracted to different genders. this is very nitpicky for whats supposed to be two unconnected idenities, but thats only part of the problem. this definition is also not in any widely accepted bisexual texts, and bisexuality has never excluded those who experience genderblind attraction. i am in fact a bi person who experiences genderblind attraction. this does not mean i am not bisexual. it simply means i experience bisexuality differently than other bisexuals, and thats wonderful! no broad communities like bisexuality are expected to all share the same experience. we are all so different and its amazing were able to come together under the bisexual flag.

last definition, or justification i should say, is that yes these definitions are redundant and theyre the same sexuality, but people prefer different labels and thats okay. i agree in principle. people can define themselves as many things like homosexuals or gays or lesbians or queers or even other reclaimed slurs, while still not labelling themselves under the most "common" or "accurate" labels.

but pansexuality isnt the same as bisexuality, which may sound silly but hear me out. it has been continually used as a way to further divide bisexuals, who are already subject to large amounts of lgbta discrimination. "pansexuality was started by trans people who were upset with transphobia within the bisexual community! it cant be transphobic OR biphobic!" except of course that it can and it is. to say that trans people cant be transphobic is absurd. transmedicalism is right there, but thats not what im getting at. all minorities can have internal and sometimes external biases against people who are the same minority as them.

pansexuality was started as a way to be trans inclusive at the expense of labelling bisexuality as transphobic when its not. transphobia is everywhere, and bisexuals are not exempt. instead of working on the transphobia within the community, the creators of pansexuality decided to remove themselves from it to create a better and less tainted word and community, and the fact that pansexuality is intended to replace bisexuality or leave it for the transphobes goes to show a few things. pansexuality and bisexuality are inherently linked because the pan label is in response to the bi label. due to its origins, it is inherently competing with bisexuality and it cant be "reclaimed" from its biphobic roots. pansexuality is not a whole, separate, and valid label. its a biphobic response to issues within the bisexual community.

to top off this post, heres something a full grown adult once said to me. in person. she was my roommate. "i feel like im pan because im attracted to trans people. trans women, trans men, i could definitely date them. but not nonbinary people because thats gross and weird." she saw pan as trans inclusive and defined herself that way as opposed to bi which is shitty!

also a little extra tidbit about my experiences identifying as pan. i saw myself as better than every bi person. all of them. even my trans and bi friends. whenever they brought up being bisexual i would think to myself "why dont you identify as pansexual? its better and shows people you support trans people." because i was made to believe bisexuality didnt and was therefore inferior. thats the mindset that emerged from my time in the pansexual community. i am so sorry to all of my bisexual friends even if they never noticed. i love you all and hope you have a great day. this also goes to any bisexuals or people who identify as bi in anyway, such as biromantic or simply bi. love you all.

You texted Lisa while you were sitting in your parked car a few blocks away from the dorm. Despite already dating for three years, you still had to sneak around like teenagers.

Lisa answered and you sighted, putting on your baseball cap and a mask. Your face was completely covered now, and you could dare to get close to Blackpink’s dorm. The paparazzi was everywhere and the two of you couldn’t risk anyone making up theories, because of how often you frequented the dorm. With quick steps and your head ducked low, you made your way to the gate of the property where one of Lisa’s managers let you in after checking a last time that no one was filming you.

It was an exhausting procedure, but it was routine already. Silently you rode the elevator to the right floor with the manager, knowing that he was disapproving of you being here. YG had found out about your relationship rather soon, because both of you knew that it was impossible to keep your relationship a secret from her company and the public. They didn’t approve of your relationship, but they did not disapprove either. They simply tolerated it as long as it didn’t compromise Lisa’s career.

The manager accompanied you to the door where he looked at you sternly.

“Be sure to leave until 10pm. Lisa has practice tomorrow morning. She needs her sleep.”

You flashed him a fake smile, but as soon as he turned his back to you, it faltered, and you rolled your eyes instead. As if Lisa wasn’t old enough to decide when she needed to go to bed herself. You opened the door with your spare key and took off your shoes once you stepped into the apartment.

When you made your way to the living room, you frowned. Something was bothering you.

It was unusually quiet in the dorm.

Normally music was blasting out of one of the girl’s room, someone was bickering, or they were all cuddled up on the couch, watching some TV. But right now, you couldn’t hear a sound, and no one was in sight. Confused you made your way to Lisa’s room, where you could see Chaeyoung sitting on the edge of your girlfriend’s bed through a crack in the door. She was whispering something, and it seemed like she was comforting Lisa.

Concerned you opened the door, making both of the girls whip their head around in surprise.

“Y/N.”

Chaeyoung exclaimed shocked and you shifted your gaze between the two girls.

Commiseratively, Chaeyoung looked at Lisa a last time before getting up and squeezing your hand while passing you to leave the room.

“What is going on?”

You asked curiously and Lisa looked at you with sad eyes.

“I’m so sorry.”

She whispered, while a tear rolled down her cheek and you immediately stumbled to her side, scooping her up into your lap, letting her rest her head against your chest.

“Hey it’s ok. Why are you apologizing?”

You voiced your confusion, but Lisa stayed silent.

Therefore, you just kept holding her in your arms, waiting for her to be ready to talk. It had been quiet for a while now and you had already started zoning out, causing Lisa’s sudden voice to startle you.

“They are making me date Jungkook.”

Lisa’s voice was silent, but her words were clear, and you had no trouble understanding them acoustically. Nevertheless, you couldn’t process her words, making you push her away a bit to be able to look into her face.

“What?”

You hoped that you had only misunderstood her, but when she looked at you in regret, you knew that you hadn’t.

“Blackpink has received a lot of negative press lately, because of the delay of the album launch. Therefore, YG decided that we need a distraction and good publicity.”

Lisa trailed her sentence off, apparently not wanting to give you more information, but you kept staring at her expectantly, so she sighted loudly.

“A lot of people ship us with the BTS members. So YG struck a deal with Big Hit. Jungkook has been struggling with unbeneficial dating rumors lately, so they are going to feed the press that we’re dating to eliminate those rumors and distract everyone from our delayed album.”

Finally, Lisa looked at you and you could see how uncomfortable she was right now. But you didn’t have the words to make her feel better.

“But.. we’re dating.”

You stammered, not being able to grasp that YG would do something like that to you.

“And that isn’t going to change. I swear, there will be nothing going on between Jungkook and me. We just have to go on some fake dates, so the paparazzi will be able to snap a few pictures of us.”

Lisa scrambled to her knees now, cupping your face and looking deeply into your eyes.

Of course, you believed her, but that didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt. For over two years YG knew that you were dating, and they still didn’t allow the two of you to go public. You had to hide and weren’t even allowed to be seen next to Lisa. But someone like Jungkook could be portrayed with her.

“Could you please say something, Y/N?”

Lisa’s shaky voice ripped you from your train of thoughts and you tried to muster your best smile.

“Well if it’s the best for both of your groups, I don’t mind.”

You tried to sound positive, but your voice betrayed you.

“Y/N...”

Lisa breathed, but you removed her hands from your face.

“It’s fine, Lisa. Don’t worry. I know this is just for publicity.”

You stated while climbing off the bed.

You walked to the kitchen and Lisa quickly followed you.

“We...”

Lisa started, but you immediately cut her off.

“I don’t want to talk about it anymore, Lisa, ok? I said, I’m fine. So just leave it at that.”

You retorted and Lisa closed her mouth, looking at you taken aback.

You didn’t intend to upset her, but you could really not talk about her relationship with Jungkook right now. You wanted to forget this new gained information as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, you wanted to show her that you were not mad at her, so you interlaced your fingers with her after you had gotten some snacks and pulled her to the couch.

Lisa rested her head on your shoulder, and you wrapped your arms around her like always, but it didn’t feel the same anymore. Lisa’s burning gaze was laying on you and there was this tensed atmosphere in the room, but you pretended to not notice it.

You just needed some time, you told yourself. You could come to terms with this fake relationship.

But this task turned out to be harder than you had thought.

Your plan had been to simply ignore this PR stunt. You knew that Lisa would come home to you at the end of the day. What she did in the meantime was none of your business. But it wasn’t possible to ignore the news of the year.

After Jungkook and Lisa had been shipped for years, their relationship was finally confirmed and both fandoms went absolutely wild. As well as the paparazzi. In every newspaper, every magazine and on every social media channel, they reported about your girlfriend’s newfound love, making you wish that you could close your eyes to all of this.

The pictures were the worst part. Jungkook and Lisa had already gone on three “dates” together and if you weren’t dating Lisa, you’d probably melt at the snapshots, the paparazzi had taken. They looked cute together. Wide smiles were plastered on their faces in every picture and they were always shyly holding each other’s hands.

You felt nauseous every time you looked at the pictures.

But YG’s plan seemed to be working. No one was talking about the delayed album anymore and the sales of both groups had skyrocketed.

Normally, news like that would have made you happy. You would have come to Blackpink’s dorm to drink Soju with the girls while Lisa laid in your arms, letting her fingertips softly caress your skin.

But now you could feel yourself distancing yourself from your girlfriend. The paparazzi had managed to get into your head. Would it be so bad if Lisa dated Jungkook? Of course, you would be heartbroken, but love wasn’t about selfishness. And it was selfish to keep calling Lisa yours, if she could thrive with someone like Jungkook by her side. Her fans would be appeased, and her company would surely give her more benefits if they’d see that the sales would continue to increase.

With your heart being torn in two, you made your way to the dorm. Your face concealed and your steps heavy. Once again, you found your girlfriend’s room empty, meaning that she was on one of her dates with Jungkook again. Tiredly you slumped down on Lisa’s bed, waiting for her return to do the inevitable.

It was almost midnight when she finally returned, and you chuckled to yourself when you heard her key turning in the lock. Of course, she was allowed to stay out past her curfew if she was with Jungkook. Silently she tiptoed to her room and opened the door, almost screaming in surprise when she saw you sitting on the bed.

“Y/N! I’m so sorry, I didn’t know that you were waiting.”

Lisa whispered and you could see her bad conscious reflecting in her face.

You knew now that you had to end this relationship. Not for your sake, but for Lisa’s. You hated to be a burden for her. After every date, Lisa spend every waking hour to make it up to you. She was exhausting herself while trying to balance her job, Jungkook and you.

“It’s fine.”

You reassured her for the millionth time, holding out your hand for her to take.

With a sad smile you pulled Lisa next to you on the bed and she looked at you worriedly like she was already suspecting what was going to happen.

Your gaze met hers and you felt your heart growing heavy. Her beautiful brown eyes pleaded you not to hurt her, but yet, you needed to.

“I can’t do this anymore.”

You breathed, letting your gaze fall to your lap.

“W-what do you mean?”

Lisa stammered shakily and you closed your eyes, wishing that you could teleport yourself away from this place when you opened them again.

But when you took in your surroundings again, you were still sitting in Lisa’s dimly lit room while her sniffling sounded from the side.

“You know what I mean. I’m tired of this hide and seek.”

You stated regretfully and Lisa started stuttering next to you, searching for the right words.

“Don’t do this, Y/N. I thought you loved me.”

She sobbed eventually and you looked at her again, causing the air being knocked out of your lungs when you saw Lisa’s tear-filled eyes.

“I do love you, Lisa. So much. But that’s why I need to let you go.”

You answered while wiping away a tear that rolled down Lisa’s cheek.

“No! If you love me, you will stay with me.”

Lisa almost yelled at you in desperation and you weren’t sure anymore, if you were strong enough to leave.

“Don’t be so stubborn. It’s better if I leave. Look at all those people that support Jungkook and you. You were made to date someone like him.”

You admitted reluctantly, but Lisa was having none of it. She cupped your face and forced you to look at her.

“Don’t say that, Y/N. I love you and only you. So I am meant to be with you.”

She said confidently and you could feel your resistance crumbling.

“Lisa... you could have it so much easier.”

You sighted, but Lisa immediately shook her head.

“I don’t want easy, I want you.”

She smiled while slowly moving her face closer to yours, waiting for you to push her away, but when you didn’t, she softly pressed her lips on yours.

When she pulled away, she rested her forehead on yours, stroking your cheeks with her thumbs.

“I know this is hard. And I hate that I have to put you through this. But please don’t ever leave me.”

Her voice sounded so broken that you could only agree and nod in response.

In relief, Lisa pressed another kiss on your lips before pulling you close and wrapping you into a tight embrace.

Against her management’s order, you stayed the night. Lisa didn’t want to let you go, so without further ado, you changed into one of Lisa’s oversized shirts and snuggled up in bed together. Your head was resting on Lisa’s chest, while she ran her fingers through your hair until you felt yourself drifting off to sleep. The last thing you remembered was Lisa kissing your head, before the world turned black around you.

Lisa heard your slow, steady breathing and knew that you were asleep. Finally, she could let the tears run freely that she had been holding back for weeks now. She covered her mouth with her hand to silence her sobs. The feeling of you slipping away gradually had been killing her and she had only been waiting for you to break up with her.

She had saved your relationship tonight, but Lisa knew that this wasn’t a permanent solution. You were bound to break again. But Lisa couldn’t lose you.

Carefully she slipped out from underneath you, making sure not to wake you. Quickly she grabbed her phone before tiptoeing to the living room.

She plopped down on the couch, taking a deep breath and thinking about whether she had made a rash decision. But no. The two of you had wasted enough time, trying to adapt to YG’s pace. Enough was enough. Therefore, Lisa opened the VLIVE App and started a livestream. ��

While the connection built, she could feel her heart almost jumping out of her chest in nervousness. Normally, she would ignore this feeling and put a fake smile on. But not today. Today she wanted to give her fans an insight into her real life.

“Hey guys.”

She greeted the already 10,000 viewers with a shaky voice once she went live.

“This livestream wasn’t planned, so bear with my rambling.”

Lisa chuckled, but when several ‘We love you’ messages appeared on her screen, she managed to calm down a bit.

“Stalling won’t make anything better, so I’m just going to tell it as it is. I’m in love with someone. But not with the person that you guys think. This person is in my life for over three years already but had to stay out of the spotlight. This person is really special to me and I can’t even start to describe my feelings.”

Lisa’s nervousness faded away when she thought about you and a smile played on her lips.

“She...”

Lisa broke off when she realized what she had just said and looked into the camera with wide eyes. But then she remembered that she could lose you forever if the two of you continued this hide and seek, so she exhaled shakily before continuing with determination.

“She is my soulmate and I wouldn’t be sitting here if it weren’t for her. I know this livestream will probably receive a lot of backlash, but I’m tired of hiding although I have done nothing wrong. I’m a role model to many young people and I want to apologize for not being honest in the past. But from now on, I don’t want to lie anymore. I want to show you that it’s ok to be yourself. Love is something beautiful and I will not let anyone tell me that it is something to be ashamed of. I...”

“Jagi?”

Your voice suddenly sounded from behind and Lisa could hear your steps nearing. A little later you appeared in the living room and Lisa made sure that the camera wasn’t showing you. You stood there with your hair disheveled in her shirt and Lisa knew that she had made the right decision. A wide smile decorated her face and she turned back to the camera again.

“Don’t let anybody tell you who to be or who to love, guys. I love all of you, always remember that. Good night!”

Lisa said before turning off the livestream and walking up to you.

“Oh my god, Lisa. Why didn’t you tell me that you were doing a VLIVE? Did they hear me?”

You asked panicked, but Lisa calmly took your hand and pulled you to the bedroom.

“Everything’ fine. Don’t worry.”

She smiled at you and you looked at her suspiciously.

“Are you sure?”

You dug deeper and Lisa nodded her head before laying down and letting you snuggle up to her.

“Why did you do a livestream at this hour?”

You suddenly wondered out loud, but Lisa didn’t want to worry you tonight.

She knew that you would disprove of her action, but it was the only way to stay by your side.

“I will tell you tomorrow. Rest now.”

Lisa whispered as she kissed the side of your head and you tightened your embrace in response.

“I love you.”

You mumbled already half asleep, causing Lisa’s heart to flutter.

“I love you too.”

She responded with a smile, knowing that she had done the right thing.

Feeling as free as never before, Lisa closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep in no time, ignoring what would come in the morning and savoring this moment instead.

“Lisa!!”

Jennie’s upset voice ripped you out of your sleep and you jolted awake. Sleepily you rubbed your eyes and saw that Jennie was standing in front of the bed with her phone in her hand, staring at her group member in shock.

When you looked at your girlfriend, you could see that a sheepish grin was forming on her lips.

“You know that you’re dead now, right?”

Jennie partly looked like she was joking, but a part of her also looked worried and you turned your gaze to Lisa to search for an answer.

“What did you do?”

A faint foreboding sat in the back of your mind and you prayed that you were wrong.

“I made our relationship public last night.”

Lisa stated nonchalantly and your mouth fell open in shock.

“You did what?”

You asked in disbelief, considering whether your girlfriend and Jennie were just pulling a prank on you.

“It’s all over the news already and YG has called a million times.”

Jisoo suddenly remarked as she was walking into the bedroom too, followed by Chaeyoung closely behind.

“Um... congrats for finally being free?”

The latter stammered with a lopsided grin and Lisa chuckled next to you.

“What if you get fired??”

You couldn’t understand how your girlfriend could be so calm right now and already started picturing the worst scenarios in your head.

“So be it.”

Lisa shrugged and you felt like fainting of excitement.

“Don’t worry, Y/N. Lisa is too valuable for YG.”

Jisoo tried to cheer you up, but she didn’t have much success.

Therefore, Lisa laid her hand on yours, making you look at her.

“Don’t worry, babe. I’ve thought about this. This was the only option for me. So I will accept the consequences, no matter what they might be.”

She looked confident in her decision, nevertheless, you wished that she wouldn’t have risked her career for you.

Suddenly the doorbell rang and all of you looked at each other knowingly. This could only be one of their managers.

Lisa flashed you one last encouraging smile before climbing off the bed to open the door.

You weren’t able to understand their words, but you heard that someone was talking agitatedly with your girlfriend and her members in the living room. A few minutes later, Lisa opened the door and sat beside you on the bed again.

“I’m sorry about this. But would you be willing to go to the company with me? YG wants to talk with us.”

She asked apologetically, while stroking a few strands of hair out of your face.

You gulped, not knowing what to expect, but nodded, nevertheless.

Together you got ready in a few minutes and sat in the car with the other members on your way to the YG headquarters a little later. You clasped Lisa’s hand tightly and she soothingly ran her thumb across the back of your hand.

There was a huge crowd of paparazzi in front of the YG building and you were glad that they sneaked you in through the back. Nevertheless, it seemed like everyone was staring at you and you wondered how Lisa managed to hold herself this strong. There wasn’t a sign of nervousness in her face and she held your hand confidently while strutting to the elevator that would bring you to the top management level of the building.

All of you walked straight to the CEO office where the executive board was sitting and staring at you sternly. Lisa squeezed your hand and you slid a little behind her.

“I’m guessing you know why you’re here?”

One of them asked and Lisa stepped forward a bit.

“Yes. It’s about me going public with my relationship.”

She stated calmly, while confidently holding eye contact with her opposites.

“Good that you at least seem to know that this should have been a topic discussed with us first. Do you even know what you have done? Don’t you have respect for your members? This will cause Blackpink’s image to be destroyed. You may never recover from this and we have to end your contracts. Did you even consider that this would not only have consequences for you alone?”

The manager’s voice became louder with every word until it even cracked in the end.

Finally, Lisa showed signs of nervousness too. Insecurely she looked to her feet, seeming to have only realized now that she had dragged her members into this too. Apologetically she glanced to them from the side, but they were all smiling at her.

Suddenly Jisoo took a few steps forward too.

“With all due respect, but I think you’re wrong.”

She spoke and you looked at her with wide eyes, because you weren’t used to her talking back.

“The comments during the VLIVE and now on Twitter and Instagram have mostly been positive. The hashtags ‘loveislove’ and ‘lisahwaiting’ have been trending in several countries and Lisa has gained several hundreds of new followers.”

Jisoo stated and you looked at Lisa in surprise. You hadn’t expected the news to be taken so well by the public.

Lisa looked equally taken aback and when you looked to the executives again, you could see that they were speechless as well.

“If the backlash had been your only concern, I think that Lisa has done nothing wrong and we have no further things to discuss?”

Chaeyoung suddenly asked, taking Lisa and you completely by surprise again.

All of this support was simply overwhelming.

Still being dumbfounded, the management ended the meeting by explaining that they had several things to discuss before they would come back to you. So together you made your way out of the room.

As soon as you had closed the door behind you, all of you looked at each other before starting to squeal and falling into each other’s arms. You had made it. Lisa suddenly grabbed your neck and pulled you against her body, kissing you passionately on your lips. When the door of the conference room opened again and revealed the executive board, you quickly pushed Lisa away in embarrassment. But she only laughed and interlaced your fingers while walking back to the car.

“Were the comments really mostly positive?”

Lisa asked once you were all on your way back to the dorm again and Jisoo nodded with a smile.

“Yeah, look.”

She pulled out her phone and showed you several memes that their fans had already made that were all showing support.

A wide grin spread on Lisa’s face and she laid her arm around your shoulder, pulling you closer to her. She kissed the top of your head and you sighted in relief.

After three years you finally didn’t have to hide anymore.

“Let’s go grab some ice cream.”

Lisa suggested happily and no one in the car was opposed to that.

You looked at your girlfriend and her eyes were sparkling like never before.

A warm feelilng spread in your body and it felt like the two of you had finally made it through winter.

Well hello everyone~

I wrote a short piece. It honestly took everything to get this out of me. I got bit by the nasty writer’s block bug and drained all the motivation out of my body. But I managed to make it sweet, despite having a cold, empty void of a heart. 

Because my headcanon of Levi is that he is actually super warm in the sheets (pun DEF intended).

There is deffff some violence in here. So yeah. Let’s do it.

Sweltering steam plows into you, hot and heavy. The spray of blood misses you by a fraction of an inch as you maneuver your way to the nearest, safest rooftop. No one ever talks about the smell: the putrid decay that emanates from oversized, severed napes. They told you it would get easier to bear over time.

After a few years of wearing death’s perfume, you conclude that it really doesn’t.

You check the gas on your ODM gear. Halfway through and your blades are still intact. You take the small reprieve to stretch out your back before scanning the area for your next move.

It’s surreal, seeing Wall Maria claw at the edges of survival; people run every which way to avoid the onslaught of infiltrating titans.

A surprise attack, you had been informed by your squad leader, Zoë Hange, had devastated the defense. It collapsed under the siege of two abnormals: one, larger than any titan anyone had ever encountered in recent history, and two, an armored titan with incomprehensible speed. Hange had directed you and the rest of their squad to clear as many people into safety as possible. Thankfully, the emergence of titans was concentrated to one location, leaving a large portion to find shelter within the inner walls. But those in the Shiganshina District and around its immediate perimeter were not so lucky.

“Yo, it’s time for us to move out,” Lauda barks. Your mission was to save as many lives as possible, not to eliminate titans. You were told orders were final. You were told not to engage once the call was made to clear out. To continue fighting titans was pointless, Hange had said. Not when there wasn’t a single ray of hope to reclaim Wall Maria.

The hair on your neck raises as you hear the high-pitched cry. You are obedient, by all means a great soldier, but you simply cannot ignore the shrieks made by a child. Two stories below, no older than five or six, is a jumping boy, his desperate attempts to reach you failing with each hop. Your eyes connect with his, distressed but hopeful, and he reaches out his arms up toward the sky, toward you, his only willing savior.

To your agitation, you are not the only one to notice the boy. A titan crawls its way over, eyes hollow, appetite insatiable. A small string of curses come out a huff from your lips. You look over your shoulder, Lauda a distant star in the late afternoon sky among the rest of the survey corps. You drop down in the opposite direction, aiming your grapple-hooks into a crumbled wall and fly forward, then swivel immediately left, aiming steel to neck. Because the titan is a crawler, therefore completely exposed, your kill is quick work. You run to the boy, reaching your hand out to take hold of him, eager to get back. Only, his tearful smile is obscured by large teeth that clamp down on him, spattering your dumbstruck face with his blood.

No. No, no. No, no, no, no.

You can feel the hot breath of the titan, an overwhelming smell of corpse, as it hovers over you. It’s too close. You quickly glance to the right and left but all you see is its flesh.

Think. You have to think. Don’t focus on the poor boy you failed to save. Don’t worry about his blood dripping from your hair and cheek.

Move.

Live.

You shoot your hooks into its eyes and propel yourself up to avoid its mouth. You find purchase on its nose and grab a lock of hair, heaving yourself up for an opening to escape. You know its hands will be on you soon, your muscles screaming as you pull yourself up, up, up, racing against time. An opportunity presents itself. Hooks launch and lock onto the wall and you spring to your freedom.

“You disobeyed orders.”

“I was trying to save a kid,” you retort.

Hange pouts, their brows furrow with obvious sympathy, but they stand their ground. “I know it’s hard seeing people die. Children die. Hell, I would have probably done the same thing.” They cross their arms. “But Erwin made the call. You were reckless. Some are blaming your previously pampered lifestyle.”

You scoff. Of course someone would bring that up. It was a constant reminder among the Scout Regiment.

Yarckel, the western-most district of Wall Sina, was quaint and content. While it was not as lavish as other areas of the innermost wall, it was an extremely comfortable place to call home. You squashed your mother’s heart the day you told her you had no intention of marrying an old, stuffy politician and all the resolve to enlist in the Survey Corps. Your dear mother nearly turned into a titan herself with how earnestly she chewed you out, spitting names like “wretched girl” for having “silly thoughts of chivalry” in your head.

But you couldn’t imagine yourself locked away in a gilded cage, ever so often forced to be held by too-soft, weathered hands and bred to deliver another generation of vain and greed.

You’d rather die free.

“What’s my punishment, then?” You concede, there’s no way you’ll get out of this one when Erwin has the last say. Hange grimaces.

Uh-oh. This won’t be good. “Let’s hear it then.”

“Latrine duty. For a full month.”

Your heart sinks into your stomach. Latrine duty is, by far, the worst assignment when living with barracks almost completely inhabited by men. You cringe at the mental image of what you found the last time you were tasked to clean the toilets.

You hold back the bile that threatens its way up as you nod your head. “Anything else?”

“Levi will come in each week to approve your task completion.”

Fuck. “May I ask why a Captain is overseeing my work? Doesn’t he have more pressing matters to see to?”

“I think you know why,” Hange chuckles. “Make sure to get into every nook and cranny. I won’t have you making me look bad. Otherwise, Levi will come badgering me.”

This might be worse than facing titans.

You scrub the inside of the toilet bowl in the spot most often neglected: the underside of the ring. Grime flakes off in chunks, and you cant help the gag that makes your way up.

The smell burns your eyes. It could also be the sweat. But you’ve decided against touching any part of your face while you’re forearm is deep in toilet water. When you sit in front of the fourth and final stall, you’re thoroughly convinced the northern barracks’ latrine is utilized by heathens.

You’re busy brushing the hinge of the toilet seat when you hear the door swing open. You’re sure you placed the sign on the door barring entry. “Sorry, still cleaning in here.”

The calm tap, tap, tapping of the boot heel sends a shiver down your spine. This isn’t the footsteps of some eager scout who waited much too long to do their business. You keep your eyes forward, staring at the porcelain which provides a full view of what’s behind you in its shiny, white reflection.

You hear him enter the first stall. Each second feels an hour long. You don’t realize you’re holding your breath until your lungs sting for air.

The second stall is next. Then the third. And finally, after an eternity in limbo, he steps behind you. By this point, you had gone back to brushing, mechanically moving your arm back and forth without the same gusto you had earlier. Your heart threatens to break out of your rib cage with each thunderous beat.

“Are you having a heart to heart with each toilet before you clean them? I thought I’d given you enough time to finish up with these.”

“I wanted to make sure I did a thorough cleaning, Captain.”

He clicks his tongue. “Step aside and let me check your work so I can get the hell out of this dump, Scout.”

You stumble out, scraping your back against the edge of the stall; he doesn’t move from his spot and you don’t dare touch him.

As he inspects the last toilet, you hear the soft “‘hmm” roll from his mouth, and you hope this is a small sound of approval.

He walks toward the exit, but turns to you with a recognizable disgust that scares you more than the stare of a titan.

“Good work. I hope you can apply the same level of cleanliness to yourself,” he rumbles. “Look at you. You’re absolutely filthy.”

You should be angry. You should be boiling over at the insult. Instead, you attempt to keep your smile contained.

And all at once you began to enjoy your moments with the Captain, infrequent as they were.

The small exchanges in the mess hall.

The glances in one another’s direction as you file out of meeting rooms.

The quiet, strained growl in your ear as he penetrates you in his quarters as the moon makes its way over the horizon.

It all happens so, very quickly; Levi’s one-off encounter with you. One second you were discussing various teas and which best suited a savory meal, the next you’re hungrily lapping up the precum from his stiff cock, ever acquiescent and flushed.

You bob your head, each time pushing your boundaries as he hits the back of your throat; every gag only adding to his pleasure.

And before you have the satisfaction of watching Levi, Captain of the Survey Corps and Humanity’s Strongest, unravel in your hands (or mouth, rather) he takes hold of your elbows and shoves you on the bed.

He’s surprisingly gentle. The way he manhandles even your own boss makes you think he would be more aggressive, unrestrained.

And while he does hold you with a vice-like grip that will surely leave your hips bruised tomorrow, you realize it’s to assure that each meticulous thrust hits the switch that lights up your brain, igniting your nerves and sending a wave of pleasure crashing through your entire body.

The heat that burns in the pit of your stomach intensifies as he pistons into you, never losing focus on that area that surely makes you see stars.

And you beg for him to go harder, faster, as you clutch at the sheets desperately and push into him in a fruitless attempt to swallow him whole.

But he’s already there, deep within your core; the pumps connecting all the wires to push you both over the edge.

He sputters forward, his seed coating your walls hot and sticky. It’s all you need, his desire to fill you entirely, to drive you into your own divine pleasure. Your breath hitches with the final pump as you both settle on the bed.

Breathe in. Breathe out.

Breathe in. Breathe out.

This is not love. Of course it isn’t. You are no fool. But for a few hours, you allow yourself to be tethered. Allow him to stroke your hair with a fondness that is so pure, so different from the usual Levi.

Your mind takes you back to that night.

And you close your eyes and smile as you relive each second of the night that you and Levi Ackerman coalesced.

not to be that person who asks a googleable question but wtf is hazbin hotel bc i googled it and the only “critical” thing i could find was a typo-ridden article of someone saying it has good animation and its haters are stupid. i was able to glean what it is/what it’s about but idk about the discourse lmao

Im actually so glad u asked this. Here's the lowdown, this is my definitive answer to hazbin shit from here on out, unless new info comes about of course.

Hazbin hotel is an independent cartoon by vivziepop. Most people (that ive seen) have agreed that the pilot of the show really isnt that great but the reason it has so many fans is bc of the entertaining livestreams, massive amounts of canon content produced (she has had these characters for years), unique art style, and the characters. (Ass ugly but unique.)

Its haters are totally justified bc of some of the "controversial" (read: bad) things vivziepop has done. Here's the conclusion that my friends and classmates (several of whom are Black, one Hispanic woman, and one trans woman...nellie if ur reading this i 💜 u) and i came to after discussing this stuff. I am NOT saying "well my black/trans friend said it's ok so i dont have to think about it!" this is based on a few different conversations that my friends and i have had about this topic so what im saying is that my opinion was formed by talking about this situation with multiple people affected by the controversy.

One controversial thing is a drawing u can easily find on google (called beastiality.jpg i believe?) It's a cropped (chest and up, but hes obv naked) drawing of vivziepops character, drawn by vivziepop, moaning, with a snake around him. The character is 17. Many people have interpreted this as child porn. I dont think this image is pornographic, i think it's a stupid joke (it was even tagged as a joke iirc) and completely inappropriate but since it's 8 years old on top of not being porn, i think it's just an example of a dumb drawing. That being said, i would NEVER argue that someone who is uncomfortable w the drawing (im uncomfortable with it! It's gross just not porn) or considers it porn is wrong. They are entitled to that opinion and i would never expose them to vivziepops work or talk about her stuff around them if they expressed to me that they disliked the image.

Another thing is that she drew a doodle of two racist TERFs. This is the one where my friends of color, my friends who are black, and my friends who are trans women took the lead. I sat back for this part and here's their and my opinion on this after talking about it and verbally going through this whole situation.

She was following these women (who had done blackface and stuff) and drew art of them. The art was a "quick doodle" that she did apologize for and she said she didn't realize the extent of their beliefs. She knew they werent great but hadnt consumed much of their content in depth. I believe her bc while ive never followed anyone as bad, ive certainly followed some pieces of shit and didnt notice for months simply bc im not online all the time and bc of the volume of people i follow, combined with the non chronological algorithms lately.

At the risk of screwing myself, im going to admit that there was about a year or so of my life where i enjoyed The Amazing Atheist. I was even subbed to him. I was a nonbinary lesbian (2 things he cant stand lmaoo) in catholic school and therefore i strictly watched his videos about theological stuff since thats what was frustrating me at the time. I had no clue the type of evil racist, transphobic, homophobic (yes ik hes bi), misogynistic things he thought, said, and did, bc i didnt watch those videos. I literally only watched select theological ones that could be of use to me while edgily debating my teachers (sorry mrs macdougal but u had it coming). I was about 15 at the time and im 19 now. Im sorry to everyone i hurt by ever having supported him. I had one of his quotes written in the inside of my religion notebook in high school. I regretted it and ripped the page out the moment i discovered the truth about him. I cant stress enough how much I HATE HIM. Thats an example of what i think happened here tho.

One of my friends who is a trans woman said (paraphrasing) "i think the worst thing shes done is that terf art but i believe the apology especially bc it was a quick drawing."

That being said, i would NEVER argue with someone who wanted nothing to do w vivziepop bc of this. That's their right. 100%. I would never expose them to her work after that.

The last thing i remember is something about a pedophilic couple in a comic but i heard it was a 17 year old and a 19 year old. Im 19 and if one of my peers did that i wouldnt say pedophile but id say ur a fucking weirdo, BUT, the kids were fake and being written by an adult so i can totally see her thinking that age gap is much less of a big deal than it really is. Like she forgot what it's like at this age. Idk how true any of that part is tho, i heard that info entirely secondhand.

Another thing to do with racism is that there's a joke within the show where one character says to the other

"don't get your taco in a twist"

"Was that supposed to be racist or sexist?"

"Whichever one pisses you off more"

I thought that was gross but one of my friends pointed out that vivziepop is of el salvadorian descent so that's her business. Like if i made a lesbian joke of equal or greater offensiveness than that and someone tried to call me lesbophobic over it id be like "that's literally my territory."

Oh speaking of which that character's name is vaggie and shes a lesbian but it's not pronounced w the same G you'd hear in "vagina." Vivziepop seems to name characters weirdly (like how in helluva boss theres a guy named blitzo and the o is silent) so maybe it's a pussy joke but i have no idea.

The animation was.................better than i could do, i wanna say the faces and gestures were good but god i remember there was a part with a car and my gf had to pause so i could laugh my ass off at it. I wouldn't describe the animation as a highlight but i liked the style in motion i thought it was a fun change. Vivziepops style is not appealing imo but i appreciate it as an art student and as someone whose friends all like she ra and steven universe where every character looks the goddamn motherfucking same, and while its chaotic and i dont care for it, the style actually works way better in motion than you'd think.

A good rule that i def use is to assume hazbin fans are guilty until proven innocent. If someone says they dont care about the discourse surrounding it and like it no matter what, RUN! They would support the show even if the creator was in fact a pedophile, or had done the blackface/was a terf herself! They probably support some horrible ppl and are probably "anti antis." A lot of them are minors tho so i'd say block and move on.

So, do i like it or not? Im an art student and all my friends like it so while i didnt think it was funny, i do fuck with it. At the convention this weekend my friends and i had a convo that led to me drawing an ahego hoodie where the faces were angel dust (a character's) face. It was a joke that i could make a killing by selling that in a booth at a con.

Theres really nothing compelling about the show but my friends like it so i join in on their conversations, and i do have a soft spot for angel dust bc he's like a worse, less amazing and gorgeous version of one of my characters, Candy, the love of my life.

A lot of people say the show was edgy/offensive and maybe im just desensitized but besides the taco thing i didnt pick up on that whatsoever??? The Archer episode "Swiss Miss" is worse than helluva boss and hazbin combined and even archer isn't offensive.

How Misha Collins is manipulating the LGBT for his own gain.

With the amount of trouble that Misha Collins has caused for the leads and the studio, it is baffling how anyone could still be a fan of his.  Here is part of a conversation I had with a doll face.  This is what she had to say about his fans. 

''Willful blindness. She [the fan we were discussing who seems to have seen the error of the minion's ways] wants to believe the best in a person she has chosen to admire. On the very, very surface, misha doesn't seem like a bad person and people get sucked in, most choose not to look deeper because they get comfortable with where they are and what they believe in and they decide that the person they've chosen to believe in can do no wrong. In a twisted kind of way, it's like the faith that a child has in a parent. Some children never grow out of believing that their parent is infallible. Some people get drawn in by the hellers and never come back out. It sucks, and it makes people rabid, but that's the kind of bullshit that people like misha rely on to gain profit.''

She wrote this very well.  I have noticed, that the hellers have a tier system.  Right at the apex of the pyramid, is Misha of course, and below him you have influencers like @misharius, a volatile heller with a notorious reputation.  She is the one who told Jared at Jaxcon, that she has more memes of Jensen and Misha than on Jared.  S​he uses the AKF tag for her destiel stuff.

She was one of the liars who were implicated in the Travis Aaron Wade case.  She accused Jensen of Islamophobia.  And she is a close friend of Briana Buckmaster, resident leech.  And she has fangirls of her own.  People like her force fans to enter the fandom  or start watching the show, through the destiel door.  So they see everything through the destiel lens.  

Because she may be implicated in court case involving Travis Aaron Wade and I think she might be problematic, I suggest that you block her.  Believe me, you don't want to get involved in a person like this.  She is a nasty piece of work. 

Most of the people, below the influencers on the hierarchy, are children.  So the analogy that doll face used about their affection being child like and naïve because they don't know any better actually makes a lot of sense.  That means that the majority of the people in creepy uncle Misha's fanbase are children.  And he is using sex, in the form of destiel to attract and keep their attention.  How does that not make you feel weird. 

Then there are people whom Misha has convinced that the pursuit of destiel is an LGBT pursuit.  And destiel's failure in canon will be a failure for the LGBT.  I did a post like this previously where I examined the kind of words that he uses to make it look like destiel is a sexuality.  That is why lesbians are shipping destiel.  Slash fiction is one of the subjects I enthusiastically delve into and I said, time and again, that it is an intimate straight and bi female sexual expression platform revolving around male subjects that the writers and readers are attracted to.  So I found it baffling that lesbians were writing slash fiction rather than femmeslash. 

Destiel doesn't seem to have a small odd fraction of lesbian writers.  No, that section appears large and militant, and it goes back to Misha turning the pursuit of destiel into an LGBT pursuit.  So they are emotionally governed by the love the ship, but socially governed by what the failure of canon would mean for them.  So how nasty Misha is.  I think that @misharius might be lesbian too.  So is intelligentshipper.  They have no emotional or sexual stake in destiel.  They are pushing for it because of what it might mean to them.  So essentially, Misha is using the LGBT in militant mode to keep himself in the game, instead of out on the streets where he belongs. 

The thing is that the laws of physics oddly, come into play here.  For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.  Every time the LGBT wages a battle against the leads and the studio, in the name of their ''cause'' aka destiel, it results in casual and neutral viewers of the show forming opinions regarding the group. 

If those viewers are LGBT themselves, [and I am guessing that they are older than millenials] they feel embarrassed because Misha's group is abrasive and shows the LGBT as an entitled group of people.  Gen X people are not militant bullies, generally speaking, gay or straight. 

If they are non-LGBT viewers, depending on who they are, this encounter with the LGBT will color their view of this group of people whom they might actually not have any previous contact with or have any opinion of to start with. 

Misha Collins is creating conflict where there isn't one, simply so that the CW will never even fathom firing him.  He literally made up a problem that was not there.  He did the exact same thing with the misogyny allegations that he made against SPN.  He should have been fired for that but inexplicably wasn't.  He basically rallied a bunch of millennial feminists to fight a problem that was not there.  SPN was never a perfect show, and it shouldn't be because, after all, it is a human endeavor and is therefore bound to be flawed.  But it was never really misogynistic. 

Misha Collins is a selfish virus that feeds off others and cant survive on its own merit and grit.  Therefore it needs to latch onto a host like Jensen and recently Danneel.  On his own, Misha is not worth looking at and therefore drags Jensen into his mess.  That is why he tweets so much and tweets various big names in the world.  To give off the impression that he is a somebody like them.  Friendly reminder to block @misharius.  I have a feeling you don't want to deal with this person.  ​

How did they they meet?

Hoooboy this is gonna be kinda long.

So, I have this headcanon that Rinoa was looking everywhere for a Garden who would agree to offer their mercenaries in exchange for a low price---which is a very horrible exchange. And she knew that.

First. Rinoa went to Galbadia Garden; the snooty rich SeeDs with more experienced fighters. Their headmaster declined Rinoa’s offer---as expected, but that hardly unmotivated the determined resistance leader.

Next, she applied for help to Trabia Garden. The best they could do was offer some technicians and a trainee to ensure safety protocols and offer security. And while that was a kind offer, it wasn’t what Rinoa was looking for. Trabia declined Rinoa’s want for their experienced fighters but gave her a referral for Balamb and allowed her to board the train free of cost. (They were a bunch of nice people.)

The minute Rinoa arrives in Balamb, she’s met with the sight of a silver haired woman ruthlessly kicking the snot out of some poor helpless burly guy while another man in a white coat brandishing a sword laughed hysterically at the woman’s antics. Indeed, that was the posse we all know and Seifer loves.

Rinoa immediately assumes Balamb is an island full of delinquents with a bad reputation, but that doesn’t deter her from seeking out what she came there for.

However, before she was going to head down the road towards the Garden, she was going to stop the brutal beating by stepping between the woman and the cowering man, DEMANDING they stop. She didn’t mind a brawl if it meant fighting for what was right. And they were vehemently out of line.

This triggers Seifer, and he decides to introduce the fear of god into the small woman’s tiny form. He leers over her, using his tall stature to make her feel small, obsolete, weak. His piercing greens bore into her skull. And if looks could kill? She’d have died a thousand times.

Rinoa cared little for his approach. She was NOT afraid of him.

She stares back, eyes winced, brows furrowed, hands on her hips. She challenged him; a huge mistake no one DARED think about.

Still. He was not getting his way by trying to intimidate her.

They stay like this for a good five minutes. Seifer breaks, finding everything about her...amusing. different. hilarious. surreal. He smirks, then scoffs at this little spitfire and tells her to get out of his sight.

Fujin ceases her brutal beatings on Raijin and notices Seifer watching the blue clad woman with a wide eyed stare, and a psychotic curl of the lips.

He did not want their game to end. He wanted to make her suffer.

So he  follows her...

Who developed romantic feelings first?

Seifer.

Rinoa was too involved with getting Independence for Timber that she didn’t have time for romantic feelings. Or so she thought. Yes. Seifer was cute. He smelled good. His voice was was like a melody to her ears, but it was normal to get infatuation. And Rinoa assumed it would pass. It obviously did not.

Seifer, however, developed feelings for her because she didn’t want him, and she never took his shit. He was a selfish asshole and always treated their meetings like a game. Until it wasn’t...

Something about how passionate Rinoa was about her cause woke something up inside of him. Her determination for what she wanted was inspiring. Just like a little boy he once knew from long long ago...

Rinoa’s feelings eventually grew the moment Seifer started talking to Rinoa about Forest Owls. He would show minor tender moments to show Rinoa that he sincerely wanted to help her. It meant a lot to her because of the lengths he went to make sure her dream would prosper. He didn’t care about Timber at all, though. He cared about Rinoa, and what she wanted. So, what was important to her, was important to him.

He promised her he’d become a SeeD, and offer himself in Garden’s stead. But not for free. She owed him a date, and she was already neck deep in a shit ton of debt---or so he claimed.

Rinoa loves Seifer, and still does to this day. Theres a connection she feels that cant be said with words. Its just there. And it always will be.

Who is their biggest “shipper?”

Raijin. Raijin likes Rinoa because she saved him from Fujin’s wrath more than once. THEREFORE. HE ENCOURAGED SEIFER TO CHASE HER. Lmao. But oh. Don’t tell Seifer what to do. xD

When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?

Very bad circumstances lol. Seifer is an asshat. We all know this. How he shows affection or interest is...unusual at best.

What he did was, he needled her over the smallest things, tried to convince her she was stupid, told her she was weak, and on one occasion prevented her from going anywhere by barring her path with his legs. He was sitting in a seat blocking the door, laid back, watching her freaking out to let her go. It was amusing. He LOVED playing with her.

During that moment of hysteria, he drops his feet, grabs her, and plants a good one on her. She answers with a big slap against his face and screaming about something or another. Yeah, yeah. He’s heard it all before sweetheart.

He laughs and simply says, “Wow, that actually hurt.” He bars her path again by slamming his hands on the wall behind her and whispers, “Do it again...”

Who confessed their feelings first?

Seifer. Though not in your usual way. I mean, of course right? He’s a pompous asshole. Confident as hell and really doesn’t care any other way. It was just.

“Yeah, yeah. I’m not concerned about what you’re saying, but I like your face.”

What was their first official date?

Uhhh. Rinoa is still in “debt”. Loooool.

How do they feel about double dates/group dates?

Rinoa thinks they’re adorable. Seifer thinks its tacky. And what if he got a boner? Its not for them. But. Oh well. they can look. He’s a pretty impressive guy and all. -rolls eyes-

What do they do in their down time?

I can imagine Rinoa likes to pamper herself with bubble bath, massages, facials, and taking naps with Angelo. She also likes to catch up with some of her friends with lunch or a little get together.

And I figure Seifer is doing something dangerous or completely stupid. You know. So he can come out in a blaze of glory.

What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like?

Well. Being that Rinoa only knows Edea due to....reasons. She never got a proper introduction.

Seifer met Fury and he didn’t care to change his personality to look good in front of the General. And Rinoa LOVED THAT. Seifer wasn’t afraid to continue being himself even towards a man of “great importance”. Seifer was just Seifer.

Caraway HATES his guts.

What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?

Obviously over the stunts he does. He is reckless with how he approaches things and due to that, it could land the Forest Owls in hot water. Rinoa was PISSED with some of the things Seifer threw himself into for fear that he wouldn’t come out alive. She was constantly worried that he would die over just one mistake, and he NEVER took her worries into consideration.

He knows he’s hard to kill, and he always told her that. Why did she care so much, anyway?

Women. Right?

They never really got passed it. Just bored of it? It was the same argument over and over. Seifer was not going to change and Rinoa had to accept that. And she did, no matter how much it hurt.

Which one is more easily made jealous?

Uh. Both, honestly? Though I see Seifer much more inclined to turn the entire misunderstanding into a fiasco that would make you regret having known him. Like. Punching out a guy for having looked at his girl a certain way. Starting an argument with a guy at a checkout register for telling Rinoa to have a good day bc thats obv signs of flirting. (Yes, I am aware that is VERy toxic. Seifer is toxic.)

Rinoa is more reserved and wants to keep it between them. But she isn’t all innocent. If Seifer even so much as says “hey” in a certain way to another, Rinoa will do the same with a guy to make him jealous. Its just a cycle of ugliness lol.

What is their favourite thing to get to eat?

Rinoa obviously cuddles Seifer. She loves every snuggly position. Just as long as she’s near him she loves it.

I sent a rather lovely ask to do with their comment of Unicorn of War’s rewrite. As they were getting annoyed about the amount of curious asks they were receiving.

I deliberately didnt do it on anon as I wished to show that there was no malicious intent behind it, (I even sent them a second ask just to make sure that they understood my position and explained why I didnt say it on anon)   Given the limited amount of characters in an ask, 

My comment was, and im paraphrasing.   “ What did you expect to happen? When you leave a comment on a non problematic and much loved RWBY youtubers videos, doing vids from a place of love, people are going to be curious and send you asks. (Regardless on my own thoughts about rewrites, UOW is one of few that Im willing to entertain. They are well thought out and add avenues , not take away) This is what happens when you grapple with the internet, people are going to be curious.”

“If you are going to poke a cuddly bear with a stick expect to reply with unwavering conviction, patience or honey.”

I suggested that if they were annoyed at the number of asks coming in, maybe turn off asks for a while, as UOW is very popular and they were bound to continue receiving curious asks (I genuinely hope that none of UOW’s fanbase sent them hate.)

Yes, I understand that in the medium of text and with limited characters that tone and inflection can be lost, hence why the second ask to make sure that my intent was not misconstrued. 

Their rebuttal to friendly, non malicious advice was to reply to the ask and promptly blocking me, not even giving me time to even read the reply.

I was simply attempting to give friendly advice in the most concise way due to the medium with which communication was presented. I genuinely hope that you dont receive any hate from anyone. Everyone is entitled to express their opinion on a subject, such as preference of not liking rewrites in general, and I agree with you, most folks who suggests rewrites are frothing at the mouth to shove their own headcanons into the narrative and yes, that ought to be kept to fanfiction etc etc.

I despise most rewrites because of exactly that.

However, UOW is not one of those people. If you give their RWBY rewrites, esp Vol 5 , a chance I think you might be surprised at how rich the UOW rewrite is. 

It is not taking away from the show, or shitting on it. UOW is one of a handful of RWBY youtubers who actually doesnt do that. He loves the shows, genuinely loves the show. And the care and attention to detail in the rewrites shows that. He does not take away from the show, he adds to it and presents different avenues by which the narrative that is already there, is presented.”

I will not be posting this underneath @branwenrose’s comment on youtube, though I have been encouraged to, as I respect the choice she made on this platform, and therefore other social media platforms are given the same consideration.

Cursed child part 1 Recap 28-9-2017

So im back in the uk for a week which means im also back at the Palace Theatre which means its recap time! Act one Scene 1 & 2 & 3 First order of business here and that is that Rayxia Ojo was on as Rose today. I hadn't seen her before but she blew me away straight away. I simply adore her Rose. So sweet at one side, especially when it comes to Albus, yet shes also very fierce and doesnt hold back with expressions when it comes to what Rose thinks. This was also the first time for me where I totally could see rose/scorpius happening and i absolutely loved it. Aside from that I noticed how many more hugs were given, especially by Ginny, since the last time I saw it (back in June). It made it look more stronger as a family and i absolutely loved the touch here. Also the harry and Albus hug made me quite emotional, especially with the way how Theo was holding Jamie. Absolutely perfect. And as i mentioned Scorpius already, Hello again Samuel! He never fails to make me smile (and cry at all the emotional moments) and today was no exception. It was very obvious to see how theyve all grown into their roles since i last saw it from only these scenes already. Scene 4 Enter Ed as Draco! Another one I hadn't seen before but boy does he look the part and remind me of Tom Felton at the same time. I love how subtle he lets the emotions shine through due both his words and his face and its almost like he doesnt quite know how to handle these and at the same time doesnt Want to show it so he remains cool but there are moments where it shows? If you het what i mean? I really need to see ed more often so i can try and formulate it better, honestly. That being said. I also loved the sorting scene. The emotions on all of their faces. The obvious nervousness and simply theos face when slytherin was called. It kind of broke my heart but luckily scorpius was there to make it all better. Scene 5 Oooh this scene got so much better! I loved all the little additions in the reactions (especially the sound Rakie made when harry cleaned his desk) and it made it come so much more alive! Absolutely brilliant Scene 6 Annabel did something here which made it even more obvious that the entire thief thing was a joke and boy did it work perfectly. It was really hilarious to see and theos reaction was brilliant as well. cant say much about jamie and Barry because my sight was a bit blocked so thats a shame :( Scene 7 SCENE 7 THOUGH. holy crap that was brilliant. Albus and Harry egged the other one so much more and the misunderstanding and the frustration because of it was so clear and they were both so upset (and Harry wanted to fix it so badly jamie broke my heart here) and god. Nothing but love for this. Nothing but love. Scene 8 Mackley stole the scene yet again but then again hes mackley. I loved how he crawled behind petunia and used his hand on her back to position her and the way he panted like he was out of breath (very nice touch!) When hé got to the staircase. Excellent. Scene 9 If i saw it right jamie did the toes thing jamie p always used to do which made me all nostalgic. He was also trashing so much i wouldnt have been surprised ginny had woken him before he woke up himself had it not been in the script. Really nice touch there. I also adore how ginny is always fierce but caring enough that she knows exactly what to say and how to do it to get harry to talk. Scene 10 & 11 The thing with these scene is that i always am very much distracted by what april and Rupert are doing in the background with that entire relationship thingie theyve got going on (i really need the story behind that ugh) and my attention kept slipping between that and the entire scene between the rest going on. Therefore its pretty impossible for me to say anything else but roses face when it came to the bread was hilarious. This was also the first time i was slightly less confused with morag as the trolley witch because i could see she wasnt sandy, even if the voice alone still confuses the hell out of me. Also I'm pretty sure albus and scorpius held the arm of the other for stability and it was glorious. Scene 12 Eds. Draco. Oh my lord. His impression was simply amazing and just the entire frustration and the way he moved his tongue against his mouth while listening which made his irritation all the more clear was amazing. Seriously. I couldnt stop looking at the guy. And especially the emotions when it came to scorpius. Omg he tries so hard and it affects him so... Scene 13 & 14 This was the absolute first time i actually noticed David annen in the scene and he was sleeping though it all which was brilliant. Also martin in drag never fails to amuse me. And scorpius during that scene and just the entire reactions to Albus talking and the do we was brilliant and annabel was so subtle too as if she was truly worried at times her plan would be shot to hell and god. Amazing. Scene 15 This scene naturally got a lot of laughs especially from Ron and i could not agree more because it was amazing to see. Harry was yet again looking like he wanst sure how to react to Ron and kept playing with his hands like he was truly bothered by it all - understandably. Scene 16. Rakies shout at the moment of transition went on so long and was so nice it was hilarious to see. But then again this scene never fails to make me laugh and all the transformations were so good too! Scene 17 AM i going on an ed rant? Yes, yes i am. Because again he was amazing and especially the reaction to ginny yelling in his face (he really stared like he didnt see it coming) and then the reacion with emotional like disbelief with a bit of fear or something in it was amazing. It made so much sense its mad. Scene 18 OH MY GOD the kiss and the entire tongue Fterwards with Rakie looking around and Harry looking like he wanted to flee and the not even acknowledging Ron (loved that) and just everything was simply hilarious. Theyve really upped the scene here and when i thought it couldnt get better it just did. Kudos! Scene 19 THE HIGH VOICE. oh my god i laughed so hard when jamie did that voice and i truly noticed how in tune they were with the actors like Samuel and theo and stuff because it was just on point. Absolutely on point. Act 2 Scene 1 Ill never stop being amazed with how alike the voldemort voice is to the movies. Its uncanny really. Maybe its an effect but still. Ill also never stop feeling sorry for harry but Elizabeth is killing it so much as petunia. Shes amazing. Scene 2 & 3 Again ill never be not amazed by the relationship that is harry and ginny and the trust in that and how close they all are especially when hermione and ginny hug. And the reaction from ed as draco was so on point omg. Scene 4 Theo is so amazing in this scene with his adotation and shock and how in awe he is by Delphi. Really best work ive ever seen. The wizzo comment again was really well done by scorpius too (and i loved how it almost soundrd song like between Albus and delphi) but also how it actually so affects him that albus and Delphi are getting so close. Excellent setups for part 2 actually. Scene 5 Not much to say here. Jamie and nuno were on point as per usual though i wonder ed if one of the stomps failed or that nuno just simply moved his foot.. Scene 6 This scene is always so gorgeous with the Hide and seek music and the lights going on that i always feel myself tearing up. Its just stunning with amazing acting from both of them. Scene 7 Ill never get over FLEUR J'ADORE and CEDRIC I LOVE YOU. Whoever thought of that is just brilliant and the fact that Rosemary needs to be dragged off stage is amazing. The accents from theo and Samuel were amazing and the krum song was for me the best yet. Scene 8 Harry keeps on misunderstanding and it breaks me and i love how it affects him so much and doesnt listen to Albus at the same time and its breaking them both and just... ugh. The conversation with dumbledore was also just so beautiful. Scene 9 Ah Ron and panju and just god i love those scenes so much. Tom plays it perfectly and Albus is so confused and Harry so pissed and then enter scorpius and cue my heart shattering because it is so obvious how much it hurts them both. Scene 10 Sometimes i wonder what ginnys role in here is but there is nothing more amazing Than watching her expressions as harry talks and she just in shock. It really shows how vehemently she disagrees but at the same time how shocked she is. Scene 11 The most hilarious thing about this scene is how it goes on and on about patronuses and light while hermione is close to having a nervous breakdown because it really seems ironic that shes teaching it when it seems she cant find it herself. Scene 12 This is just basically me crying because this is the staircase Dance and its just so emotional and i never want it to end. Scene 13 And again draco is amazing here. I was laughing again and espcially when hé delivered the line about harrys age. He seemed to have some fun while Harry was more serious and its a nice contrast. And then ginny entering makes it even better. Soul Prosperity - Part 3

Continuing on the topic of Soul Prosperity I point to the parable of the sower Jesus instructs us that the seed is the Word of God (the Bible) and the soil is our hearts.  In the first blog we covered the topic that we must first receive the Word of God as the final authority of all truth.  In the second blog  we discussed a few manners of approaching the Word, the seed, like bad motives that keep the Word from springing forth or germinating. What does time have to do with the blessings? Its takes time for the seed to germinate and spring up.  The Bible tells us in Genesis 8:22: While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease. So we see from the Word that as long as we’re here on earth time and seasons rule everything.  The Word instructs us in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8: For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. Life as everyone experiences it is handed out in time and seasons.  Time (the ticking of the clock) has something to it that can not be retrieved.  Seasons are blocks of time that also have passing in them that can’t be retrieved.  We can’t avoid it and should take advantage of it.  To take advantage of time we need to take up action and do what we’re put on this earth to do.  Everyone definitely has a destiny but few ever achieve it.  Destiny is not fame.  Destiny is simply achieving your purpose. You may think I’m getting off topic here but I’m really not.  I’m digging down deep into the soil because before soil must be broken up well for the water to get down to the seed.  We must first know what season we are in before we sow.  A spiritual season is very much like earth’s seasons.  Consider the spiritual seasons: Winter is when we feel dry and cold in our hearts, feels like we’re in the wilderness wandering.  The temptation to become angry and bitter is strong.  I wake up during those times and just put one foot in front of the other.  Its a time to consider the past cycle of seasons and what we learned.  What did we learn from the people in our lives?  Did we keep them in prayer?  What happened to them?  Who left and who stayed?  Why?  Were they a mirror held up to show you who you really are?  That's when it gets really uncomfortable.  Do we give up and let the wrong things die out or do we need to go through another cycle just like that?  How did we treat the users and the one-way streets?  Did we try to help them or did we get angry and mean before walking away?  Were we a good example of a sheep or were we a goat?  Did we help out those jaded and scarred to come out of their spiritual death?  Did we pray for Godly repentance to grip the hearts of the users we encountered? Spring feels new and there’s a fresh fragrance in the air.  You’re encountering new people and new things.  It’s very important to keep the new people and new things in prayer. What are you supposed to learn from them and what are they to learn from you?  Pray that your communication with the new people is clear and concise.  Many potentially wonderful relationships and accomplishments that God intended through new relationships have been hijacked by the enemy through poor communication.  Poor communication is to blame for many offenses people have taken up against one another.  It’s sad but true.  Pride is the other robber of great accomplishments God intended to get done throughout the earth.  That’s another blog for another time.  Its good to sow in all spiritual seasons of your life but Spring is your season to sow and grow.  Acting in good faith with everyone secures your integrity and in Winter you'll look back and see what you've learned about humanity and yourself. Summer feels just as good as Spring but the work starts to drag on and the heat can beat down really hard.  You find energy and drive and start the season off right.  Then a storm develops and seems like there is no end?!  Temptation to lose patience will be strong.  Your spirit will thirst for the watering of the Word and you will spend times just bathing in it just to cool off the thoughts in your head.  God’s voice will be distant. Then comes in your harvest!  God broke up that hard soil of your heart and sowed the seed of His Word and watered and fertilized repeatedly while the sun came out and helped.  And oh how grateful you are for the long hot sun because now you’re reaping the benefits of it’s work in you.  And you spread it out and continue to pray it out over those around you so you can share your story about God’s awesome love because each juicy and savory detail has benefits to others.  And oh how those trials drew out the worst stuff in you but now you’re so happy to be over it.  The colors of your autumn come alive before you.  This season is filled with His praise. When you’re spiritually growing from one season into another and finish a full cycle of seasons, you go into the next cycle of seasons.  Spiritual growth is not intended to end and each season and cycle is a continuum of learning and reflecting on the prior season and cycle.  Such are the seasons of the spiritual life walking with Jesus.  Anyone who says life with Jesus is easy is completely misconstruing the Word.  Yes, Jesus said in Matthew 28-30: Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. But Jesus was not saying in this passage that life with Him would be easy.  What He was saying was that it won’t be easy and when it gets rough to go to Him in prayer.  But Soul Prosperity takes a lot of work.  Success lies in the heart and the heart must be willing and correctible.  If you’re only willing to work the Word of God into your life at a fast food level, you’ll get no real spiritual nutrition out of it. Asking Amiss Just Doesn’t Cut it With God. Without the real spiritual nutrition, God will never use you to do great things because God never does anything emotionally.  God never gives to us because He feels sorry for us.  Emotions are a component part of our being and we’re made in His image, which means emotions are only a component of God.  He experiences emotions but does not make His decisions by His emotions.  God being perfect makes perfect decisions and that means nothing received in His Kingdom comes by way of serendipity. We get out of the seed what we put into it.  If we diligently study His Word, we’ll get that understanding needed before we can acquire His blessings (including financial blessings) and put those blessings to use.  If you think financial blessing isn’t tied to your spiritual growth you are sadly mistaken.  Remember, it’s even as your soul prospereth.  God doesn’t waste anything and that especially what blessings come from His hand.  That blessing must be glorifying to God and it’s not glorifying if it’s springing from a heart asking out of selfish lust.  It’s not the material thing that’s evil, it’s the condition of one’s heart and it’s attachment to it.  The book of James addresses this issue.  You have not because you ask not and when you ask, you ask it amiss… which simply means asking out of a selfish, self-centered heart and not considering your motive.  It takes time for us to open up and be willing for God to show us what is at the center of our motives.  For some of us it takes a huge self-inflicted tribulation.  If we’re not correctible, we’ll get another one or just walk away from God altogether. If God let you win the lottery what would you do with it?  It’s not money itself that’s evil, it’s the love of it that is evil.  Money is never to be loved.  Many lives have been destroyed by wealth and the Bible instructs us that money that’s idolized is ‘filthy lucre’ and wealth is deceptive.  Money may be the answer to many problems but too much will corrupt the soil of your heart without the understanding necessary to do what God intends you to do with it.  When people receive a financial blessing from God something good, enduring and glorifying to God comes out it.  The Word tells us:  the blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich and He addeth no sorrow with it.  Prov. 10:22. Again, we must work the seed down and that takes time, prayer and alone time with God to hear His voice.  My recommendation is to take the scriptures of Luke 18:8: Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have.  And Mathew 13:23: But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.  I encourage you to write down these 2 scriptures to remind yourself often of the importance to be diligent to Bible study because it’s not only about what you learn, it’s also about the quality of your heart’s experience to bring you that understanding Jesus spoke of. Thank you for posting that reply from wtfock. I wrote a message to the Druck team when Amira‘s pov suddenly ended and asked if we get any more clips from HER season. The reply was „yes please wait and see“, clearly trying to give me hope that it would happen. I understand now that they had no choice but to answer in this way and I think that’s what the wtfock team is doing as well. Season 4 main won’t change, they’re simply asking to keep watching.

As I sit here in the bath and try to "detox " from the day, I'm really seriously entertaining the idea of starting another blog. Another blog, you say? Yes, another one. The one I had before was called Daydreaming in Wonderland, and it was a Disney/Cooking centered blog I had a blast writing. While I could go back to that blog and revamp it, I do not think it is fair to the blog. It was a different part in my life, and while I still LOVE Disney and cooking, I'm craving something more.

Something more...that's a concept, right? Can we truly define something more? I mean, it could be purely as simple as a little more salt in a soup, or a scarf to complete an outfit. However, that isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the something more you cant define. It's the something more you know you need, know you crave, but you cant define it...yet... That's what I saw and still see Texas as...something more. My quest to get here was a long one, and I didn't even realize I was on the quest to get here, until I got here...the first time on February 13, 2018. The first time my anxious body and mind was greeted by a physical stranger holding smart food and a prepackaged Dunkin Donuts iced coffee bottle because "I figured you would he hungry after traveling all day. I know I get that way. " I say physical stranger because while I had talked on the phone, texted, facetimed, each and every day since October 22, 2017, and yes, adult texted with this man standing before me at almost midnight in an unfamiliar airport, (my first time traveling alone I might add), we were still PHYSICAL strangers. Did he have a weird mole on the back of his knee? Did he have webbed feet, knobby knees, or calloused hands? I have no idea, all I knew was that this man, Indy, was my ticket to something more. I have to believe there is a reason that fate ripped me from the life I knew in New England to trek all the way down into Texas. No, I don’t HAVE to believe anything. I am my own person, it comes down to my personal thoughts and feelings. Do I feel, in my heart of hearts, that i was meant to be down here? Meant to be with this man? Meant to be a Nurse? Meant to be...simply just be? The answer to all of those is yes. No, I do not allow myself to just fly by the seat of my pants and go with the flow 100%, there are logistical thoughts that occur with each decision. My main feelings are the thoughts of what it will do to ME? How will it effect ME? Will this allow me to continue the road to happiness and continue my lifelong trek for knowledge and increased enlightenment? Notice I didnt say, will this make me happy? That's an important point to remember. A change in location, a a new outfit, a new partner...while all these things COULD elevate your mood, they cannot make you happy. To me, happiness, true happiness, is much more than just an elevated mood. Happiness is a journey. Happiness is discovering new things, new likes and dislikes, discovering YOU. YOU are in control of your happiness.

The concept of control is an interesting one. The fact that I am just typing this blog post...in my note app in my phone...in the tub while listening to Girl, wash your face, is odd to me. However, ALL DAY LONG I have been thinking about doing something else...something out of my control. Showing myself, and others if they choose to read, that not having control is a form of control. I find myself at this point wanting to do many things this year, and no, it wasn’t spawned from a new years resolution. In fact, today is February 1, 2019. What was this spawned from? I'm not sure, but I am filled with excitement, fear, intrigue, and many other things. This whole thing is spinning and spinning, and the ideas are filling my head.

What will this blog be about? Honestly, I wish I could tell you? I know some of the things I want to share are recipes, books I'm reading, challenges I've given myself...and who knows what else. I find that I probably am not the most organized or timely person. In fact...I still have Christmas presents I need to send out...I’M SORRY! Shipping is expensive, life gets in the way, my dog ate my homework...is that excuse not fitting? Well I'm sure people aren’t surprised lol. I promise you will get them. Would you believe me if I told you I'm not reading this as I go along? Well I'm not, and I feel like a weight is being lifted off my shoulders. My dad is a great writer, and he has a blog of his own. I remember one of his posts about trying to beat writers block by just continuing to write things as they came, therefore busting the block. I think the post ended up being about a time traveling boy and dog who witnessed a murder and the title is...and that's how he left it. I got enthralled in the story, watched the character be built up, and that was it. So this is my life...becoming enthralled with things and making my own way. This can be as complex as agreeing to update your mother as you move halfway across the country with a man she literally just met that you've been talking with for months.
